To develop lead-free piezoelectric materials, (1 { x)(K0:6Na0:4)NbO3-xBaTiO3 and (1x)(K0:6Na0:4)NbO3-xSrTiO3 solid solutions were prepared by the hot-press method. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the samples were investigated as a function of dopant content x and type of dopant ions. It is found that the ferroelectric phase transition temperatures are dominated by the x value and the piezoelectric properties depend on both x and the type of dopant ions. The reasons for the results are discussed.
Uncertainty of Radiation Thermometers Calibrated by Interpolation between Fixed Points
Yoshiro Yamada 제어로봇시스템학회 2009 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2009 No.8
An interpolation scheme for calibration of radiation thermometers in high-temperature is discussed, which utilizes one metal fixed point and one high-temperature fixed point of metal-carbon systems. The two-fixed-point interpolation scheme can realize smaller uncertainty than conventional schemes which make reference to a single fixed point, or to three or more fixed points. The two-fixed-point interpolation scheme has the advantage that no precise evaluation of the radiation thermometer spectral responsivity functionis required. This reduces the need of a regular re-evaluation of the relative spectral responsivity in the presence of filter drift, or even evaluation of the spectralresponsivity at all if the approximate filter bandwidth is known.
Human-like Patient Robot with Chaotic Emotion for Injection Training
Yoshiro Kitagawa,Tomohito Ishikura,Wei Song,Yasushi Mae,Mamoru Minami,Kanji Tanaka 제어로봇시스템학회 2009 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2009 No.8
In this paper, we present a system of patient robot developed with the aim at improving abilities of nursing student’s medical treatment, such as injection to vein. We propose to realize variable emotion of patient robot by using chaosorbit of non-linear time-differentiation equation. To evaluate the effectiveness of the robot through actual injec-tion training, we measure heart beat rate of nurse student during the injection training, proving the effects of the robot’s similarity to human. To make the patient robot to be self-contained for the training, we propose a 3-D injector pose recognition method of patient robot to help that the robot be have autonomously along with the injection procedures of the nurse studens trainings.
Nonlocal Excitations and 1/8 Singularity in Cuprates
Yoshiro Kakehashi,M. Atiqur R. Patoary,Sumal Chandra 한국물리학회 2013 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.62 No.12
Momentum-dependent excitation spectra of the two-dimensional Hubbard model on a squarelattice have been investigated at zero temperature on the basis of the full self-consistent projectionoperator method in order to clarify nonlocal effects of electron correlations on the spectra. Intersiteantiferromagnetic correlations are found to cause shadow bands and enhance the Mott-Hubbardsplittings near the half-filling. Furthermore, nonlocal excitations are shown to move the criticaldoping concentration δh , at which the singular quasiparticle peak is located just on the Fermi level, from δh = 0.153 (the single-site value) to δh = 0.123. The latter suggests the occurrence of aninstability such as the stripe at δh = 1/8.
Design and Evaluation of De Bruijn Sequence Generators Based on Feedback-Limited NFSRs
Yoshiro Kawabe,Akio Tsuneda 대한전자공학회 2009 ITC-CSCC :International Technical Conference on Ci Vol.2009 No.7
Generators of de Bruijn sequences are designed based on feedback-limited nonlinear feedback shift registers. Correlation properties of orthogonal codes obtained by the proposed generators are investigated. Furthermore, hardware performances of the proposed generators are evaluated.
