        The aim of this study is to report 2 cases of acute promyelocytic leukemia who died from intracranial hemorrhage following leukapheresis and to provide proper preventive measures against hemorrhage following leukapheresis. From 1994 to 1997, a total of twenty-six patients with leukemia underwent leukapheresis to control hyperleukocytosis at Ajou University Hospital. Two patients with acute promyelocytic leukemia received all-trans retinoic acid but developed drug-induced hyperleukocytosis. Shortly after leukapheresis, they died from intracranial hemorrhage. The risk factors for fatal hemorrhage are thought to be coexisting disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC), thrombocytopenia aggravated by leukapheresis, exacerbated coagulopathy related to mechanical trauma through leukapheresis and the excess use of citrate during leukapheresis. To reduce the risk of the bleeding associated with leukapheresis, it is necessary to replace platelet sufficiently before and after leukapheresis and to give calcium to correct coagulopathy induced by excess citrate which is used as anticoagulant as well as the correction of disseminated intravascular coagulation.

        Effects of Extrusion Conditions on Pasting Properties of Potato and Potato : Wheat Flour Mixture

        The purpose of this study was to develop extrusion process of fresh potato and to study the effects of extrusion condition on the pasting properties of extruded potato products. The blend of pressed potato and wheat flour and pressed potatoes were extruded at different die exit temperatures (110-160℃) and screw speed of 100 rpm using a twin-screw extruder with conveying, high and low shear screw configuration. The viscosity-related parameters, such as peak viscosity, through, final viscosity, peak time, and pasting temperature of the feed materials and extruded products, were studied using a rapid visco analyzer (RVA). Their water solubility index (WSI) and water absorption index (WAI) were also studied. The peak viscosity, through, final viscosity, and peak time of pressed potato extrudates and potato-wheat flour mixture extrudates decreased as die exit temperature increased. The WSI and WAI of potato products increased as die exit temperature increased. When high shear screw configuration was used, the values of viscosity-related parameters were lower than those when low shear screw configuration was used. The potato-wheat flour mixture products obtained different degrees of depolymerization from fresh potatoes and wheat flour depending on die exit temperature and screw configuration.

        현행 중등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육 실태 조사 및 그 운영 진단 (Ⅱ) : 고등학교 과학 실험 , 실습 교육을 중심으로

        본 연구는 96년도에 실시한 우리 나라 중학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태 조사 연구에 따른 계속 연구의 일환으로 고등학교 과학 실험·실습 교육의 실태를 조사하기 위한 것이다. 연구내용은 고등학교 과학 교과서의 분석, 실험·실습 실시 현황 분석, 현행 실험·실습 교육의 문제점 분석, 현행 학교 구성원들의 실험·실습 교육 운영 실태 조사 및 현행 실험·실습 교육의 개선을 위한 연구과제 도출을 주요 연구내용으로 다루었다. 연구방법은 전국의 고등학교 80개교를 대상으로 이들 학교의 학생 1,977명, 교사 165명, 학교장 80명에게 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과를 중심으로 우리 나라 고등학교 과학 실험 실습 교육의 정상화를 위한 실험 내적인 연구과제를 제시하면 다음과 같다. (1)교재 개발에 대한 연구, (2)실험 킷트 개발에 대한 연구, (3)교사교육 및 재교육 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (4)교실 밖 실험·실습 활동 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구, (5)과학 실험·실습 소재의 개발에 대한 연구. This study was accomplished to analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of high school in korea for the consecutive study of the an analysis and survey on the experimental and practical science education of middle school in korea(Lee, Yoon-Jong et al., 1997). The status of facilities, management for the experiment, practices, teaching methods in high schools have been investigated. The present status and reasonable management of the high school science education have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this 165 high school science teachers, 1977 students and 80 principals of high schools in Korea are administered questionaires of Science Education Research Institute of Kyungpook National University(1997). The results of this study are as follows : The reasonable management for experiments and practices of science education were scanty in the high school around the urban and rural school owing to the shortage of facilities and equipments, crowded class, excessive class works for teacher, excessive contents of present textbooks and insufficiency of the administrative supports etc. The current teaching method of high school science has emphasized knowledge. This fact does not satisfy the objective of learning due to lack of the teaching method. Desirable directions for the improvement of present status of high school science education were proposed in this paper.

      • 釜山市 및 그 背後地域都市들의 地域經濟成長의 比較硏究

        Our country has been confronted with a new problem so called interregional difference while we have been erecting rapid economic growth in order to solve the difference with more advanced countries. Our government has made an atempt the policy conversion from efficiency to equity since the middle part of 1970s regarding solution of inter-regional difference as a real development. This paper has been studied with a Location Quotient Index and Shift-Share Analysis to understand changes of regional growth pattern through-1 change of industrial structure and economic base between the city of Pusan and its hinterland cities from above mentioned policy conversion. As a result, we can see the followings. (1) Cities that future growth is expected are Samcheonpo, Chinhae, Jinju and Chungmu. (2) Pusan is decreasing in the rate of growth. This phenomena is with the context that large cities in our country are experiencing Polarization Reversal to their hinterlands. (3) The growth pattern of Kyung-Nam including the city of Pusan is changing toward the coast and in-land along with the axis of sphere of the western part.

        I could be sought such as following conclusion as a result groped for orientation that can developing integrally pusan and Kyng-Nam province making a democratic strategy for national development its idea to be granted an equal faver to all nation because an intention for national efficient development will bring about a menace about national system. 1) Upbringing of Agro-Industrial sector. We can consider agro-industrial corridors with reference to Namhae Eup and Milyang, Kimhae, Guchang Eup to be brought up processing linked, and auxiliary industry in the rural area for rural development. 2) Vitalization of market distribution function. Functional vitalization of installations such as Storage, Warehouse, Marketing in Sacheon, Kosung, Chinyang, Hamyang, Euryung, Sanchung Eup and Guchang, Milyang, Kimhae Eup, central place of agro-Industrial corridors. 3) Upbringing of open space. setting up to tourist zone Sanchung, Hamyang, Guchang Eup and Hapchun, Changyoung, Milyang Eup and Sinhyun, Namhae Eup designating Nak-dong river as environmental axis. 4) Systemization of traffic route. Groped to transform from branching system that is the existing route system to triangle system.

      • 釜山經濟의 刷新을 위한 産業構造의 改編方向

        The rate of Pusan's economy has decreased since 1980. In order to Cope with this phenomena, this paper has depended on the L. Q. Index and the shift-share analysis to analyse the entire industry. As a result, it has been indicated that manufactacturing and transportation, warehousing and Communication have greatly influenced Pusan's economy. Among manufacturing, priority for development is code No. 32, 35, 38, 31 and 33. And also the fisheries processing industry which is one of residentiary industries has to be included within the major strategic industry. On tertiary industry, it has been thought that it is important for an innovation of Pusan's economy to develop the harbor facility, to locate a teleport, and to settle down ISBN, teletex and videotex. All these type of industries pointed out above have to be manipulated along with a reorganization of the urban spatial structure.

      • 드레인 전류 잡음원만을 고려한 스케일링이 가능한 바이어스 의존 P-HEMT 잡음모델

        게이트 길이가 0.2㎛인 P-HEMT에 대하여 드레인 바이어스 전류의 변화 및 게이트 폭에 대해 스케일링이 가능한 잡음모델을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 S-파라미터를 정확히 예측하기 위하여 x를 제외한 intrinsic 파라미터는 offset를 도입하여 정규화 한 후 스케일링을 하였다. 드레인 포화전류에 대한 드레인 전류의 비율과 게이트 폭을 변수로 하는 소신호 모델 파라미터의 맞춤함수를 구하였다. 또한, 잡음 파라미터를 정확히 예측하기 위하여 진성저항 잡음 온도 T_g, 게이트 단 전류 잡음원 등가잡음 컨덕턴스 G_ni 드레인 단 전류 잡음원 등가잡음 컨덕턴스 G_no를 잡음 모델정수로 사용하여 그 값을 추출하여 스케일링 하였다. 잡음 온도 T_g는 드레인 전류와 게이트 폭에 거의 추출되었다. 그러므로, G_no만을 잡음 모델정수로 하는 잡음모델과 T_g, G_ni, G_no를 잡음 모델정수로 하는 잡음모델을 측정값과 비교하여 본 결과 G_no만을 갖는 잡음모델도 측정된 잡음 파라미터와 잘 일치하였다. 따라서, 모델 정수 추출이 간단한 G_no 만을 갖는 잡음모델은 게이트 폭과 바이어스 전류에 대해 스케일링이 가능한 실용적인 잡음모델임을 확인하였다. Bias-dependent noise models of 0.2㎛ gate length P-HEMT's which are scalable with gate width are proposed. To predict S-parameters of the P-HEMT's the intrinsic parameters except for x subtracted the offsets introduced in this paper are normalized to the gate width and then scaled. The small-signal model parameters are expressed as fitting functions of the drain current to I_dss ratio and gate width. In addition, to estimate accurately noise parameters the noise temperature T_g of the intrinsic resistance, the equivalent noise conductance G_ni of the gate current noise source, and the equivalent noise conductance G_no of the drain current noise source are adopted as the noise model parameters.       • 釜山市 都市發展을 위한 空間戰略 : 都市政策의 批判的 考察과 새로운 次元의 開發戰略을 中心

        First of all, It is discovered that Pusan Comprechensive Plan has the following problems. ① It is controlled greatly by a higher plan. ② Its planning objectives are too general and poor. ③ Conflicts are disclosed among functional plannings or the plan is not development - leading, because it has prepared without policy planning. ④ The plan does not get over the rationality of Japanese Imperialism. Above described problems can not help occurring naturally because comprehensive plan does not have policy planning. Thus, this paper put the subject matter of policy planning into a solution of spatial pressure and congestion reorganizing urban sturuture by colonial legacy. Re-creation of spatial structure means utilization for present harbor into a real space not depending on reclamation in order to construct the entire city to organic space after regarded management of metropolis as a periodic mission receiving urbanization as a given reality.

        This paper has tried to get hold of spatial distribution of land value in Pusan and an influence of land value on the various kinds of urban functions. Conclusions by the research are as follows. First, points of peak land value in Pusan are Kwangbok-Dong and Bujeon-Dong, and Kwangbok-Dong is greater than Bujeon-Dong in the influential zone according to just spatial present condition of land value. Second, specialized functional agglomeration and regional differentiation functionally are explicit in the region of Kwangbok-Dong. Third, functions having great correlation with land value are high quality retail, food and entertainment, cultural, and service function. Finally, functions having interdependent relation with many other ones are official, food and entertainment, service, and cultural function.

      • 지역혁신정책의 진단과 평가

        Korean national government has made regional innovation policy for interregional balance development and strengthening international competitive power of domestic industries. Implementation plans of the policy include construction of RIS and construction of innovation cities to develop innovation cluster. This paper aims at to evaluate these implementation plans. The results of evaluation are as follows. First, both RIS and innovation cities have been led by national government. However, we should know. It is the way to enlighten regional traits that local governments rather than national government lead regional innovation. Second, it becomes an issue that transferring government institutions is included in innovation city plan. There is a great danger that innovation cities become to districts of government institutions because government institutions are treated more important than industrial cluster. Last, each innovation city by government policy exists independently but these cities should be under inter-urban network system.
