Korean cultivars of buckwheat(Fagopyrum esculentum Moench.) was crossed with Canadian cultivars in order to improve seed yield as well as leaf production of buckwheat for using as food and medicine. The agronomic characteristics and rutin contents of F₂hybrids are investigated for further selection of superior lines. Dry weight per plant was the highest in a line 1110(6.71g) and leaf weight per plant was the highest in a line 1110(1.91g). Hybrid seeds were 0.55 - 0.70cm long and 0.37 - 0.47cm wide on average. 100 seeds weight ranged from 2.57g to 3.58g. Line 1076 produced the longest seeds(0.70cm) and line 1186 was the longest in seed width. Line 1196 showed the highest 100 seeds weight(3.58g). The highest frequency of the LWR(length/width rate) was 0.66~0.70, indicating that seed shape of the hybrids was mostly oval. Line 1087 showed the highest contents of rutin(77.26ppm). Lines 1090 and 1181 contained respectively rutin of 54.76ppm and 54.35ppm in the seeds. From the yield and rutin point of view, the most superior lines was line 1087 among the lines used for this study.

In order to obtain the basic data for artificial maturity control of 'Mibaek' peach, GA and ethephon were foliar sprayed 4 weeks prior to harvest, and their effects on fruit maturity and quality were examined. GA and ethephon tended to decrease the fruit weight except 100mg ㆍ L-1 GA+50 to 100mg · L-1 ethephon treatment. GA increased the fruit firmness, and ethephon at higher concentration increased the fruit drop. Harvest date was advanced for 7 to 8 days by ethephon while was delayed for 6 to 8 days by GA treatment, regardless of concentration.
공기청정기의 일부 실내공기 오염물질 제거효율에 관한 연구

In this study, we investigated PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-hydroxypyrene(1-OHP) in urine at indoor environments which are 35 houses and 20 hospitals for using air cleaner and non-using air cleaner in Seoul metropolitan area and Kyoung-gi province from April, 2003 to February, 2004. Moreover, we examined effect of improvement for indoor air quality and health effect by concentration of 1-OHP also we investigated removal efficiency by air cleaner for PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-OHP that were 28.5%, 27.4%, and 42.1% respectively. Concentration of PM_(10), NO₂, and 1-OHP were 19.02±18.14μg/m³, 8.66±3.06ppb, and 0.19±0.18μg/g creatinine when air cleaner was no worked. The concentration for PM_(10), NO₂ and 1-OHP were 13.60+10.79μg/m³, 6.29±2.71ppb, and 0.11±0.10μg/g creatinine, respectively. It was significant statistically. Therefore, it is considered using the air cleaner to remove the partial pollutants in indoor environment and is positive effect for health.

This study considered organic matter decomposition by ocenic microbes as researching organic matter decomposition on kinetics which is in salinity wastewater under condition that the salinity contains 18,000㎎/l Cℓ^(-) The results of this study are obtained as following : 1. Oceanic microbe of this study is yeast, R. glutinis var. salinaria of marina of Rhodotorula genuses. 2. When retention time of filter bed in Bio-coal tower is 24 hr, 1/2V_(max) is 33.75㎎/l·hr, When 72hr, 1/2V_(max) is 15㎎/l·hr, When 120hr, 1/2V_(max) is 10㎎/l·hr. 3. The reaction between oceanic microbes and organic matter is said to be first order and when contact time of filter bed is 2.0hr, k is 0.40 day^(-1).

Sucknamsanae (石南思內) was first originated in Dodongbul (道同伐) as a county music county music is a song which represents well the specific features of the county. Considering it was a means of recreation played by the people of Dodongbul "Sucknamsane" appears to be a song performed in a ritual of the county. If this could be supposed as a ritual song a question arises for what type of the ritual it was performed. In approaching this question a definition of sucknam should first be made. The term sucknam has two possible interpretation; one was derived from the literal definition "before the ritual stone", and the other was the meaning of "sucknam flower". Interpreting "suck" as stone the writer has pursued the possibility of its having two meanings; stone and ancestral spirit. Ritual stone meant ancestral spirit in ancient Korea. Since "nam(南)" was denoted as "ap (앞)" meaning in front ii can be interpreted as "before". Stone can be regarded as a praying stone which has a vital power of ancestral spirit. If sucknam is regarded as "Sucknam flower" its meaning can be found in "Susupsucknam"( 首揷石枏 ) which is known as a corpse honoring tale. Susapsucknam Tale" is a story based on the archaic type of regeneration story. Sucknam flower was regarded as having a spell power of regenerating the dead. In "Ogugud" rite, princess Baradegi revives her king father with the flower. The flower could also be used in the funeral. If sucknam was a flower tht was used for sending the dead to the other world "sucknamsane" can be interpreted as a song performed in the ritual wishing the resurrection of the dead.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 Pipe 및 Hose 조립 생산시스템의 중간 재고를 감소시키기 위한 개선안을 수립하는 것이다 이를 위해 첫째, 기존의 생산관리 방식을 검토하고 둘째, 일본 오오츠카(주)의 생산관리방식을 검토하였으며 셋째, 두 기업의 생산관리 방식을 비교·검토하여 기존 시스템의 생산관리 방식에 대한 문제정과 이에 대한 해결 방안을 모색하였다 연구결과, 문제해결을 위해 하드웨어적 투자보다는 기본적인 관리 방식을 개선하기 위해 노력하는 것이 더욱 효율적이라는 점이 밝혀졌다 This study was conducted to setup the methodolgy of pipe & hose production system for to decrese in_ process inventories First, existing prodution management systems in P company was reviewed Next, another field study was accomplished to evaluate the current status and the productivity of inventory management systems of the Otsuka co , at chiba , Japan It was recommended that it is more efficient to redesign existing fundamental management principles than existing hardware systems

Cervus elaphus for herb-acupuncture solution (CEHAS) was tested for the effects of free radical generating enzyme and lipid peroxidation in rat's kidney. In vitro, levels of lipid peroxide in tissues of kidney were proportionally decreased to concentration of extracts prepared from CEHAS. They were much more decreased, when lipid perocidation was inducesd with ferrous iron(Fe II). Also, enzyme activities of xanthine oxidase were decreased. The ratio of type conversion of zanthine oxidase was lowered, too. But, it was not seen changes on enzyme activities of aldehyde oxidase. These results suggest that CEHAS decrease the activities of free radical generating enzymes such as xanthine oxidase which form lipid peroxide.

본 연구에서는 인터넷 응용시스템의 설계 및 평가기법으로서의 GOMS 기법의 타당성을 검토하였다. 인터넷 응용시스템의 예로서 HTS를 이용하였다. 그 결과, GOMS기법은 KLM수준에서 실제 시스템의 직무 처리시간을 매우 근접하는 수준으로 예측한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이것은 GOMS기법이 현재 이용되고 있는 인터넷 응용시스템의 설계 및 평가기법으로서 적용 가능하다는 것을 의미한다. This study reviews the propriety of GOMS model as a methodology of design and evaluation tool for internet application systems. The HTS (Home Trading System) is selected as an example of internet application systems. It was observed that GOMS model estimates the task-processing time of the systems very approximately to KLM level.

콤포짓트레진의 중합도와 속도는 광원의 종류와 광조사 시간에 따라 영향을 받는다. 현재 할로겐 램프를 중합에 많이 사용하고 있으나 전구의 수명이 짧고, 시간경과에 따라 광선의 출력이 감소하므로 중합도는 낮아져 물성이 감소하고 수복물이 실패할 가능성도 높다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 콤포짓트레진 중합에 사용할 수 있는 LED (blue light emitting diode) 와 플라즈마 아크 기술이 소개되었다. 이 실험에서는 3 종의 광원(할로겐 램프, LED 및 플라즈마 아크) 에서 광조사시간을 달리하여 광에너지의 총량을 변화하는 조건으로 점주도가 서로 다른 3 종의 콤포짓트레진에서 깊이에 따른 중합도를 측정하여 각 광원의 효율성을 상호 비교하였다. 할로겐 램프, LED 및 플라즈마 아크 조사기로 광에너지 총량이 각각 8J/㎤와 16J/㎤ 이 되도록 중합하고 표면에서 1, 2, 3 및 4mm 위치에서 100㎛ 의 두께로 절단하였다. 시편 두께가 50~70㎛ 가 되도록 연마하고 FT-IR 로 표준기선법에 따라 중합직후의 중합도를 측정하였다. 중합방법 및 광조사 부위에서 깊이에 따른 평균 중합도를 계산하여 3 원 분산분석 및 Scheffe 의 방법에 따라 유의수준 0.05 에서 검정하였다. 이 실험에서 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 재료, 깊이 및 광조사 시간 모두 전환율에 유의한 영향을 주었다(p〈0.01). 3 종 광원의 표층에서 1mm 깊이에서의 중합도는 저점도(RVN) 〉중점도(Z25) 〉응축형 콤포짓트레진(SRF) 순이었다(p〈0.05). 3종 광원의 중합도는 유의한 차이를 볼 수 없었다(p〉0.05). 3종의 조사광원 모두에서 광에너지 총량을 2배로 증가한 경우, 중합도는 2mm 깊이까지는 유의한 차이가 없었으나(p〉0.05), 3mm 부터는 광에너지 총량 증가에 따라 유의하게 증가하였다(p〈0.05).
