        운와(芸窩) 홍중성(洪重聖)의 금강산 유람시 연구

        본고는 운와(芸窩) 홍중성(洪重聖, 1668~1735)의 금강산 유람시에 대한 여타 문인들의 평가를 확인하고 이를 바탕으로 금강산 유람시 작품들을 살핀 뒤 그의 금강산 유람시가 지닌 의의를 밝히는 것이 목적이다. 운와는 정치적으로 그다지 현달하지 못했지만 문학적으로는 인정을 받았다. 운와는 17세기 말부터 18세기 조선의 시경향을 변화시키는 데 앞장섰던 삼연(三淵) 김창흡(金昌翕)에게 시를 배웠다. 최창대(崔昌大)·조유수(趙裕壽)·이병연(李秉淵)·홍세태(洪世泰) 등 당대의 명사들과 시사(詩社)를 열어 교유하였으며 이들에게 시로서 인정받았다. 이런 점으로 볼 때 운와는 문학, 특히 한시 측면에 있어서 반드시 다루어야 하는 인물이라고 할 수 있다. 더구나 18세기가 되면 농암(農巖)과 삼연을 중심으로 산수유람문학이 폭발적으로 증가하고 그 작품들은 사실성(寫實性)을 중시하는 방향으로 전개된다. 운와 역시 산수유람을 즐겼고 금강산 유람 후 당시 지은 시를 모아 <풍악록>으로 엮었다. 1722년, 운와는 금강산 유람을 다녀왔는데, 운와에게 산수유람은 자신이 가장 좋아하는 취미이자 기(氣)가 담긴 문학 작품의 창작하기 위한 한 가지 방편이었다. 그리하여 운와는 금강산 유람을 하며 지은 시를 모아 <풍악록>을 엮었는데 현재 운와의 금강산 유람시는 12제 17수가 남아 있다. 이 작품들을 보면 운와는 자신이 마주한 금강산의 장엄하고 웅장한 풍경에서 특징적인 부분을 포착하여 이를 사실적으로 묘사하거나 호방한 기세를 담아냈다. 운와의 금강산 유람시는 기본적으로 노론 계열의 농암이나 삼연의 산수 유람과 동일한 궤에 있는 것으로 보인다. 하지만 표현법을 좀 더 세부적으로 보면 소리를 배제하고 감정을 직접 드러내지는 않는다. 이 표현법은 금강산 유람시에서만이 아니라 운와의 여타 유람시에서도 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this article is to confirm the characteristic aspect of Unwa(芸窩) Hong JoongSung(洪重聖)'s poems on Geumgang mountain travel poems and to confirm the meaning of the poems on Geumgang mountain travel poems through this. Hong Joong-sung did not reach a high political position, but he was recognized literaryly. Unwa learned poetry from Samyeon(三淵) Kim ChangHyeop(金昌翕), who took the lead in changing the poetry trend of Joseon from the end of the 17th century to the 18th century. He opened poems and exchanged poems with famous people of the time such as Choi ChangDae, Jo YuSoo, Lee ByeongYeon, and Hong SeTae, and was recognized as a poem by them. In this respect, Unwa can be said to be a person who must be dealt with in terms of literature, especially Chinese poetry. Therefore, if Unwa and his literary works become known to the academic world, we can confirm the character Unwa and his specific literary works, and furthermore, we can understand the trend of Chinese poetry in the first half of the 18th century more clearly. Moreover, in the 18th century, the number of Sansu-uram literature exploded, centering on Nongam(農巖) and Samyeon, and the works are developed in a direction that values realism. Unwa also enjoyed to travel and collected the poems he wrote at the time after visiting Geumgang Mountain and weaved them into Pungakrok. In 1722, Unwa went on a tour of Geumgang Mountain, and for Unwa, travel was his favorite thing and a way to create literary works containing spirit. Thus, Unwa collected poems written during his tour of Geumgang Mountain, compiled the Pungakrok, and asked Choi SeokHang, Lee HaGon, and Hong SeTae to write a postscript, and was evaluated by Choi Seok-hang and Lee Ha-gon as realistic and spirited, respectively. Currently, 17 poems in 12 titles remain in Geumgang Mauntain travel poems. Looking at these works, Unwa captured the characteristic parts of the majestic and magnificent scenery of Geumgang Mountain he faced, depicting them realistically or capturing their grandeur. Unwa's cruise to Geumgang Mountain and his cruise poetry seem to be basically in the same trajectory as Noron's Nongam or Samyeon's landscape cruise activities. However, if you look at the expression method in more detail, you can see that it does not exclude sound or directly reveal emotions. These expressions can be seen not only in the poems of Geumgang Mountain travel, but also in Unwa's other travel poems.

        조혈모세포이식 환자에서 침습성 진균 감염에 대한 Micafungin의 예방 효과 및 안전성

        Background: Micafungin, a potent inhibitor of 1,3-β-D-glucan synthase, is a novel antifungal agent of the echinocandin class. In vitro study showed that micafungin was effective against Aspergillus species as well as Candida species, but clinical data on the prophylactic efficacy against invasive fungal infections (IFIs) other than candidiasis are still lacking. Materials and Methods: We identified 60 consecutive adult hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) recipients who received at least 3 doses of micafungin during neutropenic period. Micafungin was started as an alternative in patients who were intolerant or had adverse events (AEs) to primary prophylactic antifungal agents. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records and analyzed the efficacy and safety of micafungin for prophylaxis against IFIs. Results: The patients either had autologous (n=9) or allogeneic (n=51: 1 syngeneic, 24 sibling, 26 unrelated donor) HSCT. Itraconazole oral solution (n=58) was the most frequently used first line antifungal agent for prophylaxis and was administered for median 11 days. The most frequent cause of switch to micafungin was vomiting (n=42). The duration of neutropenia and micafungin administration was median 13 and 12 days, respectively. A successful outcome was achieved in 45 (75%) patients. Empirical antifungal therapy was initiated in 13 (22%) patients. There were 2 cases (3.3%) of breakthrough fungal infections which comprised a probable invasive pulmonary aspergillosis and a possible invasive fungal sinusitis. There was no case of invasive candidiasis. A total of 53 (88%) patients experienced at least one AE regardless of causality during micafungin administration. The most frequent AEs were hypokalemia, vomiting, diarrhea, and elevated serum aspartate aminotransferase or alanine aminotransferase. Among the aforementioned AEs, only 1 case of diarrhea could be classified as a probable relation with micafungin when causality was assessed. There was no AEs that caused discontinuation of micafungin. Conclusions: Micafungin seems to be a safe and effective agent for prophylaxis of IFIs including aspergillosis as well as candidiasis in HSCT recipients. However, further large, prospective, and randomized comparative studies are warranted for aspergillosis.

        걱정이 많은 사람들의 성격특징

        본 연구는 범불안장애의 핵심적 증상인 걱정(worry)과 관련된 성격특징을 탐색하고자 하였다. 선행연구에서 걱정이 많은 사람들의 성격적 특성으로 시사된 4가지 성격특징, 즉 비관주의, 완벽주의, 불확실성에 대한 인내 부족, 문제해결의 자신감 부족을 경험적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 아울러 강박 성향자 및 우울성향자의성격특징과의 비교를 통해, 걱정이 많은 사람들의 고유한 성격특징을 알아 보고자 하였다. 332명의 대학생 자료를 분석한 결과, 걱정이 많은 사람들은 4가지 성격특징을 지니는 경향이 나타났으며 특히 불확실성에 대한 인내 부족과 완벽주의가 높은 상관을 나타냈다. 아울러 걱정이 많은 사람들은 강박성향자와 비교했을 때 비관주의와 문제해결의 자신감 부족에서 상대적으로 높은 상관을 나타낸 반면, 우울성향자와 비교했을 때는 완벽주의에서 상대적으로 높은 상관을 나타냈다. The aim of the present study is to investigate personality traits related to worry which is an essential symptom of generalized anxiety disorder. Worriers were proposed to have personality traits of pessimism, perfectionism, lack of tolerance to uncertainty, and lack of confidence on problem-solving. In addition, proper personality traits of worriers were explored through the comparisons with obsessive-compulsive symptoms and depressive symptoms. The results from 332 university students appeared that worry was significantly related to the four personality traits, in particular, showing high correlation with lack of confidence on problem-solving and perfectionism. In particular, worry showed closer relationship with perfectionism than did depressive symptoms, whereas worry showed stronger relations with pessimism and lack of confidence on problem-solving than did obsessive-compulsive symptoms.

      • 운동동기 검사지의 구조적 타당도 검증

        The main purpose of this study is to verify the structural validity of the questionnaire for the exercise motivation. Exploratory factor is for the member of sports clubs. In all 353 persons between 20-65ages, 154mans, 199 women. Average of the age is 37 (SD=12.1)ages. The exercise motivations inventory(EMI-Ⅱ), for the validation of factor structure we used the analysis of questions, of technica(frequency, average, standard deviation, skewness, kurtosis, etc.). The result of basic statistics verification is normal. With primary factors analysis for 14 factors of questionnaire, we can select 6 factors 21 questions including weight management, enjoyment, appearance, affiliation, strength & endurance, health pressures. The result of eigenvalue is 2.94-2.10, total variance is 72.4%. The correlation of exercise motivation factors is .65-.26. The Cronbach'a of each factor is .87-.75. With confirmatory factor analysis is GFI=.87, CFI=.91, TLI=.89, RMSER=.08. The factors correlation is .29-.83, .34-72 the variance of measurement error as .34-.72 express variance estimates sub-scale. In conclusion, The Exercise motivation inventory 2 of 6 factors 21 items of validation is reasonable with approval level. For the next study is will be the necessity of Indigenous psychological pure study with this result.

      • Lithium이 家兎에서 電解質排泄에 미치는 影響

        Lithium reabsorption occurred in the renal tubule and the lithium and sodium were conserved at that site by the same mechanism. This study was attempted to investigate the effect of lithium on the urinary excretion of electrolytes and water. Physiological saline was infused to hydrate the rabbit and collected the urine and plasma samples for control after reached steady state. After priming dose of LiCI(2mEq/kg) injected, during infusion of LiCI solution(0.2mEq/kg/hr) urine and plasma samples obtained for observation of Li^+ effect. And then 2% NaC1(NaCI group) or 0.3M sucrose(sucrose group) solution was infused to evaluate the effect on the renal function with the changes in plasma electrolyte concentration. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Control urine flow rates in NaCL group was 2.28±0.03ml/10min. During Li^+ infusion the urine flow rate was increased significantly in both group. 2. Li^+ induced water diuresis with reduced urinary Na^+ and osmolar concentration while constant excretion of osmolar particles and Na^+. 3. Infusion of 2% NaC1 solution(with LiCI) persisted the water diuresis instead of increased plasma Na^+ and osmslar concentration. 4. Infusion of 0.3M sucrose solution also persisted the water diuresis with low plasma Na^+ and Li^+ concentration. 5. Plasma Li^+ concentration was significantly lowered during infusion of sucrose solution that of NaCl infusion. From the above resuls, it was suggested that water diuresis by the lithium was affected to ADH action and sucrose solution infusion reduced the effect of Li^+ on the kidney by the Na^+ countertransport mechanism with Li^+.

      • 가상가공기법을 이용한 볼엔드밀과 플랫엔드밀의 절삭력 해석 시스템 개발

        본 연구에서는 볼엔드밀과 플랫앤드밀에 의해서 야기되는 절삭력을 가상적으로 평가할 수 있는 기반을 구축하기 위한 노력으로써 가상가공기법을 이용한 절삭력 해석 시스템을 구현하였다. 공구의 기하학적 제원과 공작기계(밀링머신, 머시닝센터)의 운전 조건에 의해서 변화되는 절삭력은 공작물과 공구의 접촉영역 내에 위치한 미소 절삭날에 적용하는 미소 절삭력들을 중첩시키는 방법을 통해서 해석하였다. 특히 구조변형을 고려한 절삭력은 절삭력과 구조변형의 평형조건을 이용해서 결정하였다. 아울러서 볼엔드밀과 플랫엔드밀의 절삭력에 대한 실험결과와 해석결과의 비교를 통해서 본 연구에서 개발한 절삭력 해석 시스템의 유용성을 입증하였다. In this study, a cutting force analysis system for ball and flat end-mills is realized based on the virtual manufacturing technologies. Cutting force which depends on the specification of cutting tool and operating conditions of machine tool(milling machine, machining center), is predicted by superposing the infinitesimal cutting forces on infinitesimal cutting edges existing in the contact area between cutting tool and workpiece. Especially, the equilibrium condition between cutting force and structural deformation of cutting mechanism is introduced to determine the cutting force considering the influence of structural deformation. And comparison between the predicted and measured cutting forces for ball and flat end-mills shows the effectiveness of the cutting force analysis system developed in this study.

        So far we have investigated the leadership in a sport organization on the basis of common theories on the leadership. As we researched above, there have been previous theories on the leadership, which haven't been connected each other. As the result, each access could explain only one side of the leadership, not the whole. As an idea found out in the course of researching on the human behaviors, the leadership emphasizes that the types of leadership are as various as human beings. Though several researchers have tried to study theories on the leadership through a characteristic access and a behavioral approach, they have been faced with limits. Therefore, it is the most important to carry out the leadership suitable for each member and his/her organization. In particular, in order to understand the leadership in a sport organization, we should recognize many interactions including cultural characteristics. In contrast to Western countries where the interactions between a leader and members appear to be individualistic, anyone should consider, Koreans take a serious view of their groups, academic cliques, blood relations, personal relations, and authority. And a leader should understand that all the players prefer different kinds of leadership according to their maturity, motivation, level of technique, and kinds of sports. In addition, he ought to recognize that the leadership can have effects on the satisfaction, growth, and development of players and events themselves. Therefore he should be well-grounded in order to coincide with these conditions. A leader should cultivate an ability to prepare various things in advance and completely and control them. And he should make well use of himself and many people around him. In addition to the above-mentioned, it is absolutely necessary to prepare concrete educational programs in order to advance the coaching leadership. Furthermore, it is considered that from now on we should combine various theories together, and establish a general theory available for the real scene of sport.

        This paper deals with an exit strip gauge controller design for a cold rolling mill process with one input and two outputs. In order to attenuate the exit strip gauge variation caused by the Back-up roll eccentricity and the entry gauge variation, an H∞ controller design method is used to keep the frequency weighted mixed sensitivity function small. Effectiveness of the proposed controller is demonstrated by a computer simulation.
