Robust Adaptive Finite-time Fault-tolerant Control for Dynamic Positioning of Vessels
Yongyi Lin,Jialu Du,Jian Li 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2021 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.19 No.9
In this paper, a novel robust adaptive finite-time fault-tolerant control (FTC) scheme is presented for the dynamic positioning (DP) of vessels under thruster faults with unknown model parameters and environmental disturbances. The thruster effectiveness factor to express the loss-of-effectiveness fault state is transformed into a new unknown parameter, which is obtained by the adaptive law. Furthermore, based on the finite-time control technique, neural networks (NNs) technique and the sliding mode differentiator, a novel robust adaptive finite-time FTC strategy is developed for DP of vessels by resorting the backstepping design technique. It is theoretically proved that the proposed FTC scheme can force the vessel arrive at the desired position and heading in a finite time, while guaranteeing the boundedness of all signals in the closed-loop of DP control system. Simulation study results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed FTC scheme.
Cluster Analysis of E-Commerce Sites with Data Mining Approach
Yongyi Cheng,Yumian Yang,Jianhua Jiang,GaoChao Xu 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.8 No.3
With the rapid development of E-Commerce, how to evaluate the E-Commerce sites accurately has become an important issue. However, to cluster E-Commerce sites correctly and accurately is not an easy thing based on characteristics of high dimensions and uneven density for E-Commerce sites. This leads to bad performance of the cluster result. To analyze 100 E-Commerce demonstration enterprises in 2013-2014 named by the Ministry of Commerce People’s Republic of China, this paper adopts a data mining approach of DBSCAN method. In the data preprocessing phase, it adopts factor analysis to reduce dimensionality. In the cluster phase, this paper implements an improved DBSCAN algorithm to process the uneven density data. Finally, this paper gives suggestions to these 100 E-Commerce enterprises based on experiment results.
GORYEO CELADON WARES DISCOVERED OFF BIANDO, GUNSAN
( Yun Yongyi ) 국립중앙박물관 2008 Journal of Korean Art and Archaeology (JKAA) Vol.2 No.0
This paper analyzes the characteristics of the 3,117 Goryeo celadon wares discovered near Biando (飛雁島) off the northern coast of Byeonsanbando (邊山半島: peninsula), Gunsan (群山), Jeollabuk-do (全羅北道). These Goryeo celadon wares, which come in different shapes, mostly consist of various daejeop (大蝶: large bowls) and jeopsi (蝶匙: plates and dishes). The rim of the daejeop tends to be curved inward while the body retains a curved form. The rim of the joepsi, on the other hand, has only a slight inward curvature. The most frequently occurring pattern on both daejeop and jeopsi is aengmumun (鹦鹉文: parrot design). It is generally incised. The firing was done using either naehwato bijim batchim (thick spur-like firing supports molded with naehwato [耐火土: fire-resistant clay] mixed with jeomto [粘土: fine clay]) or naehwato batchim (thinner supports made of naehwato mixed with jeomto) leaving three or five spur marks on the underside of a daejeop or jeopsi. The date of the celadon wares was estimated by comparative analysis with the existing data on celadon from the twelfth to the thirteenth centuries. The celadon wares discovered off Biando bore the most resemblance to the celadon excavated from Jinseo-ri (鎭西里) and Yucheon-ri (柳川里) in Buan (扶安) and Yongun-ri (龍雲里) and Sadang-ri 沙當里) in Gangjin (康津). Of these, the Yucheonri Kiln Site Zone No. 7 in Buan is considered the most probable site of production for the Biando celadon pieces. The celadon wares found off Biando were probably made as tribute wares sometime in the 1220s and were shipwrecked while being transported from Buan to Gaeseong (開城), the capital of Goryeo.

Vascular inflammation is an important hallmark of high-fat-induced atherosclerosis. Oxidized low-density lipoprotein (ox-LDL) is a key initiator of inflammation as it induces inflammatory gene expression in vascular endothelial cells. Sodium ferulate (SF), an active component from Chinese medicine, demonstrated anti-atherosclerotic potency. However, the mechanism is unknown. Here we investigated how SF changed the cellular gene expression profile and restored ox-LDL-triggered inflammation in HUVECs. Gene expression profile, inflammatory gene expression and NF-κB activation were investigated in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) with or without SF (5 μM) treatment after precondition with ox-LDL (50 μg/mL). Ox-LDL treatment increased the production of IL-1β, CCL20, IL-6, IL-8 and CXCL1. SF stimulation modulated the translocation of NF-κB between cytoplasm and nucleus, and alleviated the inflammatory response induced by ox-LDL. Collectively, SF could suppress the expression of inflammatory factors in ox-LDL-stimulated endothelial cells, and transcription factor NF-κB might be involved in such process.
DOES PHOTO SHARING VIA SNS REDUCE OR ENHANCE TRAVEL ENGAGEMENT AND ENJOYMENT?
Akinori Ono,Ryosuke Shimizu,Yongyi Wang 글로벌지식마케팅경영학회 2018 Global Marketing Conference Vol.2018 No.07
Previous research has found that taking photos during travel for the purpose of sharing with others via SNS (social networking sites) induces self-presentational concerns, which can decrease engagement and enjoyment of the experience. However, the previous studies have defined travel engagement and enjoyment too narrowly and failed to consider the heterogeneity in terms of the importance of photo-taking. While some travelers are reluctant photo takers and regard taking photos as a bother, others place more importance on photo-taking than sightseeing, and may therefore find it difficult to enjoy the travel experience without taking photos. To address these deficiencies, we modeled not only negative, but also positive relationships between photo-taking and travel engagement and enjoyment. The results showed that when taking photos, travelers who regard photo-taking as important were more engaged in the experience and enjoyed it more than travelers who regarded photo-taking as less important. Thus, this study provides a theoretical contribution to research on travel engagement.
