      • Research on Model of College Network Rumor Propagation in the Era of Big Data

        Big Data consists of large-volume, complex, growing data sets with multiple, heterogenous sources. With the tremendous development of networking, data storage, and the data collection capacity, Big Data are now rapidly expanding in all science and engineering domains, including physical, biological and biomedical sciences. In the era of vigorous development network media, rumors propagation procedure becomes more complex, faster, and more dangerous. The identification and control of Internet rumors is important to related net-check departments. This paper establish an index system to evaluate the level of internet rumors and rumor credibility index system according to characteristics of rumor propagation, and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the models through experimental verification.

        The Hardware Cost and Computing Accuracy Trade-off in Multipliers using Imprecise 4-2 Compressors for Image Processing Applications

        Approximate computing has been widely used in image processing applications to significantly reduce the hardware cost of circuits; however, this induces a sacrifice in computing accuracy. The compromise between accuracy and hardware cost in approximate multipliers has not been investigated yet. To address this issue, this paper proposes a set of approximate 8×8 Dadda multipliers built by using an efficient imprecise 4-2 compressor. The compressor introduces symmetrical errors into the truth table of the exact design to reach a simpler structure. Furthermore, as an important image processing application, image multiplication is implemented with the proposed multipliers. Synthesis and simulation results show that the overall performance of the multipliers varies depending on the various assessment criteria. Utilization of the modified compressor in the multipliers results in area, delay, and power reductions of 38%-72%, 14%-33%, and 39%-77%, respectively, compared to the exact design, while maintaining acceptable computing accuracy in image multiplication. According to the results, the proposed multipliers achieve a better trade-off between energy efficacy and computing accuracy than the existing designs, which could be certified as options for exact multipliers in image processing.

        The Influence of Temperature and Aging on the Characteristic Parameters of Dielectric Spectroscopy of Epoxy Resin Impregnated Paper Insulation

        This study aimed to investigate the effects of temperature and aging on the characteristic parameters of dielectric spectra of epoxy resin impregnated paper insulation. A broadband dielectric spectra test platform was established and an equivalent physical model of the valve side dry-type bushing of the converter transformer was developed. Different degrees of thermal aging were performed at 130 °C for 0, 4, 8, 16, and 32 days. In addition, variation of the complex permittivity and dielectric loss factors of epoxy resin impregnated paper at different temperatures and different degrees of aging was revealed. The dielectric spectra test results were fitted using the Havriliak-Negami (HN) relaxation model. The characteristic parameters were extracted, and the influences of temperature and aging on the characteristic parameters of the HN model were analyzed. The results show that in the low frequency range, temperature and aging exert greater influences on the complex permittivity. In the high frequency range, temperature and aging have smaller effect. The relaxation time and temperature satisfy the relationship of the Arrhenius equation, and the relaxation strength increases exponentially with increasing temperature. The relaxation time τ, the relaxation intensity Δε, the shape parameter α, and the shape parameter β can characterize the aging degree of paper insulation. A linear relationship between relaxation and aging times, and an exponential relationship between relaxation intensity and aging time were revealed.

        An Investigation of Surface Tracking Characteristics and Factors Influencing Epoxy Resin Pouring Insulation for Dry-type Reactors

        This study aimed to understand the deterioration mechanisms of epoxy resin pouring insulation for outdoor dry-type reactors under the effect of long-term surface tracking discharge. Epoxy resin insulation boards similar to the main insulation composition of the dry-type reactor were poured as the experimental material. A tracking experimental platform of insulation materials was built using an inclined plate method. The tracking discharge characteristics and surface erosion of the insulation materials were measured and analyzed. The characteristics of partial discharge, erosion, hydrophobicity and surface roughness were measured experimentally. Surface morphology, three-dimensional morphology and Fourier infrared images at different stages during erosion of the epoxy resin insulation material were analyzed. The effect of glass fiber content on the tracking resistance to erosion was characterized. The results show that the tracking process of epoxy resin insulation material experienced initiation, stability, development and outbreak periods. The flashover discharge corresponding to the development period was the main reason for the carbonization of the insulating material. During the tracking process, with a change in surface topography and formation of surface products, the surface roughness of the material generally increased along with the surface roughness which rose fastest during the discharge outbreak period. The changes in the surface morphology and three-dimensional morphology of the epoxy resin material constitute the basis for assessing the condition of the insulation surface and development of the erosion. The discharge capacity of epoxy resin generally shows an exponential increase. Adding 20 wt% of glass fibers that are evenly distributed and have reduced exposure can improve the tracking resistance of epoxy resin insulation materials.

        Novel Robust High Dynamic Range Image Watermarking Algorithm Against Tone Mapping

        High dynamic range (HDR) images are becoming pervasive due to capturing or rendering of a wider range of luminance, but their special display equipment is difficult to be popularized because of high cost and technological problem. Thus, HDR images must be adapted to the conventional display devices by applying tone mapping (TM) operation, which puts forward higher requirements for intellectual property protection of HDR images. As the robustness presents regional diversity in the low dynamic range (LDR) watermarked image after TM, which is different from the traditional watermarking technologies, a concept of watermarking activity is defined and used to distinguish the essential distinction of watermarking between LDR image and HDR image in this paper. Then, a novel robust HDR image watermarking algorithm is proposed against TM operations. Firstly, based on the hybrid processing of redundant discrete wavelet transform and singular value decomposition, the watermark is embedded by modifying the structure information of the HDR image. Distinguished from LDR image watermarking, the high embedding strength can cause more obvious distortion in the high brightness regions of HDR image than the low brightness regions. Thus, a perceptual brightness mask with low complexity is designed to improve the imperceptibility further. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is robust to the existing TM operations, with taking into account the imperceptibility and embedded capacity, which is superior to the current state-of-art HDR image watermarking algorithms.

        Performance analysis of embedded tri-screw pump based on computational fluid dynamics

        To meet the stringent size and noise requirements for hydraulic pumps used in submarines, an embedded tri-screw pump is proposed. The pump is embedded in the core of the servo motor to form a new servo motor pump. This paper first presents the embedded triscrew pump, as well as the cross-section profile design and parameter equations of the driving and driven screws. Velocity and pressure field distributions as well as changes in internal pressure and shear stress inside the embedded tri-screw pump with different radial and interlobe clearances were investigated using computational fluid dynamics. Furthermore, screw deformation under multi-field coupling was analyzed. In contrast to torque or fluid pressure acting alone, under the fluid-solid coupling effect, screw deformation and stresses are inversely proportional to the rotational speed of the pump and directly proportional to the power and output pressure. The simulation and experimental results were consistent for various outlet pressures and rotational speeds. Radial clearance of the screw has a more significant influence on leakage than inter-lobe clearance and therefore, more impact on the volumetric efficiency of the pump.

        Inter-ramet Physiological Integration Detected in Buffalograss (Buchloe dactyloides (Nutt.) Engelm.) under Water Stress

        Buffalograss는 내한, 내서, 그리고 내한발에 우수한 주요 잔디 종 중 하나이다. 다양한 환경에서 buffalograss의 생리학적 조정(integration)을 이해하는 것은 균일한 잔디의 질을 도모하고 경종적 재배방법의 개발에 도움이 된다. 본 연구의 목적은 물 부족의 스트레스 처리에서의 buffalograss의 생리학적 조정과정에서 lipid peroxidation과 산화방지제의 연관성을 평가하였다. 한 실험에서 buffalograss는 네 개의 구분된 칸막이 성장 유닛의 중심에서 재배되었고, 일주일에 한번(+), 일주일에 두 번(-) 관수처리와 모래(S) 또는 피트(P)와를 혼합한 다섯 가지 토양 조합으로 처리하였다(P+S-P-S+, P+P+P+P+, S-S-S-S-, P-P-P-P-, and S+S+S+S+). 그 결과, 균일하게 혼합된 상토에서 생장한 줄기의 수가 네개의 단일 상토에 정착한 것보다 더 많았다. 두 번째 실험에서는 Hoagland 용액(S?), 또는 20% PEG-6000이 함유된 Hoagland용액(Ss)안에 하나의 라미트(무성생식체) 혹은 연결된 라마트를 다음과 같은 여러 가지 처리와 비교 실험하였다. 연결된 라미트들의 처리는 Hoagland 용액안의 어린 라미트(Yos)와 20%PEG-6000가 함유된 Hoagland 용액안의 성숙한 라미트(Oos), Hoagland 용액 단독에 성숙한 라미트(Oys), 20%PEG-6000 함유된 Hoagland 용액안의 어린 라미트(Yys)였다. Lipid peroxidation, antioxidants, proline은 각기 다른 수분 stress 정도에서 라미트들 간의 생리학적 활성을 보여주었다. Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Guaiacol peroxidase (G-POD), malondi aldehyde (MDA), free proline의 활성도 처리 후 시간에 따라 상대적인 생리학적 활성을 보였다. Buffalograss is an important turfgrass species with excellent cold, heat, and drought tolerance. Understanding the physiological integration of buffalograss under heterogeneous conditions helps to develop cultural practices that better use limited resources for uniform turf quality. The objective of this study was to evaluate physiological integration of buffalograss under water deficit stress and the involvement of lipid peroxidation and antioxidants in the process. In one experiment, buffalograss was planted in the center of a four-compartment growth unit. Watering frequencies, once a week(+) and once in two weeks(-), were combined with the sand(S) or peat(P) in each unit to generate five total treatments (P+S-P-S+, P+P+P+P+, S-S-S-S-, P-P-P-P-, and S+S+S+S+). The average number of shoot established from the heterogeneous root-zone medium was higher than the average of four possible homogeneous media. In second experiment, single ramet in Hoagland solution(S?) or single ramet in Hoagland solution with 20% PEG-6000(Ss) were compared with two connectedramets under different treatments. Treatments for connected ramets were young ramet in Hoagland solution(Yos) and old ramet in Hoagland solution with 20% PEG-6000(Oos), and old ramet in Hoagland solution(Oys) and young ramet in Hoagland solution with 20% PEG-6000(Yys). Lipid peroxidation, antioxidants, and proline showedphysiological integration between ramets subjected to different levels of water stress. Superoxide dismutase(SOD), Guaiacol peroxidase(G-POD), malondialdehyde(MDA), and free proline also showed different time courses and relative activities during the physiological integration.
