Simulation and Analysis of Orthodontic Archwire Bending Robot

A 3D mathematical model of orthodontic archwire with rectangular curve is established. Simplified 3D solid model of orthodontic archwire bending robot, which is consistent of bending die, support structure and archwire are established by Creo software, then the simplified model of bending die is put into ANSYS Workbench. Material parameters the contact condition and boundary conditions are set reasonably for the model. Based on the finite element analysis method, the calculation and analysis of the nonlinear contact problem of archwire and bending die, besides the stress distribution of curve bending and bending die is got. This provides the reference for optimal design of bending planning and bending die.

With the rapid growth of car ownership, "parking" has gradually become the hot issue of society in general. At present, people widely used stereo garage because it took small area, which had a high space utilization, and convenient operation. However, due to internal instability of three-phase asynchronous motor parameters and load disturbance factors such as fluctuations, it led to a poor robustness of the control system. Therefore, we build a system of first order mathematical model using Simulink based on Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC) and made the simulation analysis by the analysis of the controller structure and algorithm. And through the comparison with the traditional PID control, we implementated the signal fast response optimization design and control overshoot.

Some nouns can be used as temporary verbal classifiers in Mandarin Chinese, to measure action which the relevant verb expressed. A numeral preceding a temporary verbal classifier constitutes a numeral classifier phrase, a numeral classifier phrase and a verb can combine a syntagme named a verbal classifier phrase. Viewing from meaning of temporary verbal classifier and its part of speech, this paper analyzed its semantic features and semantic relation between it and the verb, explored the relationships on the syntax and semantics among internal components when it constitutes a verbal classifier phrase. 汉语部分名词可以临时用作动量词,以对相关动词表示的动作进行度量。临时动量词前 加数词构成数量短语,数量短语和动词组合构成动量短语。本文从临时动量词自身的词义和 词性出发,分析其语义特征及与动词的语义联系,探讨它构成动量短语时内部构成成分间的 句法语义关系。
Research on the Wear Mechanism of Ceramic Tool in Turning of Nickel-based Superalloy GH4169

The dry cutting experiment for nickel-based high temperature alloyGH4169 was conducted with Al2O3- SiCw whisker toughening ceramic blade WG300 and Si3N4-Al2O3 ceramics (Sialon) blade SX9. The main wear mechanism of ceramic cutting tools were analyzed by means of observing the wear morphology about cutting tools with scanning electron microscope, and measuring concentration of each element in wear tiny region lying in the ceramic tools with Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS). The results show that the main wear mechanism of ceramic cutting tool was presented by cohesive wear, abrasive wear and oxidation wear. Cohesive wear occurs mainly on the rake face and were influenced by the contact stress state between the contact points of cutting tool and workpiece material.
Needle Deflection during Insertion into Soft Tissue Based on Virtual Spring Model

Needle insertion is the most common procedure of minimally invasive interventions. During insertion into a soft tissue, the needle with bevel tip can deflect due to the asymmetric forces acting on the tip of the needle. In this paper, a mechanics-based model is developed to predict the needle deflection. In the model, the needle is considered as a cantilever beam supported by a series of nonlinear springs each of which has stiffness different from each other. The value of stiffness can be calculated by cutting force acting on the needle tip. Based on the model and the analysis of cutting force and friction force, Rayleigh-Ritz method is used to estimate the amount of needle deflection. Experiment shows that the simulation model can accurately predict the deflection of the bevel-tipped needle.
Improved Multi-objective Genetic Algorithm Based on Parallel Hybrid Evolutionary Theory

Based on the analysis on the basic principles and characteristics of the existing multi-objective genetic algorithm (MOGA), an improved multi-objective GA with elites maintain is put forward based on non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA). NSGA-II algorithm theory and parallel hybrid evolutionary theory is described in detail. The design principle, process and detailed implementations of the improved MOGA are given. IMNSGA-II algorithm and NSGA-II algorithm are applied to test the performance of the two algorithms for different test function, experiments of example are preformed. Experimental results show that the improved MOGA achieved the optimal between the convergence and diversity.
