The purpose of the study is to learn the consumer trust of university students in internet shopping of sports commodities. The subjects were 419 university students being in school in Jun La Buk Do(Jun La province) have been surveyed. 246 male students, while 173 female. For trust rate check, "consumer trust rate during internet shopping check sheet(trust rate a=0.76)" by Lee Yong Gyoon and Lee Gyoo. Yong has been used. By using statistics program of Spsspc10.0 for data processing, results have been obtained as follows after performing technical statistics, variance analysis and regression analysis. 1. Among society and population study backgrounds, there has been difference in consumer trust according to gender(p<.05), but no difference according to family types.(p>.05) 2. Shopping path, selection criteria on shopping mall and the reason for purchase of commodities have influence on consumer trust(p<.05) 3. There has been difference in consumer trust according to career of internet use(p<.05). 4. There has been no difference in consumer trust according to hours of daily internet use(p<.05) From the results above, the conclusion is that when university students purchase sports commodities using internet, they consider the stability of the company, the scale of the shopping mall company, etc.

ABSTRACT The enthusiastic market strategy for the tourists attraction in Cheju Island has been required in view of those of China and other southeastern countries since '89 Liberalization of Overseas Travels in Korea. The two international sports events - Asian Game in Pusan and the 2002 World Cup Soccer in Korea - will be the turning point for the well-known Korea all over the world, and thus urgently needed is the enhancement of the international competiveness in Cheju Tourism Industry as follows : 1. Pan-citizen's kindness movement in Cheju. 2. Enlargement and expansion of SOC including Cheju International Airport. 3. Longer stay of the foreign tourists enjoying new tourism products and events. 4. Active promotion and development of tourism resources related with Cheju folklore and culture.

ABSTRACT We believe that new generation will play a major role in the growth of business and the development of our nation. Thus, we try to understand them and to make the most of their bright sidee and strong points. But the point is that we have a problem with the personnel policy in the tourism business. Because most of the personnel policies now in practice are designed to focus on the old generation. Accordingly, the policies are not suitable for the new generation. We have to consider that they are quite different in viewpoint of life and benhavior style from those of the old generation. Therefore, the policies should be changed to meet the needs of the new generation as follows : ① building the joyful atmosphere at work,② organizing the renovation system of network, ③ operating the efastic off in hours, ④ setting the flexible personnela system, ⑤ putting the varied recruiting terms and engagements, ⑥practicing the personnel grading based on one's ability, ⑦ establishing the working affairs for new generation.

ABSTRACT In order to develop the district of Ganghwa, we shall do our best for followings: At first, we need to build up the function and status of Ganghwa in conformity with Ganghwa Development Plan (2001-2020) and realize core issues in becoming historical and cultural city. Secondly, the county shall be developed as historical and cultural tourist area. Various events which make historical and cultural relics harmonize with natural and ecological environments should be developed for this. At result, Ganghwa district should be developed as tourist city coexisting with resident people.

도시지역 초등학생에서 주의력결핍 과잉운동장애의 유병율

Background and Objectives : To study the prevalence of ADHD in urban elementary school children using the Korean version of the disruptive behavior disorders parent rating scale. Materials and methods : 6,372 students from seven urban elementary schools were targeted using the parent rating scale. Results : (1)The total ADHD prevalence was 6.1%. It can be broken down as follows: 4.1% was the Inattentive type, 1.0% was the Hyperactive-impulsive type and 1.1% was the Combined type. 8.3% occurred in male students and 3.9% occurred in female students. The prevalence in boys was significantly higher. (2) The prevalence of Conduct Disorder(CD) was 0.3%: 0.2% for male students and 0.3% for female students. There was no significant difference between girls and boys. (3) The prevalence of Oppositional Defiant Disorder(ODD) was 4.4%: 5.0% for boys and 3.9% for girls. The value for boys was significantly higher. (4) A statistically significant difference between grades was found with ADHD, but no significant difference between grades was found with CD and ODD. (5) In the results of the comorbidity research, ADHD accompanied by CD was 2.3%. ADHD accompanied by ODD was 25.5%. ADHD accompanied by both CD and ODD was 4.1%. (6) Mild forms of ADHD, CD and ODD were found four times more often than that observed in typical cases. Conclusion : Prevalence of ADHD in urban elementary schools is high and CD or ODD is accompanied more frequently. In the future, the school mental health project should be focused mainly on ADHD. From the beginning of urban elementary schools, ADHD should be screened for. Intervention is required depending on whether or not there are accompanying diseases.

To examine the effects of the welding residual stress on Mode I fatigue crack propagation behavior, 3mm thickness SS41 steel plate was welded by an Auto-matic Submerged Arc Welding. Initial residual stress and relaxation residual stresses according to each stress ratio were measured. The fatigue crack propagation behavior from the region of compressive residual stress to region of tensile residual stress was analyzed. The results predicted by the Forman's equation using the superposition approach of the respective stress intensity factors for the initial residual stress and for the applied stress according to each stress ratio were compared with experimental data. The validity of the superposition approach was investigated. The conclusion are summerized as follows: 1. When the component is subjected to a constant amplitude cyclic tensile loading, the welding residual stress is reduced as stress ratio increase. 2. As the fatigue crack is propagation through the compressive residual stress field, it was found that the effects of welding compressive residual stress on fatigue crack growth in weldments, and the stress ratio decreases, become larger and delay the fatigue crack growth rate. 3. For negative values of the effective stress ratio, R? in the welding compressive residual stress field, the prediction of fatigue crack growth rate by the Forman's equation were found to be corresponded to experimental data for stress ratio R?0.3, as the effective stress ratio R? approached zero, when the stress ratio R>0.3 the prediction of the fatigue crack growth rate by Forman's equation were found to be impossible.

전라북도 남원시 열대의 산림조류상

본 연구는 전라북도 남원시 일대의 산림조류상을 파악하기 위하여 2008년 3월부터 10월까지 조류센서스를 실시하고, 그 결과를 분석 평가한 것이다. 총 75종 이 기록되었으며, 그 중 텃새가 29종, 여름철새가 23종, 겨울철새가 17종, 나그네새가 6종으로 나타났다. 이 지역의 우점종은 붉은머리오목눈이, 참새, 되새, 멧비둘기, 노랑턱멧새, 물까치 등으로 나타났다. 법정보호종은 환경부지정 멸종위기 Ⅱ급 인 참매, 말똥가리, 새흘리기, 흰목물떼새로 4종, 문화재청 지정 천연기념물은 원앙, 붉은배새매, 새매, 참매, 황조롱이, 솔부영이로 6종, 총9종이 관찰되었다. Bird censuses were conducted to elucidate the present forest avifauna of Namwon city from March to October, 2006. A total of 75 bird species was recorded. They consisted of 29 species of residents, 23 species of summer visitors,17 species of winter visitors, and 6 species of passage migrants. Dominant species were Paradoxornis webbianus, Passer montaus, Fringilla montifringilla, Streptopelia orientalis, Embenza elegans, Cyanopica cyana. The legal protected birds listed by Ministry of Environment were 4 species: Accipiter gentilis, Buteo buteo Falco subbuteo, Charadrius placidus, and listed by Cultural Heritage Administration were 6 species: Aix galericulata. Accioiter soloensis. A. nisus. A. gentilis. Falco tinnunculus. Ninox scutulata

대구지역 중소기업의 국제경쟁력 결정요인에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 대구지역 중소기업의 국제경쟁력의 수준과 결정요인을 탐색하고 있다. 대구지역에 소재한 408개 중소기업을 대상으로 자료를 수집 분석한 결과 대구지역 중소기업의 국제경쟁력 수준은 그리 높지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 중소기업의 국제경쟁력 결정요인에 환한 연구모형의 타당성을 검증한 결과 모형은 타당한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 경영전략 특성 및 조직구조 특성이 지역 중소기업의 국제경쟁력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 발견한 특징적인 현상은 지역 중소기업이 국제경쟁력을 달성하기 위해서는 경쟁전략에 있어서는 비용절감추구전략과 제품차별화추구전략을 동시에 높일 때, 그리고 조직구조에 있어서는 분권화와 공식화를 동시에 높일 때 국제경쟁력이 높아진다는 사실이다. 이는 소위 모순경영에 관한 이론적 함의를 제공하는 것으로 본 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구결과에 대한 해석과 토론, 이론적 및 실무적인 시사점과 한계점, 그리고 향후의 연구를 위한 연구명제가 제시되고 있다. This study investigated the level and determinants of international competitiveness of small and medium sized firms located in Daegu. The research model consisted of characteristics of management process including management strategy, organizational structure, management system, and top management. And international competitiveness was used as a performance variable. The data were collected from 408 small and medium sired firms located in Daegu. Empirical results indicated that the level of international competitiveness was not high, and management strategy and organizational structure influenced on international competitiveness significantly. Specifically, this study shown that to improve international competitiveness, small and medium sized firms have to persue both cost reduction and product differentiation, and also enhance decentralization and formalization simultaneously. In doing so, they appear to be faced with a paradox management. The implications of these findings, limitations, and future research directions were discussed.

대동맥 이첨판과 승모판 이탈증을 동반한 대동맥 판하부 협착 1예

Discrete subaortic stenosis is a rare cardiac disorder especially in Orientals which occupies eight to ten percent of aortic stenosis, It occurs mainly before age of eighteen and accompanies with aortic valve abnormalities such as aortic stenosis, supravalvrlar stenosis, bicuspid valve and muscular hypertrophic subaortic stenosis, and other cardiac abnormalities such as ventricular septal defect, pulmonary stenosis and coarctation of aorta. There is no report of discrete subaortic stenosis accompanied with mitral valve prolapse. The major complications of discrete subaortic stenosis are aortic insufficiency, and subacute bacterial endocarditis. We report a case of asymptomatic nineteen-year-old male of discrete subaotic stenosis with bicuspid aortic valve and mitral valve prolapse, which is comfirmed by two-dimensional and Doppler echocardiography including transesophaigeal echocardiography.
