        수도권에서 아황산가스의 황산염으로 전환시 각 과정의 상대적 기여도

        The major conversion processes of SO₂ to sulfate arc reactions in gaseous, aqueous phase and on dust surface. Using the measurement data in Ganghwa, the background area of metropolitan Seoul Area, the relative contiribution of the conversion processes am estimated. Generally, aqueous cloud is the most important conversion path followed by dust surface. gas, and aqueous aerosol. Importance of conversion on dust surface increases for the dust storm period. The total conversion rate values over the metropolitan Seoul area are between 1.5 and 8.8×10^(-11) mole m_(-3) air.

        This study has been carried out to determine the values of bed-sand scale and time scale which are difficult at hydraulic model tests on the HAE UN DAE beach after performing a marine investigation required to establish a protection method about the deformation of HAE UN DAE beach by using hydraulic model test. The amount of topography deformation of HAE UN DAE beach has also been obtained by the two dimensional movable bed hydraulic model test in a quantitative way.

After elimination of the cause,following treatment procedures can be used:No treatment,Surgical treatment alone,Surgical and Orthodontic treatment,Transplantation.         The effect of S-functionalized and vacancies on V2C MXenes as anode materials for Na-ion and Li-ion batteries

        The electrochemical properties of V2C and V2CT2 (T = O, S) MXenes with and without vacancy as anode materials for Na-ion and Li-ion batteries, have been studied using first-principles calculation. The present results indicate that the adsorption strength of Li-ion and Na-ion on V2CS2 are less than that of O-functionalized, together with a lower diffusion barrier. Simultaneously, V2CS2 monolayer exhibits lower open-circuit voltage (OCV) values of 0.72 and 0.49 V for Li- and Na-ion, respectively. Interestingly, the presence of atomic vanadium vacancy on V2CS2 monolayer exerts more prominent effects on enhancing adsorption strength than that of carbon vacancy for Li-ion and Na-ion, but with an exception for the diffusion of Li-ion and Na-ion on V2CS2 monolayer. The finding suggests that the V2CS2 monolayer is expected to be a potential candidate as anode material for Li-ion and Na-ion battery due to its lower open-circuit voltages and diffusion barriers.

      • Association between the CYP1A2 rs762551 Polymorphism and Bladder Cancer Susceptibility: a Meta-Analysis Based on Case-Control Studies

        Background: Previous studies evaluated associations between the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer risk. However, the results were inconsistent. We therefore performed a meta-analysis of the published case-control studies to assess in detail the association between CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer risk. Materials and Methods: PubMed, Embase and Web of Science were searched to identify relevant studies and the pooled odds ratio (OR) and 95 % confidence interval (95%CI) were calculated. Results: A total of seven articles including 3,013 cases and 2,771 controls were finally included. Overall, a significant association was found between the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer susceptibility for CC vs AA (OR=0.82, 95% CI=0.69~0.99), but no significant associations were found for the other three models (AC vs AA: OR=0.91, 95% CI=0.81~1.02; the dominant model: OR=0.90, 95% CI=0.80~1.00; the recessive model: OR=0.84, 95% CI =0.72~1.00). In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, we detected significant associations between the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism and bladder cancer susceptibility for GA vs GG (OR = 0.78, 95% CI =0.64~0.96) and for the recessive model (OR=0.80, 95% CI=0.66~0.96) in Caucasians, but not for Asians. Conclusions: The results from the meta-analysis suggested that the CYP1A2 rs762551 polymorphism is a protective factor for bladder cancer, especially in Caucasians.

      • Immune and Anti-oxidant Functions of Ethanol Extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in Mice Bearing U14 Cervical Cancers

        Background: The objective was to study the effect of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi ethanol extracts (SBGE) on immune and anti-oxidant function in U14 tumor-bearing mice. Materials and Methods: U14 tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into eight groups: a control group, a cyclophosphamide (CTX) group, three dose groups of SBGEI (high, medium, low), and three dose groups of SBGEII (high, medium, low). After two weeks, the thymus and spleen weight indices of mice bearing U14 cervical cancer were calculated. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) was used to determine the levels of serum IL-2, TNF-${\alpha}$, IL-8, and PCNA. MDA activity and SOD activity in plasma were measured with detection kits. Results: In the SBGE groups, thymus weight and spleen weight indices of U14 tumor-bearing mice were significantly higher than in the control group or CTX group (p<0.05). Compared to control group, the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-${\alpha}$ in U14 tumor-bearing mice increased significantly, whereas the contents of serum IL-8 and PCNA decreased (p<0.05). The activity of SOD increased with the growing dose of SBGE, while the activity of MDA decreased significantly in the highe-rdose groups of SBGE. Conclusions: These findings suggested that SBGE, especially at high dose, 1000 mg/kg, showed significant immune and anti-oxidant effects infU14 tumor-bearing mice, which might be the mechanisms of SBGE inhibition of tumor growth.

        한·중 철도건설 사업의 리스크 관리에 관한 연구 -일대일로 프로젝트를 배경으로-

        2013년에 시작된 일대일로 프로젝트는 현재까지도 세계의 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 일대일로 프로젝트에 한국이 참여하는 것은 중한 양국에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 철도 건설과 같은 인프라 건설은 일대일로 프로젝트의 중점 영역으로서 한국에게는 일대일로 프로젝트에 참여할 수 있는 좋은 수단이 된다. 또한, 한중 양국의 철도는 유라시아 대륙 철도를 연결시켜 양국의 경제를 성장시킬 수 있다. 한편, 국가 간의 철도 건설은 여러 가지 리스크를 감수할 수밖에 없다. 본 연구에서는 일대일로 프로젝트에 해당되는 철도의 현황 및 관련 문제점을 살펴보고 사업가능성을 검토한 후 한·중 양국 철도의 두 가지 노선이 감수해야 할 리스크를 분석하였다. 한·중 양국의 철도 건설은 정치적으로 많은 리스크를 감내해야 할 것인데, 지정학적 리스크, 국가 내부의 불안정성, 자산 수용 리스크 및 관련 규제 리스크 등이 대표적이다. 중국 철도 기업이 한·중 철도 사업을 진행하려면 해당 위험 요소들을 마주할 수밖에 없을 것인데, 리스크 관리 차원에서 철도 기업이 합작 투자를 추진하거나 건설-운영-이전 모델을 사용하는 방법 등이 있다. 그러나 기업이 정치적인 리스크를 관리함에는 분명 한계가 존재할 것이다. SinceOne BeltOne Road projectwas presented in 2013, it has received great attention fromthe whole world. Korea"s involvement in the project seems to have significantly positive effect on both China and Korea. Infrastructure construction is the priority of theOne Belt One Road project and Korea needs to participate in this project if possible. The railway between Korea and China can connect the Eurasia continental railway and this project may help growth of the two economies. However, the construction of railways between countries have various risks. This study analyzes the present situation and problems of the project, and analyze different risks of the Korea-China railway projects. Main research methodology of this study is to review past and relevant studies reviewing books, research papers, and institutional reports relatedwith the topic. Construction of railways between Korea and China must consider a lot of political risks including geopolitical risks, internal instability, asset expropriation risks, and regulation risks. Chinese railway business have to consider risk factors carefully in order to build the Korea-China railway. In terms of risk management, railway business can take advantage of joint ventures or ‘build- operate-transfer’ models. Absolutely, however, there are significant limits to the management of political risks by a single business.

      • Matrine Reduces Proliferation of Human Lung Cancer Cells by Inducing Apoptosis and Changing miRNA Expression Profiles

        Matrine, a main active component extracted from dry roots of Sophora flavecens, has been reported to exert antitumor effects on A549 human non-small lung cancer cells, but its mechanisms of action remain unclear. To determine effects of matrine on proliferation of A549 cells and assess possible mechanisms, MTT assays were employed to detect cytotoxicity, along with o flow cytometric analysis of DNA content of nuclei of cells following staining with propidium iodide to analyze cell cycle distribution. Western blotting was performed to determined expression levels of Bax, Bcl-2, VEGF and HDAC1, while a microarray was used to assessed changes of miRNA profiles. In the MTT assay, matrine suppressed growth of human lung cancer cell A549 in a dose- and timedependent manner at doses of 0.25-2.5 mg/ml for 24h, 48h or 72h. Matrine induced cell cycle arrest in G0/G1 phase and decreased the G2/M phase, while down-regulating the expression of Bcl2 protein, leading to a reduction in the Bcl-2/Bax ratio. In addition, matrine down regulated the expression level of VEGF and HDAC1 of A549 cells. Microarray analysis demonstrated that matrine altered the expression level of miRNAs compared with untreated control A549 cells. In conclusion, matrine could inhibit proliferation of A549 cells, providing useful information for understanding anticancer mechanisms.

        정약용은 조선 후기의 저명한 학자로서 전해지는 사작詞作의 수량은 많지 않으나 그 나름의 특색을 지니고 있다. 그는 사로써 자신의 정감과 뜻을 표현하고 술회하며 물상과 사상을 채택하는데 뛰어났으며 동시에 언어 선택과 추출을 중시하였다. 그는 이청조로 대표되는 완약사파婉約詞派의 유풍을 계승하였으며 또한 초기 발전 단계에서 사가 지니고 있는 화려한 정조를 모면하였다. 이로써 부드럽지만 아름답지 않고 곡진하지만 아첨하지 않는 사작 특징을 형성하였다. 정약용의 사장詞章은 그 자신의 창작 능력을 자연스럽게 드러낸 것이며 또한 중국과 한국 사이의 문화와 문학 교류를 체현하였다. Cheong Yagyong is a renowned Korean scholar. Although only a few his poems in Ci詞 form is remained, but it has its own characteristics. In his Ci poems Cheong showed literary excellence not only expressing and reminiscing his feelings and meanings, but also adopting objects and images. At the same time, he regarded selection and extraction of poetic dictions as important. He inherited the literary custom handed down by the school of Wan-Yue-Ci婉約詞 which represented by Li Qing-Zhao and avoided splendid sentiments the early development stage of Ci poetry had. Hereby the characteristics of his writing Ci poems were formed as that of soft but not fancy, and earnest but not flattering. Cheong`s creativity emerged as his Ci poems and it embodied culture and literary exchange of Korea and China.
