        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the marketing strategy and facility utilities of 2003 Daegu Universiade. This paper examined the reasons why new Daegu stadium needs to set up the utilizing planning after the Daegu Universiade and to evaluate the marketing strategies for this sports event. The background and current situation were analyzed and future recommendations made. This paper attempted to discuss factors contributing to the circumstances and endeavor to imply possible solutions. The stadium was to build a new 66,140 seats spending 2,925 billion Wons(US $255 million). This includes a minimum of $128 million in local government subsidies. Operate cost after the Daegu Universide is estimated around $2.4 million each year. Unless detailed planning for use after the Daegu Universide, it will be impossible for the stadium to make a profit on operating. The financial condition of the Daegu Universiade will be evaluated in terms of revenue and expenditure view.

      • 전문 런닝화 개발을 위한 런닝화 화형 분석 : 2000년 런닝화를 중심으로

        This study was designed to investigate the problem of the existing Running Standard Last for the Male adult and to suggest some useful information for the better design development and construction of running shoes last. The subjects for this study are based on 4 male adults who had the running pattern of rearfoot strike with normal feet. 51 separate measurements of four lasts of running shoe with N, R, AD, AS brand were tested using a 3-mentional measurement. Four running shoes and a barefoot were measured using a pressure distribution measurement. The findings of the study were as follows 1) The N running shoes last was larger than those for R, AD and AS the standard in the 8 items. The AS running shoes last was larger than those of N, R, AD last in the 8 items. The R's last was the biggest in short heel girth and long heel girth. The AD's last was the biggest in seat length and firth toe height 2) In the regional peak pressure of the running sheos, the barefoot and brand running shoes showed the biggest pressure distribution in the hallux, There were the slightest pressure in the medial midfoot and lateral midfoot. 3) The instance of regional peak pressure, the barefoot and the running shoes showed earlier peak pressure for the lateral heel. It was barely possible to measure pressure distribution in medial midfoot. 4) In the light of time percentage of peak pressure distribution measurement in each mask, N running shoes showed the longest time in medial heel, lateral heel, medial midfoot, lateral metatarsal and lateal toes, AD running shoes showed the longest in first metatarsal, second metatarsal and hallux, R running, the longest in second toes. 5) In the maximum force for pressure distribution, barefeet showed the biggest pressure distribution in second metatarsal and R, AD running shoes the biggest in first metatarsal, respectively. 6) In the time of peak pressure distribution measurement, barefeet quickly showed peak pressure distribution in the lateral midfoot. Simultaneously, N. R, AD and AS's running shoes showed peak pressure distribution with barefeet. 7) In the characteristic of the new last's model, bottom length resulted in 276.00mm, stick length 283.29mm, 70% ball mirth 255.12mm, bottom width 91.21mm, toe thickness 30.00mm.

        The movement lifting up and supporting the object with arm in sports or daily life can bring about the several disease or injure to a joint, bone and muscle for great weight, as you overuse your power. Therefore it is a important study to find out the mechanical structure and principle of arm's movement. Because human's body is different from another object. It is not simple. So biomechanist make clear relation with the power and movement by modelizing each segment of body into a rigid body and by substituting direct kinetics problem for indirect kinetics problem. This study developed the kinetical modeling of right arm's segment at lifting up and down of dumbbell by using korean's data.       • 대구 U 대회에 대한 태도가 공식 스폰서의 구매의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between attitude of college students toward 2003 Daegu Universide Games and purchase intention (PI) for official sponsor (Samsung Electronics). Respondents (n=980) were sampled from 6 different universities in Daegu area. Questionnaire were obtained using simple random sampling method and self-administration method. Descriptive analysis, t-Test, and regression (simple & multiple) were performed for data analysis. Results were as follows: First, a relationship between attitude toward the Universide Games (UG) and official sponsor was found to be average level, and the relationship between attitude toward the brand (AB) and PI was almost positive level. Second, for Universide involvement, high involvement group had more positive awareness for all factors such as UG, attitude toward the sponsor (AS), and AB than low involvement group. Third, for UG and AS, sponsor emblem and logo had an effect on AS. In addition, sponsor emblem only was found to be statistically significant. Marketing insights and strategies based upon information gained from data analysis were discussed.

        This is an empirical study on the ways of improving the CRS of an Airline Industry. This study has analyzed the historical side of business environment of CRS in Korea. It attempted to use questionaire and interview, especially in the area of management structure and user's decisions. The result of study suggests the reform measure for improving user's benefit, reinforcement of marketing ability, back-up service, and efficiency of technological operation. In conclusion, this study presents Korea's future progression ability of CRS. New strategies and specific airline products due to the diversity in the tourism characteristics.

      • 淨水過程에서 生成된 알루미늄 이온 除去 (Ⅰ)

        The objective of this study was to conduct jar-tests to remove residual aluminum ion and turbidity using three coagulants and three alginates as a coaglant aids. The conclusions were obtained from investigation of coagulant demand, zeta potential, residual aluminum ion concentration and turbidity under varying dosage of coagulants are as follows ; The potimum dosages for ALUM, PAC and PASS were 50, 35 and 30 mg/l respectively, at these dosages, residual aluminum ion concentrations were 0.07, 0.10 and 0.13 mg/l. When magnesium alginate(MA) dosage of 1.0 mg/l was applied after addition of optimum dosages of coagulants, ALUM, PAC and PASS removal efficiency of turbidities were 0.10, 0.13 and 0.13 NTU respectively. Adequate zeta-potential range for coagulation was from -20 mV to -10 mV with coagulant only.

        Finding human faces automatically in a scene is a difficult yet significant problem. This paper proposes a method for detecting face regions from a complex background, and describes the experimental results. We perform face location based on the observation that human faces are characterized by their color information and texture features as follows. Firstly we construct a face chromatic histogram in hue and saturation chromatic space. Secondly we use the chromatic histogram to detect skin pixels from the input image. Thirdly a face texture model is constructed by calculating inertia, inverse difference and correlation of facial images. Finally the locations of the face region are determined by face texture features.

      • 步速變化에 따른 미끄러짐의 생체역학적 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze walking steps to prevent unnecessary energy consuming and prevention of injury from sliding when someone was walking. The questionnaire, high speed video system, E.M.G. system, and force platform system were used to analyze sliding mechanism in biomechanical perspective. Several results were found as following: 1. According to questionnaire regarding sliding, 93.3% of participants have sliding experiences. People have sliding experiences by greasy floor(48.4%) and obstacle (22.5%). Sliding types were found from different kinds of shoes such as sneakers (48.8%) and boots (34.2%). The results were presented as following 44.6% of participants were fall down front direction and 40.3% of people fell down rear side. 2. According to the high speed video system analyzer, step sliding increased with increasing step speed from distance and acceleration speed experiment with 80 steps/min, 100 steps/min, 120 steps/min. Also, the most sliding were occurred with sneakers, boots, and bare feet as order. 3. According to E.M.G. test results, the vastus lateralis M., the vastus medialis m., and the tibialis anterior m. of electric action potential presented strongly when participants fell front, rear, and right side. The vastus lateralis m. and the tibialis anterior m. of electric action potential presented strongly when someone fell left side, but the vastus medialis m. and the gastrocnemius m. of electirc action potential presented as weaker. 4. According to the force platform test results, the most big change of floor antipower of x-axis presented when someone fell the left side. The most of big change of floor antipower of y-axis presented when someone fell down rear side. The most of big change of floor antipower of z-axis presented similarly when someone fell the front, rear, left, and right side.
