요양보호사의 노화사실 인지정도가 수급자의 태도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 303명의 요양보호사를 대상으로 설문조사하여 노화사실인지 정도와 노인에 대한 태도를 파악하였으며, 이를 통해 요양보호사의 노화사실인지정도가 노인에 대한 태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 연구결과 첫째, 요양보호사의 노화사실 인지정도가 노인에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치므로, 노화사실 인지정도를 높일 수 있도록 교과과정 및 교육 내용을 개선해야 한다. 둘째, 학력 및 종사기관에 따라 노화사실 인지정도에 유의한 차이가 있으며, 소득수준이 높을수록 노화사실 인지정도가 높은 것으로 나타남에 따라, 요양보호사의 처우를 개선하고 요양보호서비스의 질을 개선하며 요양보호사가 전문직으로서 종사할 수 있는 제도적인 장치를 마련해야 한다. 셋째, 과거에 함께 거주했던 노인에 대한 생각은 노인에 대한 태도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났기 때문에 노인과 자녀간의 관계를 회복시키기 위한 사회적 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 넷째, 노화사실인지정도와 노인에 대한 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위한 보다 광범위한 연구가 지속되어야 한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the awareness of care helpers on the aging of elderly care receivers and their attitude to them in a bid to determine the impact of care helpers' awareness of elderly people's aging on their attitude to them. The subjects in this study were 303 care helpers. The findings of the study were as follows: Frist, the awareness of the caregivers on the aging of elderly people affected their attitude toward them. Therefore a better curriculum should be prepared to teach care helpers to take an accurate notice of the degree of elderly people's aging, and what to teach in the curriculum should carefully be selected. Second, there were significant differences in their awareness of the degree of elderly people's aging according to their academic credential and type of workplace. Those who earned a larger income were better cognizant of the degree of aging. So it's required to take institutional measures to provide care helpers with better treatment, to boost the quality of their service and to turn them into dedicated professionals. Third, the way they looked at the elderly people with whom they dwelled in the past had a significant impact on their attitude to the elderly, and the development of programs that aim at restoring the relationship between elderly people and their adult children is required. Fourth, more extensive and prolonged research efforts should be made to find out what factors influence the awareness of care helpers on the degree of elderly people's aging and their attitude toward them.
다람쥐 원숭이의 Bordetella bronchiseptica 감염 예 : Saimiri sciureus

A dead, female, 3 years old, squirrel monkey (Saimiri sciureus) was submitted and examined. Before death the monkey has showed lethargy, recumbency and inappetence since November 14, 2001 and died in November 17. Grossly much fibrin was deposited on the pleura of right lung, pericardium, and diaphragm(pleural part). And reddening of right lung was seen. Histopathologically lung showed severe fibrinous pleuritis, severe edema, thrombosis, and focal necrosis in parenchyma. Also much fibrin and mononuclear cells were deposited on the pericardium. In bacterial culture on the pleura and parenchyma of lung, and pericardium, B. bronchiseptica was isolated. Therefore we confirmed this case as the fatal case by B. bronchiseptica in squirrel monkey.

In the current paper, we propose a new modeling algorithm to analyze the coupling between an incident electromagnetic field (EMF) and a twisted conducting line, which is a kind of non-uniform line. Typically, analysis of external field coupling to a uniform transmission line (TL) is implemented by the Baum-Liu-Tesche (BLT) equation so that the induced load responses can be obtained. However, it is difficult to apply this method to the analysis of a twisted conducting line. To overcome this limitation, we used a chain matrix composed of ABCD parameters. The proposed algorithm expands the dimension of the previous chain matrix to consider the EMF coupling effectiveness of each twisted pair, which is then applied to multi-conductor transmission line (MTL) theory. In addition, we included a comparative study that involves the results of each method applied in the conventional BLT equation and new proposed algorithm in the uniform two-wire TL case to verify the proposed method.

The present review investigates the role of the cytoprotective enzyme heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) in human diseases and explores strategies for its clinical use. In recent years, there has been a growing evidence, for the beneficial effects of some phytoconstituents via induction of HO-1 expression, contained in commonly used spices, fruits, and herbs, in preventing various pathologic conditions, including cancer, diabetes, and cardiovascular diseases. HO-1 catalyzes the rate-limiting step in heme catabolism to generate ferrous iron, carbon monoxide, and biliverdin. HO-1 is reported to play crucial roles in cellular protection, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative and anti-apoptotic effects. These evidences indicate that HO-1 may functions as a potential therapeutic target in various human diseases. The article highlights the current status of the development of the HO-1 modulation pathway using dietary phytoconstituents.

N/A This experiment was undertaken to investigate the atomization characteristics of the low viscosity biodiesel blended fuel and ultrasonic energy added one. Test fuels were conventional diesel fuel and biodiesel fuel. We compared to the characteristics of viscosity and surface tension, SMD between low viscosity biodiesel blended fuel and ultrasonic energy added one. Sauter mean diameter was measured under the variation of the spray distance. Viscosity and surface tension was measured under the variation of the time trace. To measure the droplet size, we used the Malvern system 2600C. Droplet size distribution was analyzed from the result data of Malvern system. Through this experiment, we found that the condition of the ultrasonic energy added situation had smaller Sauter mean diameter of droplet, viscosity and surface tension than that of the conventional situation.
