        Locoregional recurrence is the most common type of recurrence in surgical operation of gastric adenocarcinoma, and peritoneal dissemination is one of the most difficult problems in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma treatment. Because the peritoneal cavity is the most common site of the first recurrence after gastric cancer resection, intraperitoneal chemotherpy seems a logical choice for cancer chemotherapy. The Mitomycin C(MMC) adsorbed by the activated charcoal particles(CH) is relatively released when the drug concentration surrounding the carbon particles becomes low in the peritoneum of the peritoneal cavity. For the intraperitoneal chemotherapy on the advanced gastric adenocarcnoma, mitomycin C adsorbed on activated carbon particles was administered in the peritoneal cavity just before abdominal wall closure. The closed drainage tubes were inserted in the peritoneal cavity and clamped for tuo hours after completion of operation. MMC concentrations were serially measured in peritoneal fluid, plasma and urine at 2hour, 48 hour, 72 hour and 168 hour following its administration in order to study the efficacy of the MMC-CH as a drug delivery system. There were minimal toxicities in born marrow, liver, and gastrointestinal system after intraperitoneal MMC-CH administration. The data of this study suggested that MMC-CH may have a somewhat more beneficial effect than surgery alone when administered in optimal dose and schedules, but the MMC concentration of the peritoneal fluid was not sufficient to eradicate remnant cancer cells, and effective duration of maintenance was only below 24 hours in the peritoneal fluid and plasma.

        The importance of livestock industry, espeaally swine raising industry(SRI) in Cheju-do is regarding as the one of major livestock policy to cope with UR. However, with reverse funtction following the promoting of SRI concert of environment pollution caused by livestock wastewater, as it were, the pollution of underground water that is a resource of water supply severly appears. In this study, we(investigators) analyzed the present condition and prospect of SRI of indicated as a major resource of water pollution. Also we did a research the production of wastewater caused by SRI and characteristics of waste dqmsal. Therefore we indicate a basc materials for statistics to plan the pnnotmg of SRI and the preservation of the environment. The result of this study are summanzed as foIbws. 1. The distribution Breedding of swine bredmg in Cheju-do is localized at westem part of Cheju-do. 2. Breeding head number of swine in Cheju-do is berg expeded from 161,740 in 1993 to 699,704 in 2011. Therefore the quantity of wastewater mfer 8,396 to be increased. 3. The wastewater cad by SRI is handled by Storing liquefied fertilim method and simphcity purificaticm method for the mose part.

        Ⅰ. Statement of Problems. In this study, the following problems are taken for the purpose of the improvement of high school girls' track and field ability. (1) Made up track and field reinforcement exerceise. (2) The constitution of track and field teaching model. (3) To establish the evaluation records of track and field for High School Girls. Ⅱ. Methods. (1) Students; Slected two Consisting of two groups (503 girls) that are Similbar in physique and physical strength, one is the experimental group and the other is the comparative group. (2) Research Period; 1981. 3. 1∼1982. 2. 28(one year) (3) Measuring events; ① Physique; Standing height, Wehgit, Chest Girth, Sitting height. ② Physical Ability Testing Events; 100m dash, 800, Broad jump, Throwing, Chin Keeping, Sit-ups, Shuttle run, Standing trunk flexion. ③ Track and Field Events; 100m, 800m, Shotput. Running broad jump, Running hig-h jump, Hurdle. Ⅲ. Practice Model Model ① The Strengthing Exercise for Running Speed. Model ② ; The Reinforcement Exercise for Running Power. Model ③ ; The Strengtheing Exercise for Jumping Power. Model ④ ; The Invigornted Training for Jumping Events. Model ⑤ ; The Strengthening Exercise for Throwing Power. Model ⑥ ; The Strengthening Exercise for Fitness Factors. Model ⑦ ; The Applied Circuit Training for Track and Field. Ⅳ. Results. The Verification results to each events was Table 5. Ⅴ. Conclusion. (1) On the effect of this teaching Model Training. Track and Field ability resulted in great impovement. It was very meaningful like that; C-R=1.72(atP>0.05) (2) In the Physical Strength Test, It showed effective results (CR=2.11(at P<0.05) (3) The evaluationreceords was found objective measuring points. (4) During 6 months, the value of High School Girls' growth was that; Standing Height 0.4cm, Weight 0.3kg, Chest Girth 0.5cm, Sitting Height 0.2cm.

      • 解釋과 客觀性 : E.D. Hirsch. JR의 해석론 小考 AStudy on E.D. Hirsch

        E.D. Hirsch has been one of the major theorists in American criticism since about 1957. His book, Validity in Interpretation, takes its place among the significant American works on the theory of interpretation. It challenges some of the most cherished assumptions that have guided literary interpretation for some four decades. According to Hirsch's doctrine, the author's verbal intetnion must be the norm by which the validity of any interpretation is measured. As support for his general argument, he draws upon Husserl's notion of intentionality (Husserl's distinction between the intentional act and the object intended). He says that "The general term for all intentional object is meaning. Verbal meaning is simply a specal kind of intentional object, and like any other one, it remains self-identical over against many different acts which intend it. Verbal meaning, being an intentional object, is unchanging. The meaning is determined once and for all by the character of the speaker's intention." He separates meaning(he equates it with the author's verbal meaning) from significance. He asserts that it is not the meaning of a text which changes, but its significance, which is the relation of the unchanging author's meaning to some other factor. Therefore, the objective of interpretation is not to find the significance of a text but to make clear its verbal meaning.

        Biodegradable retinal fixation devices obtain mechnical fixation of the retina with desirable chorioretinal scarring and with the potential for local, sustained release of antimetabolites and steroids to inhibit proliferative vitreoretinopathy. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack with barb that was designed in order to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. This study was carried to evaluate the efficacy for retinal fixation and the capability for sustained release of drugs with a newly designed biodegradable retinal tack Biodegradable retinal tacks were made of polymers of glycolic acids and were designed with barbs in a shape to prevent the disinsertion. Biodegradale retinal tacks are divided into 3 parts, a conical portion that is inserted into the sclera, a cylinder portion that remains in the vitreous, and a neck portion between the pin and the cylinder. The tapered conical end was manufactured to allow easy insertion through the retina and choroid into the sclera. A cylinder portion was manufactured with a tapered angle that fixes firmly into the orifice of 19 gauge spinal needle. A neck portion, 0.4 mm in diameter, was designed to prevent disinsertion from following implantation of retinal tack. The applicator was a 19 gauge spinal needle and its orifice was prepared to 15°angle to accept the tapered cylinder portion of the retinal tack. The retinal tacks, secured in the needles, were passed through the formed vitreous and inserted into the retina, choroid, and sclera and were released by pushing the internal needle, usually within 2-3mm of the medullary ray of the posterior rabbit retina A retinal tack was placed in each of 8 pigmented rabbit eyes. Slit-lamp biomicroscopy, indirect ophthalmoscopy and fundus photography were performed periodically from 1 day to 8 weeks after surgery. Eight eyes were enucleated and studied by light microscopy at 8 weeks. Biomicroscopic evaluation of the animals revealed edemas adjacent to the retinal surfaces immediately after insertion of the biodegradable retinal tacks in all the animals. These edemas disappeared after 1 week. The first noticeable change in the size of retinal tacks was shown after 2weeks. The size of the retinal tacks gradually got smaller, decreasing to about one-half at 4 weeks and about one-third at 8 weeks. All retinal tacks remained in inserted places without any movement for an 8 week period. On light microscopy, epiretinal proliferations were seen to extend into the vitreous cavity. Cellular capsules that lined the inner aspect of the scleral defect caused by tack insertion were found. However the adjacent retina had a normal cytologic appearance and architecture in all specimens. We manufactured a biodegradable retinal tack that is designed to prevent intrusion from implantation of retinal tacks. All biodegradable retinal tacks reduce in size with time, but no retinal tacks extruded from the inserted place. The newly designed biodegradable retinal tack can be used for retinal fixation and may be used as a vehicle for the introduction of pharmacologic agents to prevent the cellular events that promote proliferative vitreoretinopathy.

      • n-Octane의 개질 반응에서 FAU와 MFI촉매의 탈 알루니늄의 의한 Si/Al비의 영향

        제올라이트에서 Si/Al의 조성비는 산도에 큰 영향을 주므로 촉매의 활성 및 선택도도 큰 영향을 받는다. 본 연구에서는 상용화된 FAU 및 MFI 제올라이트를 탈 알루미늄 하여 산도를 변화시킨 후 노르말 옥탄의 개질 반응에서의 촉매특성을 살펴보았다. FAU와 MFI 제올라이트의 탈 알루미늄은 각각 열처리, 수증기 처리, 그리고 질산 처리 등 세 가지 서로 다른 방법으로 수행하였고, 처리된 제올라이트의 물성은 BET, XRD, SEM-EDS, TPD, FT-IR 등을 사용하여 측정하였다. 변형된 제올라이트 촉매들은 본 제조 조건에서 결정성을 그대로 유지하였으며, Si/Al 비는 3에서 30까지 증가하였고 산도는 크게 감소하였다. N-Octane의 개질 반응에서 촉매의 활성은 MFI계 촉매가 FAU계 촉매보다 더 우수하였고, 열처리한 경우가 수증기 처리한 경우보다 활성이 더 크게 나타났다. 수증기 처리한 경우는 열처리한 경우보다 촉매의 활성은 낮았지만 BTX 생성 억제 효과는 더 우수하였고, 산도가 높은 FAU 촉매는 분해반응에서 우수한 활성을 나타내었다. 개질 반응에서 일어나는 분해반응, 탈 수소반응, 그리고 이상화반응 등을 종합적으로 고려하면 열처리에 의하여 변형된 MFI계 촉매가 가장 우수하였다. The catalytic activity and selectivity of zeolites are significantly influenced by the Si/Al ratio, because it has strong effects on the acidity of zeolites. In this research, the catalytic characteristics were investigated by using dealuminated FAU and MFI zeolites as catalysts in the reforming of n-octane. Dealumination of zeolites was carried out in three different processes, i.e., thermal, steam, and nitric acid treatment, and their properties were measured by BET, XRD, SEM-EDS, TPD and FT-IR. The crystalline structure of zeolites were maintained after dealumination. Si/Al ratio was increased from 3 to 30 and the acidity was decreased drastically as Si/Al ratio increases. The catalytic activity of dealuminated MFI zeolite were superior to than that of FAU zeolite. Steam treated catalyst showed higher activity than thermally treated one, but that showed better performance than this in the inhibition of BTX generation. FAU zeolite with high acidity showed good selectivity to the decomposition reaction. In conclusion, thermally treated MFI zeolite show the highest activity in the n-octane reforming, considering all reactions (decomposition, dehydrogenation and isomerization).

      • W.C. Williams 硏究 序說 : -世界認識과 새로운 形式- -His World Views and New Poetic Form-

        This essay is a literary criticism about W.C. Williams(1883-1963), an American poet. The main purpose of this essay is to present the poet's world views and his concept of what poetry is. In order to examine these aspects I have chiefly analized his poem, "Young Sycamore", and his poetic principles in his letters, essays, autobiography, etc. But this is the writer's preliminary work for a full study on his poetic world as a whole. His poetry presupposes a primordial union of subject and object. In assuming such a union he lays emphasis on the facts of immediate experience(or contact) with the world. In his poem, "The Wanderer", this basic view is well expressed by the theme, which is baptism. The theme of this poem means the disappearence of a distinction between subject and object: it means the closing of Cartesian distance. " No ideas but in seeing the thing itself without forethought or afterthought but with great intensity of perception is emphasized first of all. This, however, does not mean that his poetic effort is to copy or represent physical things in nature. His primary object was the poem itself, that is, how to make a poem. As for Williams; a poem is an object made of words which the poet makes or invents out of the imagination. It is something, not at all like a copy of nature, but a new thing unlike anything else in nature, a thing advanced and apart from it. A poem is also a field where words exist in a new relation revealing new meanings. His poems represent themselves as an unfolding sequence of words not semantically or even grammatically but syntactically. Thus, his poems represent nature neither by description nor by evoking a visual image which many readers, including some critics, do not fully understand. He made similar observations about cubist collage, and drew explicit analogies between the flat plane of that art and the function of words in poetry.       • 適用 Circuit Training을 適用한 陸上競技의 技能向上에 關한 實踐 硏究

        Most of all in high school students were eager to go to college, and they were not interested in their physical training. But this study indicated that circuit training was very interesting thing for them and it was the cause of their development in Trackan Field race ability and physical strength. In order to investigate circuit training's good influences in High school students, A.C.T was adopted in the model of the set. Some of the significant findings in this study were (1) Students willingly took part in their traiinings because these various trainings were very interesting. (2) I was able to adopt the A.C.T training for them at the same time with many classes, (3) A.C.T training was very suitable exercises for 10∼15 minutes, (4) The uses of equipments for training and environments, and materials made the degree of their interests more higher.
