      • 글루코스 투여가 지구성 운동중 혈액성분 변화에 미치는 영향

        The subjects of this study was composed of 10 college men majoring in physical education. (3 long distance runners, 3 soccer players and 4 nonathletes)They ingested glucose and then the changes their blood constituents were examined after being taken some exercise. They ingerted glucose by lg/kg of the body weight, glucose was ingested to each testee by the half of calculatedmean body weights with 250ml barley tea diluted with an artificial sweetener between 60 and 30 minutes before the beginning of exercise, and during the trial exercise, they ingested only placebo without glucose at the same period. Their blood was drawn one minute before the beginning of exercise and the testees were taken 30 minute exercise with an absolute intensity of 900kpm, using a bicycle ergometer. To examine the blood constituents in the glucose trial, the testees were drawn 5cc of blood from the forearm vein each per one time one minute before the beginning of exercise, after fifteen and thirty-minute exercise and ten minutes after the finish of it. To achieve the aim of this study, the author calculated the mean and the standard deviation with measured materials and then effected an inspection of evidence (dependent-t)of the significant differences among means with the level of significance established at p<0.05. The results wer summarized as follows; By the glucose ingestion, blood glocose concentration increased and insulin was much excessive during rest, while it decreased by the significant differences and inhibited the mobilization of FFA in blood concenstration during exercise and the period of recovery. By the glucose ingestion, Hemoglobin, Hct and Osm decreased in all cases. And each had significant differences; Hemoglobin at the period of recovery, Hct during rest and 15minute exercise and Osm during rest. On the other hand, the density of lactate in blood concenstration decreased, but there were no statistic significant differences.

        In the injury of shoulder girdle, as a matter of accurate diagnosis through inpection, palpation, nervous examination, and medical program following an injury state, we can recover and take part in the sports as quickly as possible. Rehabilitation treatment should be conducted right after injury, and during the injury treatment, its method should be conducted in many ways after close observation and analysis of recovery state. Especially therapeutic exercise in the recovery is very important, because shoulder girdle has larger ROM than other part. For the prevention of injury in shoulder girdle, we should know functional-anatomical view, take moderate technique training, and have sufficient muscle exercise, stretching, and warming-up. And hard training with protection equipment needs wearing and checking fittable equipment, and should be reduced injury by precise technique during the game, with sufficient exercises.

      • 최근 충청지역 환축으로부터 분리된 병원세균의 약제 감수성

        During the past three years, the antimicrobial susceptibility for the major pathogenic bacteria isolated from the swine herds and dairy farms located in Chungchong area has been examined. The major bacterial species isolated from the respiratory lesions of the diseased pigs during the periods were B. bronchiseptica, Haemopilus spp, P. multocida, Streptococcus spp., A pleuropneumonia. And from the fecal specimens of the pigs with diarrhoea, E. coli, Salmonella spp., Campylobacter spp., Streptococcus spp. and Clostridium spp. were isolated and investigated for the drug susceptibility. The major isolates from the milk samples of the dairy cattle with mastitis were Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., E. coli, Pseudomonas spp., Corynebacterium spp., Clostridium spp. and P. multocida. The total of 311 isolates were examined for 24 kinds of antimicrobial drugs. Of the isolates from the swine respiratory lesions, B. bronchiseptica and Haemophilus spp. showed 83% to 92% of suscepibility to ciprofloxacin(CIP), amikacin(AN) and norfloxacin(NOR). The isolates of P. multocida revealed 80% to 90% of susceptibility to AN, CIP, NOR and gentamycin(GM) and all of A pleuropneumonia isolates, susceptible to AN, CIP, GM, kanamycin(K), NOR and sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim(SXT). Of the isolates from the pigs with diarrhoea, most isolates of E. coli showed the high susceptibility to AN, CIP and GM. And Salmonella spp. revealed 71% to 94% of susceptibility to GM, cephalothin(CF), AN and CIP, Campylobacter spp., 79% to 95% of susceptibility to AN, CIP and GM, and all of Clostridium spp., to AN, CIP, GM and information(FM), Of the isolates from the dairy cattle, Staphylococcus spp. and Streptococcus spp. showed 81% to 95% of susceptibility to AN, CF, CIP, FM, and AN, CIP, SXT, FM, K, respectively. E coli isolates showed 81% to 94% of susceptibility to CIP, AN, FM, and Pseudomonas spp., 83% to 94% of susceptibility to AN, AM and CIP. Campylobacter spp. and Clostridium spp. showed 89% and 100% of susceptibility to CIP, respectively. In measuring the MIC range of the major isolates for the drugs showing high sensitivity, the isolates from swine showed ≤0.06-64 ㎍/㎖ in CIP, 0.06-128 ㎍/㎖ in NOR and 0.5-256 ㎍/㎖ in AN, and the pathogens from the dairy cattle, ≤0.06-128 ㎍/㎖ in CIP, 0.25-256 ㎍/㎖ in AN and 0.12-512 ㎍/㎖ in NOR.

      • 표면 Micromachining법을 이용한 MIMIC용 ZnO-FBAR(Thin-Film Bulk Acoustic Wave Resonator)의 제조 및 그 특성

        FBAR(Thin-Film Bulk Acoustic wave Resonator) is monolithically integrable with semiconductor device, leading to small size and low cost, high Q rf circuit elements with applications in the radar and communications area. FBAR with Air-gap used in high frequency range(GHz range) was fabricated by surface micromachining technique. Zinc Oxide(ZnO) thin film was used as piezoelectric material and was deposited by rf magnetron sputtering. The thickness of ZnO thin film was about 1 μm. Thin metal film(Ni-Cr:50 Å/Au:1000 Å) was used as top and bottom electrodes to reduce acoustic wave loss. The measured resonant frequency of the FBAR was 2.95 GHz and S_(11) value(forward reflection value) was -18.912 dB.

      • HPLC용 형광유도체화제인 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyrene-6-sulfonyl chloride를 이용한 GABA와 Glutamate의 HPLC분석에 관한 연구

        Abstract-Fluorescent derivatives of amino acid neurotransmitter such as GABA and glutamate were synthesized using 1-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyrene-6-sulfonyl chloride (DAPS-Cl) as a derivatizing reagent. GABA and glutamate were derivatized quantitatively into fluorescent compounds by reacting with DAPS-Cl. The optimal conditions for the derivatization of GABA and glutamate with DAPS-Cl were estimated such as pH, reaction temperature and time, and the amount of DAPS-Cl. The derivatives were separated on a reverse phase column with a gradient elution using the 30 mM phosphate buffer and acetonitrile, and monitored by fluorescence detector. Calibration curves for GABA and glutamate exhibited good linearty over 1∼5 pmol. GABA and glutamate in hippocampus of rat brain were determined. After postmortem of rat brain, GABA increasing and glutamate decreasing in hippocampus were prevented 3-mercaptopropionic acid and microwave application.

      • 취학전 아동의 체력 실태와 평가

        The purpose of this study was analyze children's Physical Fitness and basic rate by observing the change in the heart rate of the 1230 children of five of six years of age. Following conclusions were obtained The muscular strength was relatively low according to places. And the muscular strength of boys was higher than that of girls. The flexibility of girls was higher than that of boys according to places and sexes. The muscular endurance, power, balance and agility of boys were higher than those of girls according to places and sexes. Thus the development of physical fitness was improved with their ages, the physical fitness for physique seemed rather low. So the programs of physical plays for children's physical fitness ought to be developed and physical play showed to be done at kindergarten school.

      • 계태아연속계대에 의한 내열성 Newcastle disease virus 분리주의 약독화

        In the cases of Newcastle disease(ND) outbreaks in the pheasant farms located in Chungchung area, five heat-stable Newcastle disease viruses(NDV) have been isolated from the diseased pheasants, and the various biological properities of the isolates have been reported. In this study, we attempted attenuation of a heat-stable NDV isolate, CBPI by serial subpassages in SPF chick-embryo and examined its pathogenicity and immunogenicity. When CBPI isolate was subpassaged by the 153rd levels, the heat stability was not changed as compared with that of the parent virus. However, its virulence was reduced according to increasing level of subpassage. The chicken infected with the attenuated CBPI at age of 1, 2 and 5 weeks showed no mortality with mild respiratory signs in all age groups tested, and significantly decreasing body weight gains in the 5 week-old chicken, while parent virus showed 100% mortality in all age groups. In comparison of adverse reactions between the attenuated CBPI and B1 strain in 1 week-old chicken with NDV maternal antibody(HI antibody titer>1:8). both viruses manifested no specific clinical signs, but significantly lower body weight gain in the group of chicken inoculated with CBPI. When the attenuated CBPI or B1 strains were inoculated into the 3 week-old chicken vaccinated primarily with B1 strain, both of viruses showed no specific side effects and changes in body weight. However, the HI antibody titers in the chicken inoculated with the attenuated CBPI were slightly higher than that of the chicken inoculated with B1 vaccine.

      • 忠南地域 屠畜豚의 肺病變으로부터 分離한 Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae의 生物學的 및 免疫學的 特性

        An epidemiologic study on pleuropneumonia in the slaughter pigs(Chonan and Asan area, Chungnam province, Korea) during the period of January 1994 through December 1995 was conducted. Isolation of A. pleuropneumoniae was attempted in 425 pigs with pneumonic lesions. Biochemical properties, antimicrobial susceptibility, serotypes and pathogenicity of A. pleuropneumoniae isolates were investigated. In addition, outer membrane protein(OMP) of the isolates were extracted to determine its properties and immunogenicity in both mice and piglets. Of 3,395 slaughter pigs, pleuropneumonia was observed in 425 pigs(10.6%). A. pleuropneumoniae was isolated from 22 pigs(5.2%) out of 425 pigs with pneumonic lesions. The biochemical properties of all isolates were same as those of reference A. pleuropneumoniae strain. Among 22 isolates, 9, 1 and 12 isolates were serovar 2, 3 and 5, respectively. The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test revealed that the isolates showed high susceptibility to ciprofloxacin and cephalothin, moderate susceptibility to amikacin, gentamicin, kanamycin and streptomycin, and low susceptibility to erythromycin, tylosin and sulfadimethoxin. The isolates were varied in pathogenicity to mice. Median lethal dose of LE9402(serovar 2) and LE9511(serovar 5) were 9.2×10^7CFU and 2.8×10^7CFU, respectively. Specific pneumonic lesions were observed from the infected mice with clinical signs. Bacteria recovery rate was high in the lung, but low in heart blood and tracheas. Serovar 2 was found to be more pathogenic than serovar 5 in guinea pig. Mortality on guinea pigs inoculated with serovar 2(5.4×10^8 - 5.4×10^6CFU) abd serovar 5(2.8×10^8 - 2.8×10^6CFU) was 20-40% and 40-80%, respectively. A severe hemorrhagic lesions and focal pneumonic lesions were observed from dead guinea pigs. Bacteria recovery rate was relatively higher in the lung than that of other organs. In the SDS-PAGE analysis, OMP-enriched fractions of both isolates and reference strains contain common peptide bands equivalent to molecular weight of 17, 27, 42, 52 and 95Kd. In addition to common peptide bands, the bands which are specific to each isolate were also observed. The profiles of Sephadex G25 fractions showed 3 major peaks. The common peptide bands which were observed by SDS-PAGE of the crude OMPs were found i the peaks 1 and 2. The OMPs extracted from serovar 2(LE9402) and serovar 5(LE9511) provided high level of protection in mice(70-80%) and pigs(100%). All animals inoculated with OMPs were seroconverted, showing micro-agglutination titer of 640 to 1280.
