        전어의 보존중 겨자의 처리 효과

        Effects of mustard seed(Brassica juncea) on the preservation of raw gizzard-shad slice were investigated, morphological change of Vibrio parahaemolyticus treated with water-extract of mustard seed was examined, the results are as following. The pH of raw gizzard-shad slice soaked in water with mustard seed slightly increased during preservation, and the pH was in inverse proportion to the added amount of mustard seed. The number of bacteria and Vibrio of raw gizzard-shad slice treated with mustard seed were lower than control, and the higher the mustard seed concentration, the lower the number of bacteria and Vibrio. The TMA-N content of raw gizzard-shad slice gradually increased during preservation, and the TMA-N was in inverse proportion to the added amount of mustard seed. Scanning electron microscopy of Vibrio parahaemolyticus treated with water extract of mustard seed showed that surface membrane was destroyed with expended ellipsoidal shape.

        The term 'fourth industrial revolution' came to the fore after the World Economic Forum(WEF) in Davos, Switzerland, where Klaus Schwab, chairman of the World Economic Forum, said, that we are at the beginning of a revolution that is fundamentally changing the way we live, work and relate to one another So what is the fourth industrial revolution? The Fourth Industrial Revolution is building on the Third, the digital revolution and AI, Internet of Things (IoT), big data are some of the key technologies in the new era. Domestic digital contents industry has been developing by using cultural contents. In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, "convergent contents", which is a combination of cyber world created by digital technology and realistic media technology that integrates the physical world of reality, will become a new contents industry. Therefore, in this paper, we will conceptually look at high value-added digital contents, which is a fusion of traditional culture and digital technology, and understand the size of domestic contents market and future prospects of contents industry. Based on this, I would like to explore the direction of digital contents development.

      • 農村現場實習에 關한 意見調査分析

        The Survey was conducted to find the present situation and to recommend the effective ways at the Work Experience Progran in the Colleges of Agriculture. A series of responses for the researcher developed questionnaires were obtained from the 370 students and 77 experience program supervisors and farmers. Another interviws were made with the administrators or professors in the 24 agricultural colleges for abtaining the informations, ideas and recommendations. According to this research, we found that we could imporve the Work Experience program strenuously but not now. Most experience program supervisors and the farmers suggested the most effective way to improve the program as follows ① Students should be motivated for active participation.② Work Experience Program must be fitted to their profession and Department. ③ It should be conducted under the scrutinized and careful plan. ④ Evaluation of the program should be improved and supervision of the place supervisors and farmers should be encouraged.

      • 소아 Mycoplasma Pneumoniae에 의한 폐렴의 임상적 고찰

        The author determined mycoplasma antibody titer in 127 cases of pneumonia who were admitted to the pediatric ward of Chosun University Hospital from December, 1989, to Novemver, 1990, and clinical investigation and statistical analysis were performed between mycoplasma antibody positive group and negative group. The following results were obtained: 1) In 127 cases of children with pneumonia, incidence of mycoplasma antibody positive cases was 22.8%(29/127). 2) Comparison of mean age between mycoplasma antibody positive group and negative group revealed significantly older in positive group than negative group (5.9±2.8 years, 2.7±3.5 years respectively), 3) The sex ratio was 1:1.23 in mycoplsma antibody positvie group and 1.6:1 in negative group. 4) There was no significant difference in the clinical symptoms and the physical signs betweem both groups. 5) There was no significant difference in total leukocyte count and ESR between both groups. 6) On radiological findings, the bronchopneumonia was significantly related to mycoplasma antibody positive group.

      • Palmes Tube를 이용한 실내외 NO₂농도 측정

        실내 공기오염의 주요인자의 하나인 NO₂에 대하여 부산의 도심지역(중구의 남포동, 광복동, 창선동)과 외곽지역(서구, 사하구)의 사무실, 식당, 다방(150개소)을 대상으로 하여 NO₂에 의한 실내외 공기오염의 정도를 파악하고 NO₂에 농도에 영향을 미칠 가능성이 있는 몇가지 인자에 대하여 조사함으로써 NO₂에 의한 인체장해의 예방대책을 수립하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 본 연구를 실시하였다. 조사기간은 1988년 12월부터 1989년 2월까지 동계 3개월간이었고 NO₂에측정은 Palmes method 에 의하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 도심지역의 NO₂평균농도; 1) 사무실의 홀 : 0.045±0.032 ppm, 2) 식당의 주방 : 0.106±0.049 ppm, 홀 : 0.076±0.030 ppm, 3) 다방의 주방 : 0.082±0.033 ppm, 홀 : 0.077±0.041 ppm 및 4) 옥외 : 0.031±0.009 ppm이었다. 2. 외곽지역의 NO₂평균농도; 1) 사무실의 홀 : 0.036±0.019 ppm, 2) 식당의 주방 : 0.079±0.045 ppm, 홀 : 0.056±0.034 ppm, 3) 다방의 주방 : 0.054±0.024 ppm, 홀 : 0.042±0.024 ppm 및 4) 옥외 : 0.021±0.007 ppm이었다. 3.1일 연료 소비량별 홀의 NO₂농도는 5L 미만 0.037±0.017 ppm, 5∼ 10L 미만 0.047±0.027 ppm, 10∼ 20 L 미만 0.065±0.042 ppm으로 연료 소비량이 증가할수록 홀의 NO₂농도는 유의하게 증가하였다. (p<0.01). 4. 환기를 실시하지 않는 홀의 NO₂농도는가 환기를 실시하는 홀의 NO₂농도 및 옥의 NO₂농도보다 유의하게 높았고(p<0.001), 환기를 실시하는 홀의 NO₂농도는 옥외 농도와 유사하여 인공환기시 홀의 NO₂농도는 상당히 감소하였다. Recently nitrogen dioxide(NO₂) has been regarded as one of the main elements among indoor air pollutants. For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data for evaluation and control on the health effect relevant to NO₂levels, the authors measured the indoor and outdoor NO₂levels by the type of subject(office, restaurant, coffee shop) with some factors related to the indoor NO₂levels. The level of NO₂was measured by Palmes method, and this survey was carried out to 150 subjects in the Pusan area from December, 1988 to Feburary, 1989. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The mean indoor and outdoor NO₂levels at down-town 1) Hall of office : 0.045±0.032 ppm, 2) Hall of restaurant : 0.076±0.030 ppm, Kitchen of restaurant : 0.106±0.049 ppm, 3) Hall of coffee shop : 0.077±0.041 ppm, Kitchen of coffee shop : 0.082±0.033 ppm, and 4) Outdoor : 0.031±0.009 ppm 2. The mean indoor and outdoor NO₂levels at outskirt 1) Hall of office : 0.036±0.019 ppm, 2) Hall of restaurant : 0.056±0.034 ppm, Kitchen of restaurant : 0.079±0.045 ppm, 3) Hall of coffee shop : 0.042±0.024 ppm, Kitchen of coffee sho : 0.054±0.024 ppm, and 4) Outdoor : 0.021±0.007 ppm 3. The NO₂levels of Hall by daily fuel consumption were; 1) ∼5L: 0.037±0.017 ppm, 2) 5 ∼ 10L : 0.047±0.027 ppm, and 3) 10 ∼ 20L : 0.065±0.042 ppm The NO₂levels of Hall were significantly increased with the daily fuel consumption amount. 4. The NO₂levels of vented Hall was significantly lower than the NO₂levels of unvented Hall, which decreased when artificial ventilation was conducted, and the NO₂levels of vented Hall was similar to the outdoor NO₂level.

      • 부하 및 점화시기가 내연기관의 피스톤 온도분포에 미치는 영향

        An experimental study was carried out concerning the effect of load and spark timming on the temperature distribution of pistion of I.C engine. The temperature distribution of piston was measured by L-link system method as following conditions; The revolution of engine operated from 1500 R.P.M to 3500 R.P.M with increasing the load, making a knocking each revolution and varied ignition time. The result of experiment was as follows; The piston temperature increase directly proportional to the engine speed and the load on the surface and the inner of piston crown, the temperature in the region of inlet valve is higher than that of exhaust valve. The temperature distribution at the surface of piston crown is not symmetrical type, but is the higher at the location of spark plug. The temperature of piston skirt decreases along to the downward.

      • 韓國産 잉어科 魚類의 咽頭骨과 咽頭齒 (第3報)

        The present papre describes the characteristics of pharyngeal bones and the teeth in three genera and three species of Korean CYPRINID fishes which was collected from Nakdong river, and their charateristics are summarized as follows: 1. In Acheilognathinae, ① Teeth only one-rowed, 5, 0, 0-0, 0, 5 in dental formual, laterally symmetrical, tips of teeth smoothly, and with well developed long and narrow grinding surface which is concave. ② Acheilognathus with serration the anterior side of teeth but Rhodeus without it. ③ Pharyngeal bones with most prominent anterior angle in Cyprinid fishes. 2. In Leuciscinae, ① Pharyngeal bone with indiscriminate posterior angle, pharyngeals of C. splendidus is smallest one in Cyprinidae. ② Pharyngeal teeth two or three rowed, asymmetrical in number and in both sides, first or main row with four or five teeth, each tooth in first row with narrow grinding surface but without serration, second and third row with one or three small teeth without grinding surface.

      • 우리나라 中小企業에 對한 考察

        The small and medium enterprises of Korea (manufacturing industry) market relatively an increasing growth rate during the last 1960s which represented the decade of the successful accomplishment of the First and Second Five-Years Economic Development Plans. Analyzed in a strict sense, however the ratio of medium enterprise on the industrial structure turns out to be on the trend of diminishing in comparison with that of the large-scale industries expanded drastically n number or productive capacity. This tendency is expected to continue in the latter half of 1970s. Moreover, under the current domestic and external situations characterized by the export-oriented industrializing policies, we have experienced many subsidiary ill-effects due to the enforcement of development plans and the maintenance of the protective trade policy on the part of developed countries. In this regards, the performance of the industrial rationalization measures must be inevitably realized to cope with these difficult situations. Our government has taken a strong action for it since the financial measures on August 3 in 1973. In accordance with these circumstances, the small and medium enterprises recognized originally as weak condition themselves are for seen to take a great influence by them, revealing the characteristics of the rising and falling firms I 1970. I intended to refer to some ways of fostering our small and medium enterprises, completing research on the actual condition of them on the basis of their production history and statistical date.

      • 내연기관의 피스톤에 대한 온도분포 해석 및 측정

        In the recent development of internal combustion engine, considerable increase in speed and power has been accomplished. This achievement, however, brought up various problems due to the excessive piston temperature which becomes a crucial factor in engine durability. In this research, temperature distribution in a piston was investigated experimentally and theoretically with varied operation speed in unloaded condition. The method of temperature measuring is L-link system. The theoretical study was carried out by using the finite-element method. A three-dimensional model which simulates a half of piston has been utilized and the surface temperature measured by L-link. System has been used for the theoretical boundary conditions. The results obtained form the analysis of a piston of four-cycle gasoline engine are as follows; The piston temperature increases directly propotional to the engine speed on the thrust plane of piston crown, the temperature in the region closer to inlet valve is found to be higher than that closer to the exhaust valve, and the heating effect by exhaustion and the cooling effect by suction are shown on the iso-thermal line of crown surface. As the thickness of the crown section increased, the degree of symmetry of iso-thermal line about the center-line also increases. The internal and external temperatures of skirt are almost identical, and the temperature decreases away from fro pin-bos. In the case of pin-bos, the temperature of internal is higher than that of external at the lower part, and the temperature decreases along to the pin-perimeter.

      • K형 강관접합부의 보강효과에 관한 실험적 연구

        In current design, the strength formula for a Gusset-Tube connections stiffened with rib-plate is proposed only in the limited case because of its complexity of the behavior. So in this study, experimental study and finite element analysis were performed to investigate the behavior and strength of a Gusset-Tube connections stiffened with rib-plate. Because of limitations in loading capacity, the specimens were fabricated with 1/3 scale of full size. Tensile coupon tests and stub column tests were also carried out. Of primary interest here are the stiffened effect of Gusset-Tube connections considering lateral force ratio, gusset plate length, eccentricity, stiffened length. Consequently, we intend to obtain accumulated database to propose practical strength equation and suggest rational reinforcing method of Gusset-tube connection.
