        This study was based on the analysis after measurement of physique and physical fitness, and the subjucts of the study on the ball-game events are 40 persons. C20 in Tennis players and 20 in Volley ball players of thegirls high schools in Seoul area. The results are as follows ; 1. The height of volley ball players in the girls high schools in Seoul area is higher than women Volley-ball players who represented Japan, and the weight is little heavier, but the Volley-ball players in each sports entries appear to have the best physique. 2. The Volley-ball players among a ball-game players of girls high school in Seoul area appeared to have good physical fitness and training program for development of physical fitness is required to Tennis players. 3. Tennis players are appeared higher correlation between 800m Run an Sargent Jump, therebore Tennis game was appearrd to need fairly the Endurance, Agility, Power and etc. 4. Volley ball players are appeared certain correlation in 100m Run, 800m Run, long distance Run, 40 Yard Maze Run, margent Jump and trunk flexion, Hence Volley ball game is appearrd to need factors of speed, Endurance, Agility and Power. 5. Ball game events demanded the most Endurance, Speed and Agility, ad Power and Flexibility also appeared certain correlation, therefore it isconsidered that need all factors of inspective physical fitness. 6. Among each other physique in all events are appeared to be high correlation or certain things, therefore proved a Cureton's theory, and thistheory will need recently when we cohhse a new player in future. 7. Tall person excelled in power and Agility, tall sitting-height excelled in Speed, great chest circumference excelled in Power and Agility, Heavy Weight excelled in Endurance and Agility. But physique and trunk flexion are appeared to be not related.

      • 인라인스케이팅이 남자중학생의 체력과 골밀도에 미치는 영향

        This study is on examining the influence of inline skate on physical fitness and bone density of adolescents and as a result of examining physical fitness and bone density of 15 students who exercised inline skate over one year with the exercise strength of 50-75% for an hour three times a week and 15 general students who had not regular exercise, it obtains the following conclusions. 1. In comparison of physical fitness between inline skating group and general student group, there is a significant difference in flexibility at the level of P<.01 and in agility at the level of P<.05 and a statistically significant difference in muscular endurance and power at the level of P<.01. 2. In comparison of bone density of lumbar (L₂-L₄), L₂ shows higher bone density in inline skating group than in general student group and there is a statistically significant difference at p<.001, L₄ shows a significant difference at p<.01 and total lumbar bone density of L₂-L₄ shows a significant difference at p<.05. 3. In comparison of bone density of word triangle, inline skating group shows higher bone density than general student group and there is a statistically significant difference at p<.001 and there is no significant difference at femoral neck and trochanteric.

        農淵 山水遊記 硏究

          본고는 17세기 후반 산수유기의 특징과 변화요인에 대해 고찰하기 위해 농암 김창협과 삼연 김창흡의 산수유기에 주목하였다. 산수유기에 대해 적지 않은 연구 성과가 도출되었지만, 개별 작품과 시대적 변화의 양상을 종합적으로 고찰한 연구는 드물다. 이러한 미비점을 극복하고 이상적인 결과 도출을 위해서는 대표적 작가의 산수관과 실제 작품에 대한 종합적 고찰이 필수적이다. 이러한 목적 때문에 본고는 산수유기의 질적 변화와 양적 확대를 가져온 17세기 후반에 주목하였으며 당대 대표적 작가인 농연의 산수관과 실제 작품분석에 주력하였다.   농연은 前代보다 자연미를 중요시하는 시각을 지니고 있는데, 이러한 사실은 그들이 산수에 대하여 언급한 내용과 산수품평을 통하여 알 수 있다. 이러한 자연관은 그들 작품에서 구조와 스타일적 측면에서 반영된다. 이를 세밀하게 살펴보기 위하여 김창협의 「凜巖尋瀑記」를 구조와 의미, 스타일의 측면에서 고찰하였다. 그 결과 이 작품은 전환을 통한 점층과 긴장 해소의 구조로 되어 있으며, 王安石의 「游褒禪山記」와의 비교를 통하여 교훈적 내용을 여행의 스케치 아래에 배치하였다는 사실을 발견할 수 있었다.   여행의 가벼운 스케치는 당시 소품의 유행과 일정한 관련이 있다. 이러한 소품의 유행은 유연한 의식의 발현과 일정 정도 연관이 있으며, 유연한 의식에 의해 발현된 소품체의 성행은 당대 공고화되어 나가던 의식의 균열을 예감하게 하는 징후이다. 따라서 農淵은 균열에 일조하였으며, 이러한 점이 山水遊記 내에서 그들이 점유하고 있는 위치라고 할 수 있다.   This paper focused on Nongam Kim, Chang-hyeop(農巖 金昌協) and Samyeon Kim, Chang-heup(三淵 金昌翕)"s sansuyugi(山水遊記) in order to make a study on special features and meaning of sansuyugi in the 17th century. Many researchers studied sansuyugi, but only a few researchers thought over the individual works and the change of tide. Therefore I must make a study on representative writer"s works and the view of nature(山水觀), for ideal outcome. For this purpose, I focused on the 17th century when sansuyugi was made by many people and analyzing works of Nongyeon(農淵) as representative writers.   Conclusionally, I knew that they had laid weight on the natural beauty(自然美) by making a study on their estimating nature(山水品評) and references. And then, for the sake of researching the beautiful features of their works, I made a study on Kim, Chang-hyeop"s 「Fing waterfall in Neumam (凜巖尋瀑記)」. In result, I knew that the work had the structure that made inspiration by tense strengthening-dissolution. And By comparing 「Finding waterfall Neumam」 with Wang, An-seok"s 「Traveling Mt. poseon (游褒禪山記)」, I found that the former had a lesson beneath the sketch of travel. The light sketch of travel is related to the trend of sopoom(小品). This paper found that 「Find waterfall in Neumam (凜巖尋瀑記)」 and another sopoom(小品) works were made by his flexible sense and tension of beauty.   Conclusionally, I knew that flexible sense and sopoom(小品) style cracked conventional thought, and Nongyeon made the crack to a certain degree.

        상악동을 침범하는 역위성 유두종의 증례보고

        The present study reports a case of inverted papilloma of the nasal cavity and infiltrating into the maxillary sinus. Inverted papilloma is an uncommon and locally aggressive benign tumor of the sinonasal region. The patient, 51-year-old male, presented with unilateral nasal obstruction and periodic swelling on the palate without pain. Enhanced CT scan revealed a heterogeneously enhancing solid mass in the nasal cavity and infiltrating into the right maxillary sinus, as well as an incidental, secondarily infected residual cyst m the periapical area of the right maxillary canine. The sinonasal mass was revealed as an inverted papilloma on histopathologic examination.

      • 수생식물의 중금속 흡수능에 관한 연구

        In this study, we investgated the uptake capacity of several water plants for heavy metals (lead and cadmium) in soil of rivers where are adjacent to a industrial complex in Chun-An city and in A-San city. We also examined the deposition pattern of heavy metal in plants. The results are as follows: 1. The soil of river in Chun-An city was polluted more serious than that of A-San city. In Chun-An city, mean values of lead and cadmium contents in soil were 26.224±28.037㎍/g, and 0.854±1.127㎍/g, respectively. 2. Water plants examined in this study were Sium suave KITAGAWA, Persicaria thunbergii H. GROSS, Phragmites japonica STEUD, Echinochloa crus-galli var. frumentacea WIGHT and Persicaria hydropiper SPACH. Both metal contents of several water plants distributed in Chun-An city were higher than those in A-San city. In these plants, Sium suave showed the highest uptake capacity for lead and cadmium. The mean values of lead and cadmium contents in Sium suave were 40.957 ±29.577 ㎍/g and 1.930±1.076 ㎍/g, respectively. Persicaria thunbergii also showed a relatively high uptake capacity for both metal. 3. Correlation between metal contents in soil and water plants was high. In both cases of Sium suave and Persicaria thunbergii correlation coefficients were 0.605 and 0.549, respectively. 4. We analyzed lead and cadmium contents in root, stem and leaf of several water plants. Both metals were mostly deposited in root. Much of both metals were also deposited in leaf. From the results, we suggest that Sium suave KITAGAWA and Persicaria thunbergii H. GROSS can be used to reduce heavy metals from industrial waste water.

      • 구리의 전기석출시 젤라틴이 물성에 미치는 영향

        In the electrodeposition of copper foil for preparing printed circuit boards, a little amount of gelatin as a addition agent has been used for the better characteristics of a coat of electroplating. Gelatin modifies the physical properties such as mechanical strength, matte-side roughness, ultimate tensile strength(U.T.S), and elongation of copper foil, furthermore gelatin have influence on the structure of electrodeposits and the cathode polarization. The electrolyte used was of a composition; CuSO₄·5H₂O 300g/ℓ, H₂SO₄ 100g/ℓ, NaCl 10 ppm as a brightner, and was gelatin 0-7 ppm as a addition agent. Current density was 50 A/dm², and the temperature of electrolytic bath was 50 to 52 ℃. Experiments showed that the optimum gelatin concentration was 5 ppm with the consideration of the numbers of electrodeposited nuclei. And the nuclei numbers was sharply increased under 5 ppm, but was almostly constant above 5ppm. Average matte-side roughness by Surfcorder was gradually increased with the increasing gelatine concentration up to 2 ppm, and maximum roughness was observed at 2ppm. The roughness showed gradual decrease within the concentration range of 2 to 4 ppm, and was almost constant above 4ppm . Within the gelatine concentration range of 0 to 7 ppm, as the concentration increased, UTS was increased and elongation was decreased logarithmically. Also, in comparison between UTS and elongation, gelatin was identified as an addition agent acting inversely.

        Thermal Expansion Behavior of Thermally Expandable Microspheres Prepared by Suspension Polymerization Using P(AN-MMA-MAA) Core/Shell

        Thermally expandable microspheres (TEMs) have widespread industrial applications. In this study, high heat resistant and largely expandable TEMs have been synthesized by suspension polymerization. Microspheres were prepared with acrylonitrile (AN) as the main monomer. Initial thermomechanical analysis of TEMs containing AN and methyl acrylate (MA) showed good thermal expansion, leading to the investigation of the polymerization using various monomers at variable weight ratios. TEMs with co-polymer AN, methyl methacrylate (MMA), and methacrylic acid (MAA) were investigated for the first time. They displayed wider heating range and larger expansion rate than the microspheres with MA monomer. The effect of varying amounts of monomer ratios on the thermal expansion behavior is discussed.

      • 폐경기 여성의 호르몬 대체 요법이 신장성 운동 후 근력과 근통증에 미치는 영향

        This study is to examine the influence of estrogen on delayed muscular pain caused by elongation exercise with the women in menopause who have hormone alternative therapy. The subjects of this experiment have adaptive training of KIN-COM (isokinetic equipment), the maximum muscular strength of flexor at left joint is measured and 3 sets of flexor elongation exercise are conducted by 10 times in order to cause muscular pain (30。/sec), and after exercise and sufficient rest time, their muscular strengths are measured after 24h, 48h and 72h respectively. The results of this study are as follows. 1. The subjective muscular pain of the subjects increases significantly 24 hours after exercise compared to immediately after elongation exercise in the two group. While experimental group reaches the peak of muscular pain after 48 hours of exercise, control group does after 24 hours of exercise. The difference between the two groups is significantly higher in muscular pain of control group than in experimental group only after 24 hours of exercise. 2. Concentration of creatine kinase in blood increases significantly after 24 hours of elongation exercise in the two groups. The difference of creatine kinase concentration in blood between the two group is significantly higher in control group after 48 and 72 hours of exercise than in experimental group. 3. The two groups show significant reduction of maximum muscular strength immediately after exercise, but experimental group has the least maximum muscular strength after 48 hours of exercise and control group shows the least value after 78 hours of exercise. The maximum muscular strength after 24, 48 and 72 hours of exercise is significantly lower in control group than in experimental group. To sum up the above research results, estrogen can prevent muscular pain after elongation exercise in some degree.

        This study has been conducted to find the ammonium ion exchange characteristics of the natural zeolite with various regenerants and repeated regeneration. As the Na* concentration of the regenerant was increased, the desorption rate of ammonium ion was increased. After repeated regeneration with the regenerant as NaCl, the ion exchange efficiency and the desorbed NH₃-N concentration was gradually increased. Conclusionally, NaCl as regenerant showed the reversible desorption and ion exchange, but another was insufficient as regenerant.

      • 약물의 폐 전달을 위한 염화 벤제토늄 기반 리포좀의 제조 및 평가

        Benzethonium chloride-containing egg phosphatidylcholine-based liposomes (BC/EPC-LIPOs) were developed for lung-targeted drug delivery. BC/EPC-LIPOs were fabricated via thin-film hydration method with various BC-to-EPC molar ratios of 1:4 (F1), 1:1 (F2), and 4:1 (F3). Cyanine5.5 (Cy5.5) was loaded as a fluorescent probe for the biodistribution study during the film-forming step. BC/EPC-LIPOs were evaluated by using dynamic light scattering analysis, where the mean diameter and zeta-potential values of F1, F2, and F3 were observed to be 69.5 ± 3.1 nm and 50.06 ± 1.00 mV, 59.0 ± 2.3 nm and 51.30 ± 2.98 mV, and 694.2 ± 243.3 nm and 55.01 ± 3.16 mV, respectively. To evaluate the lung distribution efficiency of the developed liposomes, F1 and F2, which possess suitable particle sizes for the intravenous administration, were injected into the tail vein of ICR mice. At 6 h post-injection, the lung, liver, kidney, heart, spleen, and brain were dissected, and the radiant efficiency (RE) values of the or- gans were measured using the near-infrared fluorescence imaging method. The lung RE value of F2 was 1.69-fold higher than that of F1, indicating a more efficient lung targetability of F2. This phenomenon can be attributed to the higher content of BC in F2 than F1. Considering the lung-targetability, as well as the biocompatible natures of BC and EPC, the developed BC/EPC-LIPOs can be used as an efficient lung-targeted drug delivery system.
