The objective of this project is to develop excellent tourist craftworks that can effectively represent characteristics of the local culture of Joongwon province. For the production of tourist souveniors with useful function, various shapes and popularity, four coworkers have designed and produced craftworks after researching individually in the area's tourist circumstances. Since long before Joongwon province has been a famous tourist place with its surrounding mountains, the Choongju Lake and the tourist industry of the area. To draw more tourists to this province, and to activate the local tourist industry, the development of excellent tourist crafts that can be gaining general currency is a very important job. Thus this study aims at recognizing the problems of tourist souveniors with low quality now having an extensive currency in general tourist area, and also at developing superior tourist craftworks with characteristics of tourism and the local culture. On the basis of motifs that have been various tastes and prices by adopting an effective method of production and material selection.
Multi-agent based IP-USN Infrastructure for Sensor Modeling

IP-USN(Internet Protocol-Ubiquitous Sensor Network) is used as a protocol and proposed by 6LoWPAN (IPv6 over Low power WPAN) Working Group that has a merit of providing easy extension of the topology and service discovery because it uses IPv6. The structure of sensor network based on IP protocol is easy to use commercial networks and to gather location information of sensors and to manage sensor nodes by using agent paradigm, especially. Thus, we propose agent-based sensor system that enhances searching and filtering the sensed information through the mapping between the sensor node and the agent. This system is able to get and to manage the sensed information on LEAP(Lightweight and Extensible Agent Platform) agent platform which is operating in the huge Internet domain.

<P>Macrophage activation contributes to the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. In the vascular system, the major source of reactive oxygen species is the NADPH oxidase (Nox) family. Nox1 is induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in macrophages, but the expression mechanism is not fully understood. We found that LPS causes β‐catenin accumulation by glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK3β) inactivation, and that β‐catenin accumulation increases Nox1 expression. LPS induced Nox1 mRNA expression and reactive oxygen species generation in Raw264.7 cells. Using bone marrow‐derived macrophages from toll‐like receptor 4 mutant mice, we also tested whether LPS‐induced Nox1 expression is toll‐like receptor 4 dependent. LPS caused GSK3β phosphorylation, induced β‐catenin accumulation and increased nuclear translocation. The GSK3β inhibitor LiCl potentiated LPS‐induced Nox1 expression in accordance with β‐catenin accumulation and nuclear translocation. Conversely, ectopic expression of a constitutively active GSK3β mutant severely attenuated Nox1 expression. These findings identify a novel regulatory pathway controlling Nox1 expression by LPS‐stimulated macrophages.</P>

The FIPA Semantic Language (SL) which as a standard language describes a message for the Content element in FIPA Agent Communication Language (ACL). This described message can become a description format of service in Component-based Autonomic Layered Middleware (CALM)-based Directory Facilitator (DF). Now, the XML is used as a description format of service in CALM-based DF. Thus we propose a module for transformation from the FIPA SL to the XML. Our transformation module will provide a method for implementation it.

This problem can be solved by the systems which is applied to QoS mechanism about bandwidth. Therefore, we propose new health-care architecture that best services can be provided to the urgent users.

Oysters are known to be carriers of food-born diseases, but research on viruses in Korean oysters is scarce despite its importance for public health. We therefore tested oysters cultivated in Goheung, Seosan, Chungmu, and Tongyeong, for viral contamination using cell culture and integrated cell culture PCR (ICC-PCR) with Buffalo green monkey kidney (BGMK) and human lung epithelial (A549) cells. Additional screens via PCR, amplifying viral nucleic acids extracted from oysters supplemented our analysis. Our methods found 23.6 %, 50.9 %, and 89.1 % of all oysters to be positive for adenoviruses when cell culture, ICC-PCR, and direct PCR, respectively, was used to conduct the screen. The same methodology identified enteroviruses in 5.45%, 30.9%, and 10.9% of all cases. Most of the detected enteroviruses (81.3%) were similar to poliovirus type 1; the remainder resembled coxsackievirus type A1. A homology search with the adenoviral sequences revealed similarities to adenovirus subgenera C (type 2, 5, and 6), D (type 44), and F (enteric type 40 and 41). Adenovirus-positive samples were more abundant in A549 cells (47.3%) than in BGMK cells (18.2 %), while the reverse was true for enteroviruses (21.8 % vs. 14.5 %). Our data demonstrate that Korean oysters are heavily contaminated with enteric viruses, which is readily detectable via ICC-PCR using a combination of A549 and BGMK cells.

Moving object detection is a fundamental technique in visual surveillance. Robust technique to enhance performance of moving object detection is required for several bad conditions in real external circumtance. In case of sudden illumination change in outdoor condition. many objects are determined as moving object though they are not really moving, but just their illumination changes. This makes the detection result untrustworthy. In this paper, robust moving object detecton to sudden illumination change using gaussian mixture background model and new texture information using background from the weighted sum of recent images is proposed.
