An Investigation on Colour Design of Ice Pop Package in Taiwan
Lu-Yin Grace JUAN,Yu-Shiang TSENG 한국색채학회 2011 한국색채학회 학술대회 Vol.2011 No.10
This study investigated colour design of ice pop package in Taiwan. It is divided into three parts. First, a survey has been carried on to know how many kinds of ice pops sold in Taiwan market. There are 103 products have found. Fifty-two of them were chosen as examples to analyze their packages. Their colours are recorded by Munsell values and converted to CIE L *a*b*. The major colours and minor colours used in packages were investigated. Photoshop software is used to calculate the pixels of different colour area on each package. The proportion of colour area were calculated by those data. It is found the most commonly used image on package is the photograph of real ice pop, 71% samples adapted that idea. The hue of background in majority is similar as the major colour of real ice pop. It is up to 51%. A lot of package uses 3 or 4 colours. Each of them applied on 30% samples separately. The most popular colours used on package is neutral by the number of 37%. It followed by yellowish red which 21% package. After all the principle of colour design applied on ice pop package was concluded.

Objective: To prospectively investigate the feasibility of shear wave elastography (SWE) as a new quantitative and objective method for evaluating the stiffness of the gastrocnemius medialis (GM) muscle during passive stretching in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Materials and Methods: SWE of the GM muscle was performed in 28 patients with PD [13 female and 15 male; mean age ± standard deviation (SD): 63.0 ± 8.5 years] and 12 healthy controls (5 female and 7 male; mean age ± SD: 59.3 ± 6.4 years) during passive ankle rotation. A Young’s modulus-ankle angle curve was constructed. The GM slack angle and baseline Young’s modulus (E0) were compared between the markedly symptomatic and mildly symptomatic sides of patients with PD, and healthy controls. Additionally, the correlation between the GM slack angle and the severity of rigidity, and the observer reproducibility of SWE in determining the GM slack angle were evaluated. Results: The GM slack angle was smaller on both the markedly and mildly symptomatic sides in patients with PD than in healthy controls (mean ± SD of -29.13° ± 3.79° and -25.65° ± 3.39°, respectively, vs. -21.22° ± 3.52°; p < 0.001 and p = 0.006, respectively). Additionally, in patients with PD, the GM slack angle on the markedly symptomatic side was smaller than that on the mildly symptomatic side (p = 0.003). The E0 value was lower on both the markedly and mildly symptomatic sides in patients with PD than in healthy controls (mean ± SD of 10.11 ± 2.85 kPa and 10.08 ± 1.88 kPa, respectively, vs. 12.23 ± 1.02 kPa; p = 0.012 and p < 0.001, respectively). However, no significant difference was found between the markedly and mildly symptomatic sides in patients with PD (p = 0.634). A negative linear relationship was observed between the GM slack angle and lower limb rigidity score on the markedly symptomatic side in patients with PD (r = -0.719; p < 0.001). The intraclass correlation coefficients for observer reproducibility of SWE ranged from 0.880 to 0.951. Conclusion: The slack angle determined by SWE may be a useful quantitative and reproducible method for evaluating muscle stiffness in patients with PD.

Purpose: Gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) has been reported as being involved in tumor progression. Previous studies documented a potential relationship between serum GGT level and survival outcome in several types of human malignancies. However, the association between serum GGT levels and response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) has not yet been reported. The present study aimed to evaluate the association between pre-therapeutic serum GGT level and the efficacy, long-term survival, and adverse reactions of NAC and to investigate its role in predicting NAC sensitivity in patients with breast cancer. Methods: A total of 129 patients were recruited and stratified into 2 groups according to serum GGT level (< 29 U/L and ≥ 29 U/L). The association between pre-therapeutic serum GGT levels and clinicopathological parameters was examined. The correlation between pre-therapeutic serum GGT levels and pathological complete response (pCR) was analyzed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Survival analyses of relapse-free survival (RFS) and disease-free survival (DFS) were performed. Pearson's χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression model were used to analyze the correlation between pre-therapeutic serum GGT levels and adverse reactions. Results: Pre-therapeutic serum GGT levels were associated with pCR among breast cancer patients treated with NAC. Multivariate analysis showed that low-level GGT significantly increased pCR rate. Patients in the high-level GGT group had poorer survival than those in the low-level GGT group. Subgroup analysis demonstrated that serum GGT level was potentially related to RFS and DFS in the hormone receptor-positive group. Low levels of GGT are significantly associated with a higher incidence of neutropenia. Conclusion: Pre-therapeutic serum GGT level is an independent and novel biomarker for predicting the efficiency, prognosis, and adverse reactions to NAC in breast cancer patients. Patients with low pre-therapeutic serum GGT levels are more likely to have higher pCR rates, better RFS and DFS, and higher hematologic toxicity.
Combination Weighting Method Based on Maximizing Deviations and Normalized Constraint Condition
Fulian Yin,Lu Lu,Jianping Chai,Yanbing Yang 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.2
When the weight of each attribute is determined in the multiple attribute decision making problems, calculated by the method of subjective values or objective values solely will cause the problem that weight coefficient is not reasonable. So the paper puts forward the weightingmethod which is based on maximizing deviations and normalized constraint condition. The method integrates the subjective and objective weighting information. On the one hand, the deviation between each weight vector which is determined by the various weighting method makes the maximum of its total deviation. On the other hand, the various evaluated object integrated value makes the maximum of its total evaluated value. Thus we establish a double objective optimization model. What’s more, we deduce the weight calculation formula by solving the model. Finally we have an experimental analysis. It proves that the combination weighting methodcan reflect the relative importance of each indicators and the information that index itself contains. In other words, it can reflect the subjective and objective decisions which make the weighting results more reasonable.
Hydrogenation of ethyl acetate to ethanol over Cu/ZnO/MOx (MOx = SiO2, Al2O3, and ZrO2) catalysts
Zhipeng Lu,Hengbo Yin,Aili Wang,Jing Hu,Wuping Xue,Haixu Yin,Shuxin Liu 한국공업화학회 2016 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.37 No.-
The Cu/ZnO/SiO2, Cu/ZnO/Al2O3, and Cu/ZnO/ZrO2 catalysts prepared by the co-precipitation methodwere used for the catalytic hydrogenation of ethyl acetate to ethanol. The addition of ZnO in the Cu/ZnO/MOx catalysts improved their catalytic activities for the hydrogenation reaction. Small-sized coppercrystallite and high surface acidity favored the catalytic hydrogenation of ethyl acetate to ethanol. TheCu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalyst gave the ethanol selectivity of ca. 95% at the ethyl acetate conversion of ca. 80%when the reaction temperature was 280 8C. The reaction activation energy over Cu/ZnO/Al2O3 catalystwas 115 kJ mol 1, lower than those over the Cu/ZnO/SiO2 and Cu/ZnO/ZrO2 catalysts.
