      • Kim,Seong-soo : Possiblity of Low Salting Process in Gae-Woo Jeot(Salted and Fermented Gastrophoda) and Changes in Fatty Acid Composition during Fermntation 低鹽化 可能性 檢討 및 熱成중 脂肪酸 組成의 變化

        To establish the way of processing of Gae-Woo jeot which used abalone intestine that has not been systematically used compare to its characteristic taste and fame as main ingredient and to develop as a local tourist good, the change of constituents the quality of salted fish products suring Gae-Woo jeot fermentation were examined. The results are as follows. 1. In the organoleptic test, Gae-Woo jeot which fermented through 65 days were dominant and the group of 105 salkt concentration were better than that of 20%. It was the best of 10% salted products to add small abalone. Both law salted(10%) and high salted (20%) Gae-Woo jeot were similar in general constityents, nutrients and texture. 2. Compositions of highly unsaturated acid were farely high to 45.6% and 46.1% in small abalone added froup and top sheel added group respectively. during 3 months fermentation low decreasing rate of 3~4% was shown. EPA(eicosapentaenoic acid) was approximately 7~8% and DHA(docosahexaenoic acid) was extremely low to be less than 0.3%. 3. In the changes General composition and pH, pH was within range of 4~5.5, 9~12% in protein, 3~5% in total sugar, 0.5~1% in lipid and approximately 1% in ash. 4. Gae-Woo jeot can be made with 10% low salting method, and 10% group gets all the better for taste, small abalone adding is recommended. 5. When low salt fermented fish of 10% is processed, it is highly recommended to put sorbitol, ethyl alcohol, lactic acid or other humectant for better taste and longer storage and good quality food additives must be developed for tourist and presently applied mil ordering transportation must be sought.

      • 게우젓 製造에 關한 硏究(II) : 熱成중 呈味成分 및 組織學的 變化 Changes in Teste Compunds and Histological Properties during Fermentation

        To evaluate the composition of Gae-Woo Jeot which is one of important traditional salted and fermented sea foods in Cheju Do, changes of nucleotides and their related compounds, free amino acids, TMAO(trimethylamine oxide), TMA(trimethylamine) contents and histological properties during fermentation was examined. AMP was as high as 3.6?mole/?? in raw small abalone but IMP content was only trace while hypoxanthine and IMP was dominant in raw topshell-4.5 mole/?? and 4.3??mole/?? respectively. Hypoxanthine was predominant in 65 days fermented Gae-Woo Jeot. Main amino acid in Gae-Woo Jeot were glycine, arginine, glutamic acid, alanine, valine and histidine in order. These were consisted 50~60% of the total free amino acid while phenylalanine, tyrosine, methionine and isoleucine were poor in content. During fermentation TMAO decreased slowly and eventually disappeard within 85 days while TMA was increased until 65 days and started to decrease down to 6~9mg%. Muscle texture showed the disappearance of elasticity soon after the adding of 10% salt while no change of texture was oberved until 50 days of fermentation in 20% salt group.

      • 중국거주 조선족 여성의 영적 안녕정도가 정신건강에 미치는 영향

        자아초월 정신의학이 체계화되면서 영성(spirituality)은 인성의 한 부분이라는 이론이 대두되었는데 이 영성은 정신건강에 큰 영향을 미친다고 했다. 인간의 성향 중 영적 안녕 정도를 파악하여 그 정도가 정신건강 중 허위성 경향, 정신병적 경향 및 불안과 우울 경향 등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고저 본 연구를 실시하였다. 대상은 중국의 연변 조선족 자치구에 거주하는 여성 400명을 대상으로 하여 한국판 영적 안녕척도를 사용하여 영적 안녕정도를 파악하였다. 영적 안녕척도의 총점과 이 척도의 2개 하위 척도인 종교적 안녕과 실존적 안녕 척도 양자로 평가한 성적이 불안-우울통합척도와 정신분열증 척도 및 허위성 척도로 평가한 성적에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위하여 상관관계분석 및 회기분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 영적 안녕척도로 평가한 조선족 여성의 총점은 68.29로 한국의 기독교 여성이 평가한 100.65보다 훨씬 낮은 점수였다. 2) 불안·우울통합척도로 평가한 총점은 44.88로 연변노인이 평가한 점수와 일개지역의 한국농촌주민이 평가한 점수와 비슷한 결과였다. 3) 허위성 척도로 평가한 성적은 평균 74.57로 70점 이상이 86%(344명)이었으나 영적 안녕 성적과 허위성 성적 간에는 유의한 상관이 없었다. 4) 영적 안녕총점은 정신분열증 척도로 평가한 정신병적 경향에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나 종교적 안녕하위척도의 성적은 정신병적 경향을 높여준데 비하여 실존적 안녕하위척도의 성적은 정신병적 경향을 낮게 해주었다. 5) 영적 안녕척도의 총점 및 두 하위척도인종교적 안녕과 실존적 안녕은 불안과 우울에유의한 상관을 보였는데 영적 안녕총점이 높을수록 불안·우울 총점이 다소 낮아지는 경향을 보였다. 6) 종교적 안녕 하위척도와 불안과 우울과의 관계는 종교적 안녕점수가 높을수록 불안과 우울을 각각 다소 유의하게 높여주었으며 이에 비하여 실존적 안녕하위척도와 불안과 우울과의 관계는 실존적 안녕정도가 높을수록 불안 및 우울점수는 유의하게 낮아졌다. 이와 같은 성적을 미루어볼 때 연변에 거주하는 조선족 여성이 평가한 영적 안녕정도는 정신병적 경향과 불안 및 우울에 유의한 상관을 보였으면 이 척도의 하위 척도인 종교적 안녕정도는 정신건강에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 실존적 안녕정도는 정신건강에 긍정적 영향을 미친 결과로 평가되었다. 이러한 결과는 공산주의 사회에서 실존적 안녕은 긍정적인 가치관으로 평가되는 반면 종교적 안녕은 정신건강에 부정적으로 작용한 것을 입증해 주었다고 하겠다. Background: Spirituality has been an important part of Transpersonal Psychology and is believed to have a large effect on the mental health because it has been systematized. The aim of this study was to determine the level of spiritual disposition on human beings along with its effects on one's mental health. Materials and Methods: The study targeted 400 women residing in Youn-Gil city of JiLin Prov., which is a district of the Cho-Sun tribe in China. Their spiritual well-being was studied using the Spiritual Well-being Scale-Korean Version. The spiritual well-being scale consists of 2 sub-scales of religious well-being and existential well-being. The study was evaluated using a lie scale, psychotic trend, and a combined anxiety-depression scale. The results were considered to be factors of one's mental health. The correlation between the spiritual well-being and each tendency was analyzed by regression analysis. Results: The total score of the Cho-Sun tribal women according to the spiritual well-being scale was 68.29 which was much less than the 100.65 of Korean Christian women. There was no significant correlation between the spiritual well-being and the Lie trend. However, it was found that 86%(344) of Cho-Sun tribal women scored above 70 in the Lie trend with a mean score of 74.57 which is higher than normal populations. Regarding the correlation between the spiritual well-being and psychotic trend, the psychotic trend became significantly higher when the religious well-being was at a high level. On the other hand, the psychotic trend became significantly lower when the existential well-being was at a high level. Regarding the correlation between the spiritual well-being and anxiety, the anxiety was significantly higher when the religious well-being was at a high level. However, the anxiety level was significantly low when the existential well-being was at a high level. Regarding the correlation between the spiritual well-being and depression, the depression level was somewhat significantly high when the religious well-being was at a high level. However, the depression level was significantly low when the existential well-being was at a high level. Conclusion: This study evaluated the effects of spiritual well-being on a person's mental health among Cho-Sun tribal women in Youn-Gil city of JiLIn Prov., P.R. of China. The results found that the religious well-being, which is a sub-scale of spiritual well-being, had negative effects while the existential well-being had positive effects on the mental health. These results proved that a person's religious disposition had negative effects on their mental health in a communitarian society.

      • 시스노이즈에 의한 4단 머플러의 음향 해석에 관한연구

        According to the grievance settlement board of the ministry of environment, the dispute related to noise and vibration accounts for 86% of the total cases of environmental grievance settlement in Korea. Noise and vibration are likely to disturb the sensory system of the human body leading to psychological stress and cause property damage. Thus, the present study purported to develop a muffler with a built-in acoustic absorber system. In order to reduce percussion noise, a variety of different types of acoustic absorbers was designed by combining an expansion type silencer, resonator type silencer, and acoustic absorber type silencer. Based on results of the SYSNOISE, the model with the combination of a reflection type silencer and a perforated pipe silencer and the application of four plates showed an optimized condition that affects noise reduction.

      • 장기간 사용한 기계구조물의 부식손상 평가에 관한 연구

        It is sure that the corrosion pit exits, when the machines and the structures in long term service which were built during the period of rapid economic development stage. The strength evaluation and life prediction of corrosion part of structure is one of the most important subjects, a point of view of reducing economic loss by regular inspection, maintenance, replair and replace. For this paper, it has been difficult to obtain the available data of the their dependent growing pit depth or growth rate each pit. In the present paper, the life prediction and strength evaluation method was suggested for the structure with irregular stress concentration part by surface corrosion. The width of fatigue strength decline was confirmed according to corrosion period by artificial corrosion of SS41 steel. And it was confirmed that the statistical distribution pattern of corrosion depth which was measured by corrosion period, and by using above probability parameter, the remaing life of structure was predicted. It is considered that life of corroded machines and structures are influenced by the maximum depth of corrosion. The life prediction and the fatigue strength evaluation of materials with consideration of the corrosion period on the extreme statistical analysis by using the data of maximum corrosion depth was studied.

Most of degradation data from practical structures are isolated data obtained at the time of periodical inspection or repair. From such data, it may be difficult to compose the degradation curve available and necessary for the life prediction. In this paper, the fatigue crack Initiation, growth and coalescence stages of the small crack are displayed on photograph and measured by the crack length and density.

      • 304 스테인레스강의 피로균열진전 거동에 관한 직류전위차법의 적용

        Accurate measurements of crack extension are important in subcritical crack growth studies because rates of crack extension characterized in laboratory specimens are used to predict the cracking behavior of structures in the field.Electrical potential is one of the methods by which crack extensition during a test can be monitored continuously.In this study, various fatigue crack length measurement methods were reviewed and direct current potential drop (DCPD) system was adopted for the present investigation. With DCPD method, direct measurement method using traveling microscope, and compliance method using COD gauges are adopted simultaneously during the tests.A similarity is shown among the fatigue crack lengths measured from each method.Finally the correlative curves for the fatigue crack growth rate versus stress intensity factor range were made with the measurement results of crack length from those three different methods.

      • 표면개질법에 의한 열화재의 강도향상에 관한 연구

        Degradation problem due to long term service in machine or structure is now one of important problems in whole industrial field. In this study, pressure vessel steel, Cr-Mo steel, which was used more than 60,000 hours, was surface-modified by laser beam irradiation for the improvement of fatigue strength. To find out optimum irradiation condition, hardness, residual stress measurement and fatigue tests were carried out with the specimen of different irradiation conditions. Experimental results show that micro-hardness values on the surface of the irradiated specimens were approximately 2.5 times higher than those of un-irradiated ones. In the depth direction of the specimen, hardness on the surface showed maximum value and was decreased at the inside the specimen. Different hardness values are due to the energy density Q which was absorbed by the specimen. Fatigue tests show that fatigue life was improved by the compressive residual stress after laser beam irradiation. However, some specimens with differednt conditions show the shorter fatigue life. It means that laser beam irradiation with optimum parameter can improve the fatigue strength.

      • 배관의 축방향 균열에 대한 균열진전 특성에 관한 연구

        It is well known that pipelines have the highest capacity and are the safest and least environmentally disruptive form of transporting oil and gas. However, pipeline damage caused by both internal and external corrosion is a major concern threatening the reliability of oil and gas transportation and the soundness of the pipeline structure. In this study, we estimate the allowable damage by comparing the ASTM B31G code to a modified theory considering diverse detailed corrosive forms. The ASTM B31G code has been developed as the evaluation method for reliability and incident prevention of damaged pipelines based on the amount of loss due to corrosion and the yield strength of materials. Furthermore, we suggest a method for estimating the expected life span of used pipelines by utilizing the reliability method based on major variables such as the depth and length of damage and the corrosion rate affecting the life expectancy of the pipelines.

      • 전기화학적 방법을 이용한 이종금속 용접부의 부식거동 해석

        In order to investigate quantitative behavior of galvanic corrosion in the weldment between stainless steel and carbon steel, electrochemical polarization experiments are performed for various pH, water temperature with boric acid concentration 4000ppm. The corrosion rates of stainless steel was almost independent of the variation of pH. The significant corrosion rates of carbon steel and the weldment of carbon-carbon steel and were observed at pH 4. The corrosion rates in the weldment of the carbon-stainless steel ware observed depending on the variation of pH level.
