        Sport management is a new and dynamic field requiring development. Sport management is increasing in popularity as a career path. This has resulted in a need to develop education and training programs for the area. However, this task is complicated by the diversity of environments in which sport management is required. Although an increasing number of institutions offer sport management programs, there is a lack of an identified and recognized base of common knowledge for sport management. In North America this has resulted in the development of standards for curriculum accreditation of sport management programs. A similar initiative is necessary for the sport management in Korea. A competency-based minimum body of knowledge for the Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral degree-levels in needs.

      • 體育史的 側面의 民俗競技 硏究 : 嶺東地方을 中心으로

        In these days, Young-dong province is being developed rapidly as one day-living circle from Seoul with the trapic facility on land, air, sea. I have studied every traditional folk games, in order to revive those which were buried deeply and were not studied enough. As a represantative folk games, there are Gi-juldarigi(similar to a rope pulling contest) in Sam-chok, Congrontation of three headmen in Buk-pyung, Jang-chigi(similar to hockey or polo game), fight with stone missile, a fight with touch in Kang-neung,... etc. We must also study the traditional folk games in Tae-back, the highland province, and try to get them developed as one rooted in Young-dong province. As a folk games on the athletic aspect, there are Ssilum(Korean wrestling), Taek-kyun and Subak(much the same of Taekwondo), Archery, Jang-chigi, Seasaw game, Swing game, Kite fling, a fight with stone missiles, a fight with torch, a mock cavalry battle,...etc. As a passtime or recreation in the New Year reception costom, there are also the game of Yut, Ssangyuk(simllar to Yut), Toohoo, the game of Baduk, Janggi(Korean chess) for adultry, Tipcat, Jackstone, Massanze(ride mount a person) for children, rope of skiping and rope jumping, tight rope dancing, as a kind of acrobatics. It is necessary to find out the trace of them and revive their old custom. I have studied the origin and background of folk games in Young-dong province and summarized them as followings. 1. It was changed from the game of warrior to that of populace. 2. The celebrating games as player or thanksgiving have changed to that of passtime. 3. They were developed centering around the native religions rooted from Eastern Sea and Taebaek Mountains. 4. We must help to developm our province by the means of studying and improving, suggesting the folk games marked with regional traits. In the history, the era with thriving national athletics became strong and flourishing, creating new national culture, and the other ear looking down on athletics became weak. If we study and analyze the provincial folk games, modernize and bdast them to the would, it would shine our province and could lead to the reunification of our country, Korean. Thus I have studied the traditional folk games on the side of the athletic history.

      • 抵抗性 벼 品種을 加害할 수 있는 벼멸구 生態型에 관한 硏究

        A series of experiments were conducted to investigate the distribution ratio of the biotypes of brown planthopper(BPH), Nilaparvata lugens Stal, migrated into the rice field of Korean peninsula from southern Chinese continent during the rice crop growing season, the feeding amount, and the emergence rate of BPH biotypes fed on 60 to 70-day-old rice cultivars with different resistance genes. The percent biotype distribution of the female BPH collected in southern coastal regions of Korean peninsula showed that in 1986, 1987, and 1988 the BPH biotype-1 was predominant species accounting for 61.2%, 59.7%, and 52.4%, respectively. Whereas biotype-2 was 21.9%, 29.7%, and 26.2%, and biotype-3 was 17.0%, 12.6%, and 21.4%, respectively. Since Indonesian rice cultavars, IR 36, Cisadane, and Krueng Aceh, to the BPH female adults collected in southern coastal regions of Korean peninsula were shown partially susceptible reaction, the primary source seems to be migrated from the tropics to Korea by way of southern China and the subtropics. The feeding amount of biotype-2 on Cheongcheongbyeo with resistant Bph 1 gene and biotype-3 on Milyang 63 with resistant bph 2 gene was as high as Milyang 23 with no resistant gene. But Gayabyeo with resistant Bph 1 and bph 2 gene was highly resistnat to biotype-1,2,and3. The emergence ratio of the three BPH biotypes on Milyang 23 was higher than on the other rice cultivars, and that of biotype-2 on Cheongcheongbyeeo and biotype-3 on Milyang 63 was as high as on Milyang 23.

      • M. Heidegger에 있어서 실존의 존재구조 : Horizont를 중심으로 hinsichtlich des Horzonts

        M. Heidegger analysiert existenzial das Daseins als Freilegung des Horizontes fur eine Interpretation des Sinnes von Sein uberhaupt. Dasein als In-der-Welt-sein ist Seiendes, das sich in seinem Sein verstehend zu diesem Sein verhalt. Zum existierenden Dasein gehort die Jemeninigkeit als Bedingung der Moglichkeit von Eigentlichikeit und Uneigentlichkeit. Dasein existiert je in einem dieser Modi, bzw. in der modalen Indifferenz ihrer. Bei Heidegger erscheint die Existenzialitat als die Sorge. Das Sein des Daseins enthullt sich als die Sorge. Die formal existenzale Ganzheit des ontologischen Strukturganzen des Daseins muB daher in folgender Struktur gefaBt werden : Das Sein des Daseins besagt : Sich-vorweg-schon-sein-in(der-Welt-) als Sein-bei(innerweltlich begegnendem Seienden). Dieses Sein erfullt die Bedeutung des Titels Sorge. Folglich ist das Sich-vorweg ein Moment fur die Exitenzalitat, den Entwurf und das Verstehen, das Schon-sein-in-der-Welt ein Moment fur die Faktizitat, die Befindlichkeit und die Geworfenheit, das Sein-bei innerweltlich begegnendem Seinenden ein Moment fur das Verfallen. Das Dasein ist namlich das sichentwerfenden Seins zum eigensten Seinkonnen. Das Dasein uberantwortet ihm selbst, und es ist je schon in eine Welt geworfen. So ist das Dasein nicht nur das In-der-Welt-sein, sondern auch ursprunglich das geworfene entwerfende Sein, d. h. bedingte mogliche Sein. In welcher Form wird dann der geworfene Entwurf verwirklicht? Heidegger betrachtet den Horizont fur eine Interpretation von Sein uberhaupt, d. h. die Seinsart des Daseins oder die Seinsbedeutung als Zeitlichktit. So behauptet er einen ursprunglichen Explikation der Zeit als Horizont des Seinsverstandnisses aus der Zeitlichkeit als Sein des seinverstehenden Daseins. Bei ihm ist der Anhalt der Zeitlichkeit der Tod. Der Tod ist die Moglichkeit der schlechthinnigen Daseinsunmoglichkeit. So enthullt sich der Tod asl die eigenste, unbezugliche, unuberholbare Moglichkeit. Das eigentliche Sein zum Tode, das he iBt die Endlichkeit der Zeitlichkeit, ist der verborgene Grund der Geschichtlichkeit des Daseins. Das Dasein wird nicht erst geschichtlich in der Wiederholung, sondern weil es als zeitliches geschichtlich ist, kann es sich wiederholend in seiner Geschichte ubernehmen.

        A garden city, Samchok whose population is about 100,000 and which is located at 30 degree North latitude on the East Sea coast with all four seasons clear, faces to the east the Pacific Ocean, having seveal swimming beaches and to the west is surrounded by Taebaik moutains which are 1,800m high above sea level, resulting in its fame of a national resort. So, in oder to establish social sports in the city, it was intended that life sports in daily living could be activated through the mountain-climbing rally and swimming meet which are always near our daily living and specially the awareness or recognition of life sports be lifted to expand insufficiet sports facilites at present. As indicated above, if the expected profit from auctions and sales is \33,072,000 expect all the required expenses, will be saved other than all the expenses. And this amount in a 8-12 years term will increase to \57,412,000. Finally when we invest hat money propery for the activation of social sports, 'elite' sports and social sports will be developed in balance, esulting in the people's good health as well as sound society.

        M. Heidegger versucht, das Horizont fur die Interpretation des Sinnes von Sein uberhaupt freizulegen. Und er sucht den Leitfaden im Menschen als Dasein, fur das man gewisses Seinsverstandnis hat. Das Sein selbst, das das Seinsverstandnis und die Fahigkeit hat, nach dem Sein selbst zu fragen, nennt er Exitenz. Diese Seinsstrukturen des Existenzz werden Existenzialien genannt. Bevor er den Sinn von Sein selbst fragt, analysiert er das Dasein existenzial. Da diese vorliegende Arbeit vor der von Heidegger entwickelten Seinsanalyse die Strukturen der Frage und Wissenschaftlichen Methoden zu erklaren versucht, betrachtet die Arbeit die Phanomenologie als wissenschaftliche Methoden, die Notwendigkeit der Seinsfrage und die Strukturen der Frage zu erlautern.

        The purpose of this study was verify effects of participation in squash for adult women's mental health. The populatidn was the women belongihg to the K city as 1998. The participants in the questionnaire were 350, but the data for actual analysis induded 300. The statistics analysis method adatede t- test, one- way ANOBA. The concusions of thiy study was as follows: For the frequendy of participation, the participants who have enjoyed 2-3times of 4-5times in a Week possesed higher levels of mental health to compare the samples who had a chance for month, once a week, or less than 3 times participation.

        The changing mordern society needs Various activities of leisure. Because Industrial Revolution gives us many chance of leisure time. This study was participation of "Spots for all" and research for citizen's leisure life in Sam Chok, are invertigeted from the 289 reguested questionare papers. As the results of this study, following results are attainable. 1. The recognition of "Sports for all" needs the citizens. Because over the half reguests does not know he fine definition of "Sports for all". 2. They prefer individual games to team games, for example, basket ball, soccer, volley ball etc. 3. Their provlem point of participation in "Sports for all" is too long to go to the public sport center. So, for the solution of this problem is capable of use the public school facilities. 4. The firest two purpose of participation in "Sports for all" investigated for thrir health and physical fitness. It represented fresh mind and generousity throught the "Sports for all" is the their first impotant point. 5. The value of leisure evaluated thesame as work. It represented the changing recognition of leisure by peoples. 6. The companion of participation in "Sports for all" represented first, friends, second, families. Theimportent point is they have not same time for each other in a family. 7. Too short of time is the first reason, their incapable of participation in "Sports for all". 8. Most of all their thought on the cost of leisure time for a month are about 50~190 thousand won.
