Two new records of the genus Nola Leach, 1815 (Lepidoptera: Nolidae, Nolinae) from Laos

The genus Nola (Nolidae, Nolinae) was established by Leach (1815), with the Noctua palliola Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775 (a junior subjective synonym of Phalaena cucullatella Linnaeus, 1758) from Vienna, Austria. Nola comprises over 200 species: Africa and western Palearctic approximately described 100 speices (Hacker et al., 2012); Oriental and Eastern Palearctic regions have over 100 species (László et al., 2010; Sasaki et al., 2011; Kononenko and Pinratana, 2013). Two species of the genus Nola Leach; Nola euryzonata (Hampson, 1900) and Nola lucidalis (Walker, 1865), reported for the first time in Laos. Illustrations of adults and genitalia of all the examined species are provided.

High entropy alloys (HEAs) have received tremendous attention in diferent applications because of their excellent corrosion resistance and superior mechanical properties. In the present work, a novel TiNbMoMnFe high entropy alloy systemwas synthesized and deposited on AISI 316L by DC magnetron sputtering system. The microstructure of the resulting thinflm was evaluated by grazing incidence X-ray difraction and feld emission electron microscope. It was found that the thinflm microstructure is composed of a crystalline solid solution (grain size of 76 nm) and an amorphous phase. The electrochemical investigations in Ringer’s solution revealed that a thin flm of 670 nm thick high entropy alloy has a low corrosioncurrent density of 0.024 μA cm−2, approximately 30% lower than that of the uncoated 316L. Meanwhile, the HEA thin flmshowed the highest pitting corrosion resistance and stability of the passive flm. The wettability examinations exhibited thatthe coated sample has a high contact angle of 90° in contrast to 60° for the uncoated ones. In summary, the TiNbMoMnFehigh entropy alloy thin flm shows great potential for use in biomaterial applications.

Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is common and potentially life threatening medical emergency. Emergency endoscopy is the first choice of diagnostic and treatment measure for patients with active upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Histoacryl should be considered a second-line treatment modality when conventional treatments were failed. However, it might cause several complications. Herein, we report a case of acute pancreatitis developed after histoacryl injection therapy for active duodenal ulcer bleeding. A 71-year-old man was admitted with melena and hematemesis. On emergency endoscopy, a 2 cm sized active ulcer with bleeding from an exposedvessel was seen at the duodenal bulb. Attempts to arrest the bleeding with hemoclipping and submucosal epinephrine injection were tried, but failed. We changed the method to endoscopic histoacryl injection, and obtained hemostasis immediately. A few hourslater, after successful hemostasis, patient complained diffuse abdominal pain. Ultrasonography revealed hyperechoic heterogenous diffuse pancreatic enlargement and right pararenal space fluid collection, this ultrasonographic findings and elevated serum pancreatic enzymes are compatible with acute pancreatitis.
보디빌딩 선수들의 시합 전·후 신체조성과 체력 및 혈관탄성도 변화와 영양섭취 실태연구

The purpose of this study were to investigate a study of body composition, physical fitness, change of vascular compliance and nutrient intake status a before and after bodybuilders match. In this study, participants were 6 bodybuilders. The analyzed data brought about the following results by using paired t-test with SPSS 20.0. The results of the research were as follows. In to body weight and BMI were significantly increased but sit and reach were significantly decreased after match. There was non significantly difference in vascular compliance. Calories, lipids, carbohydrates, fiber and ash had significantly increased after match than before match. Calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, vitamin A, retinol, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin C, vitamin E had significantly increased after match than before match. Therefore, Bodybuilders need correct regular diet habit and exercise prescription after match. 본 연구는 B광역시 남자 보디빌딩 선수 6명을 대상으로 신체조성, 체력, 혈관탄성도 및 영양소 섭취상태를 시합 전·후를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 자료처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 paired t-test를 실시하였고, 연구결과에서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 시합전에 비해 시합후에 체중과 BMI는 유의하게 증가하였고, 유연성은 유의하게 감소하였고, 혈관탄성도는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 그리고 열량, 지질, 당질, 식이섬유 및 회분은 시합 전 보다 시합 후 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한, 칼슘, 철분, 나트륨, 칼륨, 비타민 A, 레티놀, 비타민 B1, 비타민 B6, 나이아신, 비타민 C, 비타민 E는 시합 전 보다 시합 후 유의하게 증가하였다. 이상을 종합하여 볼 때, 시합 전보다 시합 후에 영양소의 섭취증가로 인해 체중이 증가하는 것을 알 수 있으며, 이상의 연구 결과에서 시합전, 후의 식습관, 맞춤형 운동처방 및 체계적인 컨디셔닝 관리가 요구된다.

Since the floor structural systems are repeated over the height of building, a large amount of materials and a great deal of workmanship are required if effective systems are not provided, The previous study(1)(2)(3) developed the post-tensioned precast concrete system(PPS), consists of wide beams with U-shaped precast beam and concrete column, and carried out the experimental study about the estimation of PPS capacity against the earthquake. However, the experimental study in accordance with the representativeness of the whole structure couldn't completely understand the behavior of the whole structure, and have a little lack of presenting the design method. This study is to perform an case study on the behavior of the whole structure, and seismic capability. As a results, PPS system which apply the precast concrete structure and post-tensioned method is to present a sufficient ability of the structural performance against the earthquake and the vibration

SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)은 인터넷을 통한 원격 애플리케이션을 원활하게 지원하기 위한 목적의 HTTP를 보완하는 차세대 인터넷 프로토콜이다. SOAP 메세지의 보안을 위해 'SOAP보안 확장 : 전자서명' 표준이 제시되었다. 본 논문에서는 SOAP 보안을 위해 XML 서명기술을 사용한다. SOAP 메세지를 보낼 때 SOAP의 Body요소를 전자서명 하여 Header요소에 첨부하여 보내고, SOAP서비스에서 전자서명을 검사토록 하여 메시지를 인증한다. SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol) is the next generation internet protocol to complement HTTP which is to support harmoniously with remote application using internet. 'SOAP Security Extension : Digital Signature' standard is proposed for the security of SOAP messages. In this paper we use XML signature technology for SOAP security. At sending SOAP message to service Header element contains the signature of Body element. SOAP service validate the SOAP message and authorize the message.
석회 안정화 슬러지와 플라이 애쉬 혼합재의 매립지 복토재로의 이용타당성세 대한 연구

Feasibility of using the mixture of a lime-stabilized municipal wastewater sludge and the fly ash as a landfii cover matetial was studied. the mixnures were prepared by varying mixing ratios. and their geotechnical propertes were experimentally determined. The appropriate mixing ratio of lime : sludge : fly ash for stabilization. which was the ratio to hold the pH of sludge-fly ash mixture above 12.0 for at least 2 hours with containing the fly ash content as much as possible. was 5 : 15 : 80. Plasticity index(PI) of the mixture drastically decreased at a sludge content less than 60% Maximum dry density linearly increased with fly ash. In the direct shear test the sludges were found to have an internal friction angle of 30.2" and a cohesion of 0.3kg/㎤. The internal friction angle of the mixture was found to increase with increasing fly ash content. Results of the consolidation tests showed that addition of fly ash to the sludge decreased both compression index and the secodary consolidation coefifcient while it increased the consolidation coefficient. In permeability tests using a consolidometer. permeability of 1 X10^(-7)㎝/s.I which is required in U.S. EPA standard as a landfill liner. was attained indicating a possibility of using the tested mixture as a landfill cover material.
페넴계 항생제 faropenem의 주요 임상분리세균에 대한 항균력

목적 : Faropenem에 대한 국내 임상 분리 균주의 감수성 여부를 파악하기 위하여 임상 환자에서 흔히 분리되는 통성 혐기성 세균을 대상으로 최소억제농도(MIC_)를 측정하였으며, 대조항생제로는 amoxicillin과 cefaclor를 사용하여 그 결과와 서로 비교하였다. 방법 : 시험 균종은 2000년과 2001년 서울대학교병원 임상병리과로 세균배양이 의뢰된 혈액, 객담, 소변 등 임상검체에서 분리된 균주로서 임상환자에서 흔히 분리되는 통성 혐기성 세균 총 523주를 대상으로 하였다. 미국 임상검사표준화협회(NCCLS)에서 권장하는 방법에 따라 S. pneumoniae를 제외한 모든 균종은 한천희석법으로 MIC를 측정하였으며, S. pneumoniae는 microdilution broth법으로 MIC를 측정하였다. 결과 : Faropenem의 MIC는 전반적으로 비교약제에 비해 전반적으로 낮았다. E. coli, K. pneumoniae에 대한 MIC_(90)는 각각 1㎍/mL, 2㎍/mL이었으며, E. aerogenes, C. freundii, M. morganii는 4㎍/mL, E. cloacae는 8㎍/mL의 결과를 보였다. S. marcescens, A. baumanni의 MIC_(90)은 16㎍/mL, 32㎍/mL를 보였으며, P. aeruginosa와 S. maltophilia에서는 64㎍/mL 이상으로서 항균력이 없었다. S. aureus와 S. epidermidis에서는 메티실린 내성인 경우는 MIC_(90)이 64㎍/mL이상, 8㎍/mL이었다. 메티실린 감수성인 경우 0.125㎍/mL와 0.125㎍/mL이었다. E. faecalis와 E. faecium의 경우 MIC_(90)은 모두 64㎍/mL 이상을 보였으나, E. faecalis의 경우 MIC_(90)이 1㎍/mL로서 항생제 내성인 균주가 일부 포함되어 MIC_(90)이 높아진 것으로 보인다. S. pneumoniae의 경우 MIC_(90)은 0.5㎍/mL이었다. 결론 : Faropenem은 E. coli, K. pneumoniae에 대해서도 우수한 항균력을 보였다. 대조항생제에 비해 faropenem의 Enterobacteriacae에 대한 항균력은 높았다. 앞으로 faropenem에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하며, 특히 경구용 제재로 사용할 경우 약력학적 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각한다. Background : Minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of facultative anaerobic bacteria isolated from several kinds of specimens of patients were determined for the in vitro susceptibility against the new oral penem, faropenern and compared with MICs of amoxicillin and cefaclor in Korea. Methods : Total 523 strains isolated from blood, sputum, or urine of patients at Seoul National University Hospital in 2000 and 2001 were examined by agar dilution or microdilution broth method according to the recommendations of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards. Results : In general, the MICs of faropenem against major clinical isolates were lower than those of amoxicillin and cefaclor. MIC data showed that faropenern was active against Escherichia coli (MIC_(90)= 1㎍/mL) and Klebsiella pneumoniae (MIC_(90) = 2㎍/mL). The MICwS of Enterobacter aerogenes, Citrobacter freundii, Morganella morganii were 4 ㎍/mL. The MIC_(90)s of Enterobacter cloacae, Serratia marcescens, and Acinetobacter baumannii were relatively raised, 8 ㎍/mL, 16 ㎍/mL, and 32 ㎍/mL, respectively. Faropenem was not active against P. aeniginosa and S. maltophilia (MIC≥64 ㎍/mL). Although for MRSA MICs were high (MIC_(90)>64 ㎍/mL) compared with those for MRSE (MIC_(90) = 8 ㎍/mL), faropenern was active against methicillin-susceptible staphylococci (MIC_(90) = 0.125 ug/nmL). For Enterococcus faecalis and Enterococcus faecium, the MIC_(90)s were > 64 ㎍/mL. However, MICs of E. faecalis (MIC_(90) = 1 ㎍/mL) seems to be overestimated by including some resistant strains. The MIC_(90) of faropenern against S. pneumoniae was 0.5 ㎍/mL Conclusions : Faropenem was more active against E. coli, K. pneumoniae, and S. pneumoniae than reference drugs. The in vitro activity of faropenern was in many cases superior to those of amoxicillin and cefaclor. Pharmacokinetic study is needed, especially for the use of faropenern as an oral drug.

위치기반 서비스의 기초적인 부분이며 필수적인 부분이 바로 사용자가 자신의 위치에 대한 인지를 명확하게 할 수 있도록 위치를 표시하고 보여주기 위한 지도 데이터 서비스이다. 지도 데이터 서비스를 위해서는 지리정보를 특정 어플리케이션에 의존함이 없이 즉시 볼 수 있는 형태의 포맷으로 변환하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 충족시킬 수 있는 포맷으로 웹브라우저 상에서 바로 볼 수 있는 SVG를 고려할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 GIS Vector Map의 대표적인 파일 형식인 DXF, SHP, MIF를 분석하였다. 또한, 이들 파일 형식을 공통된 하나의 파일형식인 XML로 변환하여 DB를 구축하고, 구축된 XML 데이터를 SVG로 변환하는 엔진을 구현하였으며 이를 통하여 여 98%이상의 변환 효율을 갖는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
