The amounts of thiamin, riboflavin, and niacin in fresh water fishes live in Nak-Dong river were determined and the effects of heating conditions on change in the content of vitamins were also studied with carp meats. The amounts of vitamins were found to be varied a lot among different kinds fishes. The contents of thiamin and niacin in eel were the highest with 460mg% and 10.39mg%, respectively and goby showed the highest content in riboflavin with 3.55mg%. The amounts of riboflavin and niacin in carp were found to be the lowest and the thiamin in goby was the lowest among sample fishes. Vitamin B groups in eel were abundant compare to the others. The concentration of niacin and lipid content in fish were highly related. The linear regressions obtained from the thiamin content and either heating temperature or heating time were Y=-1.45X + 3.54 or Y=-5.51X + 0.02, respectively. The correlation coefficients of those were-0.96 and -0.97 which were statistically significant(p<0.01). Thiamin was readily destroyed by heat and the degree of destruction was much more dependent on the heating time than the heating temperature. When the effects of heating conditions on riboflavin and niacin were studied, destruction of these vitamins were depend only on the heating time, not on heating temperature. The change were statistically significant (p<0.05). It was found that the destruction of thiamin by heat was most serious among three vitamins.

Performance measurement methodology to Information Systems has been and is an hot issue. There is concern that poor measurement procedures mean it is difficult to select projects for investment, to control development and to measure business return after implementation. This concern has been matched by increased activity in researching IS performance measurement methodology. Previous financial measures in a information systems is insufficient. Many business leaders now evaluate corporate performance by supplementing financial accounting data with goal-realted measure from the following perspective: customer, internal business process, and learning and growth. The balanced scorecard(BSC) has emerged as a decision support tool at the performance measurement. This article develops a balanced scorecard for information systems that measures and evaluates IS activities from the four perspectives of BSC. In the future study, it would be much better to consider the role of strategy in IS and the causal relationships among measures of BSC.

To Provide multicast service for mobile hosts must deal with dynamic member location and its group membership in mobile networks. There are two old approaches as hi -directional tunneling and remote subscription for mobile multicast. The deployment of existing multicast protocols(home agent-based multicast, Bidirectional packet tunneling) is very inefficiently to use network resources such as duplicate copies of multicast datagrams, tunnel convergence, and unicast by long delivery path. The remote subscription scheme may be very expensive because muticast packet delivering is delayed and discontinued frequently by rebuilding a multicast tree to serve multicast when the host move highly. In this paper, we analyse these problems of multicast routing protocols and propose an efficient multicast protocol using cost function to consider the host mobility in wireless mobile networks, By cost function, a mobile host make a decision to receive a tunneled multicast datagram from home agent or to receive a rebuild path from foreign agent. The performance of the proposed protocol was evaluated by simulation under various environments and we got an improved performance.
분자선 에피탁시로 Si 기판 위에 성장한 GaAs/Ge 에피층의 특성

Properties of GaAs/Ge epilayers grown using two step growth method on Si substrates by molecular beam epitaxy(MBE) are investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), double crystal X-ray diffraction(DCXD), photolumin escence(PL) spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy. PL. Raman and DCXD results show that the GaAs epilayer grown by two step growth method has best crystallinites. Because of the high temperature growth in two step growth method has an annealing effect upon the inital prelayer and the Ge buffer layer, resulting in the suppressed dislocatin initation.

The long-chained perfluoroalkyl acids (PFAAs), perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorooctanesulfonic acid (PFOS), are a potential exposure risk in the environment, specifically for humans due to high levels of bioaccumulation, persistence, and toxicity. In the current study, the plant uptake factors (PUFs) of spinach and Welsh onion were investigated on the three different concentration levels of PFOA and PFOS in soil. Spinach and Welsh onion were divided into three residue groups, a control group and two levels of PFOA and PFOS. The PFAAs spiked soils were aged for six months and the extractable residue of PFOS in the aged soil was reduced to 30-59% of the initial spiked concentrations for PFOS, while PFOA showed almost the same initial spiked concentrations. The PUFs for PFOA and PFOS were 0.111-2.821 and 0.047-3.175 for spinach, and 0.203-0.738 and 0.035-0.181 for Welsh onion, respectively. The highest PUF values in both vegetable were displayed when the residual concentration of PFAAs were part-per-billion (ppb) or sub-ppb in soil.
