본 논문에서는 3GPP HSDPA 모뎀용 비동기식 동기추적회로를 설계하고, 설계된 동기추적회로에 대하여 정상상태 지터 분산과 타이밍 에러의 과도응답 특성을 이론적으로 분석하였다. 우선 AWGN 환경에서의 지터 분산을 펄스성형 필터, 타이밍 오프셋, 신호 대 잡음비, 루프 대역폭에 대한 식으로 유도하였으며, 과도응답특성 또한 이론적으로 해석하였다. 끝으로 설계된 동기추적회로의 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였다. In this paper, a non-coherent code tracking loop is designed for 3GPP HSDPA MODEM and its performance is analyzed in terms of steady-state jitter variance and transient response characteristics. Analytical closed-form formula for steady-state jitter variance is first derived for AWGN environments as a function of pulse-shaping filter, timing offset, signal-to-interference ratio, and loop bandwidth. Also obtained is the transient response characteristic of a tracking loop. Finally, the performance of the designed tracking loop is confirmed by computer simulations.
아크릴로니트릴-4비닐피리딘 공중합체의 전기 전도성에 관한 연구

Conducting Polymer was obtained by the modification of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex with iodine in acetone. The properties such as morphology, IR-spectrum, thermal degradation, catalytic activity, moisture regain, dye adsorption, tensile strength and favorable conditions for preparing the conducting polymer complex were investigated. Electrical conductivity was measured by changing the concentration of cupric salts and reation time. The experimental results are as follows: 1) The pH condition for the formation of PAN4VP complex was in the range from 10 to 11. 2) The morphology of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex and Cu S-PAN4VP was more compact than that of PAN4VP. 3) The catalytic activity of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex in dicomposition of hydrogen peroxide was affected by concentration of CuCl₂and reaction time, and was increased with their rises. 4) Maximum value of electrical condustivity of PAN4VP-Cu(Ⅱ) complex was 5.5×10Ω㎝ When modified with iodine in acetone, and that of CuxS-PAN4VP was 1.2×10Ω㎝ at the 40g/ℓ concentration of cupric sulfate. 5) Moisture regain of Cu S-PAN4VP was decreased by the introducing of Cu S, but dye adsorption was not decreased.
Effects of formulation and processing techniques on physicochemical properties of surimi gel

Surimi is a seafood-based product that is widely consumed around the world, in the form of crab sticks, fish balls, and kamaboko. It is made using white meat from lean saltwater fish, such as Alaska pollock and Pacific whiting, through repeated washing of the fish mince until a mixture primarily made of myofibrillar proteins and cryoprotectants is achieved. Surimi has always been marketed as a source of protein, as a meat or fish replacement and as imitated seafood. The goal of this review is to summarize and compare the recent attempts to produce surimi using other types of fish and fish mince waste, combined with additives and/or emerging processing technologies, and how these have contributed to changes in physicochemical properties.

Objective: To assess the pregnancy and neonatal outcomes according to scheduled timing of cesarean delivery on maternal request (CDMR). Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study of 344 women with singleton pregnancy who underwent CDMR in a single institution between 2010 and 2021. Pregnant women who received cesarean delivery, preterm delivery, multiple pregnancy, and complicated pregnancy were excluded. Subjects were categorized into 4 groups according to the scheduled gestational age at delivery: 37-week (n=18), 38-week (n=148), 39-week (n=149), ≥40-week (n=29) groups. Pregnancy outcome and neonatal outcome were reviewed. Results: The rate of emergency CDMR was higher in the 38-week (8.1%) and 39-week (10.7%) group compared to the 37-week (0%) and 40-week (3.4%) group, but the difference was not statistically significant. Birth weight significantly increased with advancing gestational age, and the rate of large-for-gestational age (LGA) increased with advancing gestational age (0%, 10.8%, 16.1%, 31.0% in the 37-week, 38-week, 39-week, ≥40-week group, respectively, P=0.02), with highest rate in the ≥40-week group. Other outcome including postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section wound complications, and neonatal outcomes were comparable among 4 groups, but meconium staining increased with advancing gestational age. Conclusion: According to our study results, timing of scheduled CDMR was not associated with adverse pregnancy or neonatal outcome in non-complicated singleton pregnancies. However, the sample size of our study was too small, especially those in the 37-week and ≥40-week group, and further study with an adequate sample size are needed.

Lipids perform essential and important functions, such as serving as an energy source for growth, development, reproduction, flight, starvation, and diapause in insects. Lipases are key enzymes involving in lipid metabolism and have been reported in several insect species. However, the molecular characterization of the pancreatic triacylglycerol lipase-like genes in honeybees has not been elucidated. Here, we describe the cDNA cloning and characterization of lipase from the honeybee Apis mellifera (Am-Lipase). Am-Lipase consists of 321 amino acids, including a Ser-Glu-His catalytic triad and a consensus active site motif GXSXG. Recombinant Am-Lipase protein degrades triglycerides, preferentially catalyzing the hydrolysis of long-chain fatty acids. Furthermore, the expression pattern of Am-Lipase seems to be a fat body-specific lipase, shows higher expression in forager bees, and is decreased under starvation conditions. Thus, our results suggest that Am-Lipase plays a role in the uti lization of lipids stored in the fat body for lipid metabolism.
Total synthesis of 2′,4′,6′‐trimethoxy‐3′,5′‐dimethylchalcone derivatives

2′,4′-Dihydroxy-6′-methoxy-3′,5′-dimethylchalcone (DMC), which is isolated from plants, has recently attracted much attention due to its beneficial pharmacological effects. The preparation of twelve 2′,4′,6′-trimethoxy-3′,5′- dimethylchalcone (DMDMC) derivatives, which are dimethylated-derivatives of DMC, is reported herein for the first time. Our synthetic method allowed the efficient construction of the DMDMC derivatives from phloroglucinol in 37.8%– 46.5% overall yields. This promising approach would be advantageous for the production of many different DMDMC derivatives in a short period of time.
