폴리머 모르터의 난연성 개선에 관한 연구

불포화 에스트테르 수지의 큰 이용분야의 하나로 건축재료가 있으나 여기서 가장 문제로 되어 있는 것이 바로 난연성의 향상이다 불포화 폴리에스터수지는 탄소를 구성성분으로 하는 유기물이므로 무기재료와 같은 불연성을 기대하기는 어려우나 어느 정도까지는 연소를 억제시킬 수는 있다. 본 연구에서는 UP를 결합재로 하고 탄산칼슘을 충진재로, 규사를 잔골재로 하는 폴리머 모르터를 제조하고 이에 첨가되는 난연제량과 UP량을 각각, 5~12.5%, 12~24%로 변화시켜 난수별 난연특성을 고찰하였던 바, UP사용량에 따른 특정 난연제의 최적 사용량 범위를 얻을 수 있었다. One of the fields using the unsaturated polyester resin is the constructional material, but the most serious problem, in this field, is the incombustibility improvement. it is hard to expect the noncombustibility as in the inorganic materials for the unsaturated polyester resin since whose structural material is carbon, but the combustion can be controlled up to some degree. In this study the polymer mortars were made in which the unsaturated polyester resin as binder, the calcium carbonate as filler and the silica sand as fine aggregate. The incombustible characteristics were then investigated as varying the amount of the flame retarder and the unsaturated polyester resin from 5 to 12.5% and 12 to 24%, respectively. Based on the results, the optimized range of amount of flame retarder used with various amount of unsaturated polyester resin could be obtained.

트럭-트레일러의 자율주차 제어 시스템에 관한 연구

In this paper, an auto-parking control system of truck-trailer is simulated using predictive fuzzy algorithm. The forward and backward dynamic equation of truck-trailer is used to design a predictive fuzzy controller and plant. With the porposed algorithm, the simulation revealed that truck-trailer was parked well in the parking area.

영지버섯 단백다당체 GLB-A의 UA에 대한 보호효과

In the previous study we described the antitumor and immunomodulatory activities of GLB-A. an acidic protein-polysaccharide fraction of the growing tips of Ganoderma lucidum. In this study we used flow cytometry to elucidate the protective effect of GLB-A on the splenocytes and thymocytes of BALB/c mouse exposed to ultraviolet irradiation. GLB-A increased the thymocytes of BALB/c mouse exposed to ultraviolet irradiation. GLB-A increased the viability of the UV-irradiated splenocytes in a dose-dependent pattern (17.1% increase at 200 ㎍/㎖) and its protective effect was remarkable only during UV irradiation. When the UV absorption spectrum was analyzed, GLB-A showed a maximal absorbance at 257 nm. Based on these observations, the protective effect of GLB-A against UV radiation seemed to originate at least partly from its UV-absorbing property.

흉요추 방출성 골절의 방사선학적 소견

A retrospective review of 22 burst fractures of the thoracolumbar spine was performed to define the radiographic features found on CT and plain radiography. Characteristic components of the injury include : 1. Male to female ratio was 2.7 : 1, and the most prevalent age was 21 to 40 years. 2. Multiple level injuries were 6 cases (27.3%), and the most common cause of injury was fall down(14 cases, 63.6%). 3. The most cammon location was L1(45.5%) 4. The most common pattern of the retropulsed fragment in burst fracture was single midline fragment type(14 cases, 63.6%) and the most common type of burst fracture was classical form(10 cases, 45.5%). 5. Posterior element involvement of vertebra was seen in Ⅱ cases(50%) and the most common finding was laminar fracture in 9 cases. 6. The degree of anterior wedging above the 50% in height of vertebral body was in 4 cases (18.2%). 7. Degree of spinal canal narrowing and degree of neurological impairment is not directly correlated.

위암종의 DNA ploidy : 종양의 표층부와 심층부의 DNA stemline의 이질성을 중심으로 Heterogeneity of DNA Stemline by the Superficial and Deeper Portions of Tumor

본 연구결과 위암종에서 DNA ploidy는 환자의 나이와 성별, 종양의 침습 깊이와 림프절 전이 유무, 임상 병기 및 조직학적 유형과 통계학적인 연관성이 없었고, 동일 종양의 부위에 따른 DNA stemline 의 이질성을 보였다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 위암종의 DNA ploidy를 정확히 분석하려면 여러 부위에서의 표본채취가 요구된다는 것을 제시해 준다. We analyzed the DNA content of 40 gastric carcinomas using the flowcytometry. In 19 of 40 cases, the DNA content was measured separately in the superficial and deeper portions of a tumor. All were advanced gastric carcinomas. Twenty seven tumors(67.5% ) were aneuploid. There was no relationship between the ploidy and the clinical parameters, such as, age and sex of patients, histologic type and differentiation of a tumor, depth of tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and tumor stage. Intratumoral differences in DNA ploidy were observed in 2 of 19 cases(10.5%). Therefore, to determine an accurate DNA ploidy, one must analyze multiple samples from the tumor specimen, because cases exist where subpopulation with DNA aneuploidy are detected only at limited sites within the same tumor.

Pancretic pseudocyst is a well-known complication of pancreatitis and may occur in unusual locations. Involvement of the left perirenal space and psoas muscle is rare. Radiologic findings and management of a surgically proven case of pancreatic pseudocyst extending to left perirenal space and psoas muscle is described.

이방성 담낭(Bicameral Gallbladder) : 1례 보고

담낭의 선천성 기형 중 이방성 담낭은 매우 드문 기형으로 저자들은 우상복부 동통을 주소로 내원하여 초음파, 전산화 단층 촬영, 간담도 스캔 검사에서 이방성 담낭으로 진단되고 수술로 확진된 이방성 담낭(Bicameral GB) 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고 하고자 한다. The bicameral gallbladder is one of the rarest congenital malformation of the gallbladder. A 26 years-old male was examined for the colicky pain in right upper quadrant area. On sonographic examination the lumen of gallbladder was partitioned, nearly completely, into two chamber(fundal and ductal) that are of approximately equal size. There was gallbladder wall thickening with cholelithiasis in the fundal chamber. Surgical finding showed bicameral gallbladder divided into two camber of same size and gallbladder wall thickening with cholelithiasis in the fundal chamber.

매복치의 외과적 노출에 대한 임상적 연구

Impaction and ectopic eruption of Permanent teeth can cause various clinical Problems. These teeth are not hopeless. It is possible to use the remaining teeth as anchorage, surgically uncover the impacted tooth, and orthodontically move the tooth into the arch. The specific surgical procedure and the orthodontic mechanics, however, will vary depending upon the type of tooth and its position relative to the remaining erupted teeth. There are different surgical techniques for the surgical exposure of the impacted teeth. 췌장염에 의한 가성낭종내에 생긴 가성동맥류 : 1례 보고

만성 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성동맥류는 드문질환으로, 반복적으로 다량의 출혈을 일으킬 수 있으며, 치료를 하지 않을 경우 사망율이 높기 때문에, 조기 진단과 치료가 필수적이다. 저자들은 38세 남자 환자에서 췌장염의 합병증으로 생긴 가성낭종내에서 발생한 가성동맥류 1예를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다. 가성 동맥류의 색혈류도플러상 낭종내에 양방향 흐름의 와류를 볼 수 있었다. Because of high morbidity and mortality, early detection and treatment of the pseudoaneurysm is needed. We report a case of pseudoaneurysm within pseudocyst from pancreatitis. Color-flow Doppler sonography shows bidirectional flow and turbulent arterial flow, within anechoic mass.

영지버섯 생장점 단백다당체 GLB의 대식세포 활성화 효과

In the previous study we described the antitumor activity of GLB. a protein-polysaccharide fraction of the growing tips of Ganoderma lucidum, against sarcoma 180 solid tumor in ICR mice. In this study we investigated the stimulatory activity of GLB on macrophages. When analyzed using a flow cytometer. GLB (100 ㎍/㎖) was found to increase the phagocytic activity of the BALB/c mouse peritoneal macrophages as well as chicken macrophage BM2CL cells against FTTC-labeled C. albicans by 55.2% and 21.2%, respectively. GLB also increased the spreading and the expression of MHC class Ⅱ molecules of BM2CL cells as well as the mouse peritoneal macrophages. From these results, it is clear that GLB is a strong stimulator to the macrophages.
