        This study aims to discuss the test methodologies that evaluate the speech intelligibility of hearing-impaired adults using various contexts. Seven adults with severe hearing loss participated in the experiment. The context of the speech intelligibility consists of 77 pairs of one-syllable words with phonemic contrasts, 30 two-syllable words and the list of each 12 and 10 sentences. The speech intelligibility of various contexts had significant correlation, and both one-syllable words with phonemic contrasts and the sentence 1 had higher correlation than other tests. The one-syllable words with phonemic contrasts took longer to test than others, and it demanded more effort to select the pair of words. However, from the point of view of the identification of segmental difficulties, the one-syllable words with phonemic contrasts that reflected segmental factors contributing to the intelligibility was useful.

      • MDVP와 Praat, Dr. Speech간의 음향학적 측정치에 관한 상관연구

        The purpose of this study was to conduct a correlational analysis among Fo, Jitter, Shimmer, and NHR(HNR), and NNE estimated by three speech analysis softwares, MDVP, Praat and Dr, Speech. Thirty females and 15 males with normal voice participated in the study. We used Sound Forge 6.0 to record their voice. MDVP, Praat and Dr. Speech were used to measure the acoustic parameters. The Pearson correlation coefficient was determined through a statistical analysis. The results came out as follows: Firstly, there was a strong correlation between Fo and Shimmer of both instruments. However, there was no correlation between Jitter of both instruments. Secondly, Shimmer showed a stronger correlation with HNR, NHR, and NNE than Jitter. Therefore, Shimmer was considered to be more useful and sensitive parameter to identify dysphonic voice compared to Jitter.

      • 溫經湯에 關한 文獻的 考察

        Through the study of successive literatures form the Han-dynasty(漢代) when 《Keumjweyeuliak(금궤요략)》 was written to modern age, we inspected many types of Onkyungtang(溫經湯) and prescriptions including the term of ' Onkyung(溫經)' or Chokyung(調經)', and look into their composition and symptoms respond to administration of this medicine. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The medicine which makes up Onkyungtang was 38 kinds from the Han-dynasty to the Chung-dynasty(淸代), and up to the present it summed into 43 kinds. 2. Onkyungtang which was composed of different kinds of medicine was 10 types from the Han-dynasty to the Chung-dynasty and added 11 types in modern days. Therefore it sumed up into 21 types. 3. No Onkyungtang is seen more common than that of the same composition as in 《Keumjweyeuliak》 in successive literature. The next is the same constituents as in 《Buinyangbangdaejeon(婦人良方大全)》. Others were rare. 4. Onkyungtang in《Keumjweyeuliak》was used to treat cold syndrome of the penetration and conception vessles or uterus of deficiency type and that in 《Buinyangbangdaejeun》was for cold syndrome of the penetration and conception vessels or uterus of excess type. 5. Other names of Onkyungtang in《Keumjweyeuliak》were Daeonkyungtang(大溫經湯), Chokyungsan(調經散), Chokyungtang(調經湯), Chunkeumchokyungtang(千金調經湯), Chunkeumchokyungsan(千金調經散) and Soonkyungtang(小溫經湯). And the prescription in the same constitution was also called Chungkyungonkyungtang(仲景溫經湯), Keumkweonkyungtang(금궤온경탕) and Sibbionkunghwan(十二溫經丸). 6. Onkyungtang in 《Buinyangbangdaejeon》was called Soonkyungtang(小溫經湯) and the very prescription was also called in the name of Yangbangonkyungtang(良方溫經湯), Jinmionkyungtang(指迷溫經湯), Kungkwiinkyungtang and Jinssionkyungtang(陳氏溫經湯).

      • 화력발전소 주변지역의 비산탄진 농도분포에 관한 연구

        The concentration profiles of particulate matters in the neighborhood of coal fired power plant was studied. For this purpose, wind tunnel test was conducted and the distribution of coal dust at the 12 selected points inside of 7.65m long, 1.8m wide wind tunnel was measured. Field survey was also carried out for the comparison. The 20 samplers was installed for the collection of particles emitted from the power plant and one additional sampler was mounted at the site far from the plant enough the effect of coal dust to be negligible. Based on the collected data, a CMB model, a sorts of recepter models, was used to study the sorce apportionment. It was shown that the correlation coefficient between and experimental research and field survey was 0.84. Comparison profile of coal dust in the field precisely simulated by wind tunnel.

      • 열분해반응을 통한 폴리에틸렌-폴리프로필렌 혼합물의 오일회수 특성

        The thermal degradation of polyethylene, polypropylene alone an their mixture into oil and gas products has been carried out at different reaction conditions. The effect of various parameters such as temperatures, space velocity, mixing ratio on the yield and composition of the oil recovery for these polymers at different reaction temperature. In polyethylene-polypropylene mixtures, the more polypropylene is added, the more rate of degradation of PE and conversion of PE/PP mixture increase at a lower temperature than that of PE alone. It is proposed that this enhancement is due to the free radical from polypropylene, in which can form free radical from polyethylene a lower temperature.

      • 폴리에틸렌의 전화정도에 따른 열분해 특성 변화

        Thermogravimetric analysis and pyrolysis experiment were used as studying the effent of conversional level on the thermal degradation of HDPE. The wide conversional range in this work encompassed a change in the degradation mechanism. To accommodate this mechanism change, the data were treated as a pseudo first-order reaction. It was observed that the data conformed to a first-order fit at conversional range of 0.05∼0.98 with an activation energy of 376 kJ/mol. The lower activation energy occurring at lower conversion (0.01∼0.05) is attributed to scission of 'weak links' in macromolecles. The higher activation energy was similar to the carbon-carbon bond dissociation energy and is associated with random scission throughout backbone chain. The lower the conversional level, the more abundant the paraffinic hydrocarbon in product. To what extent this finding are influenced by limitation of terminate reaction of radicals.

        School of Architecture and Urban Engineering, Mokwon University, was chosen the specialized school in Mokwon Univ. and has been receiving the National Strategic Financial Support(NSFS), by the Ministry of Education, Since 1997. This study was carried on for a part of NSFS programs. The objective of this study is to propose the new Educational Programs and development plannings for School of Architecture and Urban the Engineering for the specialized school in Mokwon University. This paper is the Summary of the whole study.

      • 해안식물의 유리아미노산과 질소함량

        Thirty two species of coastal plants (mainly halophytes) were investigated for their free amino acids and the total and Water-soluble nitrogen contents in leaves. All plants except some species (e.g. Scutellaria and Linaria) contained proline, but only Ageratum, Tetragonia and Raphanus in rather high amounts, that it can be thought to serve as a cytoplasmic osmolyte. In some plant species (Euphorbia, Glehnia, Peucedanum, Raphanus and monocotyledonous Carex and Zoysia), however, hydroxyproline (OH-Pro) rather than proline were accumulated to a considerable extent. The concentrations of total free amino acids were low in Aster tripolium, Linaria, Lysimachia, Plantago, Rumex, Vitex and especially in the members of the Chenopodiaceae and Crassulaceae. Marked differences also occurred in the nitrogen levels. Aizoaceae, Chenopodiaceae, Convolvulaceae, Cruciferae, Euphorbiaceae and Leguminosae usually showed high values of total and soluble amino nitrogen, while the opposite was true for most of the Cyperaceae, Gramineae, Lamiaceae, Plantaginaceae, Scophuriaceae, and Verbenaceae. The free amino acids in the investigated plant species contributed very little to the nitrogen content, but in plants of Euphorbia, Messerschmidia and Orostachys, their amino acid-N made up for 25∼30% of the total nitrogen. In conclusion, only a few cases did proline known as compatible solute constitute a significant proportion of the free amino acid pool in coastal plants.

        원효의 화쟁사상은 오늘날에도 매우 중요한 사상이다. 앞에서 서술한 바와 같이, 원효는 여러 경론에서 설하는 교설들의 상이와 신구불교의 교리상의 상위 등 그 모든 것을 화회하고자 하였다. 가령 이율배반적이고 모순되는 견해일지라도 모두 도리가 있고 근거를 갖추었으므로 인정해야만 한다고 하여 ‘이설실득, 개의경전, 불상방고’라고 서술하고, 또한 ‘개의성전, 유하불실’ 등으로 설하였다. 이 화회화쟁사상은 원효에 있어서 단지 교학상의 문제에 한정된 것이 아니라 세계관이나 진여관과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 즉 원효에 의하면, “여러가지 교에 들어가는 문은 많이 있다 할지라도, 처음으로 수행에 들어감은 이문을 벗어나지 않는다. 진여문에 의해 지행을 닦고, 생멸문에 의해 관행을 일으킨다. 지관을 함께 궁구하여 만행이 이와 같이 갖추어진다. 이 이문에 들어서면 여루문에 모두 달한다”고 한다.
