A number of dust particles are intruded into ODD(Optical disk drive) due to the flow caused by disk rotation and are adhered to a lens or disk surface. The space between the disk and the lens is being reduced. Someone indicates the problems of this drive that are relatively small data storing capacity and slow access time. In recent, the problems of this optical disk drive mentioned above are being solved by adding the speed of the disk's revolution, making the catuator high-speed or light, and making the beam spot size smaller than making the space narrow between disk and lens. These particle contamination affects seriously RF Signal, readout signal in an ODD. Especially, the affected parts by a particle contamination in an ODD's readout signal are objective lens and media.

WASP which is used to plan generation expansion has disadvantages that can't manage environmental factors and regional supply-demand planning. But with the effectuation of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and Kyoto Protocol, it is expected that reducing greenhouse gases affects power system in its long-term generation expansion planning. Therefore national countermeasures is needed. This paper formulates a mathematical model considering CO2 emission constraints and Emission Trading that will be enforced. This model is based on the MEFISET (Model for Economic Feasibility of Interstate Electrical Ties) which was made by Korea Energy Economics Institute and Hong-ik university and manages generation expansion planning. And this mathematical model is verified by studying a case system.

KPX(Korea Power Exchange) has been supervising FIT(Feed-in-tariff) for renewable energy power plants and supported 289MW photovoltaic power plants with Electric Power Industry Basis Fund in 2009. In this paper, we'll analyze utilization factor of these PV power plants in 2009 and for the latest 3 years and finally utilization factor of other renewable energy power plants in 2009.

2010년말 기준으로 약 3,200MW의 신재생에너지 발전소가 전력시장에 참여하여 전력거래를 실시하고 있다. 이 논문을 통해 2010년 1년간 운전한 신재생에너지 발전소들의 발전실적을 월별, 지역별 등으로 분석해 보고, 또한 과거 발전 실적과 비교 분석해 보고자 한다.
들깻잎에서 동정한 Phytol의 항암 및 면역활성증강 효과

Several studies have shown that extracts from yellow-green vegetables reveal antitumor activities. In the present study we investigated the effect of phytol in order to elucidate the immunological mechanism of antitumor activity of this substance. The results obtained from the experiment as follows : 1) Phytol showed cytotoxic effect on sarcoma 180 cells in vitro. 2) When phytol was injected into the peritoneal cavity of mice transplanted with sarcoma 180 cells, the average survival time(24.0 days) tended to increase as compared with the nontreated control(19.2 days). 3) When sarcoma 180 cells were injected subcutaneously into the right groin of mice and then phytol was injected into the peritoneal cavity the tumor inhibition ratio was 33%. 4) The natural killer(NK) cell activity was significantly augmented by phytol in vitro and in vivo. Similar augmentations of NK cell activity were obtained with culture supernatants of phytol exposed spleen cells and peripheral blood mononuclear cells. 5) Phytol on the macrophage from peritoneal cavity showed a higher effectiveness in vivo than in vitro. These results indicate that phytol shows the inhibitory effect for growth of sarcoma 180 cells in vitro, also it can augment macrophage and NK cell activities in vivo.
