        핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작의 소요시간 및 각운동량 분석

        남자 기계체조 국가대표 선수 3명과 대학선수 3명을 대상으로 핸드스프링 몸펴 앞공중1회 비틀기 동작을 구간 및 국면별로 분석하고 동작의 숙련도에 따라 역학적 변인이 집단 간 어떠한 차이를 보이는지를 구명하기 위하여 Kwon3D 프로그램을 활용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 시간요인에서 보폭을 크게 딛는 것이 손을 빠르게 지지 할 수 있고, 핸드스프링 체공시간은 짧게 하여야 발구르기의 압력을 높여 비틀기동작에서 체공 소요 시간이 길어지므로 비틀기 수행의 완성도를 높일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 각운동량 요인에서 기술수행 시 전체적으로 좌우(X)축에 대한 각운동량이 전후(Y)축과 수직(Z)축에 대한 각운동량에 비해 더 큰 값을 보였다. 좌우 축 각운동량은 지면에서 이지되어 동작을 수행하는 핸드스프링회전과 앞공중1회 비틀기에서 숙련자가 상대적으로 더 큰 각운동량 보이는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study were a two-fold: ⑴ to analyze event and phase of handspring salto forward stretched with turn; ⑵ to know the differences in the kinematic variables between two groups. A Kwon3D program served for the estimation of this study. The group was divided into three National representative and three well-trained calisthenics in this study. The results of this study revealed that ⑴ the forward somersault performance was increased when duration time in the air was long during the salto forward stretched that the duration time of Handspring is short, the pressure at takeoff is high, the stride is large, and hands are supporting on the ground quickly; ⑵ comparing the angular movement of anterior and posterior y axis and vertical z axis, the angular movement of right and left x axis was higher during the performance. As a result, the national representative players showed better performance in Handspring salto forward stretched with turn.

      • 등속성 운동에 따른 투기종목 선수들의 대퇴근 기능과 혈중 효소수준의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to analyze for changes of muscle function and enzyme level of match athletics according to maximum muscle endurance exercise Subjects were 5 Judo player, 5 tae kwon do player and 5 wrestling player of P.E high school. They were measured and evaluated the strength and the muscular power of 60°/sec work speed and muscular endurance of 240°/sec work speed after 75time(extension/flexion exercise) between each set. The finding of this study were as follows: 1. Peak torque strength and balance ratio at the lower work speed 60o/sec was no significant difference among the group. 2. Mean power during extension exercise at work speed of 240°/sec showed significantly(p〈.05) high(67.6watts) at Judo group after two set. Flexion exercise showed significantly(p〈.05) high(77.0watts) at Judo group after one set. Total work during extension exercise showed significantly(p〈.01) high(2535.7Jo ules) at wrestling group after two set, flexion exercise showed significantly(p〈.05) high during one set(3229.8 Joules) and two set(1996.0 Joules) at Judo group. Muscular fatigue ratio showed significantly(p〈.01) low(34.1%) at one set during extension exercise in Tae kwon do group. During flexion exercise showed signif icantly (p〈.05) low(60.6%) after one set in wrestling group. 3. Variation of serum CPK, LDH level of wrestling group was no significant diff among the group. However, Variation of GOT level showed significantly(p〈.05) low in judo group. Within the scope of this study, for the advancement of ability to compete: First, the training of athletes to develope muscular strength, power, and endurance should be aimed at the peak torque improvement and balanced development of muscular strength for hamstring strength power in match players: second, anaerobic power improvement through the interval training should be preceded for the de-velopment of muscular endurance.

        9m 점프 슛 상황에서 핸드볼 골키퍼 방어 범위에 대한 고찰

        [목적] 본 연구는 핸드볼 경기 중 발생하는 9m 점프 슛에 대하여 골대, 골키퍼, 공의 상대적 위치에 따라 골키퍼 방어범위가 어떻게 변화하는지 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다.[방법] 제99회 전국체육대회 남자핸드볼 예선 7개 경기에서 발생한 231개의 9m 점프 슛 상황에서 공이 슈터의 손에서 떨어지는 시점을 기준으로 골대, 골키퍼, 공의 위치를 파악하고 이를 통해 골키퍼의 방어범위를 산출하였다. 영상분석은 Kwon3D 3.01 프로그램을 사용하였고, 3차원 좌표의 계산은 DLT방법을 이용하였다.[결과] 첫째, 실제 핸드볼 골대의 크기는 가로 3m, 세로 2m이지만 골키퍼의 실질적 방어범위의 가로는 골대의 너비보다 좁았고, 세로는 골대의 높이보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 골키퍼가 정면이 아닌 측면에서 공격수의 슈팅을 방어할 경우, 골키퍼가 위치한 곳에서 가까운 쪽 골대보다 먼 쪽 골대의 방어범위의 상하폭이 더 길었다.[결론] 핸드볼 골키퍼의 방어범위는 슈팅 높이와 골키퍼의 방어 위치가 중요한 요인으로 작용하며, 특히 골키퍼 훈련에 있어 골키퍼의 좌우 움직임보다는 상하 움직임이 더 중요하다는 것을 알고 훈련에 임하는 것이 경기력 향상에 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. PURPOSE The purpose of this study is to examine the goalkeeper’s area of defense and how the range varies depending on the relative position of the goal, goalkeeper, and ball in a 9-meter jump shot during handball matches. METHODS Data was collected from seven qualifying divisions in mens handball from the 99th National Sports Festival in Korea. A total of 231, 9-meter jump shots were analyzed with the goalkeeper‘s area of defense measured from the point the ball left the shooter’s hand and calculated based on the relative position of the goal, goalkeeper, and ball. Video analysis was conducted using the Kwon3D 3.01 program and three-dimensional coordinates calculated using the DLT method. RESULTS First, dimension of handball goals measure 3m wide and 2m high, however, results show that goalkeeper’s actual area of defense was narrower than the width of the goal posts, while vertically, area exceeded the height of the cross bar. Second, if the goalkeeper defended the striker’s shot from the side rather than from the front, the goalkeeper’s defense range was higher for the opposite side of the goal post than the near side of the goal post. CONCLUSIONS Key factors influencing goalkeeper’s area of defense include height of shot and position of goalkeeper. Results also indicate that vertical movements are more important than horizontal movements for goalkeepers in handball thus such implementation in training may lead to performance enhancement.

      • 短期間의 運動中斷이 血淸 脂·蛋白質水準과 有酸素能力에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study is to prove variation of plasma lipids & lipoproteins level and aerobic capacity to short-term exercise withdrawal. The effect of short-term exercise withdrawal on lipids, apolipoprotein-AI(Apo-AI), lecithin ; cholesterol acyltransferase(LCAT) and VO_2 max was studied in moderately trained lifestyle exercisers. Eight endurance-trained men, age25-34 years(X=29yr), withdrew from aerobic activity for 6 weeks, while an age and fintness-matched control group(n=9) maintained normal exercise habits. A baseline period that included two blood samplings prededed the detraining intervention. plasma total cholesterol(T.C), High density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C), and triglyceride(T.G) levels were determined weekly. Other blood variables(HDL_2-C, HDL_3-C, Apo-AI and LCAT), %fat, and aerobic capacity (VO_2 max) were measured pre-mid-, and post-experiment. A two-way repeated measures analysis of variance(ANOVA) indicated that the 6-week exercise withdrawal period failed to elicit significant mean changes in any blood variable, or VO_2 max. Therefore, a short-term withdrawal from aerobic activity by moderately trained, chronic exercisers generally does not adversely affect the blood lipoprotein profile except aerobic capacity.

        Vitamin E (alpha tocopherol) functions as both a pro-oxidant, and also in lower doses as an anti-oxidant. It is widely present infoods (especially vegetable fats, cereals and eggs), and for this reason there is no evidence that deficiencies develop in normally nourished human subjects. Since it is nontoxic, large daily doses (800∼1600 I.U., 660∼1320㎎) have been taken by athletes in an attempt to improve performance. Supporters of the drug have claimed vitamin E supplements are necessary to prevent a fall of blood and urine levels during training, to speed the recovery process, following exhaustion effort and to improve tolerance of hard training. However, with the exception of one experiment conducted at high altitude, double-blind trials have shown no gains of performance, and it must be supposed that much, if not all of the alleged value of vitamin E is due to placebo effect.

        골분진과 섬유소 접합물을 이용한 두안면부 골결손의 치료

        In the field of plastic surgery, various forms of craniofacial bone defects may be encountered under such conditions as trauma, congenieal defect, and postoperative condition. Until now, autogenous bone graft, processed homograft or heterograft, and alloplastic implants have been used for the reconstruction of those defecrs. Although each method has its own pros and cons, autogenous bone graft is most widely used because of its high survival rate, low postoperative complication rate, and longterm stability, Recently, the calvarium has become the favorite source of autogenous bone graft since it has many advantages. However, it is not easy to fabricate bone graft to fit in the defect accurately, paricularly for cystic or irregularly shaped depressions of craniofacial bone defects. In 1970, Shehadi reported the use of calvarial bone dust in reconstruction of cranial defects. Bone dust is harvested easily and in reasonably sufficient amount, but has not been used widely due to problems in fixation and survival rate. In our previous study, authors experimentally proved that a miture of fibrin sealant and autogenous bone dust plays an effective role to form a new bone in bone healing process. Fibrin controls bleeding, serves as a surface for adherence and degranulation of platelets, and accelerates would healing in general. In the healing process of bone grafting, fibrin trellis is known to contribute to osteoconduction and osteoinduction by supplying moving channels for undifferentiated mesechymal cells and bone morphogenic protein. Clinically, authors successfully treated 7 cases of craniofacial bony defects using bone dust and fibrin sealant and concluded as follows ; 1. Bone dust is easy to harvest in sufficient amount and is useful in reconstruction of various forms of bony defects. 2. Bone dust can be easily fixed when mixed with fibrin sealant. 3. Fibrin sealant stimulates bone union of bone dust graft. 4. Bone dust can also be harvested simultaneously when harvesting calvarial bone graft and be used in various craniofacial reconstruction as mixture with fibrin sealant.

The above non-linear network is used to compensate linear and non-linear systems for instability,speed of response, limit cycle and the static accuracy.

        The effect of Carbontetrachloride administration on Lactatedehydrogenase isozyme patterns were analyzed by cellulose acetate electrophoresis for the brain, heart, kidney, lung, liver and mouse muscle. Each other tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of these isozymes. At normal condition, aerobic tissue such as brain, heart, kidney, and lung were found to have all five isozymes from LDH_1 to LDH_5, while anaerobic tissues such as liver and muscle were found to have superiorly LDH_5 The toxicity of Carbontetrachloride administration was most prominence in the liver, and lung toxicity was occured also.
