      • 박판시료의 자체무게에 이한 영율 측정

        기판 위에 증착된 박막의 자왜측정에 있어서 반드시 알아야 하는 기판의 영율을 전기용량법으로 간편하게 측정하는 방법을 연구하였다. 전체 또는 한면이 도체로 된 박판시료를 평면 전극위에 나란하게 외팔보로 놓을 때 그 시료의 자체무게에 의한 굴곡으로 생기는 전기용량의 미소변화를 고감도의 전기용량계로 검출하여 역학적 모형으로 영율을 산출하였다. 자유단의 편향은 전극의 법선이 연직선과 만드는 각의 여현함수가 되어 이론과 일치하였으며 수종의 시료에 대하여 실험한 결과는 종전의 자료와 대체적으로 일치하였다. Young's modulus of a substrate is an important parameter for measuring thin film magnetostriction. We report a simple method of measuring it using a sensitive capacitance bridge. The bending force due to gravity is mg cos θ as sample is rotated θ from the horizontal. The capacitance change due to this bending is detected by a transformer-ratio-arm bridge. Young's modulus is obtained with theoretical analysis by the capacitance change. The method can be used for thin conducting plate also. Several results almost agreed with published data.

        우리나라 자생낙엽관목의 조경소재 확대방안에 관한 연구 : 중부 지방을 중심으로 Focused on the Middle Area of Korea

        The development and exploitation of the native deciduous shrubs which are widely distributed in our fields and mountains, have been adapted to the climate and natural features in Korea for a long length of time. With respect to managerial aspects, the native deciduous shrubs can be seen to be very useful and needed while fully reflecting Korean indigenous emotions as well as having high environmental acceptability and being very resistant to damages by blight and harmful insects. Especially those shrubs are placed in an important position in the process of ecosystem restoration and plant succession. Accordingly, this study has researched and analyzed the utilization condition of the present Korean landscape plants with documents and model cases of significant landscape features, evaluated the values by which each kind of tree is applied as landscape materials, and selected applicable kinds of trees, after drawing applicable native deciduous shrubs based on the documents and selecting five sample features for the test planting. The number of the selected kinds of trees is 20, including Viburnum dilatatum Thunb., Echinosophora koreensis Nakai, Lonicera maackii Max., Lonicera vesicarpa Kom., Stephanandra incisa Zabel, Ribes fasciculatum var. chinense Max., Spiraea salicifolia L., Campylotropis macrocarpa Rehder, Symplocos chinensis var. pilosa (Nak.) Ohwi, Abelia mosanensis T. Chung, Berberis amurensis Rupr., Deutzia coreana Lev., Alangium platanifolium var. macrophylum (S. rt Z.) Wanger., Viburnum sargentii Koehne, Rhodotypos scandes (Thunb.) Makino, Viburnum carlesii Hemsl., Forsythia nakaii T. Lee, Syringa velutina var. kamibayashii T. Lee, Rosa multiflora Thunb. and Spiraea fritschiana Schneid. I analyzed characteristics of each tree and presented methods applicable to the landscape architecture in its growth environment, planting type and ecological landscape.

      • 치료경험이 있는 A형 혈우병 환자에서 그린모노^�의 약동학 및 안전성 : 전향적 다기관 공동 임상시험

        배 경 : 최근 국내에서 사용 가능해 진 단클론항체를 이용한 고순도의 제 8응고인자 그린모노^R에 대하여, 제품의 약동학적 측면을 관찰하고, 급성 이상반응 발생 측면의 안전성을 관찰하고자 하였다. 방 법 : 과거 응고인자 치료경험이 있는 제 8응고인자치 5% 미만의 A 형 혈우병 환자를 대상으로, 그린모노를 체중 1kg당 50units 정맥주사한 후 약물역동학적 분석을 시행하였다. 약물 투여 후 48시간까지 이상반응을 관찰하고, 약물투여 전 및 48시간 까지 이상반응을 관찰하고, 약물투여 전 및 48시간 후에 일반혈액 검사, 혈액생화학검사, 요검사 등을 측정하여 비교하였다. 제8응고인자 억제인자를 Bethesda assay를 이용하여 투여 전 및 투여 3~7일 후 검사하였다. 결 과 : 15명의 환자중 연구를 완료한 13명의 자료를 분석하였다. Recovery rate는 99±22%(범위, 71~ 136%) 였으며, 2-compartment model을 이용한 beta phase의 반감기는 15.7±6.6시간(범위, 9.7~35.9시간)이었다. 그린모노^ R 투여후 의미있는 이상반응은 없었으며, 검사성적의 의미있는 변화도 발견할 수 없었다. 제8응고인자 억제인자는 시험약 투여 전후 모두 0.6 BU 미만으로 유지되었다. 결 론: 그린모노^R는 약동학적으로 유효하고, 급성이상 반응이 없어, 임상 이용에유용하리라 생각한다.

        This thesis has reviewed the historical development of productivity concept and the experience of economic theory, industrial engineering and behavioral science, to present a theoretical foundation for productivity. We found that productivity, in its context and form, has development with historical change, though productivity concept in itself has not changed. Meanwhile, economics presents the framework of developing productivity measurement system, and industrial engineering gives some guidelines for solving of productivity problems. Also, behavioral science is useful in managing productivity efficiently.

The capacitance change due to this bending is detected by a transformer-ratio-arm bridge. Young's modulus is obtained with theoretical analysis by the capacitance change. This method can be used for thin conducting plate also. Several results almost agreed with published data.

      • 슬래그 골재를 사용한 투수성 콘크리트의 물리적 성질

        본 연구는 제철소에서 부산물로 생성되는 고로슬래그 및 제강슬래그를 골재의 일부로 대체 사용하고 고성능AE감수제를 적정량 사용하여 고품질의 투수성 콘크리트를 제조하는 것에 관한 것이다.실험결과 고성능AE감수제와 슬래그를 사용하는 경우 투수계수 0.1 ㎝/sec 이상을 유지하는 상태에서 재령 28일의 압축강도 240 ㎏f/㎠ 정도까지의 비교적 높은 강도의 투수성 콘크리트를 경제적으로 제조할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

      • 유도심판규정의 변천과정에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to find out the process of change in the regulations for judgements in Judo game according to the division of the era. The study is to deal about how the process of change in the regulations for judgements conducts. Also, it is to find out the meaning abut the regulations for judgements of Judo Games. According to the division of the era, the first period was when Kanojigoro of Japan created the method that judges Judo free game in the operation of Kodokan techniques before consulting the regulations of authorized wrestling in 1930. The second period was when the regulations of Judo game were made with the help of the regulations of wrestling in 1930 and it was from the foundation of the International Judo Association in 1951 to before the choice with regular game in Olympic Games. The third period was when the regulations that judges Judo were reinforced since the choice in Olympic games. The regulations that judges Judo were settled and the time of the Judo game, the uniform, number, role of referees, the items of prohibition and the guidelines of scores were fixed in details. As mentioned above, the great change in regulations of Judo Games gave rise to the change of the new codified regulations in Kodokan in 1930's. In addition, before the foundation of the International Judo Association, the regulations made by the various kinds of organizations that held Judo game included the characteristic contents of them and since 1930's each organization such as Japanese police agency, Mudeokhoi and Kodokan made the similar game rules with one another. After the foundation of the International Judo Association, the regulations for judgements of Judo game were changed as the starting point many types of Olympics. Since 1996, Judo has established as a international game and the regulations for judgements of Judo game have reflected the impartiality of rules by being aware of audiences and TV hook up. Above all, since 1990's it has characterized by the enforcement of regulations for stronger judgements rather than the items of penalty regulations. As a result, the regulations for judgments of Judo game include impartiality of game operation, safety of players and absoluteness of referees' judgments. First, impartiality of game operation is that the practical regulations are the game rules for judgments in Judo game. Referees must judge in the game rules and prohibited techniques must be punished definitely and impartially right away. At this time, The translation of the regulations must not judge individually, and must be objective as soon as possible. Most of the regulations of the judgments consist of three referees considering the difficult tasks of referees. The threereferees consist of a referee and two judges. Two judges are placed to support a referee as they judge independently standing abetter location. The referee must accept the judgments of the judges without question and the final judgement made by three referees must be fair and accurate. Second, safety of players is close connected with Judo techniques. Also, we can know how safety of playershas developed by the change of prohibited techniques. Before 1990's players had to punish by using irregular techniques and uselimited techniques to protect the injury of the players. These change in the regulations for judgments include a great meaning in Judo game. Third, absoluteness of referees' judgments made for the right judgment and the consideration of audience and after 1990's the regulations for judgments included the details of penalty items. These seems to consider Judo modern sportscontrolled by audiences than self-training. Thus, the method for judgments in Judo game is suitable for the events and must keep the objective rules. These are satisfied with the esthetic demands of the audiences through the characteristics and the distinctive, lively shape of Judo. Therefore, in the future the facilities and regulations for judgements in Judo have to be suitable for thetechnical aspect. In terms of the sports Judo is required to various kinds of the development of regulations for judgements because of the demands of the spectators.

      • 도장작업시 유해인자들의 노출수준과 작업환경관리실태

        Objectives: For the purpose of preparing the fundamental data and assessing the status of exposure level of chemical substances in painting process. Methods and Materials: The author determined the concentration of organic solvents, lead(Pb), Chromium(Cr), and Toluene-2, 4-diisocyanate(TDI) in air of painting process to 90 industries classified by 15 types of manufacturing industry during a period from Jan. 1st 2001 to Dec. 31st 2001. Results: The results were as follows: 1. The geometric mean level of each chemical substance was 0.1706 ppm for exposure index in organic solvents, 0.0019㎎/㎥ for Pb, 0.0024 ㎎/㎥ for Cr, and 0.0004ppm for TDI, respectively. 2. The exposure level of each chemical substances by type of painting was the highest in dipping and brush painting for organic solvent, in spray-painting for TDI, and in spray gun-painting for Pb and Cr, respectively. 3. The exposure level of each chemical substances by type of local ventilation equipment was higher in enclosed and booth type for organic solvents. Cr, and TDI, and in exterior type for Pb, respectively than those of other types. 4. The exposure level of each chemical substances by type of hazardous material arresting media was higher in using water for organic substances, in using bag filter for Pb, TDI, respectively than those of other types. Conclusion: According to above results, this study suggests that the exposure level by type of industry exceeded the exposure level in wooden furniture and metal furniture manufacturing industry for organic solvents and Pb, respectively.

      • 폐결핵의 조기진단에 있어서 이중중합효소연쇄반응법의 유용성

        Background: Pulmonary tuberculosis is a great public health problem in Korea. Early detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M. tuberculosis) in clinical samples becomes more and more important in the control of tuberculosis. Recently, molecular methods have been applied to early detection of M. tuberculosis. Methods: To elucidate the effectiveness of nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) in early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, we peformed Acid-fast bacilli (AFB) stain, AFB culture, and nested PCR on 84 sputa. Results: 8 (9.5%) specimens were positive by AFB stain, 17 (20.2%) by AFB culture, and 15 (17.9%) by nested PCR. Using AFB culture as standard method, the sensitivity of AFB stain and nested PCR was 47.1% and 82.4%, respectively. The specificity of AFB stain and nested PCR was 100% and 98.5%, respectively. Conclusions: Nested PCR was more sensitive than AFB stain and had shorter processing time(24-48hrs) than AFB culture. So it may be effective to use nested PCR in order to detect M. tuberculosis when AFB smear Is negative.
