        한국잔디 수집계통들 중에서 우수계통들의 생육특성 비교

        2001년 수집된 한국잔디 133계통들 중에서 우수한 계통들을 선발하기위하여 밀도(품질),<br/> 피복성, 녹색기간, 내병성, 출수유무(종자수) 등의 주요특성과 그 외 생육특성들이 조사되었다. 생육특성이 우수한 6계통이 선발되었으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.<br/> 수집된 133계통들 중에서 가장 녹색기간이긴 계통은 J01067으로 11월초까지 녹색도를 유지하였다. J01106 및 J01129 계통들은 엽폭이 각각 1.5mm 및 2mm 정도로 매우 좁으며, 밀도가 높고, 피복성도 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 내병성도 강하였다. J01122 계통은 들잔디 계통들 중에서 유일하게 내병성이 강한 계통으로 선발되었다. J01128 계통은 엽폭이 3.2mm로 중엽에 속하였으며, 대비품종인 Sunburst 와 비슷하였다. 이 계통의 경우도J01106, J01129 계통들과 마찬가지로 밀도가 높고 내병성이 강한 것으로 나타났다.<br/> 수집된 133계통들의 형태적 분류를 위하여 5가지의 생육특성을 사용하여 크게 세가지 군집<br/> 으로 분류하였으며, 그 중에서 대비품종으로 사용된 6품종들과 선발된 우수 6계통의 분류는<br/> 다음과 같다. 제 1군집에 속하는 품종 및 계통은 Belare, Meyer, 안양중지(Anyang-jungji), J01067, J01112 등이 포함되었으며, 제 2군집으로는 S-94, J01105가 포함되었고, 제 3군집에는 Sunburst, 건희(Konhee), J01106, J01128, J01129 등이 포함되었다. Growth characteristics such as density(quality), covering speed, green period, disease resistance, heading existence(number of seeds) and other characteristics were examined for selection of superior lines among the 133 zoysiagrass lines collected in 2001. Six superior lines were selected and the results were summarized as follows.<br/> Superior line, J01067 was longest for green period among the 133 zoysiagrasses and stayed green until the beginning of November. Leaf width of J01106 and J01129 lines was very narrow as 1.5㎜ and 2㎜, respectively and superior for density(quality), covering speed and disease resistance. J01122 line was selected for strongest disease resistance among the lines of Zoysia japonica. Leaf width of J01128 was 3.2㎜ showing midium type and similar to standard cultivar, Sunburst. This line also showed higher density and strong disease resistance like J01106 and J01129.<br/> Five growth characteristics for morphological classification of 133 zoysiagrass lines<br/> was used and divided into 3 cluster groups. Of 133 lines, 6 standard cultivars and 6 superior lines were classified as follows. First cluster group contained Belare, Meyer, Anyang-jungji, J01067, J01122, and second group contained S-94 and J01105, and third group contained Sunburst, Konhee, J01106, J01128 and J01129.<br/> <br/>

      • Pepsin - Cellulase 에 의한 국내산 주요 조사료의 DMD 에 관한 연구 : (3) 주요목초의 세포벽 구성물질과 건물소화율(乾物消化率) (3) CELL WALL CONSTITUENTS AND DRY MATTER DIGESTIBILITY OF SEVERAL PASTURES

        主要 牧草의 成熟期別에 따른 成分 및 消化率變化를 評價하기 위하여 禾本科牧草 4種(orchard grass, tall fescue, timothy, perennial ryegrass)과 荳科牧草 3種(alfalfa, ladino clover, led clover)을 採取하여 實施하였다. 이들 牧草를 70℃에서 24時間 건조하고 粉碎하여 1㎜채를 통과시켜 粗蛋白質, 粗灰分, neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), acid defergent lignin(ADL), 그리고 pepsin-cellulase를 이용한 乾物消化率을 測定하고 TDN, DE, ME를 계산하였는데 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 粗蛋白質 含量에 있어서 禾本科牧草는 17.80∼19.39% 범위였는데 荳科牧草는 16.66∼22.99% 범위였으며 生育時期의 進行에 따른 蛋白質 含量은 一定期問동안 低下하였으나 그후는 變化가 없었다. 2. 粗灰分 含量에 있어서 禾本科收草는 11.89∼15.06%였고 荳科牧草는 11.57∼14.32%의 범위였고 生育時期의 進行에 따른 粗灰分 含量 차이는 없었다. 3. NDF에 있어서 禾本科牧草 는 53.99∼57.28% 범위였는데 荳科牧草는 40.68∼54.22% 범위였으며 生育時期의 進行에 따라 增加하였다 (p<0.05). 4. ADF에 있어서 禾本收草는 31.47∼36.61% 범위였는데 荳料牧草는 30.28∼36.25%의 범위로 生育時期의 進行에 따라 높았다 (p<0.05). 5. ADL에 있어서 禾本料牧草는 2.30∼3.85% 범위였는데 荳科牧草는 4.21∼6.84%의 범위였으며 生育時期의 進行에 따라 增加하였다 (p<0.05). 6. DMD에 있어서 禾本科牧草는 50.71∼70.40% 범위였으며 荳科牧草는 61.62∼79.19%의 범위로 生育時期의 進行에 따라 減少 하였다 (p<0.05). 7. 牧草類의 可消化養分總量, 可消化에너지, 代謝에너지價는 生育時期의 進行에 따라 減少하는 경향이었다. 8. 禾本科牧草의 DMD 含量(Y)과 粗蛋白質含量(X) 사이에는 Y=1.915X +23.561의 回歸式과(r=0.396, p<0.01)의 相關關係가 있었고 DMD含量(Y)과 ADF(X) 사이에는 Y= -1.475X + 108.538의 回歸式과(r=-0.483 p<0.05)의 相關 이었다. 9. 荳科牧草의 DMD 含量(Y)과 ADL 含量(X)사이에는 Y = -3.856X + 90.531의 回歸式과 (r=-0.893, p<0.01)의 高度의 相關關係와 DMD 含量(Y)과 組蛋白質 含量(X) 사이에는 Y=2.757X + 14.180의 回歸式과(r=0.834, p<0.01)의 相關關係가 있었다. The changes of the chemical components and dry matter digestibily of 4 grasses (orchard grass, tall fescue, timothy and perenial ryegrass) and 3 legumes (alfalfa, ladino clover and red clover) cultivated at the grassland in Yangsan, Kyungsang-namdo province was investigated. They were harvested at varying stages of maturity. Samples were dried at 70℃ for 24 hr. and ground to pass a 1㎜ screen. They were subjected to the determination of the crude protein(N × 6.25), crude ash, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), acid detergent lignin (ADL), and dry matter digestibility(DMD) by pepsin-cellulose technique. The energy values(total digestible nutrients, TDN; digestible energy, DE; metabolizable energy, ME) were calculated by DMD of pepsin-cellulose technique. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Crude protein content of grasses and legumes ranged from 17.80% to 19.39% and 16.66%-22.99%, respectively and crude protein had a tendency to decrease with increasing stage of maturity. However, contents of crude protein did not change between middle and late stage in some pastures. 2. The crude ash content of grasses and legumes ranged from 11.89% to 15.06�o and 11.57-14.32% respectively, and crude ash did not vary by stages of maturity. 3. The NDF of grasses and legumes ranged from 53.99% to 57.28% and 40.68%0-54.22%, respectively, and increased by advancing stage of maturity (p<0.05). 4. The ADF of grasses and legumes ranged from 31.47% to 36.25% and 30.28%-36.25%, respectively, and increased by advancing stage of maturity (p<0.05). 5. The ADL of grasses and legumes ranged from 2.3% to 3.85%, respectively, and increased by advancing stage of maturity(p<0.05). 6. The DMD of grasses and legumes ranged from 50.71% to 70.40% and 61.62%-79.19%, respectively, and decreased by advancing stage of maturity (p<0.05). 7. The calculated energy (TDN, DE, ME) values of grasses and legumes decreased by stage of maturity. 8. Regression equation and correlation coefficients of grasses and between DMD (Y) and crude protein (X) were Y=1.915X + 23.561 and r= 0.396 (p<0.05), and of grasses between DMD (Y) and ADF (X) were Y = -1.465X + 108.538 and r=0.483 (p<0.05), respectively. 9. Regression equation and correlation coefficients of legumes between DMD (Y) and ADL (X) were Y = 3.856X + 90.531 and r=-0.893 (p<0.01), and of legumes between DMD (Y) and crude protein (X) were Y =-2.758X + 14.180 and r=0.834 (p<0.01), respectively.

        다결정(Fe, In, Eu)₂O₃ 계의 자기적 성질에 관한 연구

        다결정(Fe₂O₃)_(1-x-y)(In₂O₃)_x(Eu₂O₃)_y(x=0.01, y=0.02과 x=0.02, y=0.03)의 자기적 성질을 X선 회절, Mossbauer 효과 방법과 자기이력 측정에 의해서 연구하였다. X선 회절결과는 이들 시료의 결정구조는 α-Fe₂O₃와 같음을 보인다. 사중극자 분열과 평균 반폭치 분석으로부터 x=0.01과 y=0.02인 시료는 Morin 전이를 보이며, x=0.02와 y=0.03 시료에서 반강자성 벡타와 결정축[111]사이의 각은 온도의 증가에 따라 약 35°로부터 (111) 평면에 놓이기 까지 변한다. 초미세 자기장의 온도 의존성은 스핀파 이론을 써서 분석하였다. 상온에서의 이성질체 이동값은 약 0.35㎜/s로 이는 시료내의 철의 이온값은 3+임을 의미하는 것이다. 이성질체 이동의 온도의존성은 Debye모형을 써서 분석하였다. The magnetic properties of the polycrystalline (Fe₂O₃)_(1-x-y)(In₂O₃)_x(Eu₂O₃)_y (x=0.01, y=0.02 and x=0.02, y=0.03) have been studied by the methods of X-ray diffraction, Mossbauer effect, and magnetic hysteresis measurement. The X-ray diffraction patterns show that the samples have a same crystal structure as α-Fe₂O₃. From the analysis of the temperature dependence of the quadrupole splitting and average half-width, it is found that the Morin transition occurs in the sample of x=0.01 and y=0.02 and the spin angle defined as the angle between the [111] crystal axis and antiferromagnetic vector, changes from about 35° to the (111) plane as increasing the temperature in the sample of x=0.02 and y=0.03. The temperature dependence of magnetic hyperfine field is analyzed by using the spin-wave theory. The isomer shift values at room temperature are found to be given by about 0.35㎜/s for the samples which means that the Fe ions belong to 3+ion. The temperature dependence of isomer shift was analyzed by using the Debye model.

      • 돼지 卵子의 透明帶에 대한 單一클론抗體生産과 그 特性에 關한 硏究

        本 試驗은 單一클론抗體의 강한 特異性과 抗體性質의 不變性을 이용하여 發生學的 側面에서 哺乳動物 卵子의 透明帶의 機能과 構造를 이해하고, 또한 種特異的인 精子 受容體의 存在 및 生化學的 構造를 규명하기 위한 기초연구로서, 돼지 卵子의 透明帶를 免疫原으로 하여 BABL/c 생쥐로부터 單一클론抗體를 생산하고 그 특성을 구명하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 3마리의 BABL/c 생쥐(YⅠ, YⅡ, ZI)에 돼지卵子의 透明帶를 免疫化하고, 複合抗體 生成을 확인한 후 생쥐의 脾臟細胞와 Myeloma(SP2/O-Ag14)를 polyethylene glycol를 融合을 실시한 결과 각각 25.8%, 54.5% 그리고 59.7%의 融合效率을 나타내었으며, ELISQ에 의해 陽性反應을 조사한 결과 각각 17.3%, 32.6% 그리고 6.2% 陽性反應 效率을 나타내었다. 2) YI에서 강한 陽性反應을 보인 6개의 well에 대한 cloning을 실시하고 抗體檢證을 행한 결과 20.8% ∼ 48.4%의 Cloning效率과 54.6% ∼ 82%의 陽性反應 效率을 나타내었다. 3) 강한 陽性反應을 나타낸 항체에 대해 sandwich ELISA法에 의해 isotype을 決定하였던바 2E93C(YⅠ), 3E83E7(YⅠ), 4E3(YⅡ)각각 IgG₂b, IgG₂a, IgM으로 확인되었다. 4) Isotype이 決定된 2E93C9(YⅠ), 3E84E7(YⅠ), 4E3(YⅡ)의 세포를 생쥐의 腹腔에 주사하여 얻은 腹水를 indirect ELISA法에 의해 titer를 決定한 결과 모두 1:400,000 이상의 높은 titer를 나타내었다. 5) 處理區로서 單一클론抗體의 腹水와 對照區로서 normal mouse serum이 각각 2%씩 함유된 배양액속에서 난자를 배양한 후 顯徵鏡下에서 관찰했을 때 對照區에서 배양된 난자의 표면은 정상적인 형태를 나타냈으나 處理區에서 배양된 卵子는 표면에 뚜렷한 沈澱層을 형성하였다. 6) 處理區와 對照區 卵子를 Rabbit anti-mouse IgG-FITC가 1% 함유된 배양액속에서 배양하고 洗滌한 후 螢光顯徵鏡下에서 관찰한 바 處理區의 卵子는 透明帶 주위에서 螢光이 나타났으나, 對照區에서는 나타나지 않았다. This study was carried out ot produce and characterize monoclonal antibodies against porcine zona pellucida, and undertaken as a basic study to develop immunocontraceptive vaccine and to investigate the function of zana pellucida in early fertilization process. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Spleen cells of three BALB/C mice(YⅠ, YⅡ and ZI) which were immunized with porcine zona pelucida were fused with myeloma cells(SP2/O-Ag14) by polyethylene glycol. At the result of fusion, fusion efficiency was 25.8 , 54.5% and 59.7% and positive efficiency 17.3%, 32.6% and 6.2%, respectively. 2. Cloning efficiency was shown to be from 20.8% to 48.4% and positive efficiency of them were 54.6% to 82%. 3. Sub-isotypes of three strong positive antibodies, 2E93C(YⅠ), 3E83E7(YⅠ) and 4E3(YⅡ) were determined by sandwich ELISA method and shown to be as IgG2b, IgH2a and IgM, respectively. 4. The titers of three ascitic fluids containing antibodies, 2E93C9(YⅠ), 3E84E7(YⅠ) and 4E3(YⅡ) were determined by indirect ELISA and all of them showed above 1:400,000. 5. The layer of precipitate was observed on the zona incubated with medium containing 2% ascitic fluid of monoclonal antibody while the eggs treated with 2% normal mouse serum did not. 6. Porcine eggs incubated with medium containing 2% ascitic fluid of monoclonal antibody and followed by subsequent incubation with Rabbit anti-mouse IgG-FITC conjugate showed strong fluorescent light on the zona surface while the zona of normal mouse serum-treated eggs did not show fluorescence.

        Effects of $BaCO_3$ purity on the superconducting properties of top seeded melt growth processed $Y_{1+x}Ba_2Cu_3O_y$ superconductors

        Effects of $BaCO_3$ purity on the superconducting properties of top seeded melt growth (TSMG) processed $Y_{1+x}Ba_2Cu_3O_{7-y}$ (Y1+x, x=0.1 and 0.2) superconductors were investigated. $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y}$ (Y123) powder prepared using $BaCO_3$ with 99.75% purity and commercially available Y123 powder of 99.9% were used for the fabrication of single Y123 grain superconductors. $T_c$ values of the Y1+x samples prepared using low purity Y123 powder were slightly lower than those of the samples prepared using a high purity powder. In addition to the lower $T_c$, an anomalous peak effect in the intermediate magnetic fields was observed in Y1+x samples prepared using the low purity $BaCO_3$ powder. The slight decrease in $T_c$ and the anomalous peak effect are ascribed to the possible incorporation of a Y123 phase with impurity elements such as strontium and calcium included in the $BaCO_3$powder of 99.7%. The result suggests that the low purity $BaCO_3$ powder of a low price can be used as a raw power for the fabrication of single grain YBCO bulk superconductors.

        This study was conducted to compare the quality characteristics of pork loin from crossbred combination in pigs. The crossbred combination were Y×Y, YL×Y, YL×D and YL×L(L:Landrace, Y:Yorkshire, D:Duroc). In the proximate composition, the moisture content of YL×D was higher compared with the other crossbred combination. The fat content of YL×Y was significantly higher compared with the other crossbred combination(p<0.05). There ware no significantly difference in share force, WHC, dip loss and cooking loss. The lightness (L<SUP>*</SUP>) value of YL×Y was significantly higher compare with the other crossbred combination(p<0.05). The redness (a<SUP>*</SUP>) values of Y×Y was higher compared with the other crossbred combination. In sensory characteristics, the juiciness, tenderness, flavor and overall acceptability of YL×D were higher compared with the other crossbred combination. As results, it is considered that this information about crossbred combination pigs would be used as a basic data for improvement of pork quality.

        Triode-Type Field Emission Displays with Carbon Nanotube Emitters

        Carbon nanotube emitters, prepared by screen printing, have demonstrated a great potential towards low-cost, largearea field emission displays. Carbon nanotube paste, essential to the screen printing technology, was formulated to exhibit low threshold electric fields as well as an emission uniformity over a large area. Two different types of triode structures, normal gate and undergate, have been investigated, leading us to the optimal structure designing. These carbon nanotube FEDs demonstrated color separation and high brightness over 300 $cd/m^2$ at a video-speed operation of moving images. Our recent developments are discussed in details.

      • 식물성 세포벽에 함유된 Ca과 P의 Rooster에 있어서 소화율에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 綠葉중에서 ladino clover 잎, alfalfa 잎, 칡잎, 아카시아잎, 싸리잎 등을 5월과 6월의 生育시기를 두 시기로 하여 동물 체내에서 Ca과 P 그리고 NDF에 결합된 Ca과 P의 이용성을 조사하였다. 실험에 사용된 동물은 10개월된 재래 숫탉(rooster)으로서 이들 綠葉은 체중 kg당 약 1% 강제 급여(forced feeding) 한 후 36시간 동안의 배설물을 채취하였으며, 이와 동시에 대사성 糞과 내인성 뇨로 분비되는 Ca과 P을 보정하기 위하여 36시간 절식시켜서 배설물을 채취하였다. 생체내 Ca과 P의 이용성 실험은 세번 반복을 하였으며, 대사성 분과 내인성 뇨 실험도 다섯번 반복을 실시하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. NDF 含量에 있어서 綠葉(ladino clover잎, alfalfa 잎, 칡잎, 아카시아잎, 싸리잎)은 5월 예취가 30.42%-37.28% 범위였으며, 6월 예취는 45.43-59.36% 점위로 生育이 進行됨에 따라 增加하였다. (p<0.05). 2. 眞正 DM 消化率(TDMD)에 있어서 綠葉은 5월 예취가 24.75-47.24%의 범위였으며, 6월 예취는 23.31-42.20% 범위로 生育이 進行됨에 따라 減少하였다(p<0.01). 3. 眞正 이용 Ca(TACa)에 있어서 綠葉은 5월 예취가 7.94-56.65%의 범위였으며, 6월 예취는 4.02-51.09% 범위로 生育이 進行됨에 따라 alfalfa 잎은 增加하였으나, ladino clover 잎은 減少하였고(p<0.05), 칡잎, 아카시아잎은 뚜렷한 변화가 없었다. 4. 眞正 이용 P(TAP)에 있어서 綠葉은 5월 예취가 8.52-4.89%의 범위였으며, 6월 예취는 24.86-42.6%로 生育이 進行됨에 따라 增加하였으나 ladino clover 잎에서는 減少하였다(p<0.05). 5. NDF에 결합된 Ca의 이용율에 있어서 綠葉은 5월 예취가 4.04-15.80%의 범위였으며, 6월 예취는 3.23-8.11%로 生育이 進行됨에 따라 減少하였으나 (p<0.05), ladino clover 잎, 싸리잎은 뜨렷한 변화가 없었다. 6. NDF에 결합된 P의 이용율에 있어서 綠葉은 5월 예취가 3.97-17.01% 범위였으며, 6월 예취는 4.06-14.93%로 生育이 進行됨에 따라 ladino clover잎, 칡잎, 아카시아잎은 減少하였으나(p<0.05), la-dinl clover 잎과 싸리잎은 뚜렷한 변화가 없었다. 7. 綠葉에 있어서 TDMD(Y) 含量과 NDF 含量(X) 사이에는 Y=53.5-0.42X의 回歸式과 r=-0.50의 相關關係를 보였다(p<0.01). 8. Ladinl clover 잎의 P-D(Y)와 P 含量(X) 사이에는 Y=84.5-85.1X의 回歸式과 r=-0.91의 相關關係를 보였다(p<0.01). 9. Alfalfa 잎의 Ca-D(Y)와 Ca含量(x) 사이에는 Y=18.9+13.0X의 回歸式과 r=0.99의 相關關係를 보였다(p<0.01). 10. 칡잎의 P-D(Y)와 P含量(X) 사이에는 Y=139-368X의 回歸式과 r=-0.95의 相關關係를 보였다(p<0.01). 11. 아카시아잎의 P-D(Y)와 P含量(X) 사이에는 Y=87.8-229X의 回歸式과 r=-0.98의 相關關係를 보였다(p<0.01). 12. 싸리잎의 Ca-D含量(Y)과 Ca含量(X) 사이에는 Y=17.9-12.8X의 回歸式과 r=-0.83의 相關關係를 보였다(p<0.01). This experiment was conducted to evaluate the Ca and P bioavailabilities of green leaf meal by roos-ter. The cell wall binding Ca and P of green leaf meal such as ladino clover, alfalfa, kudzu, acacia and bush clover were collected by two stage of cutting for May and June 1990. Rooster employed in the present experiment were fed about one percentage of body weight by forced feeding of ingredient. Collection of excreta as fed after 36 hous and did not given ingredient during the determinate of urinary endogenous and metabolic fecal Ca, P and excreta for 36 hours. The feeding experiment was conducted triplication for bioassay of Ca and P and was give five repli-cation for composition of metabolic and endogenous material. The results obtained are summarized as follows : 1. The contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF) of several green leaves meal were ranged from 30.42% to 37.28% for cutting of May and were ranged from 45.43% to 59.36% for cutting of June, there-fore NDF were decreased by abvanced stages of maturity(p<0.05). 2. The true dry matter digestibility(TDMD) of several green leaves meal were ranged from 24.57% to 42.24% for cutting of May and were ranged from 23.31% to 42.20% for cutting of June and TDMD was decreased by advanced stages of maturity(p<0.05). 3. The true available clacium(TACa) of several green leaves meal were ranged from 7.94% to 56.65% for cutting of May and were ranged from 4.02% to 51.09% for cutting of June, exception of alfalfa among other did not show increase by advanced stages of maturity(p<0.05). 4. The true avilable phosphorus(TAP) of several green leaves meal were ranged from 8.25% to 46.89% for cutting of May and were ranged from 24.86% to 42.6% for cutting of June and TAP was increased but decreased only ladino clover by advanced stages of maturity(p<0.05). 5. NDF binding of avilable calcium(NDF+Ca) of several green leaves meal were ranged from 4.04% to 15.80% for cutting of May and were ranged from 3.23% to 50 8.11% for cutting of June and they were decreased by advanced stages of maturity(p<0.05) but ladino clover and bush clover did not changed by advanced stage of maturity. 6. NDF binding of avilable phosphorus(NDF+P) of several green leaves meal were ranged from 3.97% to 17.01% for cutting of May and were ranged from 4.06% to 14.93% for cutting of June and they were decreased by advanced stages of maturity(p<0.05) but alfalfa and bush clover did not changed by advanced stage of maturity. 7. Regression equation and correlation coefficients of several green leaves meal between TDMD(Y) and NDF(X) were Y=53.5=0.42X and r=-0.50(p<0.01). 8. Regression equation and correlation coefficients of ladino clover leaf meal between digestible phos-phorus(Y) and phosphorus(X) were Y=84.5-85.1X and r=-0.91(p<0.01). 10. Regression euqation and correlation coefficients of kudzu leaf meal between digestible phosphours(Y) and phosphours(X) were Y=139-368X and r=-0.95(p<0.01). 11. Regression euqation and correlation coefficients of acacia leaf meal between digestible phosphours(Y) and phosphours(X) were Y=87.8-229X and r=-0.98(p<0.01). 12. Regression euqation and correlation coefficients of bush clover leaf meal between digestible calcium(Y) and calcium(X) were Y=17.9-12.8X and r=-0.83(p<0.05).

      • 칡의 대량생산 이용과 생리활성물질에 관한 연구 : (2) 당밀 , 칡즙 및 칡뿌리의 첨가가 칡사일리지의 발효품질과 사료적 가치에 미치는 영향 (2) EFFECTS OF THE ADDITION LEVEL OF MOLASSES , KUDZU JUICE AND KUDZU ROOT ON THE FERMENTATIVE QUALITY AND FEED VALUE OF WILD KUDZU SILAGE

        야생칡에 당밀과 칡즙 및 칡뿌리를 첨가하여 사일리지를 제조하여 발효물질과 건물소화율에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 각 첨가물의 첨가수준을 각각 0, 2, 4, 6, 및 8%로 하여 7.5ℓ의 플라스틱 용기에 120일간 ensiling한 후, 사일리지의 발효특성과 사료적 가치를 평가하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 사일리지의 발효품질을 나타내는 pH와 유기산은 당밀 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 향상되었으나(P<0.05), 칡즙과 칡뿌리는 발효품질을 향상시키지 못하였다. 2. 세포벽 구성물질인 NDF, ADF, ADS은 당밀 첨가수준의 증가에 의해 유의하게 감소하였으나(P<0.05), 칡즙이나 칡뿌리의 첨가에는 영향을 받지 않았다. 3. 당밀의 첨가수준이 증가함에 따라 칡잎과 줄기사일리지의 DMD가 크게 증가하였으나(P<0.05), 칡즙과 칡뿌리의 첨가수준에 따른 증가는 없었다. 4. 사일리지 품질(Y)과 pH(X)간의 회귀식은 Y=3.01-52.8X, r=-0.918(P<0.01)으로 나타났다. 5. DMD(Y)와 ADS(X) 간의 회귀식은 칡잎 사일리지에서는 Y = 118.16 -0.71X, r = -0.931(P<0.01)이었고, 칡줄기 사일리지에서는 Y =98.95 -0.148X, r = -0.813(P< 0.01)의 상관관계를 보였다. 6. DMD(Y)와 당밀 첨가수준(X)간에는 칡잎 사일리지에서 Y = 47.73 + 0.47X, r = 0.973(P<0.01), 칡줄기 사일리지에서는 Y = 38.47 + 0.38X, r = 0.852(P<0.01)의 상관관계가 나타났다. 따라서 칡 사일리지의 제조에 있어서 당밀의 첨가는 발효품질과 세포벽 구성물질의 함량, 그리고 건물소화율에 효과가 인정되었으나 칡즙과 칡뿌리의 첨가는 칡 사일리지의 사료가치를 향상시키지 못하였다. This experiment was conducted to investigate the fermentative characteristics and in vitro dry matter digestibilities (DMD) of wild kudzu(Pueraria thumber giana, Ben tham) silage added molasses, kudzu juice and kudzu root at the level of 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8%, respectively. The samples of silage were prepared for the determination of the pH and organic acid concentration and then they were separated into the leaf and the stem to evaluate the contents of the neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF) and acid detergent lignin(ADL). Digestibility of silage was evaluated by pepsin-cellulase digestion technique and the energy values(total digestible nutrients. TDN; digestible energy, DE; metabolizable energy, ME) were calculated based on the DMD values. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The fermentative quality of silage in terms of pH and organic acid content was improved with the increasing addition level of molasses(p<0.05) but there was no such an improvement by the addition of kudzu juice and kudzu root. 2 The NDF, ADF and ADL contents of the leaf and stem were decreased with increasing level of rmlasses addition(p< 0.05). However, additions of kudzu juice and kudzu root did not affect the content of fiber. 3. The DMD of leaf and stem of silages were increased by increasing level of molasses(p<0.05). However, those of leaf and stem silage were not increased by the addition of kudzu juice and kudzu root. 4. A regression equation and correlation coefficient between pH(X) and Flieg's score(Y) of silage added different levels of molasses was Y = 3.01 -52.8X, r = -0.918(P<0.01). 5. Regression equation and correlation coefficient between ADF(X) and DMD(Y) of kudzu silages added different levels of molasses were Y = 118.16 -0.71X, r = -0.931(P<0.01) in leaf silage and Y =98.95 -0.148X, r = -0.813(P< 0.01) in stem silage, respectively. 6. Regression equation and correlation coefficients between levels of molasses(X) and DMD(Y) was Y = 47.73 + 0.47X, r = 0.973(P<0.01) in leaf silage and Y = 38.47 + 0.38X, r = 0.852(P<0.01) in stem silage. In conclusion, the fermentative quality and feed value of wild kudzu silage were improved with the molasses addition. However, the addition of the kudzu juice and kudzu root did not improved the quality of the kudzu silage.
