        Model-free Controls of Manipulator Quadrotor UAV Under Grasping Operation and Environmental Disturbance

        Quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) is an ideal carrier for air transportation because of its simple structure and strong maneuverability that can complete vertical take-off and landing and hover operations. In recent years, the combination of quadrotor UAV and manipulator has attracted the most extensive attention. However, the quadrotor UAV will be significantly interfered with installing the manipulator, making control difficult. In this paper, a complete mathematical model of the manipulator quadrotor UAV is established. The model describes the interference of the manipulator and its operation to the quadrotor UAV. In order to suppress the interference caused by the manipulator, it is necessary to select the appropriate controller. Three model-free control algorithms are designed: proportional-integral-derivative (PID), sliding mode control based on RBF neural network (RBF-based SMC), and high order differential feedback controller (HODFC) and the derivation of RBF-based SMC and HODFC and the proof of closed-loop system are given. The PID controller has the worst anti-interference performance through the analysis of simulation experiments. On the other hand, RBF-based SMC has a time delay, HODFC has the strongest robustness to disturbance and excellent rapidity, which is an ideal method to control manipulator quadrotor UAV.

        Identification of Hub Genes in the Pathogenesis of Ischemic Stroke Based on Bioinformatics Analysis

        Objective : The present study aimed to identify the function of ischemic stroke (IS) patients’ peripheral blood and its role in IS, explore the pathogenesis, and provide direction for clinical research progress by comprehensive bioinformatics analysis. Methods : Two datasets, including GSE58294 and GSE22255, were downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database. GEO2R was utilized to obtain differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Gene Ontology (GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis of DEGs were performed using the database annotation, visualization and integrated discovery database. The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network of DEGs was constructed by search tool of searching interactive gene and visualized by Cytoscape software, and then the Hub gene was identified by degree analysis. The microRNA (miRNA) and miRNA target genes closely related to the onset of stroke were obtained through the miRNA gene regulatory network. Results : In total, 36 DEGs, containing 27 up-regulated and nine down-regulated DEGs, were identified. GO functional analysis showed that these DEGs were involved in regulation of apoptotic process, cytoplasm, protein binding and other biological processes. KEGG enrichment analysis showed that these DEGs mediated signaling pathways, including human T-cell lymphotropic virus (HTLV)-I infection and microRNAs in cancer. The results of PPI network and cytohubba showed that there was a relationship between DEGs, and five hub genes related to stroke were obtained : SOCS3, KRAS, PTGS2, EGR1, and DUSP1. Combined with the visualization of DEG-miRNAs, hsa-mir-16-5p, hsa-mir-181a-5p and hsa-mir-124-3p were predicted to be the key miRNAs in stroke, and three miRNAs were related to hub gene. Conclusion : Thirty-six DEGs, five Hub genes, and three miRNA were obtained from bioinformatics analysis of IS microarray data, which might provide potential targets for diagnosis and treatment of IS.

        Fault Diagnosis Management Model using Machine Learning

        Based on the concept of Industry 4.0, various sensors are attached to facilities and equipment to collect data in real time and diagnose faults using analyzing techniques. Diagnostic technology continuously monitors faults or performance degradation of facilities and equipment in operation and diagnoses abnormal symptoms to ensure safety and availability through maintenance before failure occurs. In this paper, we propose a model to analyze the data and diagnose the state or failure using machine learning. The diagnosis model is based on a support vector machine (SVM)-based diagnosis model and a self-learning one-class SVM-based diagnostic model. In the future, it is expected that this model can be applied to facilities used in the entire industry by applying the actual data to the diagnostic model proposed in this paper, conducting the experiment, and verifying it through the model performance evaluation index.

        Association between Histone Deacetylase 9 Gene Polymorphism and Stroke in Chinese Han Population

        Objective : To explore the correlation between the polymorphism of histone deacetylase 9 gene (rs1060499865, rs723296, rs957960) and ischemic stroke (IS) in Chinese Han population in Dali region. Methods : This study included 155 IS patients and 128 healthy physical examinees. TaqMan-polymerase chain reaction technology and multivariate logistic regression were performed. Results : In the case group, there was no polymorphism of rs1060499865 observed in the two groups; whereas on the rs723296 locus the frequencies of C allele and TC genotype were significantly higher than that in the control group, alleles C and T were associated with a 2.158-fold increase in IS risk, and genotypes TC and TT were associated with a 2.269-fold increase in IS risk. The locus rs957960 exhibited no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion : An association between rs723296 and the risk of IS was found in the Chinese Han population in Dali region. No significant association was found between rs1060499865, rs957960 and IS in the Chinese Han population in Dali region.

        The Correlation between E-Selectin S128R Gene Polymorphism and Ischemic Stroke in Chinese Population : A Meta-Analysis

        To perform a systematic review of the data collected from case-control studies conducted earlier to investigate the correlation between E-selectin S128R polymorphism and ischemic stroke (IS) risk among the Chinese population. The PubMed, Web of Science, Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), Chinese databases China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WanfangData knowledge service platform (Wanfang Data), and information resource integration service platform (VIP) Databases were searched to retrieve case-control studies on the correlation between E-selectin gene S128R polymorphism and IS from the inception of the database till June 2019. The literature was screened, data were extracted, the risk of bias was reviewed, and the studies included were assessed independently by two reviewers. Stata ver. 12.0 software (Stata Corp LLC, College Station, TX, USA) was used to perform the meta-analysis. A total of 2907 cases from eight case-control studies involving 1478 IS patients and 1429 controls were included in this study. The R allele and RS genotype in E-selectin were found to be associated with the risk of IS as per the results of the meta-analysis (R vs. S : odds ratio [OR], 2.75; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.15-3.51; p<0.00001; RS vs. SS : OR, 2.50; 95% CI, 1.95-3.19; p<0.00001; RR+RS vs. SS : OR, 2.85, 95% CI, 2.21-3.67; p<0.00001). The E-selectin gene S128R polymorphism is likely related to IS based on the results of a meta-analysis in the Chinese population, and the R allele and RS genotype of E-selectin may be IS risk factors.

        延边州铁路沿线安全环境治理研究 -基于枫桥经验的分析-

        With the continuous development of economy and society, China’s railway construction has entered the fast lane.The operation of the railway transportation has become a major strategic matter concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood. The safety and stability of the governance environment for the railway economic belt in the whole process of railway construction, development, operation and maintenance is of great importance,which becomes a key issue. “Fengqiao experience” is the experience of ensuring social harmony and stability through extensive mobilization of various governance subjects to participate in governance in the process of social governance. Over the years, the “Fengqiao experience” has kept pace with The Times and developed continuously in practice. It has been widely used for reference and applied in many fields, providing a basis and sample for improving the effect of railway security environment governance. This paper is based on the theory of collaborative governance. Through theoretical research and analysis, four analysis elements are summarized as theoretical analysis framework. There are four aspects: value concept construction, system design and implementation, ability cultivation of governance subjects and technical support. Correspondingly, in the railway security environment governance, it has the following four basic conditions: multi-subject participation, sound mechanism and method, professional team and obvious tendency of technical support. So that the theory of collaborative governance has applicability in the application research of railway security environment governance. Through interview understanding and case collection, from the two aspects of governance subjects and governance methods, this paper summarizes the current situation of YanBian Prefecture practicing the “Fengqiao Experience” to carry out governance work along the railway line, and sorts out the operation methods and the results achieved.On this basis, the problems existing in the current practice of the “Fengqiao experience” in the governance of railway lines are summarized,and the idea of accumulating advanced experience and expanding practical results in the practice of “Fengqiao Experience” is proposed.

        첨단센서 제어 기반 시약장 모니터링 시스템

        최근 연구실 내의 시약장의 경우 센서를 통해 현재 내부 환경을 나타내기만 할 뿐 시약장 내부의 상태를 실시간으로 확인할 수 없다. 또한 시약장 내부에 이상상황 발생 시 사전에 발견하지 못할 경우 큰 사고가 발생할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 본 논문에서는 시약장과 ICT를 융합한 시약장 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 실시간으로 측정된 센서의 데이터를 모니터를 통해 사용자에게 실시간으로 보여주고 데이터베이스에 저장한다. 또한 저장된 데이터를 활용하여 위험 상황 시 등록된 관리자에게 실시간으로 메시지를 전달하여 위험상황을 알려줄 수 있고 원격에서 확인, 제어할 수 있도록 한다. 이는 시약장 내부의 상태를 어디에서라도 제어 및 확인 할 수 있어 안전성을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Recently, the reagent in the laboratory can not only confirm the internal environment through the sensor but also check the status inside the reagent cabinet in real time. Also, if an abnormality occurs in the inside of the reagent cabinet, a serious accident may occur. To solve these problems, this paper proposes a reagent monitoring system that integrates reagent and ICT. The sensor data measured in real time is displayed to the user in real time through the monitor and stored in the database. In addition, by using the stored data, it is possible to inform the registered administrator in real time of the dangerous situation by informing the dangerous situation in case of danger, and to be able to check and control remotely. This can improve safety by making control and confirmation of the state of the inside of the reagent everywhere.

        21st century is the era of information technology, in this context, form and expression form of art also changed accordingly. The application of multimedia technology can enrich the morphological characteristics and color of different factors. In this paper, we research on the digital multimedia technology application in the urban landscape design, with the rapid development of computer technology, more technical conditions are provided for the multimedia interactive devices. In the design of urban landscape, the use of multimedia technology has also changed the past audio-visual experience, thus creating a novel landscape style. At the same time, we also analyze the computer assisted multimedia technology as CAD, 3D MAX and GIS, these soft wares can help the designer to complete the landscape design more effective, and under the condition of a virtual visualization .

        A bidirectional valveless piezoelectric micropump with three chambers applying synthetic jet

        A new type of valveless piezoelectric micropump is presented. Synthetic jet and Coanda effect are utilized to achieve larger and bidirectional flow rate. The numerical simulation applying the velocity and pressure boundary conditions as well as the SST turbulence model were utilized to research the performance and internal flow state of the micropump. The simulation method was tested by the previous experimental data and the results matched well. The results suggest that the flow rate of the micropump is related to the Reynolds number and frequency. The entrainment flow rate of synthetic jet accounts for over 80% of the total outflow rate. The outflow rate is much larger than the volume change of the micropump chambers. There is an optimal frequency to obtain the maximum flow rate regarding the volume change of the chambers as a constant. The fluctuation of the flow rate decreases with the increase of frequency. When the frequency is higher than 25 Hz, the outflow can be continuous. Working at the Reynolds number of 1000 and optimal frequency of 50 Hz, the flow rate is 6.8 ml/min.

        혼합 필터링 기반의 영화 추천 시스템에 관한 연구

        추천 시스템은 증가되고 있는 정보에서 사용자가 요구하는 적합한 정보를 선별해 제공해준다. 추천 시스템은 기존에 입력된 정보들을 알고리즘을 통해 선별하는 과정을 거치고 사용자의 정보나 내용 기반으로 정보를 제공한다. 추천 시스템의 문제점으로는 Cold-Start가 있으며, Cold-Start는 새로운 사용자의 정보가 충분하지 않아서 추천 시스템에서 새로운 사용자에게 정보를 추천할 때 발생한다. Cold-Start를 해결하기 위해선 사용자의 정보나 항목 정보가 충족해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 협업 필터링 기법과 내용 기반의 필터링 기법을 혼합한 혼합 필터링 기법 기반으로 Cold-Start 문제를 해결하고 이를 사용하는 영화 추천 시스템을 제안한다. Recommendation system is filtering for users require appropriate information from increasing information. Recommendation system is provides the information based on user information or content that information entered in the original through process of filtering through the algorithm. Recommend system is problems with Cold-start, and Cold-start is not enough information in the occurrences for new users of recommend system in the new information to the user when recommend. Cold-start is should meet to resolve the user of information and item information. In this paper, Suggest for movie recommendation system on collaborative filtering techniques and content-based filtering techniques based to a hybrid of a hybrid filtering techniques to solve problems in cold-start.
