        中国司法调解六十年变迁与思考

        우리나라 법원은 60여년 이래 주요하게 조정의 방식을 원칙으로 민사분쟁을해결하였습니다. 우리나라 법원이 제창하는 사법조정의 정책은 이미《조정을주로 하는 시기》,《조정에 주안점을 두는 시기》,《자원적 합법적으로 조정하는시기》,《조정을 우선적으로 고려하는 시기》 등 여러 가지 역사적 단계를 거쳤습니다. 90년대에 이런 사법조정은 비록 법학계의 비평과 반성, 질의 속에서 갈수록내리막길을 걸었지만 2000년부터 국가와 법원계통은 또다시 사법조정을 강력히제창하였습니다. 이에 따라 중국 최고인민법원에서는 일련의 사법적 해석을정식으로 공포하였으며 이는 2012년에 수정한《민사소송법》에도 크나큰 영향을끼쳤습니다. 이런 지지와 격려 하에서 비록 법원의 사법조정률은 선명히 올랐지만 실제적 효과는 그다지 이상적이지 않았습니다. 또한 판결이 응당 보유해야할가치도 잃었습니다. 조정은 이처럼 이로운 점도 있고 해로운 점도 있습니다. 그러므로 우리는 조정의 장단점을 어떻게 과학적으로 해결할 것인가에 대하여사고해야 할 것입니다.

        Research on the Influence of the Fujoshi Culture Transmission on the Marriage Outlook of Fujoshi among Chinese College Students

        Adolescent women are at an important stage in the formation of the concept of marriage and love and the stage of marriage and love preparation, and the concept will have an important impact on them. This thesis takes the female college students in mainland China as the research object, and adopts the questionnaire survey method and the in-depth interview method to explore the influence of the fujoshi culture on the concept of marriage and love of the fujoshi group. On the whole, fujoshi culture has influenced the concept of marriage and love of contemporary female college students as a whole, The greater the exposure of fujoshi culture to female college students, and the larger the number of those reading TANBI works, the bigger the impact on those young women. The fujoshi culture has no significant influence on the mate selection and emotional value dimensions of female college students, and has a greater influence on the nature of marriage, love value, sex ethics and gender orientation. Compared with the non-fujoshi, the fujoshi pays more attention to the equal contribution in the relationship between marriage and love, and fully supports the economic independence of women and opposes the unilateral sacrifice of women in traditional marriage. In all dimensions of the concept of marriage and love, the fujoshi culture has the greatest influence on the sexual concept of the fujoshi group. They are more open to sexual orientation and more likely to accept homosexuality and same-sex marriage, and even pursue homosexuality in their lives.

        Increased Expression of miR-146a in Children With Allergic Rhinitis After Allergen-Specific Immunotherapy

        Purpose: MicroRNAs (miRs) were recently recognized to be important for immune cell differentiation and immune regulation. However, whether miRs were involved in allergen-specific immunotherapy (SIT) remains largely unknown. This study sought to examine changes in miR-146a and T regulatory cells in children with persistent allergic rhinitis (AR) after 3 months of subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT). Methods: Twenty-four HDM-sensitized children with persistent AR were enrolled and treated with SCIT (n=13) or SLIT (n=11) for 3 months. Relative miR-146a and Foxp3 mRNA expression, the TRAF6 protein level, and the ratio of post-treatment to baseline IL-10+CD4+ T cells between the SCIT and SLIT groups were examined in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of AR patients using quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), flow cytometry, and Western blot analysis, respectively. Serum levels of IL-5 and IL-10 were determined using ELISA. Results: After 3 months of SIT, both the TNSS and INSS scores were significantly decreased compared to the baseline value (P<0.01). The relative expression of miR-146a and Foxp3 mRNA was significantly increased after both SCIT and SLIT (P<0.01). The ratio of post-treatment to baseline IL-10+CD4+ T cells and the serum IL-10 level were significantly increased in both the SCIT and SLIT groups (P<0.01), whereas the TRAF6 protein level and serum IL-5 level were significantly decreased (P<0.01). No significant differences in these biomarkers were observed between the SCIT and SLIT groups. Conclusions: Our findings suggest that miR-146a and its related biomarkers may be comparably modulated after both SCIT and SLIT, highlighting miR-146a as a potential therapeutic target for the improved management of AR.

        Rocaglamide-A Potentiates Osteoblast Differentiation by Inhibiting NF-κB Signaling

        Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic inflammatory disease that leads to bone and cartilage erosion. The inhibition of osteoblast differentiation by the inflammatory factor TNF-${\alpha}$ is critical for the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. To modulate TNF-${\alpha}$ mediated inhibition of osteoblast differentiation is required to improve therapeutic efficacy of rheumatoid arthritis. Here, we explored the potential role of rocaglamide-A, a component of Aglaia plant, in osteoblast differentiation. Rocaglamide-A prevented TNF-${\alpha}$ mediated inhibition of osteoblast differentiation, and promoted osteoblast differentiation directly, in both C2C12 and primary mesenchymal stromal cells. Mechanistically, Rocaglamide-A inhibited the phosphorylation of NF-${\kappa}B$ component p65 protein and the accumulation of p65 in nucleus, which resulted in the diminished NF-${\kappa}B$ responsible transcriptional activity. Oppositely, overexpression of p65 reversed rocaglamide-A's protective effects on osteoblast differentiation. Collectively, rocaglamide-A protected and stimulated osteoblast differentiation via blocking NF-${\kappa}B$ pathway. It suggests that rocaglamide-A may be a good candidate to develop as therapeutic drug for rheumatoid arthritis associated bone loss diseases.

        Expression and Regulation of Transcription Factor FoxA2 in Chronic Rhinosinusitis With and Without Nasal Polyps

        Purpose: Chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) is characterized by the excessive production of mucus. However, the molecular mechanism underlying mucin overproduction in CRS with or without nasal polyps (CRSwNP and CRSsNP, respectively) is poorly understood. This study was conducted to assess the importance of the transcription factor FoxA2 in mucin production and to investigate the targeting of FoxA2 as a potential therapeutic strategy for mucus hypersecretion in CRS patients. Methods: We enrolled 15 CRSwNP patients, 15 CRSsNP patients, and 10 normal controls in this study. The expression levels of FoxA2, MUC5AC, and MUC5B in inflamed and healthy nasal tissues were examined via immunohistochemistry and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, and the levels of several proinflammatory cytokines in nasal secretions were measured via FlowCytomix analysis. In addition, the expression of MUC5AC and FoxA2 was determined in polyp-derived epithelial cells and NCI-H292 cells after in vitro stimulation. Results: FoxA2 was significantly down-regulated, and MUC5AC and MUC5B were significantly up-regulated in both the CRSwNP and CRSsNP patients compared to the controls (P<0.05), and the protein level of FoxA2 was negatively associated with the IL-6 level in the CRS patients (P<0.05). IL-6 significantly increased MUC5AC expression but inhibited FoxA2 expression in vitro (P<0.05). Transfection with a FoxA2 expression plasmid significantly decreased MUC5AC promoter activity (P<0.05) and inhibited IL-6-induced MUC5AC production (P<0.05). In addition, clarithromycin significantly alleviated IL-6-induced FoxA2 suppression and decreased MUC5AC expression in vitro (P<0.05). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that FoxA2 may be considered a therapeutic target for the modulation of mucus hypersecretion in CRS patients.

        Individual disturbance and neighborhood mutation search enhanced whale optimization: performance design for engineering problems

        The whale optimizer is a popular metaheuristic algorithm, which has the problems of weak global exploration, easy falling into local optimum, and low optimization accuracy when searching for the optimal solution. To solve these problems, this paper proposes an enhanced whale optimization algorithm (WOA) based on the worst individual disturbance (WD) and neighborhood mutation search (NM), named WDNMWOA, which employed WD to enhance the ability to jump out of local optimum and global exploration, adopted NM to enhance the possibility of individuals approaching the optimal solution. The superiority of WDNMWOA is demonstrated by representative IEEE CEC2014, CEC2017, CEC2019, and CEC2020 benchmark functions and four engineering examples. The experimental results show that thes WDNMWOA has better convergence accuracy and strong optimization ability than the original WOA.
