베이징,상하이 지역을 중심으로 한 중국의 창조적 커뮤니티 디자인 사례 연구

오늘날 중국은 짧은 시간에 많은 발전을 이루고 있지만, 도시개발에서 가치가 높은 전통지역을 보존하지 못하고 전혀 새로운 지역으로 바꾸어 버리는 일도 종종 일어나고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적을 창조적 커뮤니티의 구성 주체 간의 올바른 관계를 형성하고 중국의 각 지역에 적합한 창조적 커뮤니티 발전 체계에 대한시사점을 도출하는 것으로 한다. 연구 방법은 서비스 디자인 프로세스를 부분적으로 사용하고자 한다. 서비스 디자인 프로세스는 서비스 주체 간의 올바른 관계를 가시화하기 때문에 창조적 커뮤니티 주체 간의 유기적인 소통 관계를 확인할 때 매우 유용한 방법이다. 본 연구는 이론적 고찰 단계에서 창조적 커뮤니티의 정의, 서비스 디자인 방법론에 대한 고찰, 중국 문화 창조산업 현황에 대한 파악하였다. 사례분석 단계에는 베이징과 상하이를 중심으로, 두 지역의 문화 창조산업 개발 현황을 파악하고, 그 중 주거구역과 상업구역이 겹쳐진 창조적 커뮤니티로서 베이징 난루오꾸샹(南라鼓巷)과 상하이 전자방(田子坊)을 구체적 대상으로 분석하였다. 분석한 내용은 주로 지역의 개발배경 및 현황파악, 문화 서비스 주체분석, 문화콘텐츠 서비스 디자인 분석을 통한 문화콘텐츠 접점포인트의 내용을 자세하게 분석하였다. 최종적으로 중국의 창조적 커뮤니티 시사점에서 난루오꾸샹과 전자방의 공통점과 차이점을 비교 분석하고 지역문화를 중심으로 하는 지역개발 방향과 각각의 창조적 커뮤니티 이해관계자와 주민의 문화향유, 유기적인 소통 측면의 시사점을 도출하였다. Although China today has got a great progress in such a short period, there are still some traditional areas with high value been completely changed into new areas instead of being holding on in the urban development process, and these kinds of thing happen frequently. The purpose of this study is to establish the proper relationship about composing subjects of creative community, and give various suggestions to different areas of China aiming at creative community. The research methods used here is some parts of Service Design Process. The method of visualizing the proper relationship between service providers in Service Design Process is very suitable for determining the relationship about subjects in creative community. In theoretical study phase, the definition of the creative community, service design process and the situation of Chinese Cultural Creative Industries were researched. In case analysis phase, chose Beijing and Shanghai as the researching center, and probed the development situation respectively about industrial zones of culture and creative industrial in two regions. Nan Luo Gu Xiang in Beijing and Tian ZI Fang in Shanghai were chosen as the specific study objects, here theirs` development background and situation was probed, and the cultural service subjects were analyzed at the same time; The author drew the subjects relationship chart through using Blueprint method of service design, determined the touch points of cultural contents and analyzed concrete cultural contents. In the final proposal phase, similarities and differences about Nan Luo Gu Xiang and Tian ZI Fang were compared and analyzed based on previous analysis; the author proposed suggestions such as the regional development direction, culture sharing among subjects in creative community and effective communication.

Objective: Recent studies have indicated the possibility that genistein may improve depression via regulating the expression of miR-221/222. This study is to explore whether genistein could improve depression by altering miR-221/222 levels and investigate the possible mechanisms involved in the improvement effect of genistein. Methods: The animal model of depression was established through unpredictable chronic mild stress. Nest building test and splash test were adapted to evaluate the effects of genistein on depressive symptoms in mice. qRT-PCR and western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of miR-221/222 and connexin 43 (Cx43) in the prefrontal cortex of the mice. In vitro, U87-MG astrocytes were treated with genistein and the expression of miR-221/222 and Cx43 was measured. The dual-luciferase reporter assay was used to verify whether Cx43 was a direct target of miR-221/222. Results: The behavioral tests showed that genistein could significantly reduce depression symptoms of mice, and this remission was not affected by gender. Genistein in vivo and in vitro could reduce increased levels of miR-221 and miR-222 in the prefrontal cortex of depressed mice, while upregulate Cx43 expression. Dual-luciferase reporter assay suggested Cx43 was directly regulated by miR-221/222 in astrocytes. Conclusion: Genistein can play its antidepressant effect through down-regulating miR-221/222 by targeting Cx43.

Mining Frequent Sub-hypergraph in an Uncertain Hypergraph for Knowledge Transfer

The knowledge transfer learning can generalize across domains where the types of objects and variables are different. Previous studies ignored connectivity and creativity of domain knowledge. Thus, these studies just transfer knowledge from a source domain to a target domain that not effectively use the knowledge from other domains. We proposed a method, called Multi-domain second order knowledge integration (MSKI), for integrating to address this problem. We hybridize and create new knowledge, which is formalized into an uncertain hypergraph. Then, we proposed a method to mine frequent sub-hypergraph from the uncertain hypergraph (MFS-UHG). The frequent sub-hypergraphs are pivot knowledge, which has to be transferred with high priority. We embed the pivot knowledge in the progress of MLN structure learning. The experimental evaluation on four domain datasets shows that the MSKI outperforms state-of-the-art MLN-based transfer learning.
A Dependence Stability Bound based on the VC Dimension for Relational Classification

Relational classification (RC) is concerned with the application of statistical learning to relational data. RC models do not have improved stability to smooth the perturbations generated by variations in the correlation between the relational data. Therefore, few studies have attempted to derive a bound and develop a stability learning framework for RC models. To solve this problem, we derive a learning bound with a new measure dependence stability and a limited Vapnik–Chervonenkis (VC) dimension. Based on the learning bound, we then design a stable learning framework that serves as a guideline for the development of new learning algorithms for a broad class of RC models. Applying a Markov logic network on synthesized and real-world datasets, our experimental results demonstrate that our bound can be tight if the RC model has appropriate dependence stability and limited VC dimension and our learning framework increases the stability of RC models while reducing the deviation between empirical risk and true risk.

Background: This retrospective study was aimed to investigate the efficacy of prophylactic agents in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients receiving TACE and compare the difference between lamivudine and entecavir. Materials and Methods: A consecutive series of 203 HBV-related HCC patients receiving TACE were analyzed including 91 patients given prophylactic agents. Virologic events, defined as an increase in serum HBV DNA level to more than 1 log10 IU/ml higher than the nadir level, hepatitis flares due to HBV reactivation and progression free survival (PFS) were the main endpoints. Results: Some 48 (69.6%) reached virologic response. Prophylaxis significantly reduced virologic events (8.8% vs 58.0%, p=0.000) and hepatitis flares (1.1% vs 13.4%, p=0.001). Patients presenting undetectable HBV DNA levels displayed a significantly improved PFS as compared to those who never achieved undetectable HBV DNA. Prophylaxis and e-antigen positivity were the only significant variables associated with virologic events. In addition, prophylaxis was the only independent protective factor for hepatitis flares. Liver cirrhosis, more cycles of TACE, HBV DNA negativity, a lower Cancer of the Liver Italian Program score, non-metastasis and no hepatitis flares were protective factors for PFS. Prophylactic lamivudine demonstrated similar efficacy as entecavir. Conclusions: Prophylactic agents are efficacious for prevention of HBV reactivation in HCC patients receiving TACE. Achievement of undetectable HBV DNA levels displayed a significant capability in improving PFS. Moreover, persistent tumor residual lesions, positive HBV DNA and hepatitis B flares might be causes of tumor progression in these patients.
GUI Reliability Assessment based on Bayesian Network and Structural Profile

Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) is becoming increasingly important in the software field as it builds a friendly way between users and software through continuous interactions. A well-developed GUI is therefore an important factor of software quality. In particular, the reliability of GUIs is still on the way of development. Existing software reliability assessment techniques attempt to statistically describe the software testing process and predict the reliability of the system. However, those techniques are not suitable for GUI as quality of GUI is challenged by immense number of event interactions and complex structural profile etc. Furthermore, GUI has a wealth of information about GUI architecture, components, windows and their interactions with each other, which can be adopted to guide the testing process and establish confidence assessment of GUI. In this paper, a Bayesian network model of GUI reliability is introduced to discuss the reliability model topology and its issues encountered in the modeling process. A case is also presented to verify the validity of the model during the GUI reliability assessment process.

Background and Aims: Hepatitis B virus (HBV) reactivation was reported to be induced by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) in HBV-related hepatocellular carcinonma (HCC) patients with a high incidence. The effective strategy to reduce hepatitis flares due to HBV reactivation in this specific group of patients was limited to lamivudine. This retrospective study was aimed to investigate the efficacy of prophylactic entecavir in HCC patients receiving TACE. Methods: A consecutive series of 191 HBV-related HCC patients receiving TACE were analyzed including 44 patients received prophylactic entecavir. Virologic events, defined as an increase in serum HBV DNA level to more than 1 log10 copies/ml higher than nadir the level, and hepatitis flares due to HBV reactivation were the main endpoints. Results: Patients with or without prophylactic were similar in host factors and the majorities of characteristics regarding to tumor factors, HBV status, liver function and LMR. Notably, cycles of TACE were parallel between the groups. Ten (22.7%) patients receiving prophylactic entecavir reached virologic response. The patients receiving prophylactic entecavir presented significantly reduced virologic events (6.8% vs 54.4%, p=0.000) and hepatitis flares due to HBV reactivation (0.0% vs 11.6%, p=0.039) compared with patients without prophylaxis. Kaplan-Meier analysis illustrated that the patients in the entecavir group presented significantly improved virologic events free survival (p=0.000) and hepatitis flare free survival (p=0.017). Female and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status 2 was the only significant predictors for virological events in patients without prophylactic antiviral. Rescue antiviral therapy did not reduce the incidence of hepatitis flares due to HBV reactivation. Conclusion: Prophylactic entecavir presented promising efficacy in HBV-related cancer patients receiving TACE. Lower performance status and female gender might be the predictors for HBV reactivation in these patients.
지역활성화를 위한 문화콘텐츠 서비스디자인(2) -감천문화마을의 창조적 커뮤니티디자인을 위한 문화콘테츠 개발을 중심으로-

많은 도시들이 창조도시 시대에 돌입하면서 도시 재개발이나 지역 활성화에서 창조성이 요구되고 있다. 이에 창조도시, 창조산업, 창조계급 등 창조성이라는 의미를 지닌 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 창조도시, 창조지역과 창조거점 등의 개념을 포함한 창조적 커뮤니티디자인 연구를 진행하였다. 창조적 커뮤니티디자인은 창조성과 커뮤니티의 특성을 모두 다 만족시키면서, 창조계급 유치, 창조산업 개발, 창조공간 계획의 바탕에서 지역성, 공공성, 개방성과 상호작용성을 추구하는 것이다. 창조적 커뮤니티의 구성주체들의 관계성을 바탕으로 서비스디자인 방법론을 사용하여 창조적인 커뮤니티 디자인을 위한 문화콘텐츠를 개발하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 미국, 캐나다, 독일, 일본 등 선진국의 사례와 유네스코 창조도시로 지정된 서울시와 인천시의 창조적 커뮤니티 활동을 분석하였다. 연구대상지인 감천문화마을은 성공적인 문화마을 개선사업으로 전국적인 관심을 받고 있으며, 소속 지자체인 사하구에서도 ``풍요롭고 살기 좋은 창조도시``를 구정목표로 내세워 현재도 조성사업에 적극 참여하고 있다. 연구진행에는 서비스디자인 방법론 연구절차에 의하여 감천문화마을의 창조적 커뮤니티 문화콘텐츠의 서비스 구성 주체인 방문자, 직원, 주민, 작가, 운영협의회와 행정 각각의 행위를 분석하였고, 또한 이 주체 간의 올바른 관계성을 가시화하기 위해서 서비스 청사진을 작성하였다. 이를 바탕으로 터치포인트를 잡아 지역의 창조공간체계를 제안하였으며, 운영프로그램 아이디어를 생성하였다. 이러한 문화콘텐츠를 검증하기 위해서 방문자와 주민, 작가를 중심으로 문화콘텐츠 경험프로토타입을 도출하였다. In this study, the concept of Creative Community was put forward based on the concept of Creative City, Creative Region. The Creative Community Deign should have the characters of creativity and community; it means we must emphasize community Territory, Common ties, Social Interaction at the same time of introducing of Creative Class, developing of Creative Industries and Creative Space. In this study, we chose previous research-"Contents development example for culture village activation" as the research basement to analysis Service development of Creative Community. Here the main body of Creativity Community is also the participants of cultural services community. In the case study period, the author analyzed the activities related with Creative Community, as Port Moody of Canada, Zollverein in Ruhr of German, YOKOHAMA of Japan, and Seoul, Incheon which was selected as the UNESCO Creative City. The objective region of this study is Gamcheon culture village in Saha-gu of Busan, now this area also engages in various cultural village development projects actively, and because under the government goal of Saha-gu, and in their respective Saha-gu of the "Creative City" District government objectives, Gamcheon culture village has the possibility to be developed to a Creative Community. Therefore, this study analyzed visitors, community workers, residents, artists lived here , operating organization and also the government behavior in the Creative Community from the Main Body of Creative Community Service of Gamcheon culture village, and these analysis were all according to the process of service design methodology. Also the Service Blueprint was made for relationship visualization among all the main body, and determined the service touchpoint , proposed Creative Space system and idea for the program. Finally, in order to visualize the result, experience prototype for tourists, residents and artists was designed.
