The investigation of the structure and physicochemical properties of starch extracted from a new variety of purple rice was the aim of this study. Starch extracted from a new variety of purple rice named Tianzi No. 1 (PRS) is different in structure and physicochemical properties compared with waxy rice starch (WRS), japonica rice starch (JRS), and indica rice starch (IRS). PRS granules were diversified in shape, and the birefringence of starch particles were clearly observed. Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy exhibited the degree of double helix and low short-range order structure of PRS differed from IRS, JRS and WRS. X-ray diffraction analysis shows that PRS presented a typical A-type XRD pattern and possessed lower crystallinity. Based on rheological experiment results, PRS had the highest apparent viscosity, storage modulus (G′) and loss modulus (G″). According to textural experiments, PRS gels had higher textural paraments before and after retrogradation.

This work investigates the physical layer secrecy of a multi-antenna hybrid satellite-terrestrial relay networks (HSTRN) with jamming, in which a satellite aims to make communication with a destination user by means of a relay, along with spatially random eavesdroppers. In order to weaken the signals of eavesdroppers, the conventional relay can also generate intentional interference, besides forwarding the received signal. Shadowed-Rician fading is adopted in satellite link, while Rayleigh fading is adopted in terrestrial link, eavesdropper link and jamming link. The analytical and asymptotic formulas for the system secrecy outage probability (SOP) are characterized. Practical insights on the diversity order of the network are revealed according to the asymptotic behavior of SOP at high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) regime. Then, analysis of the system throughput is examined to assess the secrecy performance. In the end, numerical simulation results are presented to validate the theoretical analysis and point out: (1) The secrecy performance of the considered network is affected by the channel fading scenario, the system configuration; (2) Decrease of the relay coverage airspace can provide better SOP performance; (3) Jamming from the relay can improve secrecy performance without additional network resources.

Photo-gated transistors based on dye-sensitized nanocrystalline titanium dioxide thin film are established. A transistor-like transport behavior characterized by the linear increase, saturated plateau, and breakdown-like increase in the voltageecurrent curve is achievable with a low driven bias for the present device. The response current exhibits a linear dependence on the intensity of gated light, and the measured maximum photosensitivity is approximately 0.1 A/W. The dynamic responses for various light frequencies and their dependences on the load resistances are investigated as well. The cut-off frequency of w50 Hz is abstracted, indicating the potential application for economical and efficient light switch or optical communication unit. The DC photo-gated response is explained by the energy level diagram, and is numerically simulated by an equivalent circuit model, suggesting a clear correlation between photovoltaic and photoconductive behaviors as well as their optical responses. Xiaoqi Mu,Yuansheng Zheng,Xueqin Li,Binjie Xin,Lantian Lin 한국섬유공학회 2021 Fibers and polymers Vol.22 No.4
In this study, the jet formation progress, jet motion, resultant fiber diameter, fiber mat morphology, inner structuresand mechanical properties of the fibers prepared at different heating temperatures via melt electrospinning system werestudied, in a comprehensive and systematic manner. The temperature distribution of the melt electrospinning configurationwas simulated, in order to provide a good deal of insight into the experimental results. High-speed photography was adoptedto capture the images of jet formation process and jet motion during melt electrospinning. The experimental results showedthat higher heating temperature at the spinneret results in shorter jet formation time, smaller fiber diameter, more disorderedfiber mat, lower degree of crystallinity and strength. The simulation works was carried out, aimed at facilitating to deeplyunderstand the experimental results.
Depth and Stanley depth of two special classes of monomial ideals
Xiaoqi Wei 대한수학회 2024 대한수학회보 Vol.61 No.1
In this paper, we define two new classes of monomial ideals $I_{l,d}$ and $J_{k,d}$. When $d\geq 2k+1$ and $l\leq d-k-1$, we give the exact formulas to compute the depth and Stanley depth of quotient rings $S/I_{l,d}^{t}$ for all $t\geq 1$. When $d=2k=2l$, we compute the depth and Stanley depth of quotient ring $S/I_{l,d}$. When $d\geq 2k$, we also compute the depth and Stanley depth of quotient ring $S/J_{k,d}$.
Dynamics and Adaptive Sliding Mode Control of a Mass-Actuated Fixed-Wing UAV
Xiaoqi Qiu,Mingen Zhang,Wuxing Jing,Changsheng Gao 한국항공우주학회 2021 International Journal of Aeronautical and Space Sc Vol.22 No.4
Compared with UAVs controlled by aerodynamic surfaces, mass-actuated UAVs have higher aerodynamic efficiency and better stealth performance. This paper focuses on the dynamics and attitude control of a mass-actuated fixed-wing UAV (MFUAV) with an internal slider. Based on the derived mathematical model of the MFUAV, the influence of the slider parameters on the dynamical behavior is analyzed, and the ideal installation position of the slider is given. Besides, it is revealed that the mass-actuated scheme has a higher control efficiency for low-speed UAVs. To deal with the coupling, uncertainty and disturbances in the dynamics, an adaptive sliding mode controller based on fuzzy system, RBF neural network and sliding mode control are proposed. The RBF neural network uses the minimum parameter learning method to improve its learning speed. It is proved by the Lyapunov method that the proposed controller is ultimately uniformly bounded. Finally, the simulation verifies the effectiveness and robustness of the controller.
Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Outbreak in 2019: Computed Tomographic Findings in Two Cases
Xiaoqi Lin,Zhenyu Gong,Zuke Xiao,Jingliang Xiong,Bing Fan,Jiaqi Liu 대한영상의학회 2020 Korean Journal of Radiology Vol.21 No.3
Since the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV or officially named by the World Health Organization as COVID-19) outbreak in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China in 2019, there have been a few reports of its imaging findings. Here, we report two confirmed cases of 2019-nCoV pneumonia with chest computed tomography findings of multiple regions of patchy consolidation and ground-glass opacities in both lungs. These findings were characteristically located along the bronchial bundle or subpleural lungs.
