Sun Jian quan,Sun Xiao lin,Chen Xiao long 한국유통과학회 2017 KODISA ICBE (International Conference on Business Vol.2017 No.-
As the trend of the world financial integration gradually strengthen, the research of the relationship between different stock markets mean a lot to improve the capital markets. The purpose of this article is to explore the linkage effect of market between China and South Korea. There is no evidence to prove that the five variables on behalf of the Chinese stock market have any relationship with KOSPI200 index by the granger causality test. There is no co-integration relationship between two markets by using co integration test to explore the long-term stable equilibrium relationship between China and South Korea stock markets. Therefore there is no significant relationship between China and South Korea market.
Laser Joining of Ti3Al-Based Alloy to Ni-Based Superalloy using a Titanium Interlayer
Xiao-Long Cai,Da-Qian Sun,Hong-Mei Li,Hong-Ling Guo,Yan Zhang,Ying-ying Che 한국정밀공학회 2018 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.19 No.8
Joining Ti3Al-based alloy to Ni-based superalloy is of great interest for applications in the aerospace fields. Direct welding of these two materials was very difficult and the joint usually fractured during laser welding which cannot form an effective welding joint. In this work, a pure titanium interlayer with a thickness of 0.4 mm was used between the base metals. The results indicated that the addition of titanium interlayer has a great effect on the joint performance. No macrocracks were found through the whole joint. The average room-temperature tensile strength of the joint with titanium was 177 MPa which still much lower than the two base metals. The weak link of the dissimilar joint was the Ti3Al/weld interface. The presence of Ti2Ni, α2-Ti3Al and AlNi2Ti brittle intermetallic compounds in the Ti3Al/weld interface deteriorated the joint properties.
HOXB7 Predicts Poor Clinical Outcome in Patients with Advanced Esophageal Squamous Cell Cancer
Long, Qing-Yun,Zhou, Jun,Zhang, Xiao-Long,Cao, Jiang-Hui Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2014 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.15 No.4
Background: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) accounts for most esophageal cancer in Asia, and is the sixth common cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Previous studies indicated HOXB7 is overexpressed in ESCC tissues, but data on prognostic value are limited. Methods: A total of 76 advanced ESCC cases were investigated. Immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to detect the expression levels of HOXB7 and Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox regression models to determine prognostic significance. Stratified analysis was also performed according to lymph node (LN) status. Results: Kaplan-Meier curve analysis indicated that HOXB7 positive patients had significantly shorter overall survival (OS) than HOXB7 negative patients. Multivariate analysis using the Cox proportional hazards model indicated only TNM stage and HOXB7 expression to be independent predictors of overall survival of advanced ESCC patients. HOXB7 indicated poor OS in both lymph node negative (LN-) and lymph node positive (LN+) patients. Conclusion: HOXB7 predicts poor prognosis of advanced ESCC patients and can be applied as an independent prognostic predictor.

In order to improve the pressure capability of Magnetorheological fluid (MRF) reciprocating seal with four magnetic sources, MRF reciprocating seal structure was designed based on the formula of MRF reciprocating seal. The magnetic field distributons in the sealing gap of MRF reciprocating seals were analyzed by using finite element analysis of magnetic field. The influences of structure parameters such as sealing gap, ratio of permanent magnet height to length, ratio of pole tooth length to width, ratio of slot width to pole tooth width and ratio of pole piece height to the shaft radius on the sealing capabilities were studied. The results were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the pressure capability of MRF seal decreases significantly with the increase of sealing gap. The pressure capability of the MRF seal increases firstly and then decreases with the increase in the ratio of permanent magnet height to its length. The pressure capability of the MRF seal increases firstly and then decreases with the increase in the ratio of pole tooth length to its width. The pressure capability of the MRF seal increases firstly and then decreases with the increase in the ratio of slot width to pole teeth width. Consumption Motivations for Counterfeit Luxury Brands: Moderating Role of Genuine Brand Experience
Xiao-Long Yin,Yan-Li Yang,Hyung-Jun Kim 한국무역연구원 2021 무역연구 Vol.17 No.5
Purpose - In the Chinese market, increasing numbers of luxury brands are overwhelmed by counterfeits, and the continued success of counterfeits has become a considerable problem. Therefore, this research is to understand the purchase motivations for the counterfeits in the Chinese millennial generation, who are the main force of Chinese luxury brand market and counterfeits market. Design/Methodology/Approach - The data comes from a questionnaire survey from Chinese millennials (N= 391). This study uses the regression analysis and moderation effect model to verify causal relations or compare the difference in particular circumstances. Findings - Among the 8 variables, only 5 motivation factors influence purchase intention of counterfeits. The moderating effect of perceived risk was significant only when Mianzi influences the purchase intention of counterfeits. Millennials without experience in genuine brand more tend to buy counterfeits when they are motivated by conspicuous, Mianzi, and materialism reasons. Conversely, consumers with experience are more likely to buy counterfeits mainly when materialism, bandwagon, and Mianzi motivations become important. Notably, men also purchased counterfeits because of Mianzi or self-gift giving than women, the motivations for buying the counterfeits were more diverse relatively in case of middle-incomers. Research Implications - This study introduced the motivations of core consumer psychology factors into the analysis of counterfeits. The results will provide the theoretical basis for global luxury brand managers facing the Chinese market when formulating sustainable development strategies.
Experimental investigation on the behaviour of UHPC-steel composite slabs under hogging moment
Xiao-Long Gao,Jun-Yan Wang,Chen Bian,Ru-Cheng Xiao,Biao Ma 국제구조공학회 2022 Steel and Composite Structures, An International J Vol.42 No.6
Ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) can be used in the UHPC-steel composite structures especially for bridge structures to achieve high stiffness and high fatigue resistance with low self-weight. The structural performances of UHPC-steel composite slabs subjected to hogging moment have a significant influence on the global stiffness and durability of UHPC-steel composite structures. In order to study the structural behaviors of non-steam-cured UHPC-steel composite slabs subjected to negative moment, five composite slabs combined the thin UHPC layers to steel plates via shear stud connecters with the diameter of 16mm were fabricated and tested under negative moment. The test program aimed to investigate the effect of stud spacing and longitudinal reinforcement ratios on the failure mode, load-deflection behaviors, cracking patterns, bond-slips, and carrying capacities of composite slabs subjected to negative moment. In addition, direct tensile tests for the dog-bone UHPC specimens with longitudinal reinforcement bars were carried out to study the effect of reinforcement bars on the tensile strength of UHPC in the thin structure members. Based on the experimental results, analytical models were also developed to predict the cracking load and ultimate load of UHPC-steel composite slabs subjected to negative moment.

Recently, there has been a growing body of evidence showing that cellular microRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in virus-host interactions. Numerous studies have focused on analyses of the expression profiles of cellular miRNAs, but the expression patterns of Dicer, which is responsible for the generation of miRNAs, have only rarely been explored in Gallus gallus. We developed a duplex realtime reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) assay for the relative quantification of the mRNAs of Dicer and β-actin in G. gallus. To apply this method, the expression of Dicer in avian cells after infection with avian leukosis virus subgroup J (ALV-J) was detected using our established duplex real-time RT-PCR. The duplex realtime RT-PCR assay is sufficiently sensitive, specific, accurate, reproducible, and cost-effective for the detection of Dicer in G. gallus. Furthermore, this study, for the first time, demonstrated that ALV-J can induce differential expression of Dicer mRNA in the ALV-J-infected cells.

Purpose: This study investigated the value of synchronous tele-ultrasonography (TUS) for naive operators in thyroid ultrasonography (US) examinations. Methods: Ninety-seven patients were included in this prospective, parallel-controlled trial. Thyroid scanning and diagnosis were completed by resident A independently, resident B with guidance from a US expert through synchronous TUS, and an on-site US expert. The on-site expert’s findings constituted the reference standard. Two other off-site US experts analyzed all data in a blind manner. Inter-operator consistency between the two residents and the on-site US expert for thyroid size measurements, nodule measurements, nodule features, American College of Radiology (ACR) Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (TI-RADS) categories, and image quality was compared. Two questionnaires were completed to evaluate the clinical benefit. Results: Resident B detected more nodules consistent with the on-site expert than resident A did (89.4% vs. 56.5%, P<0.001). Resident B achieved excellent consistency with the on-site expert in terms of ACR TI-RADS categories, nodule composition, shape, echogenic foci, and vascularity (all intra-class correlation coefficients [ICCs] >0.75), while resident A achieved lower consistency in ACR TI-RADS categories, composition, echogenicity, margin, echogenic foci, and vascularity (all ICCs 0.40-0.75). Residents A and B had excellent consistency in target nodule measurements (all ICCs >0.75). Resident B achieved better performance than resident A for gray values, time gain compensation, depth, color Doppler adjustment, and the visibility of key information (all P<0.05). Furthermore, 61.9% (60/97) of patients accepted synchronous TUS, and 59.8% (58/97) patients were willing to pay for it.Conclusion: Synchronous TUS can help inexperienced residents achieve comparable thyroid diagnostic capability to a US expert.
