In the antral follicle phase, several layers of cumulus cells surround the oocyte and play an important support and regulation role in oocyte development and maturation via intercellular communications and interactions between oocytes and cumulus cells. However, information on stage specific gene expression in swine during the phase is not well understood. To investigate the function of cumulus cells during in vitro maturation of porcine oocytes and gene expression, suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) was performed to screen genes that were differentially expressed between cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs) and naked oocytes (NOs). Utilizing mRNAs from in vitro maturation oocytes, a SSH cDNA library from COCs as the tester and NOs as the driver was constructed. The SSH cDNA library was then screened using dot blot analysis. Results showed that a total of 70 clones randomly selected from the library were differentially expressed. Among these, 41 exhibited high homology to known genes and 11 were novel expressed sequences tags (ESTs). Four differentially expressed genes, including bfgf, sprouty 2, egr and btc, were further studied by real time quantitative PCR; results confirmed an increased expression of respective mRNA in COCs compared with NOs, which suggests that these factors may play an important role in oocyte development and maturation.

The study of heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water plays an important role in improving the heat transfer efficiency of the reactor. Taking the supercritical natural circulation experimental bench as the research object, the effects of power, flow, pipe diameter and mainstream temperature on the heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water were studied. At the same time, the experimental data of Chen Yuzhou's supercritical water heat transfer coefficient was collected. Through the factorial design method, the influence of different factors and their interactions on the heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water is analyzed. Through the corresponding analysis method, the influencing factors of different levels of heat transfer coefficient are analyzed. It can be found: Except for the effects of flow rate, power, powertemperature and temperature, the influence of other factors on the natural circulation heat transfer coefficient of supercritical water is negligible. When the heat transfer coefficient is low, it is mainly affected by the pipe diameter. As the heat transfer coefficient is further increased, it is mainly affected by temperature and power. When the heat transfer coefficient is at a large level, the influence of the flow rate is the largest at this time

Due to the large number of railway bridges along China's high-speed railway (HSR) lines, which cover a wide area with many lines crossing the seismic zone, the possibility of a HSR train running over a bridge when an earthquake occurs is relatively high. Since the safety performance of the train will be threatened, it is necessary to study the safety of trains running over HSR bridges during earthquakes. However, ground motion (GM) is highly random and selecting the appropriate groundmotion intensity measures (IMs) for train running safety analysis is not trivial. To deal this problem, a model of a coupled trainbridge system under seismic excitation was established and 104 GM samples were selected to evaluate the correlation between 16 different IMs and train running safety over HSR bridges during earthquakes. The results show that spectral velocity (SvT1) and displacement (SdT1) at the fundamental period of the structure have good correlation with train running safety for mediumand long-period HSR bridges, and velocity spectrum intensity (VSI) and Housner intensity (HI) have good correlation for a wide range of structural periods. Overall, VSI and HI are the optimal IMs for safety analysis of trains running over HSR bridges during earthquakes. Finally, based on VSI and HI, the IM thresholds of an HSR bridge at different speed were analyzed.

The novel AgCl/Ag2SO3 hybrids as an efficient photocatalyst had been fabricated by an in situ synthetic method. The correlations between the structure and the photocatalytic properties of the as-fabricated hybrids were analyzed. Experimental results exhibited that with increasing the amount of Ag2SO3, the degradation rate of the as-obtained samples was firstly increased and then decreased under the visible light irradiation. When the mass ratio of AgCl to Ag2SO3 was 1:2, in 30?min, it displayed the highest degradation rate of 99.2% for rhodamine-B, which was obviously higher than 46.1, 60.5, and 14.6% of pure AgCl, Ag2SO3, and TiO2 (P25), respectively. Similar results could be found in degradation of methyl orange. It had the maximum of 97.4% in 90?min, which was higher than 55.2, 48.7, and 12.7% of pure AgCl, Ag2SO3, and P25, respectively. Moreover, the as-prepared hybrids possessed the enhanced separation and transfer of photo-generated electron?hole pairs compared to the pure samples. In addition, the holes and superoxide radicals played the dominant role and the hydroxyl radicals played the secondary role during the process of photocatalytic degradation.

In order to extract some important information of a person from text, an extracting model was proposed. The person``s name is recognized based on the maximal entropy statistic model and the training corpus. The sentences surrounding the person``s name are analyzed according to the conceptual knowledge base. The three main elements of events, domain, situation and background, are also extracted from the sentences to construct the structure of events about the person.

A psychrotrophic bacterium, Arthrobacter sp. ON14, isolated from Antarctica, was shown to exhibit a high β-galactosidase activity at a low temperature. A genomic library of ON14 was constructed and screened for β-galactosidase genes on functional plates containing 5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indolyl-β-D-galactopyranoside (X-gal) as the substrate. Two different β-galactosidase genes, named as galA, galB, were found in ON14. Computational analyses of the genes revealed that the encoded protein GalA belongs to family 2 of glycosyl hydrolysases and is a cold-active protein, whereas GalB belongs to family 42 of glycosyl hydrolysases and is a mesophilic protein. Reverse transcription analyses revealed that the expression of galA is highly induced at a low temperature (4℃) and repressed at a high temperature (28℃) when lactose is used as the sole carbon source. Conversely, the expression of galB is inhibited at a low temperature and induced at a high temperature. The purified GalA showed its peak activity at 15℃ and pH 8. The mineral ions Na+, K+, Mg2+, and Mn2+ were identified as enzyme activators, whereas Ca2+ had no influence on the enzyme activity. An enzyme stability assay revealed that the activity of GalA is significantly decreased when it is incubated at 45℃ for 2 h, and all its activity is lost when it is incubated at 50℃.

이 논문은 Kane의 동역학 방정식에 기초한 로봇 동역학의 새로운 循環 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 알고리즘은 Kane의 동역학 방정식과 뉴톤-오일러 공식을 이용하여 얻어진다. 라그랑지-오일러(L-E)와 뉴우톤-오일러(N-E) 등과 같은 전통적 알고리즘과는 달리, 제안된 알고리즘은 간단하면서 確然하고, 閉체인을 그대로 포함된 로봇의 동역학을 푸는데 사용되어진다. 또한 이 알고리즘은 循環형태로 표현되어서 컴퓨터상에 구현하기 쉽기 때문에 로봇의 CAD(Computer0Aided Design)에 적합하다.
