환경조형물이 장소성 형성에 미치는 영향 연구 - 중국의 도시광장을 중심으로 -

환경조형물은 도시공간에서 상실된 인간성을 회복시키는 데에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서 환경조형물의 개념을 밝혀내고 그 유형과 근거를 명확히 구분하여 환경조형물의 특징 및 기능을 분석하였다. 이에 도시의 조형물과 장소의 관계를 분석하여 환경조형물이 해당 도시와 지역이 가지고 있는 장소의 의의와 역할을 연구하는 데 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문의 연구 방법에는 종합적 연구와 사례 연구가 포함되었다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 기념성 조형물은 장소의 공간성, 장소의 이미지, 정체성, 통제성, 행동성, 애착요소에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 고려하여 더욱 강화해야 한다. 둘째, 주제성 조형물이 장소요소에 미치는 영향은 공간성 요소 외에도 이미지 요소에 미치는 영향이 가장 중요하다. 셋째, 대표성 조형물은 장소성 요소로서의 공간성, 이미지, 의미, 정체성 요소 등에 큰 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 상징성 조형물은 표현력을 높여 이미지 요소에 중요성을 나타내야 한다. 다섯째, 실용성 조형물이 장소성에 공간성 요소뿐만 아니라 통제성 요소에도 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Environmental sculptures play an important role in restoring the lost humanity of urban space. Through theoretical investigation, analyze the characteristics and functions of environmental sculpture, Analyze the relationship between urban sculptures and places, and provide basic information about the place significance and effect of environmental modeling objects on the city and region where they are located. The results are as follow:1) it is necessary to focus on the influence of monumental sculptures on the spatial, image, identity, control, Behavior, And Attachment factors of the place, and further strengthen it. 2) Emphasizing thematic sculpture needs to emphasize the prominent and direct effect of the main sculpture on the spatial and image elements of the place. 3) Iconic sculpture emphasizes the prominent and direct effect of sculpture on the spatial of place, image, meaning, control, behavior, Attachment, and identity. 4) Symbolic sculpture emphasizes the prominent and direct effect of sculpture on the spatial, image, and elements of the place. 5) Practical sculpture emphasizes the prominent and direct effect of sculpture on the local space and control elements.

Slicing reference data and adaptive slicing algorithm are the key issues to find out appropriate layer thicknesses of three-dimensional (3D) microstructures with free-form surface in two photon polymerization (TPP). In the present work, an adaptive slicing method (ASM) was proposed to improve the fabricating efficiency of 3D microstructures with free-form surface in TPP microfabrication. In the proposed method, slicing reference data were obtained by intersecting a series of vertical planes with the triangular patch format along characteristic directions. Maximum acceptable chordal height played a role as judging criteria to obtain appropriate layer thicknesses. What's more, typical 3D microstructures with free-form surfaces were fabricated with uniform slicing method (USM) and the proposed ASM, respectively. The comparison results showed that the proposed method effectively improved fabricating efficiency, guaranteeing an acceptable surface quality at the same time. This work was expected to provide references for improving fabrication efficiency of complex 3D microstructures in TPP.

Four new acylated triterpene glycosides with aliphatic chains (4–7) as well as five known triterpenoids were isolated from the flower buds of Staphylea bumalda with bioassay guidance. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral techniques, including IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and HR-APCI-MS. Most compounds (except 8) were isolated from S. bumalda for the first time. Additionally, the neuroprotective effects of 1 and 4–9 on suckling rat primary cultured hippocampal neurons against H2O2-induced injury were evaluated in vitro. The four new triterpenoids (4–7) showed neuroprotective effects, which increased the cell viability to over 74% at different concentrations, which was higher than the negative control (59%), while compounds 1 and 8–9 exhibited cytotoxic activity.
Physiological character and molecular mapping of leaf-color mutant wyv1 in rice (Oryza sativa L.)

The seed of an excellent indica restorer line Jinhui10 (Oryza sativa L. ssp. indica) was treated by ethyl methanesulfonate (EMS); a leaf-color mutant displaying distinct phenotype throughout development grown in paddy field was identified from the progeny. The mutant leaf showed white-yellow at seedling stage and then turned to yellow-green at tillering stage, after that, virescent color appeared until to maturity. The mutant was thus temporarily designed as wyv1. The chlorophyll contents decreased significantly and the changing was consistent with the chlorotic level of wyv1 leaves. Chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters measured at the seedling stage showed that co-efficiency of photochemical quenching (qP),actual photosystem II efficiency (ΦPS II), electron transport rate (ETR) and initial chlorophyll fluorescence level (Fo), net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and maximum photochemical efficiency (Fv / Fm) significantly decreased in severe chlorotic leaf of the mutant compared with that of wild type. However,no significant differences were observed for Pn and Fv/Fm between virescent leaf and normal green leaf. Genetic analysis suggested that the mutant phenotype was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene which was finally mapped between SSR marker Y7 and Y6 on rice chromosome 3 based on F2 population of Xinong1A / wyv1. Genetic distances were 0.06 cM and 0.03 cM respectively, and the physical distance was 84kb according to the sequence of indica rice 9311. The results must facilitate map-based cloning and functional analysis of WYV1 gene.
