        A study on the corporate culture of BYD

        The main battlefield of ‘made in China 2025’ proposed by the Chinese government is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, among which intelligent manufacturing and new energy vehicles are the key links. New energy vehicle refers to the use of unconventional automotive fuel as a power source (or use conventional automotive fuel, new vehicle-mounted power plant), integrated vehicle power control and driving aspects of advanced technology, the formation of advanced technical principles, with new technology and the structure of the vehicle. BYD's success in the battery, I T and automobile industries has attracted the attention of the industry, making it a shining new star in the Chinese business community. BYD 's innovation, diversification and corporate culture construction have certain enlightenment to the development of China's small and mediumsized enterprises. Therefore, by looking at the Chinese network literature, about BYD's research mainly focused on the development strategy, corporate finance, corporate performance, and corporate marketing, etc. This paper will take BYD as the research object and focus on corporate culture. Through literature analysis and qualitative analysis, it will summarize and further analyze the unique corporate culture of BYD, its important role, and provide relevant theoretical references for the construction and development of corporate culture in other industries.

      • The Molecular Mechanisms Underlying Active Immunization against GnRH (Immuno-Castration): using Rat as a Model

        The present study was aimed to investigate the molecular mechanisms of active immunization against GnRH by focusing on effects of active immunization against GnRH on hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis. Adult male rats (n=36) were randomly and equally allocated into three groups: control (no treatment), surgically castrated, or immunized against 50 ug D-Lys6-GnRH-tandem-dimer peptide conjugated to ovalbumin in Specol adjuvant at 12 weeks of age (with a booster 8 weeks later). Blood samples (for antibody titers and hormone concentrations) were collected at 2-week intervals until rats were killed at 20 weeks of age. At decapitation, testes weight /volume and pituitary weight were recorded. Hypothalamus, pituitary and testis were collected to detect the mRNA expressions of reproduction-related genes with real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, and the hypothalamus and testes were excised for tissue GnRH detection and morphological observation, respectively. Compared to intact controls, immunocastration reduced (p<0.05) serum concentrations of testosterone, LH and FSH, and the GnRH content in the median eminence, reduced the weight of the hypohysis (p<0.01), and induced testicular atrophy (suppression of spermatogenesis). Furthermore, mRNA expression of GnRH in the hypothalamus, GnRH receptor, LH-β and FSH-β in the pituitary, LH receptor and FSH receptor in the testes, and genes in sex steroid feedback loops (androgen receptor (AR), kisspeptin encoded gene (Kiss-1) and kisspeptin receptor (GPR54) in the hypothalamus were decreased in immunocastrated rats compared to intact controls (p<0.05). Similarly, surgical castration reduced GnRH in the median eminence as well as mRNA expression of GnRH, AR, Kiss-1 and GPR54 in the hypothalamus (p<0.05). These results suggest that active immunization against GnRH reduces GnRH synthesis in the hypothalamus by decreasing androgen-androgen receptor-Kisspeptin-GPR54 signaling pathways and causes dysfunction of the pituitarytesticular axis. Both the loss of GnRH synthesis and dysfunction of the pituitary- testicular axis seem to be mechanisms underlying immunocastration.

        Molecular identification and detection of Rickettsia endosymbiont in the green leafhopper: Cicadella viridis (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae)

        The leafhopper Cicadella viridis (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae), a sap-sucking insect, is a notorious pest of fruit trees and seedlings. They harbor “Candidatus sulcia merii” which is an obligatory symbiotic bacteriumhoused in a special organ called the bacteriome. In this study universal eubacterial primers 27F and 1513R were used to amplify approximately 1462 bp of symbiotic bacteria 16S rRNA gene fromC. viridis. Cloning, sequencing, and phylogenetic analysis targeting the 16S rRNA gene revealed the presence of bacteria stably associated with C. viridis, and a Rickettsia endosymbiont was detected for the first time in this species. Rickettsia endosymbiont localization was studied using quantitative PCR which showed that it was found in all developmental stages. It was also co-localized in the bacteriomes, ovaries, testes, guts, and salivary glands. By an antibiotic treatment, the antibiotic-treated insects exhibited lower Rickettsia infection density than the untreated

        Research on the Attenuation of Blast Wave by Groups of Filled Cracks in Surrounding Rock of Cavern

        This study introduces an approach for constructing groups of filled cracks in the surroundingrock to achieve anti-blasting and wave elimination protection for underground caverns. Toverify the attenuation effect of the explosion wave by the filled cracks, two models, a no-crackmodel, and a filled-crack model, were constructed using a certain proportion of analoguematerials based on the similarity theory. With the implementation of small equivalentexplosion conditions, the peak pressure of the surrounding rock of the cavern and thevibration acceleration of the cavern wall under different explosion conditions were measured. To accurately judge the attenuation efficiency of the filled cracks, the peak pressure attenuationpercentages between different measuring points were calculated. Furthermore, thecorresponding numerical simulation analysis process was performed according to the testconditions. The results show that not only the peak pressure attenuation percentages, but alsothe value of vibration acceleration, were significantly reduced due to the existence of filledcracks in the model. This indicates that filled cracks in the surrounding rock of the cavern caneffectively attenuate the peak pressure and vibration acceleration caused by the explosionwave, thereby achieving the protection engineering goal of anti-explosion and wave elimination.

        Temperature-dependent development of Lista haraldusalis (Walker) (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) on Platycarya strobilacea

        The effect of constant temperatures on development and survival of Lista haraldusalis (Walker) (Lepidoptera:Pyralidae), a newly reported insect species used to produce insect tea in Guizhou province (China), was studiedin laboratory conditions at seven temperatures (19 °C, 22 °C, 25 °C, 28 °C, 31 °C, 34 °C, and 37 °C) on Platycaryastrobilacea. Increasing the temperature from 19 °C to 31 °C led to a significant decrease in the developmentaltime from egg to adult emergence, and then the total developmental time increased at 34 °C. Egg incubationwas the stage where L. haraldusalis experienced the highest mortality at all temperatures. The survival ofL. haraldusalis was significantly higher at 25 °C and 28 °C, whereas none of the eggs hatched at 37 °C. Commonand Ikemoto linear models were used to describe the relationship between the temperature and the developmentalrate for each immature stage of L. haraldusalis. The estimated values of the lower temperature thresholdand thermal constant of the total immature stages using Common and Ikemoto linear models were 11.34 °C and11.20 °C, and 939.85 and 950.41 degree-days, respectively. Seven nonlinear models were used to fit the experimentaldata to estimate the developmental rate of L. haraldusalis. Based on the biological significance for modelevaluation, Ikemoto linear, Logan-6, and SSI were the best models that fitted each immature stage ofL. haraldusalis and they were used to estimate the temperature thresholds. These thermal requirements and temperaturethresholds are crucial for facilitating the development of factory-based mass rearing of L. haraldusalis.

        Most internet companies in China are learning from Xiaomi Corporation's management model and to improving their organizational structures and human resource management practices. This study analyzed the development situation of Chinese Internet economy and the Internet thinking of Xiaomi which is a role model of Chinese Internet companies. In addition, we studied Xiaomi's organizational structure, human resource management, employee training, performance management and incentive system. In particular, Xiaomi's human resource management system has a great influence on the company's high performance and efficient service culture. Furthermore, the organization of Xiaomi is horizontally divided into three floors (7 key founders, department heads, and employees), each floor is managed by one founder. Xiaomi is interested in and considers not only the work of new employees, but also personal issues, and is concerned with the work of others in performance management and shares responsibility. Xiaomi adopts a unique and rational human resource management model, guaranteeing a lot of work autonomy for employees, and improving organizational performance.

        Diversity of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Associated with a Sb Accumulator Plant, Ramie (Boehmeria nivea), in an Active Sb Mining

        Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) have great potential for assisting heavy metal hyperaccumulators in the remediation of contaminated soils. However, little information is available about the symbiosis of AMF associated with an antimony (Sb) accumulator plant under natural conditions. Therefore, the objective of this study was to investigate the colonization and molecular diversity of AMF associated with the Sb accumulator ramie (Boehmeria nivea) growing in Sb-contaminated soils. Four Sb mine spoils and one adjacent reference area were selected from Xikuangshan in southern China. PCR-DGGE was used to analyze the AMF community composition in ramie roots. Morphological identification was also used to analyze the species in the rhizosphere soil of ramie. Results obtained showed that mycorrhizal symbiosis was established successfully even in the most heavily polluted sites. From the unpolluted site Ref to the highest polluted site T4, the spore numbers and AMF diversity increased at first and then decreased. Colonization increased consistently with the increasing Sb concentrations in the soil. A total of 14 species were identified by morphological analysis. From the total number of species, 4 (29%) belonged to Glomus, 2 (14%) belonged to Acaulospora, 2 (14%) belonged to Funneliformis, 1 (7%) belonged to Claroideoglomus, 1 (7%) belonged to Gigaspora, 1 (7%) belonged to Paraglomus, 1 (7%) belonging to Rhizophagus, 1 (7%) belonging to Sclervocystis, and 1 (7%) belonged to Scutellospora. Some AMF sequences were present even in the most polluted site. Morphological identification and phylogenetic analysis both revealed that most species were affiliated with Glomus, suggesting that Glomus was the dominant genus in this AMF community. This study demonstrated that ramie associated with AMF may have great potential for remediation of Sb-contaminated soils.
