Stereo Matching Based on Least Square

Least Square method is widely adopted in stereo matching owing to it high precision, but the fact that transformation parameters is obtained by solving linear equations leads to the instability of its solutions and the process of matching oscillates and decreases convergence speed. To overcome this disadvantage, improve convergence speed and keep high precision, this paper provides gradient method to resolve stereo matching. The experiments show that the algorithm is valid and practical.
A Video Traffic Flow Detection System Based on Machine Vision

This study proposes a novel video traffic flow detection method based on machine vision technology. The threeframedifference method, which is one kind of a motion evaluation method, is used to establish initialbackground image, and then a statistical scoring strategy is chosen to update background image in real time. Finally, the background difference method is used for detecting the moving objects. Meanwhile, a simple buteffective shadow elimination method is introduced to improve the accuracy of the detection for moving objects. Furthermore, the study also proposes a vehicle matching and tracking strategy by combining characteristics,such as vehicle’s location information, color information and fractal dimension information. Experimentalresults show that this detection method could quickly and effectively detect various traffic flow parameters,laying a solid foundation for enhancing the degree of automation for traffic management.
Performance Comparation of TR and FDE in the MB - IR - UWB System Based on MIMO

In order to improve the channel capacity of the multiband impulse radio ultra-wide-band (MB-IR-UWB) system, the multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) technology is introduced to MB-IR-UWB system, and we get a new MB-IR-UWB system based on MIMO. But the introduction of MIMO technology brings multi-stream interference (MSI) and same frequency interference (SFI). Meanwhile, there may be inter-symbol interference (ISI) over the multipath channel proposed by IEEE 802.15.3a. To eliminate these interferences, it is necessary to add an equalization technique which is a technique used for increasing the energy of the desired signal and reducing the energy of the undesired signal. In this system, we introduce time reversal (TR) equalization and frequency domain equalization (FDE) to the new system and compare the performance of the two equalizations. In this paper, by MATLAB simulation, we compare the robustness to channel and the anti-interference performance of two different equalizations in the MB-IR-UWB system based on MIMO.
DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA LIGHT-DUTY VEHICLE TEST CYCLE

Driving cycles provide a basis for vehicle development and calibration and also serves as the foundation for energy consumption and emissions certification of vehicles. This paper presents the China Light-Duty Vehicle Test Cycle (CLTC) developed by the China Automotive Technology & Research Center (CATARC). First, the important steps and technical routes toward the CLTC development process are summarized. Second, the specific CLTC development process is presented in detail, including the data acquisition and data analysis procedures, weighting factor development and driving cycle construction. Then, the main driving characteristics of the New European Driving Cycle (NEDC), the Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Vehicles Test Cycle (WLTC), the Federal Test Procedure (FTP-75), the CLTC and the actual collected data are compared. The CLTC has low average speed, a high idle speed ratio and more frequent acceleration and deceleration characteristics. Finally, 70 vehicles are t ested based on the NEDC, WLTC, and CLTC according to their legislative procedures in the vehicle emission laboratories of the CATARC and the manufacturers. The results show that the CLTC’s fuel consumption is much higher than that of the NEDC and WLTC, and CLTC can effectively reflect the actual fuel consumption of users.

This paper presents a reconfigurable Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) hardware architecture for 3GPP LTE systems. In the main FFT computing process, a novel processing kernel engine is proposed to support four configuration types of changeable hybrid-radix FFT operations. Also, in the data storage manipulation, a smart 2D-FIFO structure is used to flexibly handle efficient reading/writing data access for 36 different FFT sizes. In addition to a field-programmable gate array prototyping design approach, we provide application-specific integrated circuit implementation via TSMC 90-nm CMOS technology. The developed FFT chip only occupies a core area of View the MathML source, consumes 24.2 mW of power, and reaches maximum speed of 111.11 MHz.

The gene encoding an acid protease natively produced by Saccharomycopsis fibuligera was cloned and overexpressed in Yarrowia lipolytica and the resultant recombinant acid protease was purified and characterized. The molecular mass of the purified enzyme was estimated as 94.8 kDa by gel filtration chromatography. The optimal pH and temperature of the purified acid protease were 3.5and 33oC, respectively, and the enzyme was very stable over a pH range of 1.0 ~ 3.0. The recombinant acid protease was activated by Zn2+, but was inhibited by Hg2+,Fe2+, Fe3+, and Mg2+, EDTA, EGTA, iodoacetic acid, and pepstatin. The purified recombinant acid protease from the positive transformant 71 had high milk clotting activity,suggesting that it may be used as a rennet substitute in the cheese industry.

Purpose – With the increasing uncertainty of China s domestic political and economic environment in recent years, Korean MNC subsidiaries in the Chinese market face greater challenges and competition. Based on the insufficiency of existing research and the need for enterprise management practices, this paper uses the Chinese subsidiaries of Korean MNCs as an example to study and explore how knowledge management and dynamic capabilities affect ambidextrous innovation and the relationship between ambidextrous innovation and subsidiary performance. Design/methodology – From January to March 2019, this study collected 341 valid questionnaires using a survey company specializing in China for the members of the Chinese subsidiaries of Korean MNCs to verify the hypotheses. Using the collected data, the study model was verified using the Smart PLS 3.0 statistical package. Findings – Knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing have positive effects on dynamic capabilities and ambidextrous innovation, and dynamic capabilities have a positive impact on ambidextrous innovation. Ambidextrous innovation has been shown to have a significant effect on subsidiary performance. In addition, a partial mediating effect of dynamic capabilities on the relationship between knowledge management and ambidexterity innovation was found. Originality/value – In the academic context, this paper contributes theoretically to the relationship between knowledge management and ambidextrous innovation, as well as the mechanism of dynamic capability, and to verify the relationship between ambidextrous innovation and corporate performance. Against the background of MNC management, the results of this study provide further enlightenment for managers of subsidiaries.

Cladonia peziziformis (With.) J.R. Laundon was collected from Baega mountain, Jeonnam Province, Korea in 2008. It is characterized by short and slender podetia with verruculose surface, split along the sides. Apothecia large, pale brown, always growing on the top of the podetia. Primary squamules shell-like, thick, and convex. Fumarprotocetraric acid contained in thallus. This is the first record of this species in Korea.
