Research on the E-Commerce Credit Scoring Model Using the Gaussian Density Function
( Xiao Qiang ),( He Rui Chun ),( Zhang Wei ) 한국정보처리학회 2015 Journal of information processing systems Vol.11 No.2
At present, it is simple to the electronic commerce credit scoring model, as a brush credit phenomenon in Ecommerce has emerged. This phenomenon affects the judgment of consumers and hinders the rapid development of E-commerce. In this paper, that E-commerce credit evaluation model that uses a Gaussian density function is put forward by density test and the analysis for the anomalies of E-commerce credit rating, it can be fond out the abnormal point in credit scoring, these points were calculated by nonlinear credit scoring algorithm, thus it can effectively improve the current E-commerce credit score, and enhance the accuracy of E-commerce credit score.

Background: Chronic inflammation could affect the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. To explore the levels of tumor necrosis factor ${\alpha}$ (TNF-${\alpha}$) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in patients accompanied by impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and their clinical significance. Materials and Methods: A total of 210 patients hospitalized in Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical University from Jun., 2013 to Dec., 2014 were selected, in which 92 cases were accompanied by IGT. Meanwhile, 80 randomly-selected healthy people by physical examination were as the control. The levels of routine biochemical indexes, plasma TNF-${\alpha}$ and CRP in all subjects were measured. Results: Both systolic and diastolic pressures in hypertension group and hypertension plus IGT group were significantly higher than in control group (p<0.01), but there was no statistical significance between these two groups (p>0.05). The levels of fasting plasma glucose (FPG) and blood glucose 2 h after taking glucose in hypertension plus IGT group were markedly higher than other groups (p<0.01). Homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), TNF-${\alpha}$ and CRP contents were on the progressive increase in control, hypertension and hypertension plus IGT groups, but significant differences were presented among each group (P<0.01). Hypertension accompanied by IGT had a significantly-positive association with CRP, TNF-${\alpha}$, FPG and blood glucose 2h after taking glucose. Conclusions: The levels of plasma TNF-${\alpha}$ and CPR in patients with hypertension accompanied by IGT increase significantly, indicating that inflammatory reaction in these patient increases, thus suggesting that these patients should be focused regarding cancer prevention.
Energy-Efficient Routing Protocol for Wireless Sensor Networks Based on Improved Grey Wolf Optimizer
( Xiaoqiang Zhao ),( Hui Zhu ),( Slavisa Aleksic ),( Qianggao ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2018 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.12 No.6
To utilize the energy of sensor nodes efficiently and extend the network lifetime maximally is one of the primary goals in wireless sensor networks (WSNs). Thus, designing an energy-efficient protocol to optimize the determination of cluster heads (CHs) in WSNs has become increasingly important. In this paper, we propose a novel energy-efficient protocol based on an improved Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO), which we refer to as Fitness value based Improved GWO (FIGWO). It considers a fitness value to improve the finding of the optimal solution in GWO, which ensures a better distribution of CHs and a more balanced cluster structure. According to the distance to the CHs and the BS, sensor nodes’ transmission distance are recalculated to reduce the energy consumption. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach can prolong the stability period of the network in comparison to other algorithms, namely by 31.5% in comparison to SEP, and even by 57.8% when compared with LEACH protocol. The results also show that the proposed protocol performs well over the above comparative protocols in terms of energy consumption and network throughput.
A Novel Model of a Li-ion Battery Based on the Manufacturer’s Datasheet
Xiaoqiang Zhang,Weiping Zhang,Mao Zhang 한국전기전자재료학회 2017 Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Material Vol.18 No.5
A novel battery model based on the manufacturer datasheet is proposed. According to this model, not only the steady state but also the dynamic charging performance of the Li-ion battery can be analyzed and evaluated. The major advantage of our model is that all the parameters can be directly obtained from the datasheet and no additional experiments are required. Moreover, the transition between charge and discharge stages was analyzed based on our model, and a novel Simulink module was built to predict the energy consumption of a battery-powered system. Experiments were carried out to verify the model accuracy. Although the new model was developed for the Li-ion battery, it is expected to be applicable to other batteries.

Xiaoqiang Zhang,Wei-ping Zhang,Hongyu Li,Mao Zhang 한국전기전자재료학회 2017 Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Material Vol.18 No.3
The state of charge (SOC) is an important parameter in a battery-management system (BMS), and is very significantfor accurately estimating the SOC of a battery. Li-ion batteries boast of excellent performance, and can only remainat their best working state by means of accurate SOC estimation that gives full play to their performances and raisestheir economic benefits. This paper summarizes some measures taken in SOC estimation, including the dischargeexperiment method, the ampere-hour integral method, the open circuit voltage method, the Kalman filter method, the neural network method, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS. The principles of the various SOCestimation methods are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the working conditionsadopted during these methods, are discussed and analyzed.
A Review of Li-ion Battery Equivalent Circuit Models
Xiaoqiang Zhang,Weiping Zhang,Geyang Lei 한국전기전자재료학회 2016 Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Material Vol.17 No.6
Batteries are critical components of electric vehicles and energy storage systems. The connection of a battery to thepower grid for charge and discharge greatly affects energy storage. Therefore, an accurate and easy-to-observe batterymodel should be established to achieve systematic design, simulation, and SOC (state of charge) estimations. In thisreview, several equivalent circuit models of representative significance are explained, and their respective advantagesand disadvantages are compared to determine and outline their reasonable applications to Li-ion batteries. Numerouscommonly used model parameter identification principles are summarized as well, and basic model verificationmethods are briefly introduced for the convenient use of such models.

Tea polyphenols were used as substrates and oxidized successively by polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase to prepare theabrownins (TBs-dE). The conversion rate of catechins to TBs-dE was 90.91%. The ultraviolet and infrared spectroscopic properties and zeta potential of TBs-dE were characterized. TBs-dE is more stable at pH 5.0–7.0, about 25 °C or in dark environment. Ultraviolet light and sunlight can deepen its color due to the further oxidative polymerization. Mg2+, Cu2+, and Al3+ had a significant effect on the stability of TBs-dE. The inhibitory rates of TBs-dE (1 mg/mL) against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli DH5α were 51.45% and 45.05%, respectively. After TBs-dE treatment, the cell morphology of both bacteria changed, some cell walls were blurred, and the cytoplasmic content leaked. The research results can provide theoretical support for the industrialization of theabrownins.
