      • 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용한 문제목록별 비뇨기과적 진단

        병원을 찾는 대부분의 환자들은 어떤 증상이나 징후 등을 주소로 호소하면서 의사를 찾게되나 이들을 대하는 의사들의 의학지식의 대부분은 최종 진단명을 중심으로 한 질병에 대한 이해나 접근이 대부분이다. 이러한 실정에서 환자의 문제목록에 따른 감별진단을 위한 임상자료가 있다면 환자 진료에 있어 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 이에 저자들은 입력되는 진료 기록에 문제목록 까지 포함시킴으로써 마치 Problem Oriented Medical Diagnosis(POMD)와 유사한 방식의 운용이 가능한 환자관리프로그램인 비뇨기과 환자 관리체계(Chart Management System for Urology : CMSU)를 이미 개발하여 1991년 7월 20일 충북대학교 병원 개원일로 부터 현재까지 사용하고 있으며 1992년 1월 1일 부터 1994년 12월 31일 까지 만 3년간 충북대학교 병원 비뇨기과에 입원한 환자들의 입력자료를 토대로 입원 당시의 문제목록들이 퇴원 당시 결국 어떠한 최종 진단명으로 밝혀졌는가 하는 관계를 통계 처리하여 자료를 구축하였다. 그 결과 성인군에서는 측복통이 12.9% 및 배뇨증상과 관련된 문제목록들이 41.0%를 차지하였고 이와는 달리 소아군에서는 고환 및 음낭질환과 요도구 이상이 전체의 69.0%를 차지하여 성인군과 대조되는 양상을 보였으며, 성인군에서 12.9%로 문제목록 1위인 측복통이 소아에서는 3.6%로 7위의 소견을 보여 성인군과 상이한 결과를 보였다. 향후 이 자료를 토대로 앞으로 새로 대하게 될 환자들에 대해서는 우선 문제목록 위주로 체계적인 감별 진단을 시행할 수 있게 함으로써 비뇨기과 환자 진료의 효율을 향상시켜 보고자 하였다. Most of the patients who visit to hospital that presented with chief complaint including some symptom and sign to the physicians, initially. But the most of acknowledgement of the physicians is familiar to the approach and understanding about a certain diseases based on final diagnosis other than problem oriented approach. On this of situation, if there are clinical data for differential diagnosis based on problem lists of the patients, it is helpful for the physicians to manage the patients. Therefore, we collected data that the problem lists on admission was matched a certain final diagnosis on discharge using Chart Management System for Urology(CMSU) program, which is include problem lists to the patients information inputs for 3 years from opening day of chungbuk national university hospital. The results demostrated that in adult group flank pain and voiding related problems occupied 12.9% and 41.0% respectively ; in pediatric group scrotal problems with testis and abnormal urethral opening occupied 61.8%. Interestingly, Flank pain was ranked on leading problem in adult group(12.9%), but ranked on 7th problem in pediatric group(3.6%). These results suggested different pattern in problem lists between two groups. In the future, we should be facillitate efficient patients management through systemic differential diagnosis according to problem lists based on these data.

        The recent growth in the use of impactive and nonlinear loads, electronic, and medical devices sensitive to power quality has caused many power quality problems and power supply-and-demand problem. Recently, in power system, not only the reliability of the power supply but also the DVR(Dynamic Voltage Restorer), UPS, and APF are being studied more and more. Hence, in this paper, Voltage sag detection algorithm for voltage sag corrector is proposed. Also, simple circuit for the experimental voltage sag is introduced.

      • 3상 정류기의 고조파 경감을 위한 스위칭 회로에 관한 연구

        In this paper, a new control circuit for shaping the line current and reducing the total harmonics distortion in three phase diode rectifier is presented. In the past years, three phase diode rectifier have been used widely. Because a three-phase diode rectifier don't need controller, it's a cheap and reliable method to get DC voltage. However an harmonics problems which make an acoustic noise, overheat, a disorder of computer system and sometimes mess a communication system are caused. In an uncontrolled diode rectifier, current is drawn from the ac mains only during the period in the ac cycle when the instantaneous voltage is greater than the voltage across the dc-link capacitor. As a result, current is of pulsed nature with the amplitude dependent on the size of the capacitor. a pulsed natured current is so discontinuous that it makes a harmonics problems. In this study, the three bidirectional switches rated at very small power are installed in a conventional three phase diode rectifier. Using those switches, an idle current charges to capacitors continuously. Simulation's and Experimental's results demonstrate a reduction of harmonics, a improvement of power factor and THD.

      • 전기자동차용 EDLC축전시스템의 제어 알고리즘 연구

        Recently, in energy storage system, the EDLC is paid attention as a new environmentally friendly energy storage element. This capacitor has higher energy density than the electrolytic capacitor. Also, this capacitor has a lot of advantage such as no maintenance, longer life cycle and faster charge-discharge time than the battery system. But the EDLC must have a each charge-discharge controller to control high effective, a direct-parallel switching circuit to effectively use energy, and several compensation techniques to control a optimal operating.

      • 동적전압보상시스템에서 LC필터 전압궤환의 제어특성 비교

        Dynamic voltage restorers(DVRs) are mainly used to protect sensitive loads from the electrical network voltage disturbances such as sags or swells and could be used to reduce harmonic distortion of ac voltages. The typical DVR topology essentially contains a voltage source inverter (VSI) with LC Filter, an injection transformer connected between the ac voltage line and the sensitive load, and a DC energy storage device. For injecting series voltage, the PWM inverter is used and the low pass filter consist of inductor(L) and capacitor(C) eliminates the harmonics of the PWM voltage of the inverter. However there are voltage pulsation responses by the characteristic of the LC lowpass filter that eliminate the harmonics of the PWM output waveform of the inverter. Therefore, this paper compared control and frequency response characteristic of LC filter voltage feedback with the DVRs. The voltage control by LC filter should be connected in the line side since this feedback method allows a relatively faster dynamic response, enabling the elimination of voltage notches or spikes in the beginning and in the end of sags and strong load voltage THD reduction.

      • 特定高調波 除去方式에 依한 交流 制御用 Inverter 硏究

        In electrical industry, development of inverter technique make to control AC motor precisely. So the using inverter spreads fast. The motor using inverter has high efficiency, characteristic of constant torque, output and etc. However, in spite of many good things of using inverter, VS-Motor is used widely because of simple control and cheap cost. VS-Motor is speed control method using eddy-current coupling. This method installs eddy-current coupling with constant speed driving induction motor and controls rotating speed through a charging change of a excitation current, particularly. But this method has large losses and low efficiency because of heating as slip drum in low speed region. In cooling, addition of a mechanical devices is difficult and in volume, large space is occupied. Using SCR for control, efficiency of system is low. In case of inverter, though advantage of high efficiency and high performance the price is expensive. Therefore, in this study, we developed VVVF Inverter system for controlling AC power. A using micro-controller can make the price down and it has many devices so it can be expected the system's compact and low noise effect.

        硼素가 缺乏한 狀態의 배추 圃場에서 硼素施用 適正量을 캐고 硼素와 石灰를 連關지워 施用한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 微酸性을 나타내는 硼素缺乏地帶의 배추 圃場에서 石灰를 置換酸度 中和量의 倍量을 施用하고 또硼素를 施用하여 石灰와 硼素 共施에 因한 收量差를 보았으나, 認定못했다. 2. 石灰無施區,石灰普肥區, 石灰培肥區 共히 硼素施用에 따른 收用效果는 높아, 硼素 10a當 1.5㎏施用의 것이 가장 많은 收量을 내고 있다. This experiment was designed to make clear the effects of the application borax with lime on Chinese cabbage growing in B deficient and pH 6.2 soil. The results obtained were as follows; 1. The most effective amounts of borax with lime applied to the soil were 1,500g per 10a. 2. Borax and non, common, double amounts of lime were applied in the field, but the yield was the same.

      • 여자 중학생의 혈액형별 체격과 체력의 상관

        Following are the results of the study of the correlation between one's physique and physical strength and blood type. The investigated physical areas were weight, height, sitting height, and chest girth. The areas of physical strength were 50-meter run, 1000-meter run, chin-ups, forward stretching, standing broad jump and sit-ups. This study included 264 girls in the first grade of B Girls' Middle School respectfully in Busan. Findings are as follows. 1. In terms of the correlation between a blood type a physique, the students with blood type B had the best physique. The second best was blood type A, the third was blood type AB, the last was blood type O. 2. With regard to correlation between a blood type and physical strength, blood type A student was good at the 50-meter run, chin-ups, blood type B student was good at forward stretching, standing broad jump, blood type O student was good at sit-ups, blood type AB student was good at 1000-meter run. 3. Correlation between a physique and physical strength with regard to blood type is 1) The correlation between height and strength showed that positive correlation (.003) of blood type O was the lowest at the area of chin-ups. Blood type AB showed the highest correlation at the area of chin-jps as negative correlation (-.460). 2) The correlation between weight and strength showed that positive correlation (.003) of blood type B was the lowest at the area of forward stretching. Blood type AB sowed the highest correlation at the area of chin-ups as negative correlation(- .548). 3) The correlation between chest girth and strength showed that negative correlation (- .008) of blood type O was the lowest at the area of forward stretching. Blood type AB showed the highest correlation at the area of chin-ups as negative correlation(- .558). 4) The correlation between sitting height and strength showed that negative correlation (- .041) of blood type B was the lowest at the area of sit-ups. Blood type AB showed the highest correlation at the area of chin-ups as negative correlation (- .319).

      • Solid-static Switching device를 使用한 電力 品質改善에 關한 硏究

        Utility distribution networks, sensitive industrial loads, and critical commercial operations all suffer from various types of outages and service interruptions which can cost significant financial loss per incident based on process down-time, lost production, idle work forces, and other factors. The types of interruption which are experienced can generally be classified as power quality related problems caused by voltage sag and swells, lightning strikes, and other distribution system related disturbances. In many instances, the use of a Solid-State Transfer Switch(SSTS) and or a Distribution Level Static Compensator(D-STATCOM) can be som of the most cost-effective solutions for these types of power quality problems. The SSTS, which essentially consists of a pair of thyristor switch devices, enables seamless transfer of energy from a primary source to an alternate source in order to avoid service interruption upon a deficiency in power quality. The D-STATCOM, which consists of a thyristor-based voltage source inverter, uses advanced power electronics to provide voltage stabilization, flicker suppression, power factor correction, harmonic control, and a host of other power quality solutions for both utility and industrial applications.
