The purpose of this study was to determine pharmacokinetic parameters of BR-28702-2, a new antineoplastic agent which is the conjugate of nucleotide and phospholipid, and to compare them with those of ara-C. Male rats were cannulated in the left femoral vein and received a single i.v. bolus dose of either BR-28702-2 or ara-C. BR-28702-2 was also administered i.p. and plasma samples were analyzed by reversed-phase HPLC. The t_(L/2(β)) of ara-C(1.22 hr.) was significantly smaller than that of BR-28702-2(4.420 hr.). The absolute bioavailability of BR-28702-2 after i.p. injection was 1.125%. This lower bioavailability, together with previous reports that marked antineoplastic activity was observed when given i.p., indicates that BR-28702-2 would act as a depot system to release active moieties. Further works. therefore, need to be done to characterize active metabolites.

If the students who shoulder the destinies of our country, are the best intellectuals and will play leading parts in the society are in good condition of school life, they may be in good condition of every day's life and their habit and attitude may be good, so their good life will uplife their studies at school. Achamma Chacko Says; "I taught them (the students) on health, and at its result, they brought the variation of knowledge, that of attitude, that of act, that of habit and that of tradition." Because the education of university is required, I have aimed at studying the research of knowledge, consciousness, life of health and habit through primary school, middle school, and high school of our students. Through the enquete of students 835 who have not been taught on the education of public health in three zones of eoul, Daejon, and Kunsan, the following result are given. 1. The opportunity of education and knowledge concerning health are influenced through Mass Media and parents greatly, and the education on the disease of blood, such as contagious diseases and adult diseases, should be required at the Middle and High Schools. 2. In case of school girls, eating habit is bad, and the cognition of extermination dosage and preventive injection for health and habite is weak. 3. The students are not proud of their health, and they are rather fear of their health. 4. The universities/colleges teaching health to the students are 17.8% among 101 universities/colleges in our country. Therefore, the education of health is inevitable in the educational curriculum of university. 5. The content of the education of health should contain the management of contagious disease, sanitation of environment, adult disease, drink, smoking, and coffee, etc.
블럭탐색 제어를 이용한 프랙탈 영상 부호화 시간 향상과 컬러 영상에의 응용

In this paper, in order to reduce block search area during the process to determine the coefficient of IFS transform equation in Fractal Coding, We performed the following steps : First, We partitioned Domain blocks and Range blocks with certain critical point determined by the edge characteristcs and the direction of brightness. When similar block's detected, the Domain block in the same class of the given range was only searched. Second, When the processing is on, We determined the linear list structure with the second error limit, We, therefore, could control coding time, We tryed to improve the compression rate of the Image with reducing the number of times of tranformation by changing the area of block with Quadtree Partitioning, and also tried to progress the fidelity of the image by changing the search density of search area, according to the magnitude of range block. We applied these method to image compression of 24-bpp color. First of all, after converting the RGB coordinate into YIQ Coordinate which has brightness signal and chrominance signal, We minimized by a quarter and coded I,Q signal which implies the information of the color but takes just small part at image information and on the case of decoding, with linear interpolation method we got I,Q signal enlarged as it was. All throughout these processing, We could find out that There are no damages on the original image, and we are able to make better result on compression rate and fidelity of image comparing with those of conventional Fractal Coding method which was applied to the RGB images.

휴대 인터넷(WiBro)기지국/단말기 Modem의 효율적 하드웨어 구조 설계

국내 HPi(high speed-portable internet) 표준인 와이브로(WiBro)는 고속 데이터 전송과 다종 접속을 웠해 OFDM에 근간을 둔 OFDMA (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access) 다중 접속방식을 사용하고 있다. OFDM방식은 다수의 직교성을 지닌 반송파에 정보를 지닌 신호를 실어 데이터를 전송하는 방식으로, 직교 반송파를 구현하기 위해 IFFT/FFT 변환을 사용하여 하드웨어로 간단히 구현할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 반면에 OFDM은 동기화 오차에 대해 근 민감성을 보이고 있는데, 이에 대해 wibro는 60km/h의 속도에 대헤 안정적인 데이터 전송을 요구하므로 도플러 효과에 의한 영향이 매우 크다고 할 수 있으며, 다중 경로로 생기는 왜곡과 함께 시스템의 시간 동기화의 성능을 감소시키는 결과를 가져오게 되었다. 이에 대헤 휴대 인터넷 단말기 모뎀에서는 채널 환경에 대해 강인성을 지니도록 설계되었고, 비교적 큰 시스템이 모뎀으로 구현되게 되어 휴대 인터넷 단말기의 효율적인 저전력 설계 및 고속 이동시 우수한 성능을 위해 최상의 알고리즘 구현 및 최적화된 하드웨어 구조가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 휴대 인터넷 단말기의 효율적인 하드웨어 구조 설계 대해 알려주고 있으며, 전체 시스템의 채널 환경하에서의 성능을 평가하여 보여주고 있다.
치과 기공사들에게서 나타나는 호흡기 증상과 이의 관련 요인

This study was carried out to investigate subjective respiratory symptoms and their attributable factors in Korean dental laboratory technicians. A questionnaire was mailed to randomly selected 1,900 dental laboratory technicians. Among them, 1,344 dental technicians completed the questionnaires and returmned them. Validity and reliability tests on the questionnaires were carried out before the main survey. To investigate risk factors on respiratory subjective symptoms, we performed analysis on distribution of characteristics, and then investigated univariate analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis. The prevalence rate of wheezing, cough and phlegm, and dyspnea was 4.8%, 33.9%, 54.9%, respectively. Statistically significant factors inducing subjective respiratory symptoms by multiple logistic regression analysis were sex, smoking, exercise, health examination, work hours a day, investment gas, investment dust, metal fume, resin vapor, and asbestos dust. Considering the results above, it seems that most subjective respiratory symptoms are related with health habits and occupational environmental-related factors. The result, consideration in mind, suggest that health promotion programs for smoking cessation, regular health examination, and physical exercise in health habit, and improvement on casting and resin work in dental technological environment be necessary.

영암댐의 어도를 이용하는 회유성 어류 자원의 계절적 변화 연구

영암호 통선겸용 갑문식 어도에서 총 30회의 어류 조사 결과 줄공치, 웅어, 숭어, 빙어, 전어 등 총 25종이 출현하였다. 어도의 출현 종은 계절별로 종조성, 개체수, 생체량에 있어서 크게 변동하는 것을 보여 주었다. 월별 총출현 종수는 6월에 12종으로 가장 많은 종이 출현하였으며, 다음으로 7, 8, 9월에 11종, 10월에 10종이었으며, 11월에 6종, 4월과 5월에 각각 5종으로 가장 적은 종수의 출현하였다. 종다양도지수 또한 6월에 1.048로 가장 높았으며, 11월에 0.346으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 출현종의 개체수는 봄철이후로 전반적인 감소 경향을 보여 주었으며, 주요 우점종의 전체 개체수는 줄공치, 웅어, 빙어, 숭어의 순으로 나타났다. 생체량도 개체수의 변화와 마찬가지로 봄철이후로 전반적인 감소 경향을 보여 주었으며, 주요 우점종에 대한 전체 비율를 보면 웅어, 줄공치, 빙어, 숭어의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 영암호 통선겸용 갑문식 어도에서 어도 이용 생물의 종조성, 개체수 및 생체량의 뚜렷한 계절적인 변화 (temporal variation)를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 계절별로 다양한 종들이 그들의 생활사의 일부 기간에 어도를 효과적으로 이용하고 있다는 것을 반영해 주었다. 우점종의 한종인 줄공치의 체장빈도분포 분석결과 줄공치는 두개의 연급군으로 이루어져 있으며, 두번째 연급군이 탁월 연급군이었다. 가입은 주로 여름철 (8월과 9월)에 일어났다. 이러한 결과는 줄공치가 치어기부터 성어기까지 어도를 이용하고 있다는 것을 지적해 주고 있다. Investigations were made on the temporal changes in species composition and species diversity, number of individuals and biomass of fishes in the fish way constructed at Young-am Dam. During the sampling period total 25 species were observed. Of these, dominant species were Hemiramphus kurumaeus, Coilia ectenes, Mugil cephalus, and Hypomesus olidus. Number of species was the most numerous in June (12) and the least in April and May (5). Similar results were found in the species diversity index (H'), which was 1.048 in June and 0.346 in November. There were variations in number of Individuals and biomass of fishes in the fish way, showing a gradual decline from summer to Autumn. This suggests that a variety of adult and larval fishes utilized in the fish way as a channel of migration in relation to their life history. Number of individuals (percentage of total number) was in the order of Hemiramphus kurumaeus (63%), Coilia ectenes (17%), Hypomesus olidus (15%), Mugil cephalus (5%) and biomass (percentage of total biomass) in the order of Coilia ectenes (51%), Hemiramphus kurumaeus (35%), Hypomesus olidus (7%), Mugil cephalus (4%). For one of the dominant species, Hemiramphus kurumaeus, length-frequency distribution showed that it consisted of two cohorts, with predominance in the 2nd cohort and recruitment occurred mainly in August and September, indicating utilization of fish way at various stages during its life history.
802.11p MAC 시뮬레이션을 위한 NS-2프로그램 제안

IEEE 802.81p는 최소 200km/h의 속도에서 반경 1,000 미터를 커버하며, 운송수단(자동차 등)과 길저리의 장치 또는 운송수단 간에 통신을 지원하는 PHY 및 MAC 표준이다 802.11p 표준의 "Wireless Access in Vehicular Environment(WAVE)"는 기존의 802.11 표준을 기반으로 보다 더 확장되고 특성화된 서비스의 제공이 기대되고 있는데, 충돌방지, 여행정보, 요금 지불, 교통량 관리 등이 바로 이것이다. 이러한 표준의 네트워크를 실험하기 위해서는 컹퓨터 시뮬레이션툴이 필요한데, 그 가운데 NS-2는 확장된 TCL 스크립트 언어와 C/C 언어로서 구성된 시뮬레이터로서 소스가 공개되어 있고, 주석이 있어 유저가 쉽게 네트워크의 원하는 부분을 수정하여 성능 평가 및 실험을 할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 기존의 NS-2 시뮬레이터는 802.11e표준으로 수정된 소스가 공개되어 있을 뿐, 802.11p 표준으로의 소스 수정이 필요하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 Network Simulator를 수정하는 방법을 연구하여 제시하였다.
