In this thesis, the writer has dealt with the characteristics and improvements of Employment system in Korea as compared with the Japanes Lifetime commitment, for this system is a common Institution in Asian nations (such as Korea and Japan) and it attracts worldwide attention in these days. As we well know, the economic growth in the last severe instability has continued to grow up through her special employment system in Japan, and we can find some resemblances in her system to that of Korea, such as Seniority rule in wage and promotion and business familism etc., so it is thought to be worth while to study comparatively those systems of two countries. In dealing with this subject, the writer concentrated his effort to study the component parts and merits and demerits of the Japanes systems, and next the formation procedure and the characteristics of the system of Korea in chapter two. In chapter three, he examined improvable perspectives of Korean employment system, such as the rational manpower management and the wage and salary. Especially in connected with the wage and salary, he suggested several propositions that may be well applied in the near future are like the followings. (a) Wage and salary for long and meritorious service should be rearranged rationally. (b) productivity wage system should be applied in the near future, (c) Job wages system should be introdeced gradually etc. Therefore, at last he asserts that it is desirable to develope the Lifetime employment system that is very suitable to the climate of enterprise in Korea.
배양 조건이 Candida albicans의 phospholipase 생성에 미치는 영향

Background : The dimorphic yeast, Candida albicans, is considered as a dangerous opportunistic pathogen in immunocompromised hosts. Several phospholipases of C. albicans are known to be secreted into the culture medium. Phospholipases have been proposed as a virulence factor in the pathoenesis of Candida infections. Objective : In order to investigate enzyme production, we examined culture condition of secreted phospholipase production from C. albicans. Methods : C. albicans ATTCC 10231 was cultivated in various media at 37℃ for 3 days. Phospholipase activity was measured by fatty acid soap precipitaiton in plate containing 0.04T lecithin, 0.1 M citrate buffer, pH 4.2 and 1.5% noble agar. Results : Phospholipase was highly induced when C. albicans was cultivated in broth medium(containing glucose 2%, albumin 0.2% and Fe^++ ion 0.01%) and Saboulaud's dextrose agar supplemented with 0.01% sodium deoxycholate. Conclusion : Highly induction of secreted phospholipase by albumin from C. albicans may be play an importans role in tissue invasion in the pathogenesis of C. albicans.
적응제어를 이용한 Tacho 발전기의 전압 regulation 에 관한 연구

In this paper, Indirect adaptive control based on gradient algorithm is applied to the voltage regulation of tachometer connected to the D.C motor. Experimental over all system is assumed to be a second order linear discrete system. Experiment Data are abtained using HP-1000 minicomputer and 2240 A measurement and control processor. In section Ⅰ, and Ⅱ, the history of adaptive control theory and the indirect adaptive control theory using state variable filter are introduced. The experimental result and conculusion are discussed in section Ⅲ, and Ⅳ.

Anti-idiotypic antibodies (Ab2) that bind to the antigen-combining sites(paratopes) of anti-tumor antibodies (Ab1) may functionally and structurally mimic the tumor antigen defined by the Ab1. Thus, the anti-idiotypic antibodies resembling the original tumor antigen are called internal images of the tumor antigen and can be used as surrogate antigens for active specific immunotherapy. The advantages of Ab2 vaccines over conventional antigen vaccines are their high specificity, safety, ease of production, and potential to break immune tolerance to tumor antigen. The basic mechanism for immune tolerance breakage by Ab2 vaccines is a kind of cross-reaction between tumor antigen and Ab2 at T cell level. Anti-idiotypic antibodies have been shown to induce antigen-specific humoral and cellular immune reponses in experimental animals and cancer patients. In this paper, we will describe the idiotypic network, the advantages of Ab2 vaccines over conventional antigen vaccines, the mechanism of action of Ab2 vaccines, and the preclinical and clinical trials of active specific immunotherapy with Ab2 vaccines.
企業內 敎育訓練制度의 實態와 改善方向에 關한 硏究 : 全北地域의 中小企業을 中心으로 Chiefly on the Small Business in Jeon Buk District

This study intends to research the current state of the business in-house training, to extract its problems to be solved, and to suggest some improvement schemes. To do this, 100 questionairs were delivered to small business which are randomly sampled among 865 in Jeon Buk district but 60 were answered, and interview were carried out with those whom take charge of training in these small business. This study contents as follow: In the 2nd chapter, this defines the concept of in-house training in business and explained the reasons why it is needed, expected effects of it, and how it can be developed. 3rd chapter explained the current state of big business in whole country and small business in Jeon Buk district. 4th chapter extracts some problems to be solved and suggests improvement schemes of them. Last chapter concludes as follow. 1. Each business should cultivate self-style in-house training system and put it in practice. 2. The business in-house training should grow to mutually organic relations between self-development(SD), on the job training(OJT), off the job training(off JT) and career development program(CDP). 3. Instead of informal, formal training course should be introduced and enforced. 4. Collective training method should be converted into dispersed training method. 5. The in-house training should be related with personnel administration system and personnel management policy. 6. The in-house training should be enforced from a mere sense of duty and more budget should be assigned to it. When these conditions were satisfied, successful upbringing of able human assets and management objectives can be achieved.
중성자 조사에 의해 생성된 실리콘 결정내의 점결함 연구

반도체 소자의 기판 재료로 사용되고 있는 실리콘 웨이퍼는 그 정밀도가 매우 중요하다.본 연구에서는 균일한 Dopant 농도 분포를 얻을 수 있는 중성자 변환 Doping을 이용하여 실리콘에 인(P)을 Doping하는 연구를 수행하였다.중성자 변환 Doping, 즉 NTD(Neutron Transmutation Doping)란 원자번호 30인 실리콘 동위원소에 중성자가 조사되면 원자번호 31인 실리콘으로 변환되고, 2.6시간의 반감기를 갖고 decay 되면서 인(P)으로 변하게 되어 실리콘 웨이퍼에 n-type 전도를 갖게 하는 것을 말한다.본 연구에서는 하나로 원자로를 이용하여 고저항(1000-2000Ω㎝) FZ 실리콘 웨이퍼에 중성자 조사하여 저항의 변화를 관찰하였고, 중성자 조사시 발생하는 점결함을 분석하여 점결함이 저항 변화에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다.중성자 조사 전 이론적 계산에 의해 16.8Ω㎝와 4.76Ω㎝의 저항을 얻을 수 있을 것으로 예상되었고, 중성자 조사 후 SRP로 측정한 결과 실리콘 웨이퍼가 3Ω㎝와 2.5Ω㎝의 저항을 가지고 있을 확인할 수 있었으며, FT-IR 분석결과 점결함의 변화 양상을 확인할 수 있었다.
