The budget review process of local council is in charge of an important function of checking the executive whitch is going to be the bureaucracy and of maintaining blance with the executive for the development of local government. The budget review of local council should not be used as the political means, nor should it be the obstraction of local harmony by giving benefits only to the minority. So in the budget review process, the political application of information for local harmony should essentially be a matter of infortance. And the provincial members' hardly obtain this information and professional knowledge because they are not professional man. In this point of view, the purpose of this paper is to analyze positively actual conditions that the councilor use the policy information, and to seek the way of improving the policy information use. The datas used in this research are council records of KyongPook provincial (1998), questionnaire, and councilors' memorandums. The analysis was made by simple statisics which verified the frequencies analysis. To improve policy information of the members through the stable act of the budget review, the solutions to problems are the fellowings: we must institute the cooperative system about the offer of data and investigation in the administrative office. positive cooperation with the assistance of policy information for the budget review in necessary.

A case of iatrogenic Cushing's syndrome in a 42-year-old male pntient was experienced. Physical findings revealed central obesity, moon face, Purplish striae in lower abdomen. The patient had a history of corticosteroid treatment for the management of psoriasis for several years. The diagnosis was confermed by patient's history, physical finding, biochemical and hormonal assay. On admission, the hormonal studies revealed as follows;urinary 17 Hydroxycortico steroidslevel was decreased to a range of 5㎎/day and urinary 17-ketosteroid level was within normal limit. After A.C.T.H. stimulation test, the urinary 17-hydroxycorticosteroid level was not elevated also. Our case was reported and the current literatures about cushing's syndrome wers reviewed
相變化物質을 利用한 열저장계의 說計變數에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ)

This investigation was performed to determine the changes in the type of energy extraction by the shift of the temperature and flowrate of the input air in the heat supplying system of a phase change material-heat storage system. For the phase change material. Na₂SO₄10H₂O was used and by changing the temperature and flowrate of the input air, the different wall temperatures(T??) and the temperatures at the center of the cylinder(T?) were recorded. Thus the changes in surface heat flux as a function of time of latent heat output was obtained. The result reveals that when the temperature of input air is constant. the freezing time of Na₂SO₄·10H₂O is inversely proportional to the flow rate of air with the slope of 0.39 in the log-log coordinate and when the flow rate of air is const, ant the freezing time of Na₂So₄.10H₂O is proportional to the input air with the slope of 1.84 in the log-log coordinate. Another conclusion is that the flow rate of the input air had a markedly influence than the temperature on affecting the type of energy extraction.

The DMA(Dimethylamine) gas sensors were fabricated with the ZnO-based thin films grown by a RF magnetron sputtering method. We investigated the sensitivity and response time according to temperature variation and DMA gas concentration. The ZnO-based thin film sensors sputtered in oxygen atmosphere showed higher sensitivity than those sputtered in argon atmosphere. The ZnO-based thin film sensors doped with Al_(2)O_(3), In_(2)O_(3) and V_(2)O_(5) and sputtered in oxygen atmosphere showed the maximum sensitivity of 218(working temperature, 250 ℃, DMA gas, 160 ppm) and speedy response time. The ZnO-based thin film sensors doped with Al_(2)O_(3), In_(2)O_(3), TiO_(2) and V_(2)O_(5), sputtered in oxygen atmosphere and aged at 330 ℃ showed the maximum sensitivity of 156(working temperature, 250 ℃, DMA gas, 160 ppm).

Our construction markets recognize the necessity of an interchange of construction information. The construction information includes the project based data such as successful or unsuccessful information for the project and the non-project based data such as specifications or regulations. This study suggests a methodology for holding construction information in common among construction contractors by a standard construction project homepage. For the interchange of construction information by the construction project homepage, this study develops an auto-generating system of construction project homepage with some standard contents for representing a construction project. The auto-generating system of project homepage can minimize input data from the construction site and simplify the procedures for building project homepage.

The ammonia gas sensors were fabricated with the ZnO-based thin films grown by a RF magnetron sputtering method. We investigated the sensitivity and response time according to temperature variation and ammonia gas concentration. The sensors sputtered in oxygen atmosphere showed higher sensitivity than those sputtered in argon atmosphere. The Au(0.3 wt.%) doped-ZnO thin film sensors aged at 330 ℃ showed the maximum sensitivity of 28 and good response time at a working temperature of 250 ℃ and to 160 ppm ammonia gas. The Pt(0.1 wt.%) doped-ZnO thin film sensors showed the maximum sensitivity at a low working temperature of 200 ℃.

This study is Changes of Public Organization as Introduction of Information Technology. According to the analysis of the data collected from the literature research, analysis in the Use of Information Technologie and public Organization attributable to the use of Computer could make the public organization far more changed by increase of jobs, the number of hierarchical levels and the degree of personal, the degree of centralization and decentralization, the power structure, the increase of the business rules and a supervision. However, much uncertainty exists regarding public organization by the Information Technology.

Nowadays, the Local government have become extensive users of computing. The increase in computing use has been based on the assumption is a tool which enables agencies to increase their business efficiency. According to the analysis of the data collected from the Gu-Mi city local government, analysis in efficiency attributable to the use of computing are perceived by local government employees in term of work speed, accuracy, cost saving, service improvement, and sense of accomplishment. However, much uncertainty exists regarding the utilization of time freed, coordination of service delivery by the use of computing.

To elucidate the present forest avifauna of Jangsoo county, bird censuses were conducted at Mt. Seongsu, Mt. Bonghwang, and Mt, Mabong from April to July, 2006. A total of 48 bird species was recorded. Among them, 36 species were estimated prospective breeding species. The most of dominant species in this area was Paradoxornis webbianus. The legal protected birds listed by Ministry of Environment were 2species : Falco peregrinus(endengerd species classⅠ) and Charadrius placidus(endengerd species classⅡ). And also, natural monuments designated by Cultural Heritage Administration were six species : Falco peregrinus, Accipiter soloensis, Falco tinnunculus, Ninox scutulata, Otus scops and Aix galericulata
