흰쥐 뇌세서의 Cholecystokinin mRNA 함유신경세포의 분포

목적 : 뇌에서 Cholecystokinin(CCK)-8 함유신경세포의 분포에 대해서는 면역조직화학적기법을 이용하여 행한 연구가 많으나 CCK mRNA함유신경세포의 분포에 대한 연구는 아직 단편적이므로 본 연구에서는 이들 신경세포의 분포를 정확히 밝히고져 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 흰쥐 뇌에서 ^35S가 표지된 oligonucleotide를 이용한 in situ hybridization기법으로 관찰하였다. 결과 및 결론 : 종뇌; 후구의 전후핵, 신피질, 이상엽, 후내야, 외측, 기저 및 피질 편도핵, 해마체, 그리고 선조체에서 CCK mRNA함유신경세포가 관찰되었다. 간뇌; CCK mRNA함유신경세포가 시상의 경우 전내측시상핵, 전복측시상핵, 외측시상핵, 내측시상핵, nucleus reunions, nucleus rhomboideus, 그리고 내측슬상핵에서 관찰되었으며 시상하부의 경우는 시삭상핵, 실방핵, 등내측시상하부핵, 그리고 유두상핵에서 관찰되었다. 중뇌; 흑질의 밀집부, 복측피개야, nucleus linea rostralis, 중심회색질, Edinger-Westphal nucleus, 그리고 하구에서 CCK mRNA 함유신경세포가 관찰되었다. 교 및 연수; CCK mRNA 함유신경세포들이 lateral parabrachial nucleus 삼차신경척수로고유핵, 거대그물구성체핵, 연수그물구성체, 그리고 삼차신경척수로핵에서 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과를 지금까 보고된 CCK-8함유신경세포의 분포에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구결과와 비교 하였을 때 대부분의 부위에서 CCK-8 및 CCK mRNA 함유신경세포의 분포가 유사하였으나 시상의 경우 CCK-8 함유신경세포는 검출되지 않은 반면 매우 많은 수의 CCK mRNA 함유신경세포가 존재함을 알 수 있었고 대뇌 피질의 경우 CCK mRNA 함유신경세포수가 CCK-8 함유신경세포보다 월등히 더 많았다. 반면, 등측봉선핵 및 고속핵에서는 CCK-8 함유신경세포가 다수 존재함이 보고되어 있으나 본 연구의 경우 CCK mRNA 함유신경세포를 관찰할 수 없었다. In order to investigate the distribution of cholecystokinin(CCK) mRNA containing neurons in the rat brain, brains were extirpated rapidly, frozen sectioned and processed for in situ hybridization technique with ^35S labeled oligonucleotide probe. The results obtained were as follows Telencephalon; CCK mRNA containing neurons were found in the anterior olfactory nucleus, neo-cortex, piriform cortex, entsorhinal cortex, lateral, basal and cortical amygdaloid nucleus, hippocampus and corpus striatum. Diencephalon; In the anterior medial thalamic nucleus, anterior ventral thalamic nucleus, lateral thalamic nucleus, medial thalamic nucleus, nucleus reuniens, nucleus rhomboideus, and medial geniculate nucleus, CCK mRNA containing neurons were found. In the hypothalamus, CCK mRNA containing neurons were located in the supraoptic nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, dorsomedial nucleus and supramammillary nucleus. Midbrain; CCK mRNA containing neurons were found in the substantia nigra pars compacta, ventral tegmental area, nucleus linea rostralis, substantia gricea centralis, Edinger-Westphal nucleus and inferior colliculus. Pons and Medulla oblongata; CCK mRNA containing neurons were found in the lateral parabrachial nucleus, nueteus originalis nervi trigemini, nucleus reticularis gigantocellularis, nucleus reticularis medullae oblongatae, nucleus tractus spinalis nervi trigemini.

都市産業의 特性과 經濟基盤分析에 관한 硏究

Recently, small and medium sized cities are to be a new limelight in developing countries. Because, they have performed important roles in promoting are spreading economic and social development of the country. I can assert that it is the optimum time to smooth out difference between regions, to activate local small and medium cities at this time. Because the recognition against polarization reversal on the dispersal policies than the first stage of the powerful trend of concentrative development. This study is concerned with all small and medium sized cities in Kore.a, and has two main purpose. First one is to select the general analysis variables affecting urban growth from existing theoretical literatures, Second one is to identify the dominant factor and their change for the growth of small and medium sized cities in Korea through the analysis of correlation with growth rate. The basic goal of this treatise puts on emphasize to issue the problems through looking into realities and functional roles of small and medium cities in the urban system for the past 10 years in Korea, to find out alternative method in order to activate the strengthening of foundation and functional activity of local small and medium cities by analyzing the relevancy between functional character and growth potentiality of individual cities.

잡종유아견에서의 복벽근육조작에 의한 복강용적 증대효과에 대한 연구

Primary reduction of the eviscerated visceral bulk present in gastroschisis and large omphalocele can cause elevation of the diaphragm, compression of the vena cava, and pressure on the viscera due to the significant disproportion between extra-abdominal bulk and capacity of the abdominal cavity. A similar discrepancy also exist between the amount of viscera reduced and the space available to accomodate such within the peritoneal cavity following repair of the major diaphragmatic hernia. Many techniques have been suggested as a means of circumventing this loss of intra-abdominal domain for protruding viscera. But none has proved to be the foolproof. The ideal repair is complete primary closure without compressing and compromising the respiratory state, venous return, or intestinal blood supply. I, the author, have applied a new procedure to the abdominal muscles of five puppies with various weights, and measured before and after this proecdure, inferior vena cava pressure and intra-gastric pressure versus air volume of the balloon in the abdominal cavity before and after application of this procedure, respectively. The result is that the capacity of abdominal cavity can be increased by this procedure. So I'd like to introduce this procedure as one method of primary closure of gastroschisis and omphalocele.

Interleukin-2를 이용한 진행성 위장관암의 비장을 경유한 자가 LAK Cell의 면역학적 반응

To elucidate the anticancer effect by observing the effect of LAK cells after infusion of IL-2 through splenic artery for the advanced gastrointestinal cancer, randomized study was performed for the 8 patients who had liver metastasis from gastic and rectal cancer. 4 patients were performed subtotal gastrectomy for stomach cancer and the others were done abdominoperineal resections for rectal cancer. The liver metastasis were noted all of the cases after surgery between October 1989 and December 1992 at the Department of Surgery, Keimyung University School of Medicine. After confirmation of the hepatic metastasis from gastorintestinal cancer, we performed selective splenic arterial infusin of IL-2 with the dosage of 20,000 units/kg B.W. We checked the immune function pre-and post-IL2 infusion therapy, such as total lymphocyte count, T-cell percentage and CMI multitest with blood count and hepatorenal function. There was no difference between the pre-and post IL-2 infusion in the hemoglobin, serum protein, albumin, BUN and creatinin. The total lymphocyte counts of pre-and post IL-2 infusion were 1641.2 and 1727.4, respectively. The T cell percentage of pre-and infusion were 62.51% and 64.27%, respectively and had the tendency to increase in comparison with pre-IL-2 infusion, but there were not stastical differences. The results of CML muiltitest of pre-and post IL-2 infusion were not definite differences. From the above results, it could be suggested that LAK cell after infusion of IL-2 via selective splenc artery had the slightly positive effect of the immune function of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patient, with hepatic metastasis.

복벽근조작술에 의한 제탈장과 위벽파열의 치료 : A NEW APPROACH

The disproportion between extra-abdominal visceral bulk and concomitant expensile capacity of the intra-abdominal volume is the most immediate threat to survival in infants with either a sizable gastroschisis or the large forms of omphalocele. Under these circumstances, the forceful return of eviscerated visceral bulk to their abdominal cavity invites disaster. The extreme increase in intra-abdominal pressure that results not only thrusts the diaphragm upward and, thereby, severely limits ventilatory exchange but also prevents, through compression of the inferior vena cava, free return of venous blood to the heart. Recently auther have a case of a large omphalocele and three cases of gastroschis closed primarily using a procedure increasing the size of the abdominal cavity by the seperation of skin flap, external-and internal-oblique muscles, and transversal muscles with peritoneum, respectively. This procedure was obtained after five small puppy(Mean age ; 5 days, mean weight ; 2.0kg) were used for the animal experiment. I belive that this proceure can accomplish the primary closure of the gastroschisis, omphalocele or major disphragmatic hernia ; with disolving the some degree of disproportion between the size of the eviscerated visceral bulk and the size of the abdominal cavity ; with rare necessary for ventilatory support and elimination of infectious or other complications those can be occurred by other procedures.

孔子의 政治哲學思想에 關한 硏究 : A Study of political phylosophy of Confucius

This thesis is a study on the political philosophy of confucius. The main theory on the political philosophy of confucius is the basis of morality (OiUa) and the foundation of the people(UAUa) . Firstly, he said that the construction of confucian political philosophy was consistent in the thought of a general idea(iaU￡), the thought of moral politics and the policy of econo-mics. He said that the basis of morality and the foundation of the people could correct a con-fused sociaty. Secondly, he said that the embodiment of confucian political thought was consistent in the politics of the Royal Road(eYO³) and Human Value. He said that needed them to continue in the social stability and, order and peace from the confused society. Thirdly, it was recognized that the construrtion of a moral society was an absolat sub-ject. It is said that all the factors which I said above will contribute to overcome the political problems of today, such as concealed and privileged conciousness, the immorality politics, the despolitics abuse of government right and disharmoney between ruler and thrruled, and so on.

북한이탈주민의 사회적응 7년 추적 연구 : 생활과 교육을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analysis the change patterns of life style and education of North Korean defectors. The questionnaire of this study is for two hundred North Korean defectors who had entered South Korea in 2001. The questions are about residence, education, legal issue, and health. According to this study, the residences of the defectors were still concentrated on the Metropolitan area. Type of residence has become varied so as to increase proportion of their own-houses and long-term leases. Males had got educated for employment purpose, while females had learned using computer the most. Among age groups, the 20s and the 30s had taken regular education the most. As the length of staying in South Korea had increased, the legal cases had decreased; however, the legal issues had become more complicated. The number of the defectors with chronic diseases has gradually declined; thus, overall health status of the defectors had become better. As the length of staying in South Korea had increased, their needs for supports of basic life had decreased, while the demands for consultation about marriage and legal issues. In the conclusion, we point out several ideas based on this study result, which can be utilized in developing policies and supporting programs for North Korean defector adaptation in South Korea.

위령탕 및 인진오령산이 Galactosamine에 의한 白鼠의 肝損傷에 미치는 影響

The protective effects of Wuiryungtang(위령탕) and Inginoryungsan(인진오령산) on D-galactoasmine induced liver damage were researched in rats. Oral feeding or Wuiryungtang and Inginoryungsan to rat on four consecutive times at 0, 3, 6 and 12 hours after galactosamine(375mg/kg, ip) treatment effectively protect against AST, AST, ASP, LDH, and total and direct bilirubin changes induced by galactosamine. In particular, the effect of Wuiryungtang plus Inginoryungsan have shown the important significance on protecting the liver damage induced by galactosamine, and that has striding effects on the inhibition of serum bvilirubin level change. In this paper, however, if cannot be studied for Wuiryungtang and Inginoryungsan how to have these protective effects and the process. The more continuous research will show the process and mechanism of the effects. Then the prescriptions will be clinically used broadly on the liver.

멀티노드(공장자동화) 운영을 위한 네트워크에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 멀티노드 시스템의 자동화를 위한 네트워크를 구성하고, 지능형 범용 제어기를 개발하였다. 통신 프로토콜이 우수하고 경제성이 뛰어난 Echelon사의 LON(Local Operating Network) 기술을 이용해 네트워크를 구축하였으며, 개발한 제어기에서는 범용성과 기능의 확장을 위해 Intel사의 16Bit One Chip Microprocessor인 80C196KC를 이용하였다. LON 시스템과 프로세서와의 통신을 위해 Token Passing 프로토콜을 이용한 Firmware를 개발했으며 각 노드를 운용하기 위한 80C196KC용 운용 프로그램을 개발했다. 개발한 지능형 범용제어기의 실험을 위해 온도 및 레벨 제어가 가능한 소형 네트워크 시스템을 구축하고 시뮬레이션 하였다. 또한 시스템 상황을 제어하고 감시하기 위해 Windows 환경의 모니터링 시스템을 구축하였다. In this paaper, we proposed a network for multi-node system automation, and developed intelligent universal controller. For this work, we used LON technique having powerful protocol and cost effective, and developed an intelligent universal controller with Intel One chip microprocessor 80C196KC to increase versatility and to guarantee reliability. We developed firmware using token passing protocol for communication between LON system and intelligent controller, and built 80C196KC program to control each node. To evaluate the intelligent controller, we applied it to a small network system which is able to control the level and the temperature. To control the system and to monitor its condition, we set up a monitoring system which is operated under Windows environment.
