이 논문의 목적은 광양항 컨테이너부두 배후부지의 개발방향과 활성화 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 우선, 배후부지의 개발과 운영에 관련된 계획, 법규 및 국내외 사례를 검토한 후, 배후부지 유치대상 기능과 주요시설을 규명하고, 개발 기본구상도와 단계별 개발계획안을 제시한다. 배후부지 개발사업의 활성화를 위해 정부의 정책적 지원방안 및 관련조직간의 협조방안과 배후부지 입주업체의 유치방안을 제시한다. 아울러 배후부지 개발의 기대효과 및 최근 경제상황에 따른 건의사항을 제시한다. In this paper we try to make suggestions for the development and promotion for the hinterland of the Kwangyang container port. First, we investigated the development plan, the law and several cases related to the development and operation of the port hinterland. Then we propose a scheme to develop the hinterland and define major functions and facilities for the hinterland. For the promotion of the hinterland, we suggest several roles of the government organizations to activate functions of the hinterland and ideas to attract customers. Finally, we suggest an expected effect according to the development of the hinterland and propose a proper way of the development considering the recent Korean economic situation.

Research Trend Analysis on Customer Satisfaction in Service Field Using BERTopic and LDA

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive various ways to realize customer satisfaction for the development of the service industry by exploring research trends related to customer satisfaction, which is presented as an important goal in the service industry. Research design, data and methodology: To this end, 1,456 papers with English abstracts using scienceON were used for analysis. Using Python 3.7, word frequency and co-occurrence analysis were confirmed, and topics related to research trends were classified through BERTopic and LDA. Results: As a result of word frequency and co-occurrence frequency analysis, words such as quality, intention, and loyalty appeared frequently. As a result of BERTopic and LDA, 11 topics such as 'catering service' and 'brand justice' were derived. As a result of trend analysis, it was confirmed that ‘brand justice’ and ‘internet shopping’ are emerging as relatively important research topics, but CRM is less interested. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the 7P marketing strategy is working to some extent. Therefore, it is proposed to conduct research related to acquisition of good customers through service price, customer lifetime value application, and customer segmentation that are expected to be needed for the development of the service industry.

Research Trends Analysis on ESG Using Unsupervised Learning

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify research trends related to ESG by domestic and overseas researchers so far, and to present research directions and clues for the possibility of applying ESG to Korean companies in the future and ESG practice through comparison of derived topics. Research design, data and methodology: In this study, as of October 20, 2022, after searching for the keyword 'ESG' in 'scienceON', 341 domestic papers with English abstracts and 1,173 overseas papers were extracted. For analysis, word frequency analysis, word co-occurrence frequency analysis, BERTopic, LDA, and OLS regression analysis were performed to confirm trends for each topic using Python 3.7. Results: As a result of word frequency analysis, It was found that words such as management, company, performance, and value were commonly used in both domestic and overseas papers. In domestic papers, words such as activity and responsibility, and in overseas papers, words such as sustainability, impact, and development were included in the top 20 words. As a result of analyzing the co-occurrence frequency of words, it was confirmed that domestic papers were related mainly to words such as company, management, and activity, and overseas papers were related to words such as investment, sustainability, and performance. As a result of topic modeling, 3 topics such as named ESG from the corporate perspective were derived for domestic papers, and a total of 7 topics such as named sustainable investment for overseas papers were derived. As a result of the annual trend analysis, each topic did not show a relatively increasing or decreasing tendency, confirming that all topics were neutral. Conclusions: The results of this study confirmed that although it is desirable that domestic papers have recently started research on consumers, the subject diversity is lower than that of overseas papers. Therefore, it is suggested that future research needs to approach various topics such as forecasting future risks related to ESG and corporate evaluation methods.

Exploration of Research Trends in The Journal of Distribution Science Using Keyword Analysis

Purpose – The purpose of this study is to find out research directions for distribution and fusion and complex field to many domestic and foreign researchers carrying out related academic research by confirming research trends in the Journal of Distribution Science (JDS). Research Design, Data, and Methodology – To do this, I used keywords from a total of 904 papers published in the JDS excluding 19 papers that were not presented with keywords among 923. The analysis utilized word clouding, topic modeling, and weighted frequency analysis using the R program. Results – As a result of word clouding analysis, customer satisfaction was the most utilized keyword. Topic modeling results were divided into ten topics such as distribution channels, communication, supply chain, brand, business, customer, comparative study, performance, KODISA journal, and trade. It is confirmed that only the service quality part is increased in the weighted frequency analysis result of applying to the year group. Conclusion – The results of this study confirm that the JDS has developed into various convergence and integration researches from the past studies limited to the field of distribution. However, JDS's identity is based on distribution. Therefore, it is also necessary to establish identity continuously through special editions of fields related to distribution.

Overseas Research Trends Related to Research Ethics Using LDA Topic Modeling

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive clues about the development direction of research ethics and areas of interest which has recently become a social issue in Korea by confirming overseas research trends. Research design, data and methodology: We collected 2,760 articles in scienceON, which including ‘research ethics’ in their paper. For analysis, frequency analysis, word clouding, keyword association analysis, and LDA topic modeling were used. Results: It was confirmed that many of the papers were published in medical, bio, pharmaceutical, and nursing journals and its interest has been continuously increasing. From word frequency analysis, many words of medical fields such as health, clinical, and patient was confirmed. From topic modeling, 7 topics were extracted such as ethical policy development and human clinical ethics. Conclusions: We founded that overseas research trends on research ethics are related to basic aspects than Korea. This means that a fundamental approach to ethics and the application of strict standards can become the basis for cultivating an overall ethical awareness. Therefore, academic discussions on the application of strict standards for publishing ethics and conducting researches in various fields where community awareness and social consensus are necessary for overall ethical awareness.

A Study on SEMs’ Performance Compensation Strategy Using AHP and IPA

This paper attempts to derive effective performance-reward strategies for SMEs, which is one of the primary concerns raised by SME CEOs. This paper draws on the four question items such as the financial/direct performance-reward factors, the financial/indirect performance-reward factors the non-financial/direct performance-reward factors and the non-financial/indirect performance- reward factors to shed light on the most important factors and aspects that need improving, using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The overall findings on the SMEs’ performance-reward factors of interest here are indicative of the need for rectifying their performance-reward systems. The results showed that the support of leader, extension of retirement age, recognition, management policy, wage, bonus payment and achievement should be improved immediately.

Exploring Depression Research Trends Using BERTopic and LDA

The purpose of this study is to explore which areas have been more interested in depression research in Korea through analysis of academic papers related to depression, and then to provide insights that can solve future depression problems. 1,032 papers searched with the keyword “depression” in scienceON were analyzed using Python 3.7 for word frequency analysis, word co-occurrence analysis, BERTopic, LDA, and OLS regression analysis. The results of word frequency and co-occurrence frequency analysis showed that related words were composed around words such as patient, disorder and symptom. As a result of topic modeling, a total of 13 topics including 'childhood depression' and 'eating anxiety' were derived. And it has been identified as a topic of interest that 'suicidal thoughts', 'treatment', 'occupational health', and 'health treatment program' were statistically significant topics, while 'child depression' and 'female treatment' were relatively less. As a result of the analysis of research trends, future research will not only study physiological and psychological factors but also social and environmental causes, as well as it was suggested that various collaborative studies of experts in academia were needed such as convergence and complex perspectives for depression relief and treatment.
