        세라믹 섬유필터를 이용한 디젤 입자상물질 배출저감에 관한 기초연구

        Works were focused on back pressure characteristics of ceramic fiber filter on DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) system and experiments were performed to select appropriate filter which can filter particulates. Filters were installed on metal-support tube which has openings for exhaust as flow. Ceramic fiber filters with high specific surface area and adequate high temperature strength are commercially available for filtration of diesel particulates and in-situ hot regeneration. Thus, ceramic blanket and ceramic board which are used as insulating media were applied to filter and filteration apparatus was installed on exhaust as line connected to 2.0L diesel engine. Alternating filter structure to adapt DPF system, collection efficiency test of diesel particulates was measured. In case of ceramic blanket, pressure drop was low, caused by the destruction of soft structures. Also, particulate collection efficiency was decreased depending on loading time. In case of ceramic board, structure design was altered to reduce back pressure on DPF system. Structure design was altered to induce Z-flow by making 10mm and 5mm holes on the surface of media. Alteration of 5mm hole showed that media have low back pressure but particulate collection efficiency was 77%, while 10mm hole showed that of 90%.

      • 위암에서 Galectin-3 단백질 발현에 관한 연구

        The expression of galectin-3 protein in four different gastric cancer cell lines and lymph node tissues of patients with gastric carcinoma was studied by Western blotting, immundhistochenustry and flow cytometry analysis. Western blot analysis of galectin-3 using anti-galectin-3 , mAb indicated that a 29 kDa protein was expressed in 3 gastric cancer cell lines, AGS, KATO BI , and SNU16, but not in SNU1 which was a non-adherent cell line. Interestingly, SNU16 cells secreted galectin-3 into the culture media. Flow cytometry analysis revealed that NIH3T3, AGS, and KATO III cells expressed the galectin-3 on the cell surface. The level a))' galectin-3 expression was highest in AGS (91.5%), high in KATO M (69.5%), and low in NIH3T3 (55.8%). The gastric cancer cells metastasized into .lymph node tissues were heavily stained whereas normal lymphocytes were not stained. This study suggested that the expression of galectin-3 and the metastasis of gastric cancer cells might be correlated.

      • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

      • 철근콘크리트 벽구조의 단면 최적화에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to suggest an effective optimization algorithm for the minimum cost design of R.C. wall, using a complete stress-strain relationship. Since strength and steel ratio are usually considered at the preliminary stage in the design of R.C. wall, the strenght constraints and the side constraints (lower limits of steel ratio and other code requirements) are used as design constraints. A cost objective function for the minimum cost design is obtained by considering the cost of concrete, steel bars, and forming. Optimization is achieved by using heuristic method. It has been observed that minimum steel ratio is the optimum steel ratio, for the compression failure wall; and optimum steel ratio is increased with the design moment for the tension failure wall.

      • Murine Sarcoma Virus로 변이시킨 가토신장세포의 지질조성에 대한 연구

        Differencies of lipid composition of mnrine sarcoma virus 970-17 traiisfomed rabbit kidney cells and their plasma membranes were studied. Free cholesterol was the major neutral lipid extracted from the whole cells and plasma membranes of all these cells. The micromoles of total neutral lipids and phospholipids are elevated in plasma membranes compared to whole cells from monolayer cultures. The distribution of fatty acids in the major lipid classes of plasma membranes and whole cells generally follow the composition of calf serum used in the culture media.

      • Begonia Semperflorens의 器官分化에 미치는 몇가지 要因에 關한 硏究

        Begonia semperflorens 줄기組織을 MS 배지를 이용하여 器內 培養時 器官分化 및 生長에 미치는 cytokinin류, Ca, Mg myo-inositol의 影響을 조사한 바 그 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. NAA 0.1mg/l와 BA 0.1mg/l가 혼용된 배지에서는 不定芽 形成을 촉진시켰던 反面 NAA 0.1mg/l 와 Kinetin 0.1mg/l가 혼용된 培地에서는 不定根 形成 및 伸長이 촉진되었다. Ca 처리농도에 있어서 부정아 형성은 무처리에 비하여 Ca 처리배지에서 약간 증가하는 경향을 보였던 반면, 부정근의 형성은 Ca 처리배지에서 민감하게 반응하였다. 특히 Ca 440mg/l 처리에서 부정아 및 부정근 형성이 가장 양호하였다. Mg이 첨가되지 않은 배지에서는 부정아 및 부정근이 형성되지 못했고 Mg370mg/l에서 가장 많은 부정아 및 부정근이 형성되었다. 低濃度(50, 100mg/l)의 myo-inositol이 첨가된 배지에서는 부정아 형성에 효과가 없었지만 고농도(200, 400mg/l)에서는 약간 촉진되었다. 이에 비하여 myo-inositol은 부정근 형성에 매우 민감한 반응을 보였다. Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of cytokinins, Ca, Mg, and myo-inositol on the formation and growth of adventitious shoot and root in Begonia semperflorens stem segments cultured on MS medium. The medium containing both NAA 0.1 mg/l and BA 0.1 mg/l promoted the formation of adventitious shoot, while NAA 0.1 mg/l and kinetin 0.1 mg/l in the medium accelerated the formation and growth of adventitious root. In concentrations of Ca treatment, the formation of adventitious shoot tended to be increased on the medium containing Ca. On the other hand, the formation of adventitious root was sensitively affected with Ca treatments, the concentration of Ca 440 mg/l, especially, gave the best result for adventitious root formation and growth. No adventitious shoot and root was formed on the medium without Mg. However, the best result for the formation of both adventitious shoot and root was obtained on the medium containing Mg 370 mg/l. The formation of adventitious shoot was not effective on the medium with low concentrations of myo-inositol (50 and 100 ㎎/l), while that was slightly promoted with high myo-inositol concentrations (200 and 400 mh/l). On the other hand, myo-inositol showed the sensitive response for adventitious root formation.

        鐵筋콘크리트 보의 附着擧動에 관한 硏究

        Cracking is considered to be one of the important factors in determining the durability of reinforced concrete structures. When the bending stress exceeds the modulus of rupture of the concrete, cracking fom along the length of members. The total load is transferred across these cracks by the reinforcement, but the concrete between craks is still capable of carrying stresses due to the bond between steel and concrete. This phenomenon is called the tension stifening effect. The tension stiffening effect is affected by many variables, such as the bond stress, strength of concrete, interrocking of aggregate, type of steel, and dowel action of steel. Also, this tension stifening effect is usually quite significant in beams under service loading, and must be taken into account in the calculation of deflection and crack widths. In this study, the experiment was carried out on types of specimen, strength of concrete, and steel ratio and finite element analysis were compared in terms of load-deflection relationship, crack pattern.

        The measurement method using voltage ratio is able to measure a coupling coefficient k which is a parameter of power transmission between coils. We verified that the coupling coefficient k between couples of the similar coil with different size equal reciprocally and the coupling coefficient k between two coils on the same axle differ little from the mutual diameter ratio. The coupling coefficient k on the distance between the center point of coils have linear change characteristics.

        기동 유무 판별 기준의 변화에 따른 기동표적의 추적 성능 비교

        표적 추적에서 기동은 오랫동안 다루기 어려운 문제로 여겨져 왔다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 기동을 처리하는 여러 가지 기법들이 연구, 개발되었다. 그러나 이러한 기법들의 연구에 있어 지금까지 기동 검출 기준차의 변화에 대한 필터의 성능의 편차에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 않고 있어 기동에 따른 적절한 기동 검출 기준치의 설정이 객관적인 기준없이 이루어지고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문에서는 기동 표적 추적용 필터에 있어 여러가지 기동에 대해 기동 유무 검출 기준치의 변화가 필터에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 이를 분석함으로써 기동과 기동탐지 기준치와 상관관계를 실험적으로 규명하였다. For a long time target maneuvers in tracking problem have been a difficult task to handle. In order to solve this problems, there have been various tracking techniques. In the development of a tracking filter for a maneuvering target, maneuver detection threshold plays a key role. However, no study of filter performance the varying maneuver detection threshold has been carried out so far. In stead, the maneuver detection have been chosen empirically. In this paper, the effect of detection threshold selection on the performance of the tracking filters was considered and the relationships between maneuvers and the detection threshold have been analyzed by simulation.
