        범부처 연계를 통한 장애인 취업지원 전달체계 개편 방안 탐색: 특수교육 대상자 데이터연계를 중심으로

        본 연구는 범부처 취업지원 시스템 구축에 있어 자료를 연계하는 과정이 보다 효율적으로 이루어지기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 특수교육, 직업재활, 사회복지 및 장애인 복지, 행정학 등의 전공 및 전문분야에 있는 9명의 실무 전문가, 학계 전문가를 두 집단으로 구성하여 초점집단면담을 실시하였다. 이들을 대상으로 면담한 주제는 범부처 취업지원 시스템 구축에 있어 자료 연계의 가치, 내용, 방식 및 판정에 대한 것이었으며, 이를 위해 두 차례 면담을 진행하였다. 면담을 통해 수집한 자료는 전체 인터뷰를 함께 분석하는 방법(Cross-case Interview Analysis)으로 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 한 결과, 면담 내용은 자료 연계의 방향, 자료 연계의 방식 및 활용, 부처별 제공서비스 판정 및 유기적 연계 방안의 대주제로 분류될 수 있었고, 각 대주제별로 2~3개의 중주제, 2~4개의 소주제로 분류할 수 있었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 범부처 장애인 취업지원 시스템 연계가 효율적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 자료 연계뿐만 아니라 수집할 자료에 대한 합의, 지표화 및 표준화, 서비스 판정 기준의 일원화 등 다양한 측면에서의 개선이 이루어져야 함을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to find a way to make the process of linking data more efficient in the construction of a cross-ministerial employment support system. To this end, nine working-level experts and academic experts in majors and specialties such as special education, vocational rehabilitation, social welfare and welfare for the people of disabilities, and public administration were organized into two groups and focused group interviews were conducted. The subjects of the interviews were about the value, content, method, and judgment of data linkage in constructing a cross-ministerial employment support system, and for this purpose, two interviews were conducted. The data collected through the interview were analyzed by the method of analyzing the entire interview together (Cross-case Interview Analysis). As a result of data analysis, the interview contents could be classified into major topics: the direction of data linkage, data linkage method and use, determination of services provided by each department, and organic linkage plan, For each major theme, it could be classified into 2~3 mid-themes and 2~4 sub-themes. Through the results of this study, it can be confirmed that improvements in various aspects such as not only linking data, but also consensus on data to be collected, indexing and standardization of data to be collected, unification of service judgment standards, etc., should be made in order to efficiently link the employment support system for the people of disabilities in all ministries. there was.

      • Topology Optimization for Polymeric Foam Shock-Absorbing Structure Using Hybrid Cellular Automata

        The foam shock-absorbing structures such as cushioning packages are popularly utilized to protect various products from mechanical shock and vibration during transportation. Although a thick cushion is required to avoid damage of products, it accompanies increasing costs for transportation and material. Therefore, packaging design engineers have tried to find optimal geometry parameters. They want to obtain a cushioning package structure minimizing the volume of the package in despite of better performance through various optimization techniques. In this paper, we propose a new topology optimization method suitable for the polymeric foam shock-absorbing structure such as a cushioning package under drop load conditions of multiple directions. Conventional approaches of topology optimization based on sensitivity information are practically infeasible due to the very high computational cost and difficulties for nonlinear dynamic analysis. In our approach, a heuristic topology optimization method, known as the hybrid cellular automata (HCA), is used. The HCA algorithm distributes uniformly internal energy density and controls the relative density of cellular automata (CAs) making up the design space in order to maintain or increase the performance of shock absorption and to decrease the amount of material. Especially, this paper presents a modified SIMP (Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization) model for foam materials, which parameterizes the design region and interpolates the material properties. We try to optimize a simple bottom-cushioning package of the refrigerator using the proposed foam SIMP model with commercial S/W, LS-DYNA for drop/impact dynamic simulation and LSOPT/TOPOLOGY for the HCA algorithm. The drop simulation and topology optimization are performed considering multiple drop-directions. As a result, our approach removes elements which not related to the shock-absorption performance and induce an optimal cushioning structure using a sfoam material.

      • Development of Small Target Detection for Maritime Accident Monitoring Using 3D Game-Based Deep Learning

        It is important to recognize the drowning person as soon as possible in maritime accidents. In real maritime accidents, it is difficult to identify the drowning person because of their small size compared to the marine environment. To solve this problem, this paper presents a methodology to detect small target using commercial games with 3D graphical engines. Proposed methodology combines as following four steps: (1) divide high-resolution original image into several small patches, (2) image processing using CLAHE and Canny edge detection, (3) detecting small targets using convolutional neural networks (4) restore patches into original image. To detect small target in the high-resolution original image, small patches and image processing techniques are considered to raise the signal-to-noise ratio of the small target. The small patches are uses as test data of convolutional neural networks (CNN), the softmax values of each patch are displayed on the reconstructed image. To enhance the accuracy of CNN, virtual image data acquired from the commercial game using the 3D graphical engine are used as training data. In order to verify the performance of the proposed methodology, a case study of real maritime accident situation was conducted. The performance of the proposed methodology outperforms original deep convolutional neural networks.

      • Who Becomes a Leader in Teams: The Function of Motivation and Empowerment

        This study explores the emergence of leaders in newly-formed teams based on two motivational aspects of individual differences: motivation to lead (MTL) and leadership self-efficacy (LSE). Sampling from the soldiers in the Korean Army Training Center, it was found that MTL and LSE are positively related to leader emergence outcomes. In addition, LSE was found to mediate the relationships between MTL and leader emergence. Moreover, this study introduces the moderating role of external leaders on the relationship between motives and leader emergence in leaderless teams. It was found that the empowering leadership behavior of external leaders moderates the effects of MTL and MTL on leader emergence.

      • Urban ‘Scenes’ and Local Development

        This research focuses on applying the new concept of ‘urban scene’ to the metropolitan city of Seoul. In particular, the paper purports to determine the relationship between urban scenes and local development. In so doing, the paper first describes the concept of urban scene and its importance in urban sociology. The paper suggests three dimensions of scenes, legitimacy, theatricality, and authenticity, with specific examples and indicators. The basic argument of the urban scene approach is that we need to put more emphasis on the consumption aspect of the city, especially on cultural consumption. Thus, the city is now a place of consumption rather than a place of residence or production. Based on the theoretical discussion of urban scenes, the research draws a map of ‘Seoul Scenes’ in terms of five different sub-dimensions of urban scenes: traditional, glamour, bohemian, ethnic, and global scenes. To do so, various amenity data were collected for all of the 424 dong’s’ of Seoul, mainly from the Electronic Yellow Pages and the Business Registration Data of the Statistics Bureau. Using the amenity data, five detailed scene maps of the Seoul metropolitan area were drawn using the ARCGIS program. The results show that the part of Seoul north of the Han River (called ‘Kangbuk’ in Korean) is more traditional and the part south of the Han River (‘Kangnam’ in Korean) is more glamorous and global. In the next step, this study analyzes how scenes can influence the values and identities of the residents. By combining the scene map and Seoul Survey data, the research finds that those who live in the scenes with the highest scores, especially glamour, bohemian, and global scenes, have more professional occupations and tend to be more sensitive to cultural consumption. This suggests that the areas with the highest scene scores can better attract the creative class and have a higher possibility of job creation and economic development. Finally, the research discusses the relationship between scenes and housing prices. Using the apartment price data of Seoul city, the research shows that distribution of apartment prices in Seoul is significantly affected by the scene factors.

        Multi-Dimensional Dynamics of Hallyu in the East-Asian Region

        Previous Hallyu research has concentrated on the characteristics of Hallyu products by emphasizing their strengths and uniqueness. This research explores the concept of Hallyu in terms of cultural flow in a larger sense by understanding that Hallyu is an expression of a hybrid pop culture appealing in Asia based on the long tradition of cultural interactions with Asian and Western countries. In order to understand Hallyu in East Asia, this study conducted Focus Group Discussion (FGD) in four cities: Beijing, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Tokyo. Most of the FGD participants agreed that Hallyu was a trend in their society, and some of them appreciate Hallyu as a hybridization of Western and Asian pop culture. Korean cultural products provided cultural similarities and differences to local people. However, the FGD participants also pointed out the problems for Hallyu, such as lack of variety and the one-way promotion of Korean culture without understanding local cultures. In order to sustain the popularity of Hallyu in East Asia, this research suggests increasing cultural exchanges and collaborations with Asian countries. This research contends that Hallyu must become hybridized again by incorporating local cultures. By doing so, Hallyu will not only promote its hybrid culture but will also acquire cultural diversity to compete on a global scale.
