이온교환체로서 Polyphenylene Sulfide Sulfonic Acid에 관한 연구

Sulfonated poly(phenylene sulfide)(S-PPS) was prepared by the reaction of poly(phenylene sulfide)(PPS) with fuming sulfuric acid. The sulfonation was confirmed by the high intensity band of the SO_3H group at 1190 cm^-1. Thermally crosslinked S-PPS was used for a cation exchange polymer with high thermal stability. The ion exchange capacity of soluble S-PPS(H-form) and insoluble S-PPS(H-form) was 5.16meq/g and 3.50meq/g, respectively. The ion exchange capacity and IR absorbance at 1190cm^-1 of S-PPS were decreased as the curing temperature was increased.

Wingate test 및 Supramaximal exercise를 이용한 무산소성 운동능력의 측정시 나타난 변인의 관련성을 살펴본 본 연구를 요약하면 다음과 같다. Wingate test시 혈중젖산농도 최고치는 9.04±0.62mM로서 Supramaximal exercise시 보다 유의하게 높았으며, 혈장 LDH 및 CPK활성도는 두가지 운동부하후 모두 유의한 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 근전도상의 적분치, 중간파형빈도 및 평균파형빈도도 유의한 변화는 없었다. 등속성 수축시의 최대토오크는 양쪽 다리 모두에서 초당 60도의 각속도에서가장 높았다. Wingate test시의 최대파워는 등속성 수축시 최대토오크 및 Wingate test시 중간파형빈도의 직접적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났으며, 평균파워는 Wingate test시의 적분치 변화, 듣는 쪽 슬관절의 등속성 수축시최대토오크 및 Supramaximal exercise시 혈장 LDH 활성도의 직접적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과에서 무산소성 운동능력과 관련지어 그 기전을 살피고자 할 때 체내 화학적 변화, 전기생리적 변화 및 발현능력의 복합성을 고려해야 하며 최대누적 산소결핍량의 활용가능성은 측정강도 결정방법을 중심으로한 계속적인 연구가 요구된다. The present study examined the relationship of variables related to anaerobic capacity with Wingate test and supramaximal exercise. Peak value of blood lactate concentration with Wingate test showeda significantly higher than suprammaximal exercise, and plasma LDH & median power frequency and mean power frequency were not any difference between two tests. Peak torque of isokinetic contractionh on knee joint showed a highest value in 60 degrees of angular velocity among a various angular velocity. Peak power of Wingate test was related to peak torque of isokinetic contraction and median power frequency of EMG with Wingate test, and mean power of Wingate test was related to integrated EMG with Wingate test, peak torque with isokinetic contraction of dominant knee joint and plasma LDH activity with supramaximal exercise. In this result, when it analyzed the mechanism of anaerobic capacity, ti was required the consideration of complexity according to biochemical alteration, electrophysiological alteration and revelation of performance, Appicapability of maximal accumulated O₂deficit was demaned a continuous study with the focus of exercise intensity.

프로축구단의 조직구조 및 조직문화와 리더쉽 유형관계 연구

Many corporate organizations have tried to find source in orgarnizational culture and leadership for responding to environment and increasing organizational effectiveness since 1990's. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among the styles of leadership, organizational structure and organizational culture of the pro-soccer team. The subjects of this study were collected 250 players in pro-soccer sports organizations. The statistical methods such as Multiple Covariance Analysis were used to analyze the collected data for the this research goal. From the analyses of the data, the study reached the following conclusions. Firstly, the sub variables of styles of leaderships of pro-soccer show partly significant influences on organizational structures Secondly, the sub vanables of styles of leaderships of pro-soccer show partly significant influences on organizational culture. The above conclusions of the study indicate the fact that the structural and cultural characteristics were influencing on the style leadership. This indication implies the styles of leadership of pro-soccer sports organizations should carefully consider the structural and cultural characteristics in order to promote from the fierce competitions and obtain profit through the effective management of the pro-soccer sports organizations.

생활폐기물의 배출원별 발생량 및 질적 특성

This study aims to investigate generation and physicochemical characteristics of Municipal Solid Wastes(MSW) generated from different sources in Kyungju. The source are apartments(low, high-rise), single family houses(centra1, outer), traditional market, office(city hall), factory, school, Park. The unit waste discharge rate of residential MSW excluding recyclable solid wastes was 0.47 kg/(capita . day). The maximum coefficients of variation for month and season were 1.23, 1.17, respectively. The bulk density of solid wastes was largely different for each sampling site, and the bulk densities of apartment district, single family house district and public area were 232㎏/m, 247kg/m, 170kg/m, respectively. The load factory of vehicle was 457kg/m. The percentage of combustible material to solid wastes was 86.5%. The physical compositions of solid wastes were food of 36.2%, Paper of 32.3%, plastic of 11.9%, glass of 6.5%, metal of 4.6%, textile of 3.0%, rubber of 1.8% and wood of 1.3%. The proximate analysis results of solid wastes showed moisture of 45.7%, volatile solids of 45.2%, and ash of 9.1%. In case of moisture content, the maximum value showed 66.7% in high-rise apartment district and the minimum value 14.0% in school district. Carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur and chlorine contents of combustible solid wastes were 48.4%, 7.0%, 25.9%, 1.3%, 0.2% and 0.4%, respectively. The low heating values of combustible solid wastes were 1,365 ~ 2,896kca1/kg (average 1,892kca1/kg) in residential area and 1,200∼3,878kca1/kg (average 2,178kca1/kg) in public area. Especially, the generation rate and the moisture content of residential MSW separating food wastes decreased 2.7 and 1.7 times and the low heating increased 2.1 times in apartment district.

이상의 실험결과로 보아 중합체 리간드 사슬에 치환기가 있거나, 분자량이 큰 중합체 리간드는 금속착물의 촉매작용을 증가시키는 것을 알 수 있으며, 치환기의 크기를 변화시키거나 증합체의 분자량을 조절함으로써 금속착물의 촉매작용을 조절할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 메틸기보다 더 큰 알킬기(에틸,n-프로필 등)를 가졌거나 여러가지 분자량을 가진 중합체 리간드로 된 금속착물의 합성 및 촉매활성도 조사가 현재 진행중에 있으며 이 실험결과는 이미 합성된 PPI 리간드의 분자량과 함께 다음의 완보에 발표될 것이다.

In dorsal laminectomy for the surgical treatment of thoracolumbar disc disease in dog, the bur could slip into the vertebral canal. For the decrease of this probability of danger, osteotome was used with instruments such as bur and rongeur in dorsal laminectomy. At thoracic vertebrae (T10-T11) and lumbar vertebrae (L5-L6) area, dorsal laminectomys were performed in a dog. In observation for 3 months after surgery, the dog revealed healthy physical condition. For the confirmation of healing condition at 3 months after dorsal laminectomy, two surgical sites were exposed by incision. Excellent healing response was observed with no adhesion and fibrosis in the vertebral canal.

Study on the Calculation of Safe Sidetracking Time for the Local Train using Blocking Time Model

It is increasing interested in the introduction of an express train to enhance the competitiveness of the railway. If the express train would be introduced in a certain line on which only local trains run, sidetrack is needed for the express train to overtake local train. In addition, it is also very important to properly set the sidetracking time of local train in terms of ensuring safety of rail traffic flows. This paper explains the calculation method of safety sidetracking time for the local train on the shunting station using the blocking rime model. And then, a case study shows the operation of the mixed train traffic using overnight-staying track of SMRT Line 6. It includes the estimation of safety sidetracking time for local train and the possible operation plan for the conflict-free local & express traffic flows.
