The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of physical self-concept and school life satisfaction of middle School students participating in sports clubs. To achieve this purpose, male and female middle school students participating in sports clubs in the C area in 2015 using a convenience sampling method were aimed to collect data. The data was subjected to factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation and regression analysis using the SPSS 19.0 program, The results are as follows. First, the fitness had significant influence among physical self-concepts of the sub-factors on satisfaction school life satisfaction, teacher relationships, and physical behavior. Secondly, the flexibility, of the sub-factors among physical self-concepts of sub-factors had significant influence on the subordinate relationship between teachers which is the sub-factors of school life satisfaction. Third, the health, and appearance, among physical self-concepts of sub-factors had significant influence on the physical environment of sub-factors of the school life satisfaction.
CHO 세포에서 생산된 human folic acid receptor type γ의 특성

In this study, we transfected the +TAhFR-_(Y) and -TAhFR-_(Y) cDNA into Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) to investigate its biosynthesis and folic acid binding affinity. The -TAhFR-_(Y)-expressing CHO cells didn't produce any proteins which cross react with the polyclonal anti-human folate anti-serum and can bind [H³]folic acid. The +TAhFR-_(Y)-expressing CHO cells produced a [H³]folic acid binding protein in the medium. However, we couldn't detect any cell surface [H³]folic acid binding and transport activities. The +TAhFR-_(Y)-expressing CHO cells were more rapidly damaged than the wild type CHO cells in the low concentration folic acid media. Result of this experiment suggest that although soluble type +TAhFR-_(Y) produced by CHO cells can bind [H³]folic acid, they do not involve in internalization of folic acid.

This study aims to investigate the pattern of tranquility in the rural life in the literature of Korean ga-sa. The works of ga-sa collected for this purpose include the one written by monk Na-ong-wha-sang in the latter half period of Koryo dynasty and those created up until the latter period of Chosun dynasty. The collections of ga-sa can be classified into two categories according to the type of subject. The one is characteristic of the quieteness of farm-house life and the other, of glory in honorable poverty.
양막상피세포와 영양배엽세포에서 α1-antitrypsin 의 발현에 시토카인이 미치는 영향

We have examined indirectly the expression of α1-antitrypsin by determined the TIC(trypsin inhibitory capacity) in the cultured medium of the amnionic ephithelial cell and trophoblasts. The TIC of the cells was cultured in the presence of supernatent by treatment of neutrophils with(CNMP) or without(CNM) phorbol myristate acetate(PMA) is identical in both coultured cells. By the western blotting analysis, the substance possess the TIC in the cultured medium is identified to the α1-antitrypsin. From these results, the cytokines secreted by the neutrophils did not affected the secretion of α1-antitrypsin in the both cultured cells. But, some unidentified proteinases cleaved the α1-antitrypsin. Thus the neutrophil proteinases might be involved in premature rupture of the membranes(PROM) by any means.

With advent of the computer technology, the organization of computer systems has been increasingly extended and complexed. The detailed design of the systems can not be completed until several system design criteria are established. The complexity of the proposed systems makes it extremely difficult to analyse their dynamic characteristics, and thus to have an optimal design. Even the existence of the systems can not be justified on the basis of simple mathematical calculations. Therefore, it is an important research subject to develop a method to simulate computer systems. As far as computer systems simulation is concerned, it has not sufficiently developed, since the computer systems are so complex that it is impossible to describe them virtually in terms of a set of mathematical equations. It might be consequently considered that the only way of analysing the behaviors of computer systems would be one describing them explicitly by using another computer. The main object of this thesis is to propose a practical and exact mean of simulating computer hardware systems, and then to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed method through applying it to an existing computer system. Moreover, it is also necessary to indicate that the simulation is a useful tool for a quatitative performance evaluation, and is crucial in improving the design of computer systems. Details are given of the proposed method and the experiments on the simulation as well as the discussion associated with the procedures and techniques used in designing and carrying out the simulation.

A. I divided the contents of "Kasa" (Old Korean Odes of a kind) into seven items as following; 1. In the Kasa which is royal to the Kings the writers are dealing with the royalism among the rules to govern Five Human Relations in the practical morality of Confucianism. These are being much expressed in the series of Samiinkok. 2. In the Kasa which is expressing the writer's life being content amid poverty and taking delight in the way, the writers are, as they are Confucianist, admiring and glorifying such living ways. 3. In the Kasa which is ethical, the writers are emphasizing too much exclussively the morality in their works. 4. In the Kasa which is cherishing and praising the bygone days, the writers are cherishing ancient sages' deeds of moral excellence and praising local public servents' good government. 5. The Kasa which is Buddhistic was mainly written by Buddhist Monks. 6. In the Kasa which contains the Taoism, the writers are adopting not throughout, but here and there the Taoist expressions. 7. In the Kasa which express the love with one another, the writers are expressing the love between males and females in the named or anonymous works, and the love between parents and their children, especially between mothers and daughters in the Naebang-Kasa. (Kasa written by women) B. I made an observation on the numeral Rhythm and termination in Yangban-Kasa (Kasa written by aristocrats) and Naebang-Kasa. 1. As for the numeral Rhythm, I compared those of 4 pieces of Song-Kang-Kasa, 7 pieces of Nogye-Kasa and 10 pieces of Naebang-Kasa with one another by statistical data. 2. I compared the terminating styles of 30 pieces from each of Yangban-Kasa and Naebang-Kasa with one another by statistical data of numeral Rhythm. C. I dared to introduce a new opposite view against former opinion which insisted that the terminating style of Yangban-Kasa had been in accord with that of terminal part of Shijo till Sukjong Dynasty, but from the Yongjo Dynasty its style was transformed into a style appropriate to the commoners because from that period the literature of common people became influential and demolished its former style. 1. The Kasa had two terminating styles; one is in accord with that of last part in Shijo and the other differs from them. 2. In the beginning the transformed styles were superior in number and going on these barely have kept alive under superiority of set-form till Chung Keuk-in (A Kasa writer) and were succeeded by women of Yongman District and became active under influence of commoners' literature. 3. On the other hand, the set-form style was settled by Sangchun-Kok written by Chung Keuk-in and prevailed in the period of Song-Kang and Kogye and finally in the period of Yongjo Dynasty the aristocrats themselves following the social stream accented the transformed style easier to terminate the last part of Kasa.
사람 태아간의 산호성 과립백혈구형성에서 산호성 과립형성에 대한 미세구조 연구

The developmental processes of eosinophilic granule formation were ultrastructural investigation of eosinophilic granulopoiesis in 15 cases of human fetal livers from 8 to 34 weeks of gestation. 1) Numerous vesicles, microgranules and small agranular and granular vacuoles were distributed around the distended Golgi apparatus in myeloblast and eosinophilic promyelocyte. 2) Granular matrix of vacuoles contained small granular vacuoles, serveral vesicles and mutilamellar structures. The granular substance exhibited higher electron density than that of cystic rough endoplasmic reticulum(RER) and was similar partly to that of immature eosinophilic granules. 3) Distended cystic RER was fused to produce matrix of maturing granules with granular vacuoles and immature eosinophilic granules. 4) Immature eosinophilic granule which began to be produced in eosinophilic promyelocyte, had myelin sheath-like structure and debris of vesicles and granular vacuoles and those disappeared immediately. The charicteristic crystalloid inclusions began to develop in immature eosinophilic granule of myelocyte. In summary, it is suggested that vesicles and granular vacuoles as well as RER in the myelocyte and promyelcyte are participating in the formation of immature eosinophilic granules which become mature with the appearance of charicteristic crystalloid inclusion

The purpose of this study is firstly to find out the characteristics of motions through the analysis of temporal factor of phase, velocity, angular, angular velocity of the segment, ground of reaction force and the moment of the lower data in the Abmilechagi Taekwon-do and second to contribute to the systematic technical coaching on the next motion, the offer of basic data and the ability of winning a match. In order to accomplish this purpose the analytical research with the three national team players was needed and the following results were found: 1. The total amount of time in carrying out the motion of the Abmilechagi is 0.64±0.03 seconds on the average though, there seems to be no difference between the three persons and it appeared that it is better to shorten take-off than to make the next step longer. 2. The distance of movement of the center of gravity of human body to the left and right sides is from 5.73±4.55cm on the average in take-off and shows relatively a big difference in the movement of the center of body to the two sides while kicking. The movement of the center of gravity of human body into forward and backward 44.63±30.34cm on the average in kicking, and the center of gravity of human body tends to more to forward while kicking. The distance of the center of gravity of human body to upward and lower separately reveals the distance of 10.50±7.45cm and of 10.43±10.14cm on the average. As a result, the power of moving to upward while raising the leg is being transmitted to the kicking moment. 3. The distance of the center of foot to left and right sides in kicking motion is 19.5±15.61cm in lifting up moment, and appears to be ineffective in contrast to the effects of other moments. The distance of the movement to upward and power shows that there is little change from raising to kicking. 4. There's not much change in speed in the movement of the center of gravity of human body to four sides. However, the change of speed in forward and backward motions is noticeable from the moment of raising the foot to the end of kicking. Therefore, So, it is discovered that to kick so fast and move the foot quickly are closely related to the use of the forward movement speed of the center of gravity of human body. 5. The speed change of kicking foot to forward side appears faster than the there moments and shows so different results than the there movement. 6. In he angle of knee in kicking, the smallest angle is 66.8±69.4 on the average, and is 156.5±10.95 during the time of impact on the average. 7. The bending angular velocity hip joints marks 734.0±175.55deg/s in the moment of smallest angle of knee in the next kicking, and proves that the velocity of turning round increases rapidly so as to shorten the angle of knee as much as possible. Angular velocity of extension in the moment of impact marks 196.3±29.10deg/s and appears to push and kick using extension of hip joints. angular velocity of flexion of knee joints is 283.8±3.86deg/s on the average, and angular velocity of flexion of hip joints is faster than angular velocity of flexion of knee joints. 8. Ground of reaction force of the standing leg is from 198(0.30BW) - 528.4(0.90BW) 9. The muscle moment of flexion of hip joints shows that the smallest knee angle of kicking leg is 12.9±4.87Nm on the average, and angular velocity of extension of knee joints is 2.6±2.38Nm in impact time on the average proving the rapidity of angular velocity of extension in impact.
유기산 완충용액의 불소농도가 상아질의 재광화에 미치는 영향

상아질의 재광화에 적당한 불소농도에 대하여는 서로 다른 주장이 존재하므로 불소가 병소 내 무기질의 분포와 수산화인회석 결정성장에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 이 연구를 시행하였다. 치아절편을 유산완충 탈회용액에 넣어 인공 치아우식을 형성한 후, 재광화 효과를 관찰하기 위해 불소농도가 각각 1, 2, 4 ppm인 유산완충 재광화용액에서 7일간 유지시켰다. 우식 진행과 재광화 양상을 관찰하기 위하여 탈회 2일, 재광화 7일 등 총 9일간 편광현미경으로 관찰하였으며 수산화인회석결정의 변화를 관찰하기 위하여서는 정상상아질, 탈회 2일군, 재광화 7일군의 파절시편을 주사전자현미경으로 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 모든 군에서 병소상부의 무기질침착과 병소하부의 무기질소실이 동시에 일어났다. 2. 불소농도가 증가하면 우식 병소의 무기질침착이 증가하였다. 3. 수산화인회석결정이 커졌다. 본실험의 결과에 의하면, 상아질의 우식과 재광화과정이 단순히 탈회 또는 재광화만이 독립적으로 일어나는 과정이 아니고 이 두 과정이 동시에 일어나는 동력학적인 과정이다. 또한 불소농도의 증가와 함께 재광화 양상도 증가하였고, 이러한 재광화는 유기기질망 주위의 수산화인회석결정을 중심으로 진행되었다. The aim of this vitro-study is to evaluate the effects of fluoride on remineralization of artificial dentine caries. 10 sound permanent premolars, which were extracted for orthodontic reason within 1 week. were used for this study. Artificial dentine caries was created by using a partially saturated buffer solution for 2 days with grounded thin specimens and fractured whole-body specimens. Remineralization solutions with three different fluoride concentration (1 ppm. 2 ppm and 4 ppm) were used on demineralized-specimens for 7 days. Polarizing microscope and scanning electron microscope were used for the evaluation of the mineral distribution profile and morphology of crystallites of hydroxyapatite. The results were as follows: 1. When treated with the fluoride solutions, the demineralized dentine specimens showed remineralization of the upper part and demineralization of the lower part of the lesion body simultaneously. 2. As the concentration of fluoride increased, the mineral precipitation in the caries dentine increased. The mineral precipitation mainly occurred in the surface layer in 1 and 2 ppm- specimens and in the whole lesion body in 4 ppm -specimens. 3. When treated with the fluoride solution, the hydroxyapatite crystals grew. This crystal growth was even observed in the lower part of the lesion body which had shown the loss of mineral.

The purpose of this longitudinal study was to examine the growth changes of mandibular symphysis and lower incisors with age. The material was 294 lateral cephalometric radiographs taken longitudinally from 6 to 13 year old children, who were not teated orthodontically. The following conclusions seem to be warranted. 1. The sex difference of the measurements of mandibular symphysis and lower incisors were not statistically significant. 2. There were growth increments (2.69mm in boys and 2.08mm in girls) in the total thickness of mandibular symphysis. 3. There were a great change and individual variations on the curvature of anterior border of mandibular symphysis. 4. The chin angle had a tendency to decrease progressively in both sexes. 5. There were growth increments (8.23mm in boys and 7.40mm in girls) in the anterior dental height. 6. The lower anterior teeth tended to incline labially with age.
