      • ION-SELECTIVE ELECTRODES OF FERRITE MEMBRANES

        산화제2철 또는 산화제2철과 마그네슘, 구리, 니켈, 혹은 아연을 몰비가 0.6:2.4, 0.8:2.2, 1:2, 1.2:1.8 및 1.4:1.6 (M:Fe, M=Mg, Cu, Ni, Zn) 인 혼합물로 Ferrite막 전극을 만들어 이온 선택성 전극으로 사용될 가능성을 연구하였다. 이들 전극막 재료는 각각 900, 1,000, 1,100, 1,200, 1,300, 및 2,614-2,700℃에서 소결되었다. 소결 온도가 높을수록 이온 감도와 선택성이 컸다. 산화제2철만을 사용하였을 때 보다 산화제2철을 Mg,Cu,Ni 또는 Zn과 혼합하여 2,164-2,700℃ 에서 소결된 전극들이 이온 선택성이 우수하였다. 이들 전극의 전기저항치는 10^2 메그옴정도이다. 모든 전극의 정전앞감응을 pH3 및 10사이에서 관찰하였는데, 은(I), 인산염(III), 인산일수소염(II), 인산이수소염(I) 및 비소(V, III)에 민감하게 감응되었다. 이들전극은 물속에 계속해서 담궈두면 내구도가 6개월 정도였다.

      • 임베디드 리눅스 기반의 영상처리기법에 관한 연구

        현재 embedded system에서 많은 기업체들이 리눅스를 채용하고 있고, 우리 생활에서 쓰이는 각종 전자기기, 정보가전, 제어장치 등에 적용되고 있다. 최근 멀티미디어 처리와 같은 점차 복잡한 기능이 요구되면서 임베디드 운영체제를 사용하기 시작하였고, 이러한 운영체제로 리눅스가 주목받게 되었다. 이는 가격 경쟁력뿐만 아니라 각 H/W에 따라 운영체제와 응용프로그램을 다양하게 변화시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CCD 카메라로부터 영상을 입력받아 압축하여 LCD 모니터에 출력하기 위한 임베디드 시스템 기반의 영상처리에 관해 기술한다. Recently, many industries adopts linux as an operating system for embedded system, which is commonly used in our life as the type of electronic machinery, electric home appliances and so on. The embedded operating system is getting more complex as lots of features such as multimedia are required. The operating system should be adjusted to the hard ware and software in order to satisfy a competitive price. In this paper, a operating system is discussed in order to compress the images form the CCD camera and then spread the LCD.

      • HPV에 감염된 자궁경부 상피세포의 Keratin 아형 변화에 관한 연구

        The human papillomavirus (HPV) are wide spread in the world, causing proliferation of epidermal and mucosal surface. Certain papillomaviral types are oncogenic in vivo and in vitro. HPV DNA has been detected in most of cervical lesions such as condyloma acuminata, dysplasias, and invasive carcinomas. The materials for this study consisted of 5 dysplasias. 5 squamous cell carcinomas, and 5 exocervix for control, that resected for definite treatment of uterine disease at Chosen University Hospital from January, 1991 to December, 1993. All cases were performed of in situ hybridization for HPV DNA type 6/11, 16, and 18. And also immununohistochemical stain for panel of monoclonal cytokeratin (CK) antibodies were done. The result obtained is as fallows : 1. HPV DNA type 6/11 are detected in all dysplasias. HPV DNA type 16 and 18 are detected in squamous cell carcinomas. 2. Stratifed squamous epithelium of exocervix are positive staining for CK 1, CK 5/6, CK 8, CK 13, CK 14, and CK 19. HPV DNA type 6/11 infected cells are positive for CK 1, CK 13, CK 14, CK 17, CK 18, and CK 19. HPV DNA type 16/18 infected cells are positive for CK 1, CK 5/6, CK 10, CK 13, CK 14, CK 17, CK 18, and CK 19. In conclusion, HPV infection of uterine cervix is associated with change of normal cytokeratin expression pattern. Dysplastic cells are changed of CK 5/6, CK 8, CK 17 and CK18. Squamous cell carcinoma cells are changed of CK 8, CK 17, and CK 18.

      • Alnico 8 型 硬質磁性材料의 磁氣的 性質에 미치는 添加元素의 影響

        In order to study the alloying elements effects on the magnetic properties in Alnico 8 (Fe-35Co-14Ni-7Al-5Ti-3Cu) permanent magnet alloy, some Alnico 8-type alloys which are different in composition of Ni, Cu, Ti and Al were prepared by induction melting. They were thermomagnetically treated at 740℃ - 840℃ for 3-15 min and then aged at 600℃ for 15hours. The magnetic properties and the optimum thermomagnetic treatment condition were investigated. The results were as follows ; 1) The region of the high temperature α phase, the zone of the solution treatment, is extended by Al and Ti, but that is reduced by Ni and Cu. 2) In the composition range of 10-14 wt.% of Ni, the coercive force decreases greatly with decreasing the Ni content with little change of the residual magnetization and the squareness of demagnetization curve. The optimum thermomagnetic treatment condition appeared at high temperature and short time with decreasing the Ni content. 3) In the composition range of 1-3wt.% of Cu, the coercive force decreases greatly with decreasing the Cu content, but the residual magnetization shows increasing tendency with decreasing the Cu content. The optimum thermomagnetic treatment condition appeared at low temperature and long time with decreasing the Cu content. 4) In the composition range of 5-8wt.% of Ti, the coercive force increases with increasing the Ti content, but the residual magnetization decreases with increasing Ti content. The optimum thermomagnetic treatment temperature was not dependent on the Ti content, but the optimum thermomagnetic treatment time appeared at long time with increasing the Ti content.

      • 이담자 효모의 세포간 성응집의 특성과 표면단백질의 관련성

        When mating type A and a cells of heterobasidiomycetous yeast Rhodosporidium toruloides were mix-cultured, both of the mating type cells have shown strong agglutination. But this agglutination was not detactable when the A and a cell were cultured separately. From reagglutination made just after the result of disassembling the agglutination by sonication, we knew that the agglutination was sexual-agglutination, not simple physical cell agglutination. The sexual agglutination was progressed actively on logarithmic phase and, in addition, progressed faster on mating type a cell treated with rhodotorucine A. These sexual agglutination have been inhibited by several protease such as trypsin, pronase, chymotrpysin and thermolysin and inhibited by 5 mM DTT as well.

      • 나이에 따른 대식세포의 IL-6 생산양상의 변화

        The present study was designed to observe the age-related changes in the IL-6 production capabilities of the peritoneal macrophages. Pertioneal macrophages were collected from adult mature (13-20 weeks of age) and aged BALB/c mice (60-70 weeks of age). Macrophages were cultured in the presence of endotoxin (lipopolysaccharide lug/ml, Escherichia coli serotype 0111:B4). In aged mice, IL-6 levels in the culture supernatants were seemed to be relative high than that in adult mature mice.

      • Ni-Ti矯正用線材의 超彈性에 관한 硏究

        According to the development of the techniques for tooth movement, the research on the orthodontic wires has advanced and the Ni-Ti wire is highlighted these days. The Superelasticity of Ni-Ti wires was studied in tension. The wires were tested by universal testing machine. The elastic modulus was 20×10 exp (3)kg/㎟ in Cr-Ni wires, 21∼25×10(3)kg/㎟ in Co-Cr wires and 5∼6×10 exp (3)kg/㎟ in Ni-Ti wires. The elastic modulus of Ni-Ti wires was opproximately 1/4 of Cr-Ni wires and Co-Cr wires, and the elastic limit of Ni-Ti wires was approximately 4 times of Cr-Ni wires and Co-Cr wires. The permanent strain was approximately 0.5% in stress-strain curve of Ni-Ti wires.

      • 인터벌웨이트 트레이닝과 써키트웨이트 트레이닝의 效果에 關한 比較硏究

        The aim of this study was to verify comparatively the difference of the effects between I.W.T. and C.W.T. to the improvement in multilateral physicalfitness. To accomplish this purpose, the subjects consisted of 13 students in girls' middle school and they were divided into two groups by the way of random sampling: I.W.T. 7, C.W.T.6. Through 10 weeks' training in each group, such findings were gained as follows. 1. The improvement of Strength, Muscular endurance, were appeared significantly in both two groups. 2. The improvement of Power was appeared significantly in I.W.T. group, but not in C.W.T. group. 3. The decrease of % Body fat and Heart rate (at rest, in the load of 300kpm, 450kpm, 600kpm, were appeared significantly in both two groups. 4. Though the differance of effect between I.W.T. and C.W.T. was not appeared significantly in being compared by t-score, but the effect of I.W.T. was appeared much more significantly than the C.W.T. in being compared by % rate.
