Aleksandra Kłos-Witkowska,Bakhytzhan Akhmetov,Nazym Zhumangalieva,Volodymyr Karpinskyi,Tomasz Gancarczyk 제어로봇시스템학회 2016 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2016 No.10
The paper presents the impact of external conditions such as: reduced temperature (L), microwave radiation (P), on the stability of Bovine Serum Albumin . As comparison controlled sample was kept in room condition (WP) . The protein beyond the wide application in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics drug study, is also widely used in the biosensors construction. In order to study UV-Vis spectroscopy, absorption spectra was taken. The changes with time of the protein in different concentrations (0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4) ㎎ / mL was observed. Base on the study, BSA (2mg/mL) was chosen and exposed to different factors (L, P, WP). Absorption spectra monitoring revealed protein changes with time after exposition to different factors. The results showed an increase in absorption, associated with the conformational changes of BSA with time. This effect was more visible for samples with high concentrations (4, 3, 2 ㎎ / mL) than for lower one (0, 25, 0.5, 1㎎/mL). Investigation on the protein stability influenced by external factors with time, showed tendency to maintain stability of BSA in low temperature (L) and the trend to accelerate aging of proteins under the influence of microwave radiation. The observed trend of change, under the influence of external factors was more evident with time.
Foreign Banks in European Transition Countries: A Panel Data Study
Jennifer Foo,Dorota Witkowska People&Global Business Association 2013 Global Business and Finance Review Vol.18 No.2
Numerous studies show foreign banks' effect on the economic and financial progress in transition countries, but few investigate the determinant factors that attract foreign bank entry into these emerging countries. The primary objective of this paper is to identify and investigate which factors attract foreign bank entry into transition countries using a panel data study. The study is carried out separately for three groups of European transition countries: CEEB, CIS, and SEE. Although countries that belonged to the former Soviet-bloc are often considered as similar, they differ essentially in their economic and financial system development. Our results show that these differences cause significant differences in factors influencing foreign bank entries into each group of transition states. For the CEEB and CIS countries, the most important factors that influenced foreign bank entry are the number of banks (total and foreign-owned) and non-performing loans. For the SEE countries, the determinant factors of foreign bank entry seem less economically driven than politically motivated.

This paper presents a data mining technique for qualitative analysis of Hodgkin-Huxley model of cell excitability. Such problem cannot be solved analytically. Therefore we apply Monte-Carlo techniques for the generation of model parameters, and use data mining algorithm for classification of learning tuples obtained. As a result we attain a decision tree capable of classifying the excitability depending on the relationship between initial conditions and between rate constants. Details of software development and issues of computational complexity are presented. The software includes the package of Java-classes. An example for classification of excitability of three types is presented

Vasyl Martsenyuk,V. G. Petruk,S. M. Kvaternyuk,V. D. Pohrebennyk,Y. I. Bezusiak,R. V. Petruk,A. Kłos-Witkowska 제어로봇시스템학회 2016 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2016 No.10
We performed mathematical modeling population dynamics of phytoplankton in aquatic ecosystems based on interspecific interactions and nutrient pollution and toxic substances. We proposed a method of measuring control multispectral television ecological status of water bodies on the parameters of phytoplankton.
